身份识别系统和方法、终端以及计算机存储介质 技术领域
本发明涉及身份识别技术,特别涉及一种身份识别系统和方法、终端以及计算机存储介质。
背景技术
目前,身份识别技术飞速发展,技术成熟度已经基本满足金融应用对识别准确率、识别效率的要求,可例如用于支付、公安场景中,如支付宝试点刷脸支付,农行推出刷脸取款等。
例如,人脸识别在技术方案上,根据识别范围数量的不同,被业界普遍认为有1∶1与1∶N两种。1∶1指在识别过程中,已知样本图片中人脸信息,将被识别图片与已知样本人脸照片进行比对,判断是否是照片中同一人脸。1∶N指在识别过程中,已有人脸样本库,库中有N个样本照片,被识别的人脸照片与库中样本进行比对,识别出人脸图片属于库中的某一个样本。
针对不同的场景,所采取的技术方案不同,近年来亮相的刷脸支付体验店中,多通过用户输入额外信息,如注册手机号,将人脸识别作为辅助认证手段实现1∶1认证。但这样做的缺点显而易见,就是需要用户额外的信息输入交互,增加了识别的流程。在地铁进出站的方案中,一般没有应用人脸识别技术的方案,仍采用公交卡、闪付、扫码等形式的居多。
以上公开于本发明背景部分的信息仅仅旨在增加对本发明的总体背景的理解,而不应当被视为承认或以任何形式暗示该信息构成已为本领域一般技术人员所公知的现有技术。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种改进的身份识别系统和方法、终端以及计算机存储介质。根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种用于终端的身 份识别系统,所述系统包括:获得装置,用于获得与用户对应的预存生物特征信息,所述用户在所述终端的预设范围内;生物特征库,用于维护所获得的预存生物特征信息;采集装置,用于采集所述用户的第一生物特征信息;以及识别装置,用于在所述生物特征库中识别所述第一生物特征信息,并根据识别结果来决定开启或禁用所述终端的一个或多个功能或部件。
可选地,在上述身份识别系统中,所述获得装置配置成在所述终端与所述用户的智能设备蓝牙连接时,获得该用户的预存生物特征信息并传送给所述生物特征库。
可选地,在上述身份识别系统中,所述生物特征库配置成在所述终端与所述用户的智能设备断开蓝牙连接时,从所述生物特征库中删除所述预存生物特征信息。
可选地,在上述身份识别系统中,所述获得装置配置成:根据所述用户的智能设备的经纬度信息来确定所述用户在所述终端的预设范围内;获得所述预存生物特征信息并传送给所述生物特征库。

可选地,在上述身份识别方法中,所述获得步骤包括:在所述终端与所述用户的智能设备蓝牙连接时,获得该用户的预存生物特征信息。
可选地,在上述身份识别方法中,所述维护步骤包括:在所述终端与所述用户的智能设备蓝牙连接时,将所获得的预存生物特征信息加入所述生物特征集合;以及在所述终端与所述用户的智能设备断开蓝牙连接时,从所述生物特征集合中删除所述预存生物特征信息。

本发明的一个或多个实施例将生物识别技术应用到终端,并建设性地提出了一种动态维护生物识别搜索范围的策略,来保证识别准确率。例如,在本发明的一个实施例中,仅获得在终端的预设范围内用户的预存生物特征信息,并进而获得生物特征集合,这可保证在后续进行采集比对时,限制待比对的样本库(即生物特征集合)的大小,保证生物识别的准确率。
通过纳入本文的附图以及随后与附图一起用于说明本发明的某些原理的具体实施方式,本发明的方法和装置所具有的其它特征和优点将更为具体地变得清楚或得以阐明。

以下说明描述了本发明的特定实施方式以教导本领域技术人员如何制造和使用本发明的最佳模式。为了教导发明原理,已简化或省略了一些常规方面。本领域技术人员应该理解源自这些实施方式的变型将落在本发明的范围内。本领域技术人员应该理解下述特征能够以各种方式接合以形成本发明的多个变型。由此,本发明并不局限于下述特定实施方式,而仅由权利要求和它们的等同物限定。
