本公开提供一种车载支付方法和装置,其中方法包括:获取车载用户的人脸图像、以及所述车载用户在乘车路线端点的地理位置;根据所述地理位置,由图像数据库中获取与所述地理位置关联的图像集,所述图像集包括分别属于多个用户的人脸图像;将所述车载用户的人脸图像与所述图像集中的各人脸图像进行比对,识别所述车载用户的身份,并得到所述车载用户对应的扣费账户;由所述扣费账户中,扣除本次乘车的乘车费用。本公开使得乘车出行时的付款更加便利,即使用户没有带手机和钱包,也可以进行车费扣款。

Description

一种车载支付的方法和装置 技术领域
本公开涉及网络技术领域,特别涉及一种车载支付的方法和装置。
背景技术
随着互联网技术的快速发展,出租车行业的运营方式也在发生变化。比如,当前人们在乘坐出租车时,可以使用打车软件进行打车,并且还可以使用打车软件在下车后付款,已经为人们的出行提供了很大的便利。但是,这种方式仍然需要用户携带自己的手机或者钱包,并且还需要在手机上安装打车软件进行打车和付款的相关操作,否则,无法便捷的进行打车。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本公开提供一种车载支付方法和装置,以使得乘车出行时的付款更加便利。
具体地,本公开是通过如下技术方案实现的:
第一方面,提供一种车载支付的方法,所述方法包括:
获取车载用户的人脸图像、以及所述车载用户在乘车路线端点的地理位置;
根据所述地理位置,由图像数据库中获取与所述地理位置关联的图像集,所述图像集包括分别属于多个用户的人脸图像;
将所述车载用户的人脸图像与所述图像集中的各人脸图像进行比对,识别所述车载用户的身份,并得到所述车载用户对应的扣费账户;
由所述扣费账户中,扣除本次乘车的乘车费用。
第二方面,提供一种车载支付的系统,所述系统包括:
设置在用户所乘车辆内的底座;
所述底座上承载一个智能终端,所述智能终端上安装有车载支付应用,所 述车载支付应用用于执行本公开所述的车载支付方法。
第三方面,提供一种车载支付的装置,所述装置包括:
数据获取模块,用于获取车载用户的人脸图像、以及所述车载用户在乘车路线端点的地理位置;
图像获取模块,用于根据所述地理位置,由图像数据库中获取与所述地理位置关联的图像集,所述图像集包括分别属于多个用户的人脸图像;
身份识别模块,用于将所述车载用户的人脸图像与图像集中的各人脸图像进行比对,识别所述车载用户的身份,并得到所述车载用户对应的扣费账户;
扣费处理模块,用于由所述扣费账户中,扣除本次乘车的乘车费用。
本公开的车载支付方法和装置,通过对车载用户进行人脸识别,得到该用户的身份,从而自动进行车费扣款,使得乘车出行时的付款更加便利,即使用户没有带手机和钱包,也可以进行车费扣款。

具体实施方式
本公开例子中提供的车载支付方法,例如可以应用于出租车的付费。
请参见图1示例的应用场景,以出租车为例进行描述,一个出租车11内可以安装一个图像采集设备12,该图像采集设备12具有摄像头,可以用于采集乘坐出租车的车载用户的人脸图像。图像采集设备12可以将获取的人脸图像传输至后台的服务器13,由服务器13根据所述人脸图像进行处理,自动完成对车载 用户本次乘车的费用扣除。
图2示例了一个例子中的服务器13执行车载支付的流程:
在步骤201中,获取车载用户的人脸图像、以及所述车载用户在乘车路线端点的地理位置。
例如,图1中的图像采集设备12不仅可以获取车载用户的人脸图像,还可以对用户的地理位置进行定位,得到车载用户在乘车路线端点的地理位置。这里的乘车路线端点,可以是用户上车的地方,或者是用户下车的地方。
此外,本步骤中的服务器13获取到的地理位置,可以是图像采集设备12定位得到,或者也可以是其他的设备采集,可以采用其他的方式获取,只要服务器13能够得到该位置即可。
在一个示例性的例子中,图像采集设备12可以是一个智能终端,例如,智能手机。该智能手机可以是由出租车的司机提供,可以将该手机设置在车辆内的副驾驶的位置,使得该位置可以采集到乘坐出租车的用户的人脸图像即可。图3示例了一种手机放置的方式,智能手机31可以承载在底座32上,将底座32放置在车辆内部的某位置例如副驾驶前方的置物台上。本例子可以利用智能手机31的摄像头来采集车载用户的人脸图像。
