一种显示面板的包装方法、显示面板包装箱及包装箱体
技术领域
本申请涉及包装技术领域,尤其涉及一种显示面板的包装方法、显示面板包装箱及包装箱体。
背景技术
现有的显示面板包装装置方式都是统一方向,驱动电路板同一侧,面板模组同一侧,但驱动电路板上的元件高度通常会比显示模组一侧的元件高度高,在放置多层显示面板后,驱动电路板一侧的高度要比显示模组一侧的高度高,这样在可靠度验证震动试验中,连接驱动电路板和面板组件的覆晶薄膜会比较容易发生拉扯,使软性电路板,例如覆晶薄膜(Chip On Film,COF)损坏,而且两侧高度不同也局限了包装箱中显示面板的装载数量。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种显示面板的包装方法、显示面板包装箱及包装箱体,能够避免相邻两个显示面板之间的软性电路板,例如覆晶薄膜,发生拉扯,同时保证显示面板的装载数量。
一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种显示面板的包装方法,该方法包括:
将显示面板放置且固定于包装箱体内,使所述显示面板中的驱动电路板所在的一侧朝向第一方向,显示面板中的面板模组所在的一侧朝向第二方向,所述第二方向与第一方向相反;
将下一显示面板放置且固定于包装箱体内,使该下一显示面板中的面板模组所在的一侧朝向第一方向,该下一显示面板中的驱动电路板所在的一侧朝向第二方向。
其中,该方法还包括:在放置好每一显示面板后放置缓冲件使所述缓冲件置于相邻两个显示面板之间。
另一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种显示面板包装箱,该显示面板包装箱包括:
包装箱体,所述包装箱体包括:
若干固定部,部分所述固定部用于固定显示面板中的面板模组,部分所述固定部用于固定另外的显示面板的驱动电路板,以使相邻两个显示面板中的驱动电路板交错分开。
其中,所述若干固定部包括:
多个第一凸起,设置于所述箱体的侧壁上;
多个第二凸起,在所述箱体的侧壁上与所述多个第一凸起交错设置,第一凸起和相邻的第二凸起共同固定一显示面板中的面板模组,所述第二凸起和下一相邻的第一凸起固定下一显示面板中的驱动电路板,以使相邻两个显示面板中的驱动电路板交错分开。
其中,所述显示面板包装箱还包括盖体,所述盖体用于密封所述包装箱体。
其中,所述显示面板包装箱还包括若干缓冲件,所述缓冲件放置于两个显示面板之间,用于分隔所述两个显示面板。
其中,所述缓冲组件为泡沫垫片。
其中,所述缓冲组件为气泡缓冲袋。
其中,所述包装箱体还包括:
若干第一容置槽,设置于所述包装箱体的底部,用于固定显示面板中的驱动电路板所在的一侧;
若干第二容置槽,设置于所述包装箱体的底部,与所述第一容置槽交错分布,用于固定显示面板中的面板模组所在的一侧,所述第二容置槽的宽度大于所述第一容置槽的宽度。
又一方面,本申请实施例提供一种包装箱体, 包括:
多个第一凸起,设置于所述箱体的侧壁上;
多个第二凸起,在所述箱体的侧壁上与所述多个第一凸起交错设置,第一凸起和相邻的第二凸起共同固定一显示面板中的面板模组,所述第二凸起和下一相邻的第一凸起固定下一显示面板中的驱动电路板,以使相邻两个显示面板中的驱动电路板交错分开;
若干第一容置槽,设置于所述包装箱体的底部,用于固定显示面板中的驱动电路板所在的一侧;
若干第二容置槽,设置于所述包装箱体的底部,与所述第一容置槽交错分布,用于固定显示面板中的面板模组所在的一侧,所述第二容置槽的宽度大于所述第一容置槽的宽度。
本申请实施例提供的一种显示面板的包装方法、显示面板包装箱及包装箱体,将相邻两片显示面板反向放置,使驱动电路板可以交错 ,避免驱动电路板一侧过高而发生COF拉扯产生不良,使显示面板的良率提高,而且这种放置方式使显示面板两侧的包装高度保持一致,可以提高每箱的装载数量,提高箱子的利用率,降低成本。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
