现有折叠箱在使用时,侧板要相对展开直立,四块侧板互锁,从而形成相对封闭的空间来容纳货物,而在货物清空后,箱体需要被回收,为了更大化节约成本,将箱体侧板进行折叠,而使得在同等的空间内能容纳更多的箱体回收。回收过程中要便于清洁,特别是当折叠箱用来装载蔬果生鲜等食品时,使用后清洁尤为重要。同时,箱体要在使用中既要保证在其装载的货物时安全可靠,又要在箱内货物清空时侧板要简单快捷的解锁并折叠。
现有的折叠箱专利,例如US7100786B2中公开的折叠,箱体主体结构由薄壁以及在其表面加强筋的布置组成,底座铰链安装位置由于弹性安装需要,其结构单一且薄弱。底座成型后有较多的成型未封闭的空腔,网格筋其凹陷部位在快速清洗时易于残留污物,效率低。尤其是在底座护边位置,由于需要和侧板的铰链装配和底座成型的需要,其底座存有大量且较深的空腔,此区域清洗时会流入大量的污水,不易排出,容易滋生细菌。
此外,这种单薄壁结构在抗弯抗压形式上能力单一,尤其是在侧板与底座铰接部位,由单一薄壁衔接侧板主体与铰链,尤其是在箱体承载密度较大的货物时,底座内表面受压而向下凹陷,此时的侧板因其铰链与底座护边铰接,护边会随着底座内凹陷而向内趴,侧板靠近铰链一侧也随机受护边的牵引而向内侧并向下形变弯曲。因此,现有折叠箱中,侧板近铰链部位在其承载加大时,不能对抗底座护边向内趴的形变,而使得箱体底座更容易内凹陷,引起底座护 边内趴而进一步导致侧板内变形。在使用其多层箱体堆垛时,上层的货物则会与底座薄壁变形下沉与在其下面的箱体内货物受压,在一定程度上对货物存在安全隐患,且箱体重复使用时,箱体的频繁的高低温环境中使用受力变形易导致疲劳损伤,减短了箱体的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种强度高且易于使用和清洁的折叠箱。
为实现上述目的,根据本发明的一方面,提供了一种折叠箱,所述折叠箱包括底座和两对相对的侧板,所述底座具有板状本体和围绕所述板状本体四周的两对相对的护边,所述两对相对的侧板铰接于所述底座的护边并可相对于所述底座折叠,其中,所述侧板的底部设有侧板铰接部,所述底座的护边上设有相对应的底座铰接部,其中所述侧板铰接部铰接于所述底座铰接部而将所述侧板铰接于所述底座;以及所述两对相对的护边中的至少一对护边的内部设有沿所述护边的长度延伸方向延伸的第一密闭空腔。
一实施例中,所述侧板的底部延伸出相互间隔开的多个连接部,所述连接部设有侧板咬合部;以及所述底座的护边上设有底座咬合部,其中所述底座咬合部布置成当所述侧板铰接于所述底座时,所述底座咬合部与所述侧板咬合部咬合。
一实施例中,所述底座的护边上在与所述连接部对应的位置处设有凹腔,所述底座咬合部设置于所述凹腔内,以及所述侧板咬合部设置成在所述侧板相对于所述底座折叠的过程中,能够围绕所述底座咬合部旋转。
一实施例中,所述侧板的底部还设有第一侧板限位部,且所述底座上在与所述第一侧板限位部相对应的位置处设有第一底座限位部,其中在所述侧板直立的状态下,所述第一侧板限位部与所述第一底座限位部配合以阻碍所述侧板外翻。
一实施例中,所述板状本体上布置有第二密闭空腔,且所述第二密闭空腔凸出所述板状本体的主表面。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细说明,以便更清楚理解本发明的目的、特点和优点。应理解的是,附图所示的实施例并不是对本发明范围的限制,而只是为了说明本发明技术方案的实质精神。
图1示出本发明的折叠箱。如图1所示,折叠箱1包括底座2、一对相对的长侧板3和4以及一对相对的短侧板5和6。各侧板铰接于底座1并可相对于底座1折叠。折叠时,通常是短侧板先折叠,然后再折叠长侧板,长侧板置于短 侧板之上。各侧板的左右两侧设有咬合部,在侧板直立的状态下,相邻侧板的左右两侧的咬合部相互咬合。在短侧板5和6上还分别设有锁定机构7和8,锁定机构7和8用于将相邻的长侧板和短侧板相互锁定。这里,侧板左右两侧的咬合部的结构以及锁定机构7和8的结构可以采用本领域已知的或待开发的任何合适的结构,在此不再详述。