图1是表示本发明的一个实施例的身份识别系统的结构示意图。如图1所示,该身份识别系统1000可包括获得装置110、生物特征 库120、采集装置130以及识别装置140。
具体来说,获得装置110用于获得与用户对应的预存生物特征信息,所述用户在所述终端的预设范围内。在一个实施例中,获得装置110配置成采用蓝牙技术来获得预设范围内的用户的生物特征信息。例如,获得装置110可配置成在终端与用户的智能设备蓝牙连接时,获得该用户的预存生物特征信息并传送给生物特征库120。获得装置110可进一步配置成在该终端与用户的智能设备断开蓝牙连接时,从生物特征库120中删除所述预存生物特征信息。备选地,获得装置110还可以通过其他技术来获得预设范围内的用户的预存生物特征信息。例如,获得装置110可配置成根据用户的智能设备的经纬度信息来确定用户在终端的预设范围内,并进而获得该用户的预存生物特征信息并传送给生物特征库120。
生物特征库120用于维护所获得的预存生物特征信息。在生物识别技术(例如人脸识别技术)中,为了减少用户的交互,可采用1∶N的方案,例如摄像头采集的人脸照片在人脸库中进行比对搜索。但受限于目前技术的局限性,当库中的样本数据个数N较大时,识别结果的准确率出现显著下降。因此,在本发明的一个优选实施例中,生物特征库120动态维护生物识别时的搜索范围,例如仅维护在终端的预设范围内的用户的预存生物特征信息,从而限制待比对的样本库(也称为生物特征集合)的大小,保证生物识别的准确率。
采集装置130用于采集所述用户的第一生物特征信息。在一个实施例中,所述采集装置130为一个或多个摄像头,用于采集所述用户的人脸图像。在另一个实施例中,所述采集装置130为静脉采集器,用于采集所述用户的手指上的静脉生物特征图像。
识别装置140用于在生物特征库120中识别所述第一生物特征信息,并根据识别结果来决定开启或禁用所述终端的一个或多个功能或部件。
尽管在图1中未示出,身份识别系统1000还可包括判断装置,用于确定所述用户打算通过所述终端。在一个实施例中,所述判断 装置为手势感应器,用于根据所述用户的手势确定用户打算通过所述终端。在一个实施例中,识别装置140配置成根据在所述生物特征库120中识别所述第一生物特征信息的结果,决定开启或禁用判断装置。
在一个实施例中,上述身份识别系统1000还可包括识别结果提示装置,用于在所述生物特征库中识别出所述第一生物特征信息时,提示所识别出的用户的脱敏信息。
图2是表示本发明的一个实施例的身份识别方法的流程示意图。如图2所示,身份识别方法2000包括:步骤210,获得与用户对应的预存生物特征信息,所述用户在所述终端的预设范围内;步骤220,维护所获得的预存生物特征信息,以形成生物特征集合;步骤230,采集所述用户的第一生物特征信息;步骤240,在所述生物特征集合中识别所述第一生物特征信息;以及步骤250,根据识别结果来决定开启或禁用所述终端的一个或多个功能或部件。
在一个实施例中,步骤210可采用蓝牙技术来确定用户在终端的预设范围内。例如,步骤210可包括:在所述终端与所述用户的智能设备蓝牙连接时,获得该用户的预存生物特征信息。步骤210还可包括:在所述终端与所述用户的智能设备蓝牙连接时,将所获得的预存生物特征信息加入所述生物特征集合;以及在所述终端与所述用户的智能设备断开蓝牙连接时,从所述生物特征集合中删除所述预存生物特征信息。
在另一个实施例中,步骤210采用经纬度信息来确定用户在终端的预设范围内。例如,在该实施例中,步骤210包括:根据所述用户的智能设备的经纬度信息来确定所述用户在所述终端的预设范围内;以及获得所述预存生物特征信息。
在步骤230中,可采集用户的不同生物特征信息。例如,在一个实施例中,步骤230包括:由一个或多个摄像头采集所述用户的人脸图像。在另一个实施例中,步骤230包括:由静脉采集器采集所述用户的手指上的静脉生物特征图像。
尽管在图2中未示出,在一个实施例中,上述身份识别方法 2000还包括:确定所述用户打算通过所述终端。所述确定步骤例如可通过手势感应器来实现,即根据所述用户的手势确定用户打算通过所述终端。例如手势感应器感应出用户的挥手动作,并进而判断出用户表达主观入站意愿,这可避免误开门操作。