应当理解,当在本说明书和所附权利要求书中使用时,术语“包括”和“包含”指示所描述特征、整体、元素和/或组件的存在,但并不排除一个或多个其它特征、整体、元素、组件和/或其集合的存在或添加。
参考图1,图1是本申请实施例的一种显示面板的包装方法的流程示意图,该显示面板的包装方法包括以下步骤S101-S102:
S101、将显示面板放置且固定于包装箱体内,使所述显示面板中的驱动电路板所在的一侧朝向第一方向,显示面板中的面板模组所在的一侧朝向第二方向,所述第二方向与第一方向相反。
显示面板例如包括三部分,一部分为用于显示画面的面板模组,其中包括玻璃基板、阵列基板、彩色滤光片、偏光片、数据线、扫描线等,一部分为驱动电路板,驱动电路板包括扫描驱动电路、数据驱动部分、时序控制电路等,一部分为软性电路板,例如为覆晶薄膜(COF),用于将面板模组和驱动电路板电性连接起来。
S102、将下一显示面板放置且固定于包装箱体内,使该下一显示面板中的面板模组所在的一侧朝向第一方向,该下一显示面板中的驱动电路板所在的一侧朝向第二方向。
两个显示面板的驱动电路板错开,可以防止软性电路板,例如为覆晶薄膜(COF),发生拉扯,而且多个显示面板放置后,显示面板两侧的高度保持一致,这里所述的高度指的是多层显示面板叠加的厚度,并不一定指代从上到下所形成的物理高度。
进一步地,所述第一方向为箱体开口指向箱体底部的方向,所述第二方向为箱体底部指向箱体开口的方向,两个方向反之亦可。
包装显示面板时,显示面板中的驱动电路板所在的一侧朝向箱体底部,另一显示面板中的驱动电路板所在的一侧朝向箱体开口,如此循环放置直至将包装箱放满。
两个显示面板相邻紧挨着放置,但驱动电路板和面板模组交错分布的,因驱动电路板一侧的元件高度要比显示模组一侧的元件高度高,不同侧放置可以使得在放置若干(特别是偶数)显示面板后,显示面板的包装厚度的两侧是相差不大的,避免驱动电路板一侧因元件高度过高而发生COF拉扯产生不良,使显示面板的良率提高,而且这种放置方式使显示面板两侧的包装高度基本保持一致,可以提高每箱的装载数量,提高箱子的利用率,降低成本。
在实施上述方法放置显示面板时,可以是先把第一块显示面板的驱动电路板朝向箱体底部,即驱动电路板朝下,再把下一块显示面板的面板模组朝向箱体开口,即驱动电路板朝上,如此使相邻两个显示面板的驱动电路板交错分开,或者把第一块显示面板的驱动电路板朝向箱体开口,再把下一块显示面板的面板模组朝向箱体底部,本申请对此放置的顺序不做限定。
本申请实施例的显示面板的包装方法,相邻两个显示面板方向放置,显示面板两侧的包装厚度基本一致,避免驱动电路板一侧因元件高度过高而发生COF拉扯产生不良,使显示面板的良率提高,而且这种放置方式使显示面板两侧的包装高度基本保持一致,可以提高每箱的装载数量,提高箱子的利用率,降低成本。
如图2所示,图2是本申请实施例的一种显示面板的包装方法的另一流程示意图,该显示面板的包装方法包括以下步骤S201-S204:
S201、将显示面板放置且固定于包装箱体内,使所述显示面板中的驱动电路板所在的一侧朝向第一方向,显示面板中的面板模组所在的一侧朝向第二方向,所述第二方向与第一方向相反。
显示面板主要包括三部分,一部分为用于显示画面的面板模组,其中包括玻璃基板、阵列基板、彩色滤光片、偏光片、数据线、扫描线等,一部分为驱动电路板,驱动电路板包括扫描驱动电路、数据驱动部分、时序控制电路等,一部分为软性电路板,例如为覆晶薄膜(COF),用于使面板模组和驱动电路板实现电性连接。
S202、在所述显示面板的后方放置缓冲件,使所述缓冲件置于所述显示面板与下一显示面板之间。
S203、将下一显示面板放置且固定于包装箱体内,使该下一显示面板中的面板模组所在的一侧朝向第一方向,该下一显示面板中的驱动电路板所在的一侧朝向第二方向。
S204、在所述下一显示面板的后方放置缓冲件,使所述缓冲件置于所述下一显示面板与另下一显示面板之间。
包装显示面板时,步骤S201-S204循环直至将包装箱放满显示面板。
