一种显示面板的包装箱
技术领域
本发明涉及包装箱技术领域,尤其涉及一种显示面板的包装箱。
背景技术
目前,显示面板厂商出货的半成品的显示面板一般包括显示面板本体、电路板和软性电路板,其中显示面板本体通过软性电路板与电路板连接。在运输半成品的显示面板时,往往将半成品的显示面板放置在包装箱中。然而电路板在包装箱中很容易产生较大的晃动,使得软性电路板承受较大的拉扯力,导致软性电路板容易发生坏损,显示面板本体容易出现显示异常等问题。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种显示面板的包装箱,以减小电路板在包装箱中的移动范围,有效降低电路板对软性电路板的拉扯力,降低软性电路板在运输显示面板过程中的损坏率。
本发明提供了一种显示面板的包装箱,包括包装本体,所述包装本体包括:
第一收纳槽,用于收纳显示面板本体;
第二收纳槽,包括相对的第一侧壁和第二侧壁,用于收纳电路板和软性电路板;
第一限位件,设置在所述第一侧壁上;
第二限位件,设置在所述第二侧壁上;
其中,所述第一限位件、第二限位件、第一侧壁和第二侧壁配合形成第一限位区以将所述电路板限制在所述第一限位区。
在本发明提供的显示面板的包装箱中,所述第一限位件和第二限位件正对设置并形成第二限位区以将所述软性电路板限制在所述第二限位区。
在本发明提供的显示面板的包装箱中,所述第一限位件设置在所述第一侧壁的靠近所述第一收纳槽的端部上,所述第二限位件设置在所述第二侧壁的靠近所述第一收纳槽的端部上。
在本发明提供的显示面板的包装箱中,所述第二限位区的底面上设有至少一个间隔物,所述间隔物划分所述第二限位区以收纳多个所述软性电路板。
在本发明提供的显示面板的包装箱中,所述第一限位件与所述第一侧壁一体成型,所述第二限位件与所述第二侧壁一体成型。
在本发明提供的显示面板的包装箱中,所述第一限位件可拆卸安装在所述第一侧壁上,所述第二限位件可拆卸安装在所述第二侧壁上。
在本发明提供的显示面板的包装箱中,所述第一收纳槽的深度小于所述第二收纳槽的深度。
在本发明提供的显示面板的包装箱中,所述第二收纳槽的底面设有至少一个支撑件以支撑所述电路板。

本发明提供一种显示面板的包装箱。该包装箱通过在第二收纳槽的第一侧壁上设置第一限位件,在第二收纳槽的第二侧壁上设置第二限位件,第一限位件、第二限位件、第一侧壁和第二侧壁配合形成第一限位区以将电路板限制在第一限位区,有效地减小电路板在包装箱中的移动范围,进而大幅减小电路板对软性电路板的拉扯力,降低显示面板运输过程中软性电路板出现坏损的几率,提高显示面板的良品率。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明所提到的方向用语,例如「上」、「下」、「前」、「后」、「左」、「右」、「内」、「外」、「侧面」等,仅是参考附加图式的方向。因此,使用的方向用语是用以说明及理解本发明,而非用以限制本发明。
请参阅图1至图2,图1为本实施例提供的显示面板的包装箱的结构示意图,图2为图1中所示包装箱的分解图。在本实施例中,显示面板包括显示面板本体30、电路板40和软性电路板50,其中,显示面板本体30通过软性电路板50与电路板40连接。另外,该软性电路板50可以为覆晶薄膜。由于该显示面板为半成品,为了避免显示面板在运输过程中电路板40对软性电路板50产生较大拉扯力,而使得软性电路板50出现坏损,显示面板显示出现异常等问题发生,本实施例提供一种显示面板的包装箱。
该包装箱包括包装本体10。该包装本体10包括第一收纳槽111、第二收纳槽112和限位件20。
该第一收纳槽111用于收纳显示面板本体30。为了便于放入或拿出显示面板本体30,在第一收纳槽111的侧壁上间隔设置至少一个凹陷部1111。
该第二收纳槽112用于收纳电路板40和软性电路板50。在第二收纳槽112上还设有限位件20。限位件20与第二收纳槽112的侧壁1121形成限位收纳区。当显示面板放入包装箱中时,电路板40放置在限位收纳区内,这样电路板40的可移动范围大大降低,对软性电路板50的拉扯力也大大减少,降低软性电路板50发生坏损的几率。
在一实施例中,如图1和图2所示,限位件20包括第一限位件21和第二限位件22。第一限位件21和第二限位件22均安装在第二收纳槽112的侧壁1121上,且第一限位件21和第二限位件22相对设置以形成限位收纳区。
