Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une résine d'acide polyamique présentant une propriété de séparation laser facile et une grande résistance à la chaleur, et un film de polyimide fabriqué par utilisation d'une résine de polyamide ainsi fabriquée, et en particulier de fabrication d'une résine d'acide polyamide permettant une séparation laser à basse énergie, pour permettre une séparation sans provoquer de dommages (roulage, défauts, rupture, etc.) au film, tout en conservant un niveau approprié de force d'adhérence au verre et analogues. Le film de polyimide fabriqué par utilisation de la résine d'acide polyamique peut être utile entre autres dans un matériau pour substrat d'affichage souple et un matériau semi-conducteur.