图2至图4B示出根据本发明的一实施例的侧板与底座的连接部分的结构。图2至图4B仅示出长侧板3和4上的连接结构,短侧板5和6上的连接结构与长侧板上的连接结构基本相同,在此不再详述。如图2-3C所示,长侧板3具有本体31。长侧板的底部延伸出相互间隔开的多个连接部32。每个连接部32上设有侧板咬合部33。具体地,每个连接部32设有从长侧板底部一体延伸出的相互间隔开的两个凸条37。两个凸条37底端的内侧分别沿长侧板3的长度方向沿相对的方向延伸出侧板咬合部33。两个侧板咬合部33之间通过连接杆38相互连接,连接杆38主要用作防止侧板在折叠状态下脱离底座的限位作用,因此也可称为限位杆,下文将进一步详细描述。连接杆38的中部还形成有导向部33,用于在将长侧板安装至底座时,对长侧板进行导向。两个凸条37的外侧分别沿长侧板3的长度方向沿相反的方向分别延伸出铰链轴34。铰链轴的外端部沿铰链轴的轴向延伸出一定位部35,其中在侧板直立的状态下,定位部与底座上的挂台咬合,下文将进一步描述。这里,定位部35可以通过将铰链轴34的端部切除一部分而形成,即定位部35由铰链轴的端部形成。
底座2包括本体21。本体21的四周设有一对相对的护边22和23以及另一对相对的护边24和25。一对相对的长侧板3和4分别安装在护边22和23上,而一对相对的短侧板分别安装在护边24和25上。各护边上设有用于与侧板的底部(即下侧)上的相应结构配合的结构。这里,以在护边22上的与长侧板3下侧的相应结构配合的底座结构为例进行说明。护边24和25上的相应结构,即与短侧板下侧的相应结构配合的结构,以及护边23上的相应结构,均与护边22上的相应结构基本相同,在此不再详述。
如图3C-4B所更详细示出的,底座2的护边22上在连接部32对应的位置处设有凹腔221。凹腔221的开口朝向22护边的顶部和内侧。凹腔221内从凹腔底面一体延伸出底座咬合部222,其中当侧板3铰接于底座2时,底座咬合部222与侧板咬合部33咬合。底座咬合部222位于或靠近底座的护边22的内侧。 底座咬合部222包括从凹腔221的底面一体延伸出的相互间隔开的两个立柱225。两个立柱的顶部一体形成有连接杆224。连接杆224的两侧用作咬合结构,即底座咬合部222为大致T形。底座咬合部222的两个立柱225及连接杆224之间围成一个导向孔229。在侧板3组装至底座2时,侧板上的导向部33穿过导向孔229,以辅助侧板的安装。
凹腔221的面向折叠箱内侧的侧壁的顶部上形成有朝向内凸出的凸起223。侧板3安装至底座时,侧板3上的连接杆38位于凸起223下方,并被凸起223阻挡而不会从底座2脱开。凹腔221的两侧形成有铰链轴容纳部226和限位挂台227。侧板3组装至底座时,侧板3上的铰链轴34容纳于铰链轴容纳部226内并能够在其中旋转。在侧板直立的状态下,侧板3的铰链轴34的末端上的定位部35与挂台227咬合,从而增强侧板与底座之间的连接强度,如图6所示。
图7示出底座2的一部分的放大图,其中底座的一部分切除以示出底座的内部结构。如图7所示,底座2的护边22内部设有空腔228。空腔228位于凹腔221的下方。空腔228沿护边22的长度方向延伸。空腔228的长度略小于护边22的长度,例如比护边的长度小约两个壁厚。优选地,空腔228为封闭空腔。优选地,空腔228通过气辅注塑成型。
图5-6示出长侧板3连接于底座2并处于直立状态。如图5和6所示,长侧板3连接于底座2并处于直立状态时,长侧板3底部的咬合部33与底座上的咬合结构224相互咬合。长侧板3底部的铰链轴位于34置于底座2的铰链轴容纳部226内,铰链轴的端部所形成的定位部35与底座的挂台227咬合,且长侧板3上的导向部33穿过底座2的导向孔229。
图8示出长侧板3连接于底座2并处于折叠状态。如图8所示,当侧板3处于折叠状态时,侧板上的连接杆38,其用作限位特征,位于底座的凸起223下方,从而防止侧板3向上脱离底座。另外,连接杆38还位于底座咬合部222与底座的凹腔的面向折叠箱内部的侧壁之间,由此在折叠箱处于折叠状态时,限制侧板向内或向外脱离底座。