如图3所示,智能手机31安装有车载支付应用APP,该APP相当于车载支付应用的应用客户端,该客户端可以将采集的人脸图像传输至后台服务器13。此外,在一个例子中,底座32可以包括一个多自由度夹子模块33,能够灵活的转动,可以在车载支付应用的控制下转动,以使得智能手机的摄像头采集到车载用户的人脸图像。比如,当手机APP在采集图像时发现没有正对人脸,可以控制多自由度夹子模块33转动,以能够较好的采集到人脸图像。在另一个例子中,多自由度夹子模块33也可以是0自由度,固定为朝向中等高度人脸的位置。
本步骤的应用客户端还可以采集车载用户在乘车路线端点的地理位置,例如,当用户下车时,APP可以将定位得到的地理位置传输至后台的服务器13。服务器13可以将APP传输的地理位置与用户的人脸图像关联存储,参见图1中的示例。很多人周一到周五,总是三点一线的位置,基本上在相对稳定的位 置上下车,容易统计。但是,在同一个位置处,上下车的人很多,所以对应同一个地理位置的人脸图像也可能会有多个,图1示例的“地理位置A-图像集a像,即表示在地理位置A这个地方上下车的用户有多个,图像集a中包括多个用户的人脸图像。同理,“地理位置B-图像集b像则是另一组关联关系,表示在地理位置B处会有图像集b中的各个人脸图像对应的用户经常上下车。
在步骤202中,根据所述地理位置,由图像数据库中获取与所述地理位置关联的图像集,所述图像集包括分别属于多个用户的人脸图像。
在步骤201中确定车载用户的地理位置的基础上,可以由存储的图像数据库中,得到该地理位置关联的图像集。即,在该地理位置处,存在所述图像集中的各个人脸图像对应的用户经常上下车,那么当前的车载用户可能是这些人中的其中一个,可以通过步骤203识别到当前车载用户的身份。
在步骤203中,将所述车载用户的人脸图像与所述图像集中的各人脸图像进行比对,识别所述车载用户的身份,并得到所述车载用户对应的扣费账户。
本步骤采用人脸识别技术,识别到当前的车载用户是步骤202中得到的图像集中的哪一个人脸图像。而图像数据库中的各个人脸图像,可以是车载用户预先在车载支付应用注册时采集得到,并且,用户在注册时还可以与人脸图像一并关联存储自己的扣费账户、年龄、姓名、职业等个人信息。本步骤通过人脸图像的比对,就可以知道当前的车载用户是图像集中的哪一个人脸图像,即获知该用户的身份,并得到对应的扣费账户,
在一个例子中,为了使得本步骤的人脸图像比对时,图像集中的图像数量少一些,以提高比对的效率,可以将车载用户的地理位置定位的更加细化。例如,在步骤201中服务器获取车载用户的地理位置时,不仅可以接收APP发送的定位位置,还可以结合其他方式定位得到的位置信息。比如,车载用户上下车的地方周围可能会有一些网络接入点,例如,蓝牙、wifi等,用户的智能终端可以连接上这些网络接入点,并且可以由用户的智能终端或者所述网络接入点将连接信息上报至服务器,再由服务器根据智能终端所连接的网络接入点位置,辅助用户在出租车时的APP定位位置,确定车载用户的地理位置。这样确定的 地理位置可以更加细化,上述的网络接入点的位置可以在乘车路线端点的周边预定范围内,例如可以是在用户上车地点的周边直径200米范围内。定位位置的细化有助于减少图像集的图像数量,提高人脸识别效率,对应的,图像数据库中的人脸图像存储时,可以关联更加细化的地理位置进行存储。需要说明的是,上述的车载用户的智能终端是用户自己的终端,比如用户自己的手机,而本例子中的车载的智能终端,比如图3中所示在底座32上承载的智能手机31不是车载用户的,可以是司机提供的手机,这两个智能终端是不同的终端。
在步骤204中,由所述扣费账户中,扣除本次乘车的乘车费用。
本步骤中,可以由用户的扣费账户扣费。另外,由于出租车的费用不是太高,可以进行免密的限额支付。在一个例子中,如果用户希望得到允许才能扣费,也可以进行密码输入的支付;此外,在支付时还可以辅助一些加强安全的措施,比如,当免密支付时,可以采集车载用户的声纹,当采集声纹与用户预先注册的声纹一致时,确认是用户本人,允许免密限额支付。
