Description

带控制器的可变安装位动力电池组装置及电动自行车 技术领域
本发明涉及一种电源和控制器装置,尤其涉及一种为电动自行车提供动力的带控制器的可变安装位动力电池组装置。
背景技术
现有的电动自行车(以下简称为“自行车”或“车”)的动力电池组,大多是安装在自行车的前横梁或车架的后立管上,申请号为200710074394.5的中国发明专利公开了一种方便改变安装方位的动力电池组装置,可方便地将电池组装置主体任意安装在需要的方向和位置,兼具有防盗及防震的作用,大大提高了电池组装置的存放安全性和工作时的稳定性。
但是,当电池组装置安装好后,电动自行车上的中枢控制系统-控制器也是安装在电池组装置的相近位置,这不仅占用了车架之间有限的空间,使得骑车者上、下车均感觉不方便,而且电池组的拆装也不方便。此外,因控制器是独立的零部件,整车厂家需要寻找适配自行车电机/电池组的控制器和把控制器安装在有限空间的自行车车架上,需要花费额外的人力和时间资源,影响生产效率。
发明内容
针对现有控制器安装位置不方便以及其与电机/电池组匹配而导致的成本增加、效率降低的问题,本发明提供一种带控制器的可变安装位动力电池组装置。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种带控制器的可变安装位动力电池组装置,包括控制器和可变安装位动力电池组装置,所述可变安装位动力电池组装置包含电池组装置主体以及设置在电池组装置主体背面的联结座,所述联结座包含联结座基部和联结座顶盖,所述联结座顶盖的外侧设有导电片,所述电池组装置主体的背面设有与所述导电片相配合的导电槽,所述控制器固定在所述联结座内,所述控制器通过所述导电片插入所述导电槽与所述电池组装置主体电连接,所述控制器上还引出有连接外部装置的外部接口。
所述的带控制器的可变安装位动力电池组装置,还包括散热装置,所述散热装置安装在所述联结座内对所述控制器散热,所述联结座内设有连通外部空气的通风孔。
所述的带控制器的可变安装位动力电池组装置,所述散热装置为散热片,所述通风孔为设置在联结座基部底壳上的凹腔,所述散热片置于所述凹腔内,所述散热片与放置在其上的所述控制器接触导热,所述凹腔的四周设有螺孔,所述控制器通过螺钉与所述螺孔配合固定在所述联结座内。
所述的带控制器的可变安装位动力电池组装置,所述联结座上设有开孔,所述外部接口穿过所述开孔后从所述联结座内伸出。
本发明还涉及一种电动自行车,包括车架和动力电池组装置,所述动力电池组装置采用所述带控制器的可变安装位动力电池组装置,所述可变安装位动力电池组装置可灵活地固接在车架的不同位置上。
相对于现有技术,本发明可省却成车厂家寻找适配自行车电机/电池组的控制器的时间和人力;还可节省安装控制器和驳线等工序的人力和时间,提升生产效率。此外,因不用把控制器安装在有限空间的自行车车架,使得自行车的外观更加清逸、简洁。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案、有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明做进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1所示,本发明的带控制器的可变安装位动力电池组装置包括可变安装位动力电池组装置、控制器(见图2),其中可变安装位动力电池组装置主要由电池组装置主体1、以及设置在电池组装置主体1背面的悬挂组件组成,悬挂组件包括与车架固接的固定座2、联接电池组装置主体1和固定座2的联结座3、以及安装在所述联结座3上用于把所述电池组装置主体1锁定在所述悬挂组件上的锁定装置4,可变安装位动力电池组装置属于现有技术,具体结构见上述申请号为200710074394.5的中国发明专利,此处不再详细介绍。
如图1、图2所示,控制电动自行车所需的控制器5置于可变安装位动力电池组装置的联结座3内,联结座3包含联结座基部31和联结座顶盖32,控制器5可通过现有的常规方式比如螺钉等固定在联结座3内,控制器5与联结座顶盖32的导电片321电连接,电池组装置本体1上设有导电槽11,当联结座3的凸榫完全插入电池组装置主体1的燕尾槽内时,导电片321插入导电槽11内使控制器5与电池组装置主体1电连接。
为使控制器5稳定工作,联结座3内还设置有散热装置,散热装置可将控制器5工作时产生的热量带走,散热装置固定在联结座3内,联结座3上设有与外部空气连通的通风孔,控制器5上引出有与外部装置如电机、仪表以及助力传感器等连接的外部接口51,联结座3上可设置开孔33,外部接口51穿过开孔33后从联结座3内伸出,散热装置可以采用本领域 常规的的散热片6或散热风扇。
优选的,通风孔为设置在联结座基部31底壳上的凹腔310,散热片6带凹凸坑槽面向下安装在凹腔310内,控制器5置于散热片6上并与其接触导热,凹腔310的四周设置有螺孔,螺钉52与螺孔配合把控制器5和散热片6固定在联结座3内。
控制器5可采用现有的常规设计,图3示出了控制器5所采用的一种电路结构。
安装时,先将联结座3和固定座2通过螺丝固定连接,再装上散热片6、控制器5和锁定装置4后将联结座顶盖32和联结座基部31用螺钉固定连接,最后将电池组装置主体1背面燕尾槽对准联结座3前部的燕尾凸榫侧向完全插入,此时联结座顶盖32上的导电片321插入电池组装置主体1背面的导电槽11内使得控制器5与电池组装置主体1实现电连接。
图4示出了将带控制器的可变电池组装置1a安装在电动自行车的车架不同位置时的情况。

  1. 一种带控制器的可变安装位动力电池组装置,包括控制器(5)和可变安装位动力电池组装置,所述可变安装位动力电池组装置包含电池组装置主体(1)以及设置在电池组装置主体(1)背面的联结座(3),所述联结座(3)包含联结座基部(31)和联结座顶盖(32),其特征在于:所述联结座顶盖(32)的外侧设有导电片(321),所述电池组装置主体(1)的背面设有与所述导电片(321)相配合的导电槽(11),所述控制器(5)固定在所述联结座(3)内,所述控制器(5)通过所述导电片(321)插入所述导电槽(11)与所述电池组装置主体(1)电连接,所述控制器(5)上还引出有连接外部装置的外部接口(51)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的带控制器的可变安装位动力电池组装置,其特征在于:还包括散热装置,所述散热装置安装在所述联结座(3)内对所述控制器散热,所述联结座内设有连通外部空气的通风孔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的带控制器的可变安装位动力电池组装置,其特征在于:所述散热装置为散热片(6),所述通风孔为设置在联结座基部(31)底壳上的凹腔(310),所述散热片(6)置于所述凹腔(310)内,所述散热片(6)与放置在其上的所述控制器(5)接触导热,所述凹腔(321)的四周设有螺孔,所述控制器通过螺钉(52)与所述螺孔配合固定在所述联结座(3)内。
  4. 根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的带控制器的可变安装位动力电池组装置,其特征在于:所述联结座(3)上设有开孔(33),所述外部接口(51)穿过所述开孔(33)后从所述联结座(3)内伸出。
  5. 一种电动自行车,包括车架和动力电池组装置,其特征在于:所述动力电池组装置采用如权利要求1~3任一项所述的带控制器的可变安装位动力电池组装置,所述可变安装位动力电池组装置可灵活地固接在车架的不同位置上。