进一步地,如图3所示,图3为图1所示包装箱中限位件的结构示意图。第一限位件21的远离侧壁1121的一端包括折弯部211,第二限位件22的远离侧壁1121的一端包括折弯部221,且第一限位件21的折弯部211和第二限位件22的折弯部221均向着电路板40方向折弯,以限制电路板40在竖直方向上的移动,从而避免电路板40在竖直方向上发生过大的移动而造成软性电路板50的损坏。
需要说明的是,竖直方向是指显示面板本体30与电路板40的连线方向,也就是垂直于第二收纳槽112的侧壁1121的方向。
在一实施例中,第一限位件21和第二限位件22可以通过卡合方式安装在第二收纳槽112的侧壁1121上。
具体地,如图4所示,图4为本实施例提供的包装箱中包装本体的结构示意图。在第二收纳槽112的侧壁1121上开设至少两个第一卡槽1122,这样第一限位件21和第二限位件22的一端可以卡合在第一卡槽1122内,从而使得第一限位件21和第二限位件22安装在第二收纳槽112的侧壁1121上。
在图4中,第二收纳槽112的侧壁1121上开设了六个第一卡槽1122,且六个间隔设置的第一卡槽1122中,每三个第一卡槽1122为一组。一组第一卡槽1122用于卡合第一限位件21,另一组第一卡槽1122用于卡合第二限位件22,这样第一限位件21和第二限位件22分别插入到不同的第一卡槽1122中,可以调节第一限位件21和第二限位件22之间的距离,进而调节限位收纳区的大小,以适应不同尺寸的电路板40。
为了更加清楚地理解第一卡槽1122的结构,本实施例给出了图4中A标记处的局部放大图,局部放大图如图5所示。
可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,第一卡槽1122的个数可以包括更多个或更少个,多个第一卡槽1122的排布方式也不局限于图4和图5所示的情况,可以根据实际需求进行灵活设计,在此不做具体限制。
进一步地,在一实施例中,如图6所示,图6为本实施例中显示面板的包装箱中包装本体的结构示意图。为了使得第一限位件21和第二限位件22可以更加牢固地设置在第二收纳槽112上,在第二收纳槽112的底面上还设有至少两个第二卡槽1123。
第二卡槽1123与第一卡槽1122连通,且第二卡槽1123的形状与第一限位件21和第二限位件22的底部的形状相同,这样第一限位件21和第二限位件22的底部可以卡合在第二卡槽1123中,以更加稳固地将第一限位件21和第二限位件22安装在第二收纳槽112上。
可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,第二卡槽1123与第一卡槽1122也可以不连通,第二卡槽1123的个数也不局限于图6中所示的四个,可以包括更多或更少个数,在此不做具体限制。
另外,多个第二卡槽1123的排布方式也不局限于图6所示的情况。譬如,如图7和图8所示,图7为本实施例中显示面板的包装箱中包装本体的另一结构示意图,图8为图7所示包装本体中B标记处的局部放大图。在图7和图8所示的包装本体10中,第二卡槽1123的个数为六个,每三个第二卡槽1123为一组,且每组的三个第二卡槽1123相互连通。
在另一实施例中,第一限位件21和第二限位件22还可以通过转动方式安装在第二收纳槽112的侧壁1121上。
具体地,如图9和图10所示,图9为本实施例中显示面板的包装箱中限位件的结构示意图,图10为本实施例中显示面板的包装箱中包装本体的结构示意图。在该实施例中,第一限位件21的一端上设有转动环211,第二限位件22的一端上设有转动环221。相应地,第二收纳槽112的侧壁1121上设有转动轴1124。转动环211和转动环221分别套设于对应的转动轴1124中,以使得第一限位件21和第二限位件22安装在第二收纳槽112的侧壁1121上。
需要说明的是,在图10所示的包装本体10中,转动轴1124的个数为两个,分别对应于第一限位件21和第二限位件22。在其他实施例中,转动轴1124的个数也可以为1个,也就是将图10中两个转动轴1124连通成一个转动轴,第一限位件21的转动环211和第二限位件22的转动环221间隔地套设在该转动轴1124上。当然,转动轴1124的个数还可以包括更多个,在此不做具体限制。