本例子的车载支付方法和装置,通过对车载用户进行人脸识别,得到该用户的身份,从而自动进行车费扣款,使得乘车出行时的付款更加便利,即使用户没有带手机和钱包,也可以进行车费扣款。
在另一个例子中,还可以对本公开在车载上的应用更加丰富化。例如,图3中所示例的可以称为一个车载支付系统,该系统可以包括其中的设置在用户所乘车辆内的底座32、以及该底座32上承载的智能终端31。该智能终端31上安装有车载支付应用的客户端,该应用可以执行本公开上述的车载支付方法。
例如,可以对底座进行设计,如图4所示,该底座可以包括如下几个模块:
供电模块41,用于由车辆电池引出5V的直流电源。
第一充电模块42,与供电模块41连接,用于为底座上的智能终端充电,具体可以是为固定在N自由度夹子模块上的智能手机充电。
第二充电模块43,与供电模块41连接,用于为其他智能终端充电,例如可以为车载乘客的智能手机充电,可以包含插入检测电路,当乘客的手机插入时将自动启动为乘客的手机充电。这样底座就兼具了充电器的功能,极大了方便 了乘坐出租车的用户的充电。
又例如,还可以在智能终端包括:车载音响控制模块44,用于将智能手机的车载支付应用上的音频推送至车辆音响45。乘客上车后,可以在智能手机上点播一些音乐、视频等娱乐内容,智能手机可以通过车载音响控制模块44将乘客点播的音频推送到车辆音响45进行播放。比如,车载音响控制模块44可以通过FM发射,或者蓝牙转Aux IN等方式进行推送。这种设计使得乘客可以对出租车音响的播放内容进行控制,能够点播,改变了传统的只能由司机控制的方式,从而使得乘客的乘车体验更好。
再例如,还可以充分利用采集的车载用户的人脸图像,如图4所示,后台服务器13可以根据人脸图像得到车载用户的用户属性特征,比如,用户的性别、年龄等,并根据该属性特征向APP推送对应的广告。例如,如果是女性的乘客,可以推送一些化妆品和衣服的广告,如果是老年乘客,可以推送养生和保健相关的广告。这种广告推送方式可以使得广告推送更加精准,并且,APP播放广告时可以是浮层叠加,不影响用户娱乐。
由上可以看到,本公开的车载支付系统可以是一个集支付和娱乐一体的系统,不仅能够通过识别人脸图像自动完成车费的支付,还可以为车载用户充电,可以根据识别的人脸向车载用户准确的推送广告,而且用户还可以点播娱乐内容在车辆音响播放,这样可以使得用户在乘车时的体验更好。
相对于现有技术来说,一方面,娱乐方式发生了变化,不需要再在副驾驶的座椅后边安装显示屏幕,节省了成本,也不会对后排乘客造成安全隐患,而且乘客的娱乐更具主动性,可以选择自己感兴趣的内容,会提高乘客乘车的兴趣;另一方面,从广告推送来说,现有方式中在副驾驶座椅后边的屏幕播放的广告比较盲目,没有针对性,而本例子的方式可以通过采集人脸,对不同的乘客推送不同的广告,从而使得广告推送更有效果;再一方面,从付款方式来说,用户不需要再繁琐的操作,服务器可以通过采集人脸识别用户完成自动付款。
上述图2所示流程中的各个步骤,其执行顺序不限制于流程图中的顺序。此外,各个步骤的描述,可以实现为软件、硬件或者其结合的形式,例如,本 领域技术人员可以将其实现为软件代码的形式,可以为能够实现所述步骤对应的逻辑功能的计算机可执行指令。当其以软件的方式实现时,所述的可执行指令可以存储在存储器中,并被设备中的处理器执行。
例如,对应于上述方法,本公开同时提供一种设备,该设备可以包括处理器、存储器,其中,处理器和存储器通常借由内部总线相互连接。在其他可能的实现方式中,所述设备还可能包括外部接口,以能够与其他设备或者部件进行通信。进一步地,存储器上存储有车载支付的控制逻辑,存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机指令,所述处理器通过执行所述指令,用于实现车载支付的控制逻辑,该控制逻辑从功能上划分的逻辑模块,可以是图5所示的的结构。如图5所示,该车载支付的装置可以包括:数据获取模块51、图像获取模块52、身份识别模块53和扣费处理模块54。