两个显示面板相邻紧挨着放置,但驱动电路板和面板模组交错分布的,因驱动电路板一侧的元件高度要比显示模组一侧的元件高度高,不同侧放置可以使得在放置若干(特别是偶数)显示面板后,显示面板的包装厚度的两侧是相差不大的,避免驱动电路板一侧因元件高度过高而发生COF拉扯产生不良,使显示面板的良率提高,而且这种放置方式使显示面板两侧的包装高度基本保持一致,可以提高每箱的装载数量,提高箱子的利用率,降低成本;且在放置好每一显示面板后放置缓冲件使所述缓冲件置于相邻两个显示面板之间,防止在运输过程中由于震动或撞击造成显示面板的损坏。
在实施上述方法放置显示面板时,可以是先把第一块显示面板的驱动电路板朝向箱体底部,即驱动电路板朝下,再把下一块显示面板的面板模组朝向箱体开口,即驱动电路板朝上,如此使相邻两个显示面板的驱动电路板交错分开,或者把第一块显示面板的驱动电路板朝向箱体开口,再把下一块显示面板的面板模组朝向箱体底部,本申请对此放置的顺序不做限定。
本申请实施例的显示面板的包装方法,相邻两个显示面板的驱动电路板不同侧放置可以使得在放置若干显示面板后,显示面板两侧的包装厚度一致,避免驱动电路板一侧因元件高度过高而发生COF拉扯产生不良,使显示面板的良率提高,而且这种放置方式使显示面板两侧的包装高度基本保持一致,可以提高每箱的装载数量,提高箱子的利用率,降低成本。
如图3所示,图3是本申请实施例提供的一种显示面板包装箱的结构示意图,该显示面板包装箱包括包装箱体100,所述包装箱体100包括若干固定部101。
其中,部分所述固定部101用于固定显示面板中的面板模组,部分所述固定部101用于固定另外的显示面板的驱动电路板,以使相邻两个显示面板中的驱动电路板交错分开。
显示面板主要包括三部分,一部分为用于显示画面的面板模组,其中包括玻璃基板、阵列基板、彩色滤光片、偏光片、数据线、扫描线等,一部分为驱动电路板,驱动电路板包括扫描驱动电路、数据驱动部分、时序控制电路等,一部分为软性电路板,例如为覆晶薄膜(COF),用于使面板模组和驱动电路板实现电性连接。
显示面板的驱动电路板一侧的元件高度与面板模组一侧的元件高度不相等,在包装放置显示面板时,如果每块显示面板均同向放置,会导致显示面板两侧的厚度(竖向放置)不一致,而且显示面板的COF会比较容易拉扯,将相邻的两块显示面板反向放置,可以避免上述问题。
进一步地,所述若干固定部101包括多个第一凸起1011和多个第二凸起1012,均设置在侧壁的上方,也即靠近箱体的开口处。
第一凸起1011和第二凸起1012在所述侧壁上交错设置,第一凸起1011和相邻的第二凸起1012共同固定一显示面板中的面板模组,该第二凸起1012和下一相邻的第一凸起1011固定下一显示面板中的驱动电路板。
在本申请实施例中,一个固定部101有两个内侧,除首尾两处的固定部101外,剩下的固定部101都是一内侧固定驱动电路板,另一内侧固定面板模组,即一个固定部101起两处固定作用,这样的设计可以减少固定部101的数量。
因驱动电路板基板和面板模组基板的厚度是不一致的,第一凸起1011和第二凸起1012的厚度也不相等。
在其他的实施例中,固定部101可以完全相同(包括厚度),但固定部101在固定显示面板时不重复使用。
在本申请实施例中,所述显示面板包装箱还包括盖体,所述盖体用于密封所述包装箱体100。
盖体封闭所述开口,可以防止显示面板从包装箱体100中倾倒出来。
在本申请实施例中,所述显示面板包装箱还包括若干缓冲件,所述缓冲件放置于两个显示面板之间,用于分隔所述两个显示面板。
通过缓冲组件将相邻的两块显示面板分隔开,可以避免相邻的两块显示面板的元器件互相拉扯,从而避免损坏显示面板。
在本申请实施例中,所述缓冲组件为泡沫垫片。
在其他发明实施例中,所述缓冲组件还可以为气泡缓冲袋。
泡沫垫片和缓冲袋均具有很好地缓冲功能,保护显示面板。
在其他发明实施例中,所述包装箱体100还包括若干第一容置槽102和若干第二容置槽103,如图4所示,图4为包装箱体100底部内侧的结构示意图。