为了防止第一限位件21的转动环211和第二限位件22的转动环221在相应的转动轴1124上发生移动,在一实施例中,如图9所示,转动环211上设有定位孔212和定位件213,转动环221上设有定位孔222和定位件223。
定位件213穿过定位孔212抵住转动轴1124,以固定第一限位件21相对于转动轴1124的位置,定位件223穿过定位孔222抵住转动轴1124,以固定第二限位件22相对于转动轴1124的位置。
需要说明的是,第一限位件21和第二限位件22安装在第二收纳槽112的侧壁1121上的方式不局限于上述的卡合方式、转动方式安装,还可以通过其他可拆卸方式安装。当然,第一限位件21和第二限位件22也可以采用固定安装方式安装在第二收纳槽112的侧壁1121上,比如,通过粘合固定方式等等,在此不做具体限制。
在一些实施例中,该显示面板本体30可例如为液晶显示面板本体、OLED显示面板本体、QLED显示面板本体、曲面显示面板本体或其他类型显示面板本体,在此不做具体限制。
在本实施例中,通过在第二收纳槽112上设置限位件20,限位件20与第二收纳槽112的侧壁1121形成限位收纳区,以将电路板40限位于限位收纳区中,有效地减小电路板40在包装箱中的移动范围,进而大幅减小电路板40对软性电路板50的拉扯力,降低显示面板运输过程中软性电路板50出现坏损的几率,提高显示面板的良品率。
请参阅图11,图11为本实施例中显示面板的包装箱的另一结构示意图。在一些实施例中,该显示面板可例如为液晶显示面板、OLED显示面板、QLED显示面板、曲面显示面板或其他类型显示面板,在此不做具体限制。
该显示面板包括显示面板本体、电路板和软性电路板,其中,显示面板本体通过软性电路板与电路板连接。另外,该软性电路板可以为覆晶薄膜。由于该显示面板为半成品,为了避免显示面板在运输过程中电路板对软性电路板产生较大拉扯力,而使得软性电路板出现坏损,显示面板显示出现异常等问题发生,本实施例提供一种显示面板的包装箱。
如图11所示,该包装箱包括包装本体100。该包装本体100包括第一收纳槽60、第二收纳槽70和限位件80。其中,限位件80包括第一限位件81和第二限位件82。下面将结合附图对该包装箱的具体结构进行详细地说明。
第一收纳槽60用于收纳显示面板本体。在一实施例中,为了便于放入或拿出显示面板本体,在第一收纳槽60的侧壁上间隔设置至少一个第一凹槽部110。
图11中示出了四个第一凹槽部110,分别设置在第一收纳槽60的相对的两个侧壁上。可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,第一凹槽部110的个数可以为更多或更少,在此不做具体限制。另外,第一凹槽部110的具体形状也不局限于图11所示的形状。
第二收纳槽70包括相对的第一侧壁71和第二侧壁72。第二收纳槽70上设置有限位件80。具体地,在第一侧壁71上设有第一限位件81,在第二侧壁72上设有第二限位件82。
在本实施例中,第一限位件81和第二限位件82正对设置,且第一限位件81设置在第一侧壁71的靠近第一收纳槽60的端部上,第二限位件82设置在第二侧壁72的靠近第一收纳槽60的端部上。
第一限位件81、第二限位件82、第一侧壁71和第二侧壁72配合形成第一限位区73,即限位件80与第二收纳槽70的侧壁形成限位收纳区,以将电路板限制在第一限位区73中。第一限位件81和第二限位件82之间形成第二限位区74以将软性电路板限制在第二限位区74中。这样可以减小电路板的可移动范围,进而减小电路板对软性电路板的拉扯力,避免软性电路板发生坏损。
可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,第一限位件81和第二限位件82也可以不正对设置,同时,第一限位件81和第二限位件82也可以不设置在第一侧壁71和第二侧壁72的端部上,在此不做具体限制。
另外,在本实施例中,第一限位件81可拆卸安装在第一侧壁71上,第二限位件82可拆卸安装在第二侧壁72上。具体地,如图12和图13所示,图12为图11所示的包装箱中第二限位件的结构示意图,图13为图11所示的包装箱中的第二侧壁的结构示意图。
