Abstract
Description
吐出パイプ10は、その中空部が流体Fを吐出する吐出流路12となる円筒状に形成される。本実施形態において熱源に近接して使用される吐出パイプ10は、後に詳述する容器本体20、及びバルブ30に含まれる吐出パイプ支持部31並びにバルブ本体32よりも耐熱性の高い材料で構成され、本実施形態ではステンレス鋼で形成される。吐出パイプ10の先端には、吐出流路12の吐出口122が形成され、後に詳述するようにプランジャ50が流体Fを前方に押し出したときに、吐出口122から流体Fが吐出される。
容器本体20は、略円筒状に形成され、その先端部には後に詳述する先具21が、その後端部には押出機構としてのプランジャ50が各々嵌合する。容器本体20に組み付けられた先具21内には、後に詳述するバルブ30が配置される。先具21内に配置されたバルブ30、容器本体20及びプランジャ50によって、流体Fを収容するタンクTが画成される。先具21が組み付けられる容器本体20の先端部の内径及び外径は、容器本体20の後端部の内径及び外径よりも小さく形成される。容器本体20の先端部の外周面上には、後に詳述する先具21の内周面と嵌合するために、径方向内側に向けて陥没する環状の溝22が複数形成される。容器本体20の後端部の内周面上には、後に詳述するプランジャ50の尾冠(軸筒後端管)56に形成されたローレット外周面562(図15参照)が嵌合可能な複数の溝(不図示)が形成される。容器本体20は、モールド成形し易い樹脂材料により構成される。
バルブ30は、吐出パイプ10の後端部を支持する吐出パイプ支持部31と、その前部に吐出パイプ支持部31の後部が組み付けられるバルブ本体32と、バルブ本体32内に配置された弁体33と、弁体33を後方に付勢する軸線方向に圧縮可能なコイルスプリングであるスプリング34と、を有する。
図7乃至図9に示すように、先具21は、その前端面に後に詳述する熱反射面211を有してディスペンサ1の先端部を覆う、その後端が開口した中空形状に形成される。先具21の後部外周面上には、キャップ40の内周面上に形成された係止突起42と嵌合する環状の溝231が形成され、先具21の後部内周面上には、容器本体20の先端部の外周面上に形成された環状の溝22と嵌合する環状突起232が形成される。本実施形態において、熱源に対向して使用される先具21は、樹脂材料で形成された容器本体20、吐出パイプ支持部31、及びバルブ本体32よりも耐熱性の高い材料、例えば金属材料で形成され、本実施形態では真鍮で形成される。
図10乃至図13に示すように、キャップ40は、その先端部が閉塞された略筒状に形成され、先具21に嵌合したときに吐出パイプ10を覆うことができる。キャップ40の後端部の内周面上には径方向内側に向けて突出する係止突起42が周方向に90度間隔で離間して形成される。キャップ40の突起42は、前述した先具21の環状の溝231に嵌合してキャップ40を先具21に対して着脱自在に取り付けることができる。
図1に示すように、プランジャ50は、その後端が閉塞された略筒状に形成されたノック体51と、タンクTの内壁と摺動して前方に移動可能に構成されたピストン(ピストンカップ)52と、ピストン52を前方に向けて押圧することができるように外周面に雄ネジが形成されたピストンロッド53と、ピストンロッド53に螺合する回転カム54と、回転カム54に対して揺動して回転カム54を一の回転方向に回転するようにノック体51に組み付けられた揺動カム55と、ノック体51がノック操作可能に組み付けられると共に、ピストンロッド53を前方へ移動可能かつ周方向に回転不能に支持する尾冠56と、揺動カム55とノック体51とを相互に離間するように付勢するリターンスプリング57と、を備える。ノック体51をノック操作すると、揺動カム55が揺動して回転カム54を一の回転方向に回転させ、回転カムが螺合するピストンロッド53を前方に押圧して、ピストン52及びピストンロッド53を前進させる。
ディスペンサ1の組み立てについて説明する。図16に示すように、吐出パイプ支持部31に吐出パイプ10の後端部を圧入し(S101)、その吐出パイプ支持部31の後端部314にスプリング34の先端部を組み付ける(S102)。続いて、スプリング34で弁体33をバルブ本体32の弁座面上に押圧するように付勢した状態で吐出パイプ支持部31の後端部をバルブ本体32の前部に嵌合して組み付ける(S103)。続いて、吐出パイプ10を先具21の挿通孔212から突出させた状態として吐出パイプ支持部31を先具21内に組み付ける(S104)。また、キャップ40内にシールパッキン44を組み付ける(S105)。続いて、先具21にキャップ40を組み付ける(S106)ことにより、吐出パイプ10、バルブ30、及びキャップ40を含むキャップセット104を組み立てることができる。
以上説明したディスペンサ1の作動について説明する。ユーザがキャップ40を先具21から取り外し、吐出パイプ10を被塗布体に近接させてノック体51をリターンスプリング57の付勢力に抗して押下すると、ノック体51が揺動カム55に対して相対的に前進する。ノック体51の傾斜孔512が揺動カム55の突起554に対して相対的に前進すると、揺動カム55及び揺動カム55に係合した回転カム54が周方向の一の回転方向に回転する。回転カム54が回転すると、回転カム54に螺合するピストンロッド53が前進し、流体Fを前方へ押し出す。尾冠56の後端面はノック体51の意図しない前進(誤作動)を防ぐように軸線方向に傾斜して形成されているため、ユーザが意図的にノック操作をしない限り、ピストン52が前進して流体Fを前方へ押し出すことがない。

Claims (6)
- 流体を収容するタンクを有する容器本体と、
前記容器本体の先端部に配置され、その先端部に形成された吐出口から前記流体を吐出する流体吐出体と、
操作体を有すると共に該操作体の操作に応じた所定量の前記タンク内の流体を前記流体吐出体へと押し出すプランジャと、
前記タンクと前記流体吐出体とを連通する連通流路を閉鎖し、前記プランジャによる流体の押し出しに応じて前記連通流路を開放する開閉バルブであって、弁座面と、該弁座面よりも前方に配置され、該弁座面に前方から当接する弁体と、該弁体を該弁座面へ向けて付勢するスプリングとを有する開閉バルブと
を備えることを特徴とする流体容器。 - 前記容器本体または前記流体吐出体に着脱自在に取り付けられ、該取り付け時において前記吐出口を閉塞するキャップをさらに備え、
前記キャップは、前記取り付け時に前記流体吐出体の先端部に当接する当接体を有し、
前記当接体の一部は、前記キャップの取り付け時に前記流体吐出体の吐出口内に突出することを特徴とする請求項1記載の流体容器。 - 前記流体吐出体が挿通可能な挿通孔を有し、前記開閉バルブを覆う先具を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の流体容器。
- 前記先具の先端には、軸線方向と直交する方向に対して45度以下の傾斜角を有する方向に延在する熱反射面が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の流体容器。
- 前記先具の熱反射面の後面と前記開閉バルブの前面との間には軸線方向に延在する空間が画成されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の流体容器。
- 前記先具の挿通孔の内周面と前記流体吐出体の外周面との間に隙間が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3乃至請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の流体容器。