图9-12示出根据本发明的另一实施例的折叠箱10的结构图。该折叠箱的基本组成部分与上述实施例相同,主要不同之处在于侧板与底座的连接部分的结构,其余相同,在此不再详述。如图9-12所示,侧板30的下侧设有咬合部301,也称为侧板咬合部301。底座20上设有相应的底座咬合部205,在侧板30相对 于底座20折叠的过程中,侧板咬合部301能够围绕底座咬合部旋转。
具体地,如图10和11所示,侧板30的下侧一体延伸出连接部302。连接部302的端部在一侧沿侧板的长度方向延伸出咬合部301。相邻的两个连接部302的端部的一侧延伸出的咬合部沿相对的方向延伸,并且相邻的两个咬合部组成一组咬合结构。连接部302的与咬合部相反的另一侧延伸出限位部303,也称为侧板限位部。限位部303可以是从侧板底部向下延伸的筋板或凸起等。
如图9所示,底座20包括本体206。本体206的四周设有一对相对的护边201和203以及另一对相对的护边202和204。一对相对的长侧板分别安装在护边201和203上,而一对相对的短侧板分别安装在护边202和204上。各护边上设有用于与侧板的底部(即下侧)上的相应结构配合的结构。这里,以在护边201上的与长侧板下侧的相应结构配合的底座结构为例进行说明。护边202和204上的相应结构,即与短侧板下侧的相应结构配合的结构,以及护边203上的相应结构,均与护边201上的相应结构基本相同,在此不再详述。
如图10和11所更详细示出的,底座20的护边201上在连接部302对应的位置处设有凹腔207。凹腔207的开口朝向护边201的顶部和内侧。凹腔221内从凹腔底面一体延伸出底座咬合部208,其中当侧板铰接于底座时,底座咬合部208与侧板咬合部301咬合。底座咬合部208位于或靠近底座的护边201的内侧。底座咬合部208包括从凹腔207的底面一体延伸出的相互间隔开的两个立柱209。两个立柱的顶部一体形成有连接杆210。连接杆210的两侧用作咬合结构。底座咬合部208的两个立柱209及连接杆210共同形成T形结构,即底座咬合部208为大致T形。
连接杆210的背向折叠箱内部的一侧形成有凸起211,即凸起211位于底座咬合部208与凹腔207的面向折叠箱内侧的侧壁之间。
侧板30安装至底座并处于折叠状态时,侧板30上的咬合部301位于凸起211下方,并被凸起211阻挡而阻碍侧板30向上从底座20脱开。
凹腔207的两侧还形成有限位槽212。限位槽212为开口朝上的开口槽。在侧板直立的状态下,侧板30的限位部303插入限位槽212内,从而阻碍侧板进一步外翻。限位槽212的靠近折叠箱内部的一侧还设有切口213。切口213为限位303插入限位槽或脱离限位槽提供避让空间。
图12和13示出长侧板30连接于底座20并处于折叠状态。如图12和13 所示,当侧板30处于折叠状态时,侧板上的咬合部301的一个侧面301a与底座上的凸起211配合,并位于底座的凸起211下方,从而防止侧板3向上脱离底座。
图14-16示出长侧板30连接于底座20并处于直立状态的局部视图。如图14-16所示,长侧板30连接于底座2并处于直立状态时,长侧板30底部的咬合部301与底座上的咬合部208相互咬合。长侧板30底部的限位部303插入于底座20的限位槽212内,由此防止侧板30进一步外翻。
如图15-16所示,底座20的护边201内部设有空腔214。空腔214位于凹腔207的下方。空腔214沿护边201的长度方向延伸。空腔214的长度略小于护边201的长度,例如比护边的长度小约两个壁厚。优选地,空腔214为封闭空腔。优选地,空腔214通过气辅注塑成型。
还如图15-16所示,优选地,在侧板的底部护边内部也设有空腔39。空腔39类似于空腔214。空腔39沿侧板的长度方向延伸且为封闭空腔。优选地,空腔39通过气辅注塑成型。
图17-19示出图9所示的折叠箱的一变形例的结构图。该变形例与图9所示的折叠箱的不同之处在于,本实施例的折叠箱101的侧板40底部的咬合部401与图9所示的咬合部301不同,其余相同,在此不再详述。如图18所示,侧板40的咬合部401还包括从咬合部本体延伸出的限位部401a。限位部401a布置成使得在侧板折叠的状态下,限位部401a与侧板咬合部配合,以阻碍侧板咬合部401沿朝向折叠箱内部的方向脱离底座。应理解的是,也可以将咬合部401的尺寸做得更大来实现与上述的限位部401a相同的功能。