如图12和图13所示,在本实施例中,第二限位件82上设有固定插件821,第二侧壁72的端部上设有固定插孔721,固定插件821插入固定插孔721中以实现第二限位件82固定安装在第二侧壁72上。
可以理解的是,第一限位件81上也设有固定插件,第一侧壁71上也设有固定插孔,固定插件和固定插孔的具体结构可以与第二限位件82上的固定插件821和第二侧壁72上的固定插孔721结构相同。
另外,第一限位件81和第二限位件82分别与第一侧壁71和第二侧壁72的可拆卸安装方式不局限于图12和图13所示情况,只要可以将第一限位件81和第二限位件82分别可拆卸安装在第一侧壁71和第二侧壁72上即可,在此不做具体限制。
当然,在其他实施例中,第一限位件81也可以与第一侧壁71一体成型,第二限位件82可以与第二侧壁72一体成型,在此不做具体限制。
在一实施例中,如图14所示,图14为显示面板的包装箱的另一结构示意图。在该实施例中,第二限位区74的底面上设有至少一个间隔物90。间隔物90将第二限位区74划分成多个限位子区,每个限位子区用来收纳至少一个软性电路板。
需要说明的是,图14示出了两个间隔物90,两个间隔物90将第二限位区74划分成三个限位子区,若每个限位子区收纳一个软性电路板,那么图14所示的包装箱可以收纳带有三个软性电路板的显示面板。
当然,在其他实施例中,间隔物90的个数可以为1个或更多个,可以根据实际软性电路板的个数进行设计,在此不做具体限制。
另外,间隔物90可以与第二限位区74的底面一体成型,也可以可拆卸地安装在第二限位区74的底面上。譬如,在第二限位区74的底面上间隔设置多个限位孔,间隔物90的底面上设有限位轴,将限位轴插入限位孔以将间隔物90固定在第二限位区74的底面上,同时可以随意调整间隔物90的个数以及位置以满足实际需求。
请参阅图15,图15为本实施例中显示面板的包装箱的又一结构示意图。由于电路板上设有很多电子元件,每个电子元件的尺寸不同,为了可以避免在运输显示面板的过程中损坏电子元件,在第二收纳槽70的底面上设有至少一个支撑件120。
当支撑件120的个数为1个时,支撑件120可以设置在第二收纳槽70底面的中间处,支撑件120与电路板的中间部分接触以将整个电路板支撑起来。
为了可以让电路板更加平稳,在图15所示的包装箱中,支撑件120的个数为4个,分别设置在第二收纳槽70底面的四个角处,四个支撑件120与电路板的四个角部接触以支撑起整个电路板。当然,在其他实施例中,支撑件120的个数可以根据实际需求以及电路板的具体结构进行设置,在此不做具体限制。
为了便于拿出或放入电路板至第二收纳槽70,在一实施例中,如图15所示,在第二收纳槽70的与第二限位区74相对的第三侧壁75上设置至少一个第二凹槽部751。
在一实施例中,由于电路板上的电子元件较多,其往往比显示面板本体的厚度要厚,因此,一般设置第一收纳槽60的深度小于第二收纳槽70的深度。
在本实施例中,通过在第二收纳槽70的第一侧壁71上设置第一限位件81,在第二收纳槽70的第二侧壁72上设置第二限位件82,第一限位件81、第二限位件82、第一侧壁71和第二侧壁72配合形成第一限位区73以将电路板限制在第一限位区73中,有效地减小电路板在包装箱中的移动范围,进而大幅减小电路板对软性电路板的拉扯力,降低显示面板运输过程中软性电路板出现坏损的几率,提高显示面板的良品率。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种显示面板的包装箱,其包括:
    包装本体,所述包装本体包括:
    第一收纳槽,用于收纳显示面板本体;
    第二收纳槽,包括相对的第一侧壁和第二侧壁,用于收纳电路板和软性电路板;
    第一限位件,设置在所述第一侧壁的靠近所述第一收纳槽的端部上;
    第二限位件,设置在所述第二侧壁的靠近所述第一收纳槽的端部上;
