Abstract
본 발명은, 안정화 온도를 강하시키거나 산화 동안 가교를 증가시키거나 탄화 온도를 강하시키기 위해, 압출 과정 동안 첨가제를 첨가함으로써, 아크릴로니트릴(AN) 및 비닐 이미다졸(VIM)을 포함하는 공중합체의 필라멘트의 형성 과정 동안 변형된 안정화 및 탄화 방법을 통한 탄소 섬유의 개선된 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 이들 첨가제는 또한, 섬유 마감(finish) 과정 동안 후-압출(post-extrusion)을 포함할 수 있다.
