本发明涉及一种散热性能好的电动车控制器外壳，该控制器外壳有一个截面为长方形且外表面连接有散热板的壳体；壳体内的一侧面设有插装电路板的卡槽；壳体的两端口四周设有螺钉孔一；所述壳体的两端分别密封安装有内侧面设有散热凹槽的ABS塑料挡板；ABS塑料挡板的四周与螺钉孔一对应设有螺钉孔二；其中一个ABS塑料挡板的外部连接有防水腔；所述ABS塑料挡板与防水腔对应的位置设有出线孔二；防水腔的外端活动连接有表面设有出线孔一的端盖；出线孔一与出线孔二对应设置；所述端盖的两侧设有弹性卡扣，与防水腔卡接固定，该散热性能好的电动车控制器外壳体积小，成本低，散热效果好，安装方便，防水防尘。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种控制器外壳，尤其是一种散热性能好的电动车控制器外壳。
背景技术
近年来，电动车已广泛成为人们的代步工具，而电动车控制器是电动车上的核心电子器件，主要是用来控制电动车的启动、运行、调速、制动、停止等，电动车在行驶过程中，控制器会不断地产生热量，如果控制器的温度过高，将会导致其内部的电子元器件的烧伤或损坏，从而使车辆在途中抛锚，产生不必要的麻烦。
控制器外壳对控制器的散热效果起关键作用，目前市场上的控制器散热效果不是很好，如果长时间的运行将会很明显地感觉到车辆行驶速度的下降，而且其防水性能也不是很好，在雨天或通过水坑时，控制器内部会进入雨水，从而降低控制器的使用寿命，甚至损坏。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题，本发明提出一种散热性能好的电动车控制器外壳，该控制器外壳能够及时将高温吸收及散发出去，从而避免由温度升高而导致电子元器件的损坏，并且其密封性得到了很大提高。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：该散热性能好的电动车控制器外壳包括壳体、ABS塑料挡板和防水腔；该控制器外壳有一个截面为长方形且外表面连接有散热板的壳体；壳体内的一侧面设有插装电路板的卡槽；壳体的两端口四周设有螺钉孔一；所述壳体的两端分别密封安装有内侧面设有散热凹槽的ABS塑料挡板； ABS塑料挡板的四周与螺钉孔一对应设有螺钉孔二；其中一个ABS塑料挡板的外部连接有防水腔；所述ABS塑料挡板与防水腔对应的位置设有出线孔二；防水腔的外端活动连接有表面设有出线孔一的端盖；出线孔一与出线孔二对应设置；所述端盖的两侧设有弹性卡扣，与防水腔卡接固定。
本发明的有益效果是：该散热性能好的电动车控制器外壳体积小，成本低，散热效果好，安装方便，防水防尘。