    其中,所述第一限位件、第二限位件、第一侧壁和第二侧壁配合形成第一限位区以将所述电路板限制在所述第一限位区;所述第一限位件和第二限位件正对设置并形成第二限位区以将所述软性电路板限制在所述第二限位区;所述第二限位区的底面上设有至少一个间隔物,所述间隔物划分所述第二限位区以收纳多个所述软性电路板。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板的包装箱,其中所述第一限位件与所述第一侧壁一体成型,所述第二限位件与所述第二侧壁一体成型。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板的包装箱,其中所述第一限位件可拆卸安装在所述第一侧壁上,所述第二限位件可拆卸安装在所述第二侧壁上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的显示面板的包装箱,其中所述第一限位件和第二限位件上均设有固定插件,所述第一侧壁和第二侧壁的端部上均设有固定插孔,所述第一限位件和第二限位件均通过所述固定插件与所述固定插孔配合使用可拆卸安装在所述第一侧壁和第二侧壁上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板的包装箱,其中所述第一收纳槽的深度小于所述第二收纳槽的深度。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板的包装箱,其中所述第二收纳槽的底面设有至少一个支撑件以支撑所述电路板。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板的包装箱,其中所述第一收纳槽的侧壁上间隔设置至少一个第一凹槽部。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板的包装箱,其中所述间隔物与所述第二限位区的底面一体成型。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板的包装箱,其中所述间隔物可拆卸安装在所述第二限位区的底面上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的显示面板的包装箱,其中所述第二限位区的底面上设有多个限位孔,所述间隔物的底面上设有限位轴,所述间隔物通过所述限位轴与所述限位孔的配合使用可拆卸安装在所述第二限位区的底面上。
  11. 一种显示面板的包装箱,其包括:
    包装本体,所述包装本体包括:
    第一收纳槽,用于收纳显示面板本体;
    第二收纳槽,包括相对的第一侧壁和第二侧壁,用于收纳电路板和软性电路板;
    第一限位件,设置在所述第一侧壁上;
    第二限位件,设置在所述第二侧壁上;
    其中,所述第一限位件、第二限位件、第一侧壁和第二侧壁配合形成第一限位区以将所述电路板限制在所述第一限位区。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的显示面板的包装箱,其中所述第一限位件和第二限位件正对设置并形成第二限位区以将所述软性电路板限制在所述第二限位区。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的显示面板的包装箱,其中所述第一限位件设置在所述第一侧壁的靠近所述第一收纳槽的端部上,所述第二限位件设置在所述第二侧壁的靠近所述第一收纳槽的端部上。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的显示面板的包装箱,其中所述第二限位区的底面上设有至少一个间隔物,所述间隔物划分所述第二限位区以收纳多个所述软性电路板。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的显示面板的包装箱,其中所述第一限位件与所述第一侧壁一体成型,所述第二限位件与所述第二侧壁一体成型。
  16. 根据权利要求11所述的显示面板的包装箱,其中所述第一限位件可拆卸安装在所述第一侧壁上,所述第二限位件可拆卸安装在所述第二侧壁上。
  17. 根据权利要求11所述的显示面板的包装箱,其中所述第一收纳槽的深度小于所述第二收纳槽的深度。
  18. 根据权利要求11所述的显示面板的包装箱,其中所述第二收纳槽的底面设有至少一个支撑件以支撑所述电路板。
  19. 根据权利要求11所述的显示面板的包装箱,其中所述第一收纳槽的侧壁上间隔设置至少一个第一凹槽部。