在一个实施例中,步骤250可包括:根据在所述生物特征集合中识别所述第一生物特征信息的结果,决定是否执行所述确定步骤。
在一个实施例中,上述身份识别方法2000还包括:在所述生物特征集合中识别出所述第一生物特征信息时,提示所识别出的用户的脱敏信息。
图3至图5表示根据本发明的实施例的身份识别系统的应用场景图。需要指出的是,在图3至图5的实施例中,获得装置用于捕捉人脸信息,采集装置为一个或多个摄像头。本领域技术人员容易理解,这些实施例仅是示意性的,本发明并不限于这些具体的实施例,而是可应用于更多的实施例或更多的场景中,例如获得装置可用于捕捉其他生物特征信息,如静脉图像信息,并且相应地采集装置可以为静脉图像采集器而不是摄像头。
如图3所示,在终端(例如地铁闸机)的入口处,可安装一个或多个人脸识别摄像头,用于捕捉、跟踪人脸,并进行人脸识别。摄像头覆盖范围可以为闸机入口前一段距离(包括闸机),例如3-4米,并可根据实际场景布放多台摄像头,保证人脸识别覆盖区域。摄像头的数量、位置、类型可根据实际场景进行调整。
在闸机入口显眼处,可配套人脸识别结果提示器,用于显示当前系统识别出的脱敏用户身份信息。提示器形式不固定,包括但不限于液晶显示屏、LED等提示装置,并可同时配套语音提醒功能,通过人性化的服务方式,为用户提供温馨的出行体验。
在一个实施例中,在终端中安装用户手势感应装置。手势感应器的物理形式不固定,可设置为红外光感装置或其他形式设备,用以感知用户挥手遮挡的动作,其作用如下:
(1)身份识别状态提示。系统根据当前用户的人脸识别结果,显示不同状态(如改变灯光颜色),用户在到达闸机口时,若已经 完成人脸识别,则可完成挥手开门;若未完成人脸识别,则禁用挥手开门。
(2)挥手开门。在人脸识别成功之后,用户在闸机口前,用手遮挡光感设备,代替原始公交卡挥卡动作,系统打开闸机通行。之所以设置用户手势感应器,是因为通过挥手动作,用户表达主观入站意愿,从而避免非乘车用户出现在摄像头中造成误开门操作。
如前文所述,为保证识别结果的准确性,需要将人脸搜索库的数量N控制在一定范围内。在一个实施例中,例如在地铁站的场景下,通过设备蓝牙通信验证的方法,将识别范围动态控制在当前出现在地铁站内的用户群体,而非全部注册用户。具体方法如下:在用户注册时,除了提交一张人脸图片并绑定一张银行卡之外,系统同时采集注册设备的蓝牙mac信息,将人脸信息与设备进行绑定。乘车人在地铁进站前,开启手机设备蓝牙,地铁闸机与用户手机通过蓝牙进行连接,通过mac与人脸信息的绑定关系,将该设备对应的人脸信息加入动态人脸识别库中。当乘车人远离闸机,断开蓝牙链接,则将该设备对应的人脸信息移除动态人脸识别库。如此,将人脸搜索的范围动态缩小到当前等待地铁进站的人数,而非全部注册用户,从而保证人脸识别的准确率。
在一个优选的实施例中,用户通过注册将身份信息与银行卡、设备进行绑定,使系统能够为其提供便捷服务。通过注册,系统采集如下信息:
(1)设备蓝牙信息
在用户过程中,系统会自动采集设备的蓝牙信息,如Mac,该蓝牙信息可以唯一标识一台设备,并在后续缩小人脸识别范围过程中,起关键作用。
(2)用户身份信息
采集用户身份信息,包括姓名、手机号、身份证号。用于注册时对上送的人脸照片进行验证和人脸识别结果的展示(脱敏)。
(3)用户人脸信息
即用户人脸照片。验证通过后入库,用作人脸识别的比对样本。
(4)银行卡信息
包括姓名、银行卡号、银行预留手机号、短信验证码等信息,用于到发卡银行验证银行卡有效性。系统将在用户进出闸机后,通过识别结果从该绑定卡片中扣费。
具体来说,在注册过程中,首先采集设备蓝牙信息,然后采集用户身份信息,再上送人脸照片,系统将用户身份信息与人脸照片信息通过公安系统进行验证,通过后,继续采集用户银行卡信息,系统将银行卡要素送至发卡行进行验证,通过后,将采集到的设备蓝牙信息、用户身份信息、人脸信息和银行卡信息进行绑定。
