一种电动车控制器防水装置包括：电动车控制器壳体，壳体设有可容电子线路板装入的开口，与电子线路板相连的引出线伸出壳外，盖板与开口间通过密封垫封闭。所述每根引出线在密封垫上对应有各自的穿插孔，穿插孔与引出线紧密配合，盖板上设有引出线穿插口，盖板上于引出线相应处设有树脂灌封层。由于穿插孔与引出线紧密配合，具有一定的防水效果；而树脂灌封层配合密封垫，可将毛细渗水孔完全封闭；使电动车控制器达到理想的防水效果。壳体内不灌封树脂，不会影响电动车控制器的电气性能和散热效果。

背景技术：
目前，电动车本身的密封性不佳，作为功率器件的电动车控制器又存在着散热需要。由于电动车控制器没有解决好防水问题，致使电动车控制器极易在驶过水坑或在雨天行驶时进水，使控制器线路板损毁。有的电动车控制器采用线路板整板灌封，其不仅增加了生产成本，也影响了电动车控制器的电气性能和散热效果。这是电动车控制器故障率居高不下的重要原因之一。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的在于：提供一种防水效果理想，不影响电气性能和散热效果的电动车控制器防水装置。本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的：
一种电动车控制器防水装置包括：电动车控制器壳体，壳体设有可容电子线路板装入的开口，与电子线路板相连的引出线伸出壳外，盖板与开口间通过密封垫封闭。所述每根引出线在密封垫上对应有各自的穿插孔，穿插孔与引出线紧密配合，盖板上设有引出线穿插口，盖板上于引出线相应处设有树脂灌封层。由于穿插孔与引出线紧密配合，具有一定的防水效果；而树脂灌封层配合密封垫，可将毛细渗水孔完全封闭；使电动车控制器达到理想的防水效果。壳体内不灌封树脂，不会影响电动车控制器的电气性能和散热效果。
在本实用新型中，所述的密封垫设有内凹部，盖板上设有与密封垫内凹部相应的凹口，树脂灌封层将该凹口密封。使得本实用新型的树脂灌封层不会脱落，防水装置结构简单，便于灌封。

结合图1、图2、图3、图4图5示：本实施例的电动车控制器防水装置包括：电动车控制器壳体1，壳体设有可容电子线路板装入的开口2，与电子线路板3相连的引出线4伸出壳外，盖板5与开口2间通过密封垫6封闭。每根引出线在密封垫上对应有各自的穿插孔7，穿插孔与引出线紧密配合，盖板上设有引出线穿插口8，盖板上于引出线相应处设有树脂灌封层9。密封垫设有内凹部10，盖板上设有与密封垫内凹部相应的凹口11，树脂灌封层将该凹口密封。
本实施例的电动车控制器可将毛细渗水孔完成封闭，具有良好的防水效果，壳体内不灌封，不会影响电动车控制器的电气性能和散热效果。

1、一种电动车控制器防水装置包括：电动车控制器壳体，壳体设有可容电子线路板装入的开口，与电子线路板相连的引出线伸出壳外，盖板与开口间通过密封垫封闭；其特征在于：所述每根引出线在密封垫上对应有各自的穿插孔，穿插孔与引出线紧密配合，盖板上设有引出线穿插口，盖板上于引出线相应处设有树脂灌封层。
2、根据权利要求1所述的电动车控制器防水装置；其特征在于：所述的密封垫设有内凹部，盖板上设有与密封垫内凹部相应的凹口，树脂灌封层将该凹口密封。