数据获取模块51,用于获取车载用户的人脸图像、以及所述车载用户在乘车路线端点的地理位置;
图像获取模块52,用于根据所述地理位置,由图像数据库中获取与所述地理位置关联的图像集,所述图像集包括分别属于多个用户的人脸图像;
身份识别模块53,用于将所述车载用户的人脸图像与图像集中的各人脸图像进行比对,识别所述车载用户的身份,并得到所述车载用户对应的扣费账户;
扣费处理模块54,用于由所述扣费账户中,扣除本次乘车的乘车费用。
在一个例子中,数据获取模块51,在用于获取所述车载用户在乘车路线端点的地理位置时,包括:获取应用客户端采集的车载用户上车时的地理位置,所述应用客户端运行所在的智能终端设置在所述车载用户的所乘车辆内部。
在一个例子中,如图6所示,该装置还可以包括:特征获取模块55和广告推送模块56。
特征获取模块55,用于根据所述车载用户的人脸图像,得到所述车载用户的用户属性特征;
广告推送模块56,用于向应用客户端推送与所述用户属性特征对应的广告。
在一个例子中,数据获取模块51,在用于获取所述车载用户在乘车路线端 点的地理位置时,包括:根据所述车载用户的智能终端所连接的网络接入点位置,确定车载用户的地理位置,所述网络接入点位置在所述乘车路线端点的周边预定范围内。
此外,图2所示的密码输入流程还可以被包括在计算机可读存储介质中,所述介质上存储有车载支付控制逻辑对应的机器可读指令,并且这些介质可以与执行指令的处理设备连接,介质上存储的所述指令能够被处理设备执行。所述介质上存储的车载支付控制逻辑对应的机器可读指令用于实现如下操作:获取车载用户的人脸图像、以及所述车载用户在乘车路线端点的地理位置;根据所述地理位置,由图像数据库中获取与所述地理位置关联的图像集,所述图像集包括分别属于多个用户的人脸图像;将所述车载用户的人脸图像与所述图像集中的各人脸图像进行比对,识别所述车载用户的身份,并得到所述车载用户对应的扣费账户;由所述扣费账户中,扣除本次乘车的乘车费用。
在本公开中,计算机可读存储介质可以是多种形式,比如,在不同的例子中,所述机器可读存储介质可以是:RAM(Radom Access Memory,随机存取存储器)、易失存储器、非易失性存储器、闪存、存储驱动器(如硬盘驱动器)、固态硬盘、任何类型的存储盘(如光盘、dvd等),或者类似的存储介质,或者它们的组合。特殊的,所述的计算机可读介质还可以是纸张或者其他合适的能够打印程序的介质。使用这些介质,这些程序可以被通过电学的方式获取到(例如,光学扫描)、可以被以合适的方式编译、解释和处理,然后可以被存储到计算机介质中。
上述实施例阐明的装置或模块,具体可以由计算机芯片或实体实现,或者由具有某种功能的产品来实现。一种典型的实现设备为计算机,计算机的具体形式可以是个人计算机、膝上型计算机、蜂窝电话、相机电话、智能电话、个人数字助理、媒体播放器、导航设备、电子邮件收发设备、游戏控制台、平板计算机、可穿戴设备或者这些设备中的任意几种设备的组合。
为了描述的方便,描述以上装置时以功能分为各种模块分别描述。当然,在实施本公开时可以把各模块的功能在同一个或多个软件和/或硬件中实现。
本申请实施例中在确定车载用户的身份后进行乘车费用的扣除时,为了进一步加强用户资金的安全性,可以辅助生物识别来保证用户本人在进行费用扣除。比如,可以通过生物识别来触发用户本人对本次乘车费用扣除操作的允许确认,而所述的生物识别所涉及的生物特征,可以包括眼部特征、声纹、指纹、掌纹、心跳、脉搏、染色体、DNA、人牙咬痕等;其中眼纹可以包括虹膜、巩膜等生物特征。比如,可以通过识别用户的声纹,当声纹与预先注册的声纹一致时,扣除乘车费用。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种车载支付的方法,所述方法包括:
    获取车载用户的人脸图像、以及所述车载用户在乘车路线端点的地理位置;
    根据所述地理位置,由图像数据库中获取与所述地理位置关联的图像集,所述图像集包括分别属于多个用户的人脸图像;