用户进出站过闸机的过程,根据人脸识别时机,可以分为预识别和即时识别。预识别是指在用户还未到达闸机口之前,已经进入到人脸设备摄像头的捕捉范围,并开始人脸识别,在用户到达闸机口时,已经完成人脸识别;即时识别是指用户到达闸机口时,再开始人脸识别,识别用户身份。根据出现在摄像头画面中的用户数,人脸识别的过程可分为单一用户识别和多用户同时识别,针对不同的场景需求可结合不同的方案,制定不同的实施例。
图4是多用户预识别的场景示意图。如图4所示,所有旅客在进站前向终端靠近,摄像头识别覆盖区域为闸机前一段区域,该区域根据人脸识别速度和旅客步行速度,一般可设置为3-4米(具体范围可根据站点场景进行调整),在用户进入到识别范围内后,系统扫描到画面中出现多张人脸,并对这些人脸进行人脸识别,在用户到达闸机处挥手示意进站后,系统将闸机处排在最前面用户的人脸记录为当前入站人员,并进入计费流程。
在一个实施例中,详细流程如下:用户入站后,手机设备与闸机通过蓝牙进行连接通信,系统获取设备蓝牙Mac信息。该用户的设备信息已经与注册时的人脸照片进行绑定,将对应的样本加入到本站人脸识别动态库中。用户向闸机靠近,进入人脸识别区域,系统同时检测到多张人脸,并开始进行人脸识别。在用户到达闸机过程中,完成识别,输出识别结果。系统通过计算正对闸机区域内的人脸,及其大小、坐标位置等因素,确定多个用户中,目前处于闸 机口最前,正准备通过的用户,并在提示装置中进行脱敏结果展示,并将用户手势感应器置于可挥手通过状态,用于提示用户。该用户通过挥手触发用户手势感应器,打开闸机,成功进站,同时系统记录该用户的进出站信息,计算行程,从注册时绑定的银行卡中完成扣费。用户通过闸机,在逐渐远离闸机的过程中,蓝牙会随着距离的增大而断开,蓝牙断开后,系统将对应的用户人脸信息从动态识别库中移除,从而将人脸识别范围控制在当前站内人员范围内。
在此实施例中,用户无需使用交通卡、二维码等方式进站,在用户看来,通过挥手的动作代替了原来的挥卡或扫码动作,识别过程用户无需干预,给用户一种“即来即走”的快速过闸机体验,从而减少拥挤和等待。
与多用户预识别相比,单用户预识别的实施例中,需要在物理通道上控制过闸机人员的路径和摄像头的位置,确保在识别阶段,摄像头中只出现当前过闸机唯一用户,其他流程与多用户预识别相同,不再赘述。
单用户预识别实施例节约了识别等待时间,但在物理上保证单用户路径通过,增加了用户通行距离和排队等待时间。
相比于多用户预识别的方式,即时识别流程相对简单,是指在闸机口处,对捕捉到的单一人脸进行识别。
图5示出了即时识别场景示意图。在此场景下中,摄像头的位置安装在闸机上或靠近闸机的位置,确保摄像头只能捕捉到当前进站用户的单一人脸,在捕捉到人脸信息之后,进行人脸识别,完成进站。
在一个具体的实施例中,用户入站后,手机设备与闸机通过蓝牙进行连接通信,系统获取设备蓝牙Mac信息。将对应的样本加入到本站人脸识别动态库中。用户站在闸机口指定区域,确保闸机摄像头可以捕捉到当前过闸机用户。摄像头位置的安装经过调整后,应符合大多数用户习惯和角度,确保可以为之捕捉过站用户人脸。开始人脸识别,并在提示装置中进行脱敏结果展示,并将用户手势感应器置于可挥手通过状态,用于提示用户挥手通过。该用户通过 挥手触发用户手势感应器,打开闸机,成功进站,同时系统记录该用户的进出站信息,计算行程,从注册时绑定的银行卡中完成扣费。用户通过闸机,在逐渐远离闸机的过程中,蓝牙会随着距离的增大而断开,蓝牙断开后,系统将对应的用户人脸信息从动态识别库中移除。
通过该实施例,用户在到达闸机口处才进行人脸识别,相比于预识别的方式,识别过程需要用户配合,对用户感知度较高。优点在于方案实施简单,识别过程中只有一个人脸用户即为当前进站用户,相比多用户预识别,无需计算多个人脸中,排在队伍前面等待通过的是哪一个人脸。