所述若干第一容置槽102设置于所述包装箱体100的底部,用于固定显示面板中的驱动电路板所在的一侧。
所述若干第二容置槽103设置于所述包装箱体100的底部,与所述第一容置槽102交错分布,用于固定显示面板中的面板模组所在的一侧,所述第二容置槽103的宽度大于所述第一容置槽102的宽度。
第一容置槽102的宽度等于驱动电路板基板的宽度,可以紧密固定驱动电路板基板,第二容置槽103的宽度等于面板模组的宽度,可以紧密固定面板模组。
在本申请实施例中,所述包装箱体100为由发泡材料制成的一体成型结构。
发泡材料为EPO材料(苯乙烯和聚乙烯的混合体)、EPP材料(聚丙烯塑料)或其他软性材料,用于提供缓冲。因EPO材料、EPP材料、其他软性材料等具有较好缓冲性,不易对显示面板造成损坏。
显示面板在运输过程中难免会收到外力的碰撞或者包装箱体100摔落,EPO材料或者EPP材料制成的包装箱体100可以分散外力以及吸收摔落时的撞击能量,对显示面板起到很好地保护作用。
本申请实施例提供的一种显示面板包装箱,相邻两片显示面板在包装箱体100内反向放置,驱动电路板可以交错,因此避免了驱动电路板一侧过高而发生COF拉扯产生的不良,使显示面板的良率提高,而且这种放置方式使显示面板两侧的包装高度保持一致,可以提高每箱的装载数量,提高箱子的利用率,降低成本。
在某些实施例中,显示面板可为扭曲向列型(Twisted Nematic,TN)面板、广视角(Vertical Alignment,VA)面板、平面转换(In-Plane Switching,IPS)面板、连续焰火状排列(Continuous Pinwheel Alignment,CPA)面板、基于高级超围场转换技术(Advanced Super Dimension Switch,ADSDS)面板、液晶显示面板、LED(Light Emitting Diode,发光二极管)面板、OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode,有机发光二极管)面板、QLED(Quantum Dot Light Emitting Diodes,量子点发光二极管)面板、曲面型面板等等。
本申请实施例还提供一种包装箱体,参考图3和4,该包装箱体包括多个第一凸起1011、多个第二凸起1012、若干第一容置槽102和若干第二容置槽103。
多个第一凸起1011和多个第二凸起1012均设置在侧壁的上方,也即靠近箱体的开口处。
第一凸起1011和第二凸起1012在所述侧壁上交错设置,第一凸起1011和相邻的第二凸起1012共同固定一显示面板中的面板模组,该第二凸起1012和下一相邻的第一凸起1011固定下一显示面板中的驱动电路板。
因驱动电路板基板和面板模组基板的厚度是不一致的,第一凸起1011和第二凸起1012的厚度也不相等。
所述若干第一容置槽102设置于所述包装箱体100的底部,用于固定显示面板中的驱动电路板所在的一侧。
所述若干第二容置槽103设置于所述包装箱体100的底部,与所述第一容置槽102交错分布,用于固定显示面板中的面板模组所在的一侧,所述第二容置槽103的宽度大于所述第一容置槽102的宽度。
第一容置槽102的宽度等于驱动电路板基板的宽度,可以紧密固定驱动电路板基板,第二容置槽103的宽度等于面板模组的宽度,可以紧密固定面板模组。
在本申请实施例中,所述包装箱体100为由发泡材料制成的一体成型结构。

  1. 一种显示面板的包装方法,包括:
    将显示面板放置且固定于包装箱体内,使所述显示面板中的驱动电路板所在的一侧朝向第一方向,显示面板中的面板模组所在的一侧朝向第二方向,所述第二方向与第一方向相反;
    将下一显示面板放置且固定于包装箱体内,使该下一显示面板中的面板模组所在的一侧朝向第一方向,该下一显示面板中的驱动电路板所在的一侧朝向第二方向。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的包装方法,其中,还包括:在放置好每一显示面板后放置缓冲件使所述缓冲件置于相邻两个显示面板之间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的包装方法,其中,所述在放置好每一显示面板后放置缓冲件使所述缓冲件置于相邻两个显示面板之间,包括:
    在显示面板的后方放置缓冲件,使所述缓冲件置于所述显示面板与下一显示面板之间。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的包装方法,其中,所述在放置好每一显示面板后放置缓冲件使所述缓冲件置于相邻两个显示面板之间,包括:
    在下一显示面板的后方放置缓冲件,使所述缓冲件置于所述下一显示面板与另下一显示面板之间。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的包装方法,其中,所述缓冲组件为泡沫垫片。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的包装方法,其中,所述缓冲组件为气泡缓冲袋。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的包装方法,其中,所述包装箱体由发泡材料加工而制成。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的包装方法,其中,所述发泡材料为聚苯乙烯和聚乙烯的混合体。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的包装方法,其中,所述发泡材料为聚丙烯塑料。
  10. 一种显示面板包装箱,包括:
    包装箱体,所述包装箱体包括:
    若干固定部,部分所述固定部用于固定显示面板中的面板模组,部分所述固定部用于固定另外的显示面板的驱动电路板,以使相邻两个显示面板中的驱动电路板交错分开。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的显示面板包装箱,其中,所述若干固定部包括:
    多个第一凸起,设置于所述箱体的侧壁上;
    多个第二凸起,在所述箱体的侧壁上与所述多个第一凸起交错设置,第一凸起和相邻的第二凸起共同固定一显示面板中的面板模组,所述第二凸起和下一相邻的第一凸起固定下一显示面板中的驱动电路板,以使相邻两个显示面板中的驱动电路板交错分开。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的显示面板包装箱,其中,还包括盖体,用于密封所述包装箱体。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的显示面板包装箱,其中,还包括若干缓冲件,所述缓冲件放置于两个显示面板之间,用于分隔所述两个显示面板。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的显示面板包装箱,其中,所述缓冲组件为泡沫垫片。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的显示面板包装箱,其中,所述缓冲组件为气泡缓冲袋。
  16. 根据权利要求10所述的显示面板包装箱,其中,所述包装箱体由发泡材料加工而制成。

    多个第一凸起,设置于所述箱体的侧壁上;
    多个第二凸起,在所述箱体的侧壁上与所述多个第一凸起交错设置,第一凸起和相邻的第二凸起共同固定一显示面板中的面板模组,所述第二凸起和下一相邻的第一凸起固定下一显示面板中的驱动电路板,以使相邻两个显示面板中的驱动电路板交错分开;
    若干第一容置槽,设置于所述包装箱体的底部,用于固定显示面板中的驱动电路板所在的一侧;
    若干第二容置槽,设置于所述包装箱体的底部,与所述第一容置槽交错分布,用于固定显示面板中的面板模组所在的一侧,所述第二容置槽的宽度大于所述第一容置槽的宽度。