    将所述车载用户的人脸图像与所述图像集中的各人脸图像进行比对,识别所述车载用户的身份,并得到所述车载用户对应的扣费账户;
    由所述扣费账户中,扣除本次乘车的乘车费用。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述获取所述车载用户在乘车路线端点的地理位置,包括:
    获取应用客户端采集的车载用户上车时的地理位置,所述应用客户端运行所在的智能终端设置在所述车载用户的所乘车辆内部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
    根据所述车载用户的人脸图像,得到所述车载用户的用户属性特征;
    向所述应用客户端推送与所述用户属性特征对应的广告。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述获取所述车载用户在乘车路线端点的地理位置,包括:
    根据所述车载用户的智能终端所连接的网络接入点位置,确定所述车载用户的地理位置,所述网络接入点位置在所述乘车路线端点的周边预定范围内。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
    获取车载用户在乘车路线端点的地理位置;
    将所述地理位置与所述车载用户的人脸图像关联存储。
  6. 一种车载支付的系统,所述系统包括:
    设置在用户所乘车辆内的底座;
    所述底座上承载一个智能终端,所述智能终端上安装有车载支付应用,所述车载支付应用用于执行如权利要求1~5任一所述的车载支付方法。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的系统,所述底座上包括:
    供电模块,用于由车辆电池引出电源;
    第一充电模块,与所述供电模块连接,用于为所述底座上的智能终端充电;
    第二充电模块,与所述供电模块连接,用于为其他智能终端充电。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的系统,所述底座包括:
    用于固定所述智能终端的多自由度夹子模块,所述多自由度夹子模块用于在所述车载支付应用的控制下转动,以使得所述智能终端的摄像头采集到车载用户的人脸图像。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的系统,所述智能终端,包括:
    车载音响控制模块,用于将所述车载支付应用上的音频推送至车辆音响。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的系统,所述底座设置在车辆的副驾驶位置。
  11. 一种车载支付的装置,所述装置包括:
    数据获取模块,用于获取车载用户的人脸图像、以及所述车载用户在乘车路线端点的地理位置;
    图像获取模块,用于根据所述地理位置,由图像数据库中获取与所述地理位置关联的图像集,所述图像集包括分别属于多个用户的人脸图像;
    身份识别模块,用于将所述车载用户的人脸图像与图像集中的各人脸图像进行比对,识别所述车载用户的身份,并得到所述车载用户对应的扣费账户;
    扣费处理模块,用于由所述扣费账户中,扣除本次乘车的乘车费用。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,所述数据获取模块,在用于获取所述车载用户在乘车路线端点的地理位置时,包括:获取应用客户端采集的车载用户上车时的地理位置,所述应用客户端运行所在的智能终端设置在所述车载用户的所乘车辆内部。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,所述装置还包括:
    特征获取模块,用于根据所述车载用户的人脸图像,得到所述车载用户的用户属性特征;
    广告推送模块,用于向应用客户端推送与所述用户属性特征对应的广告。