因此在将本发明的技术方案应用在地铁场景中时,可提高地铁进出站效率,缓解地铁进出站过程中人流拥堵问题。另外,用户可以不需要携带公交卡或预先生成二维码,只需要在进站过程中,进入识别范围,在到达闸机的过程中完成生物特征识别(例如人脸识别),通过挥手的动作代替原有挥卡动作,系统自动计费,并从绑定的银行卡中完成扣费,给用户提供一种“无阻碍”式进站服务,极大提高地铁出行体验。
本领域内的技术人员应明白,本发明的实施例可提供为方法、设备或计算机程序产品。因此,本发明可采用硬件、软件、或软硬件结合的形式。而且,本发明可采用在一个或多个其中包含有计算机可用程序代码的计算机可用存储介质(包括但不限于磁盘存储器和光学存储器等)上实施的计算机程序产品的形式。

  1. 一种用于终端的身份识别系统,所述系统包括:
    获得装置,用于获得与用户对应的预存生物特征信息,所述用户在所述终端的预设范围内;
    生物特征库,用于维护所获得的预存生物特征信息;
    采集装置,用于采集所述用户的第一生物特征信息;以及
    识别装置,用于在所述生物特征库中识别所述第一生物特征信息,并根据识别结果来决定开启或禁用所述终端的一个或多个功能或部件。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的身份识别系统,其中,所述获得装置配置成在所述终端与所述用户的智能设备蓝牙连接时,获得该用户的预存生物特征信息并传送给所述生物特征库。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的身份识别系统,其中,所述生物特征库配置成在所述终端与所述用户的智能设备断开蓝牙连接时,从所述生物特征库中删除所述预存生物特征信息。

    采集所述用户的第一生物特征信息;
    在所述生物特征集合中识别所述第一生物特征信息;以及
    根据识别结果来决定开启或禁用所述终端的一个或多个功能或部件。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的身份识别方法,其中,所述获得步骤包括:
    在所述终端与所述用户的智能设备蓝牙连接时,获得该用户的预存生物特征信息。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的身份识别方法,其中,所述维护步骤包括:
    在所述终端与所述用户的智能设备蓝牙连接时,将所获得的预存生物特征信息加入所述生物特征集合;以及
    在所述终端与所述用户的智能设备断开蓝牙连接时,从所述生物特征集合中删除所述预存生物特征信息。
  14. 如权利要求11所述的身份识别方法,其中,所述获得步骤包括:
    根据所述用户的智能设备的经纬度信息来确定所述用户在所述终端的预设范围内;以及
    获得所述预存生物特征信息。
  15. 如权利要求11所述的身份识别方法,其中,所述采集步骤包括:
    由一个或多个摄像头采集所述用户的人脸图像。
  16. 如权利要求11所述的身份识别方法,其中,所述采集步骤包括:
    由静脉采集器采集所述用户的手指上的静脉生物特征图像。
  17. 如权利要求1所述的身份识别方法,还包括:
    确定所述用户打算通过所述终端。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的身份识别方法,其中,所述确定步骤包括:
    由手势感应器根据所述用户的手势确定用户打算通过所述终端。
  19. 如权利要求17或18所述的身份识别方法,其中,所述根据识别结果来决定开启或禁用所述终端的一个或多个功能或部件包括:
    根据在所述生物特征集合中识别所述第一生物特征信息的结果,决定是否执行所述确定步骤。
  20. 如权利要求11所述的身份识别方法,还包括:
    在所述生物特征集合中识别出所述第一生物特征信息时,提示所识别出的用户的脱敏信息。
  21. 一种终端,包括如权利要求1至10中任一项所述的身份识别系统。
  22. 一种计算机存储介质,所述介质包括指令,所述指令在运行时执行如权利要求11至20中任一项所述的身份识别方法。