图20-21示出图9所示的折叠箱的另一变形例的结构图。该变形例与图9所示的折叠箱的不同之处在于,本实施例的折叠箱102的侧板50底部的连接部502与图9所示的连接部302不同,且底座60上设有与连接部匹配的结构,其余相同,在此不再详述。如图20-21所示,侧板50的连接部502还包括从连接部的一侧延伸出的限位凸起502a。底座60的结构与图9所示的底座结构基本相同,不同点仅在于在凹腔内在与限位凸起502a相对应的位置处设有凹槽601,其余相同,在此不再详述。在侧板折叠的状态下,限位凸起502a与底座凹槽601配合,以阻碍侧板沿朝向折叠箱内部的方向脱离底座。
应理解的是,还可以通过其他方式或结构来阻碍侧板沿朝向折叠箱内部的 方向脱离底座。
图22示出折叠箱的局部立体图,其中部分剖切以示出内部结构。如图22所示,侧板与底座对应有x,y和z三个方向上的延伸。铰链沿长侧板的x方向设置。侧板加强部,即空腔在沿着铰链设置方向的垂直方向y轴上具有一定厚度。底座加强部(即空腔)沿着x方向设置。底座沿x,z轴方向布置具有辐射面积的货物承载面。侧板与底座的铰接处具有对应的支点,底座支点A,B对应的侧板支点A,B在Z轴向上偏移,形成杠杆,以对抗由于底座承载时下陷侧板与底座铰接处向内偏移,尤其形成底座强化的第一部分。
侧板下缘设置加强部与底座加强部共同形成底座强化的第二部分。尤其是处于铰接部位的侧板加强部与底座加强部,增加了铰接部位在x,y,z轴方向上的抗形变能力(底座受力承载时,底座护边y轴负方向以及底座受承载区域下陷时底座护边被迫向z轴向的偏移)。
此外,相比其他类型的空腔,封闭性的空腔结构使得侧板和底座的抗变形能力大大提高。图23a-23b分别示出采用不同截面的空腔的底座护边,在底座承载时,相对于x,z方向沿y轴向的形变示意图。图23a为倒U型开放型型腔图,图23b为封闭型型腔。在底座护边两端相对固定并在中部施加一定压力情况下,两种不同型腔截面的护边结构具有不同的抗弯能力。在相同压力下,开放型型腔的变形量达到50,而封闭型型腔的变形量只有46。明显地,封闭型型腔护边具有更好的抗形变能力。
图23c与图23d分别示出底座护边在底座承压下陷时,在yz截面上所呈现出局部扭曲的示意图。当底座下陷时,封闭型型腔相比于开放型型腔,底座护边截面与y轴的夹角呈减小趋势,即a1>a2。由此可见,封闭的底座护边型腔更具有对抗扭曲形变能力即底座护边扭曲。
综合以上,封闭型底座护边型腔有效改善底座形变,从而提升底座的承载能力。
图24-25示出根据本发明的一实施例的折叠箱的底座1a的结构图。如图24-25所示,底座1a具有板状本体1a1和护边1a2。板状本体1a1上分布有通孔1a11。板状本体1a1的四周上布置有密闭空腔1a3。密闭空腔1a3凸出板状本体的主表面1a4并平行于护边延伸。主表面1a4背向底座的护边。通过在板状本体的四周布置密闭空腔,底座的强度可大大提高。
一变形例中,密闭空腔1a3可仅仅布置在板状本体的两对相对的侧边中的一对侧边上。此种情况也可以显著提高底座的强度。
较佳地,密闭空腔1a3通过气辅成型工艺形成。
图26-27示出根据本发明的另一实施例的折叠箱的底座1b的结构图。图26-27所示,该实施例与图24-25实施例的主要不同之处在于:底座1b的护边1b2及板状主体1b1上均布置有封闭空腔。其余基本相同,在此不再详述。
底座1b的护边1b2上布置有第一封闭空腔1b3。第一封闭空腔1b3布置于两对相对的护边中的至少一对护边的内部并沿护边的长度延伸方向。
板状本体1b1上布置有第二封闭空腔1b4。优选地,布置于板状主体上的第二封闭空腔1b4相对于布置于护边上的第一封闭空腔1b3更靠近板状主体的内侧。
图28-29是根据本发明的又一实施例的折叠箱的底座1c的结构图。如图28-29所示,该实施例与图26-27实施例的主要不同之处在于:护边1c2上布置的空腔1c3为开口型空腔,而板状主体1c1上的空腔1c4为封闭型空腔。其余相同,在此不再详述。
图30-31是根据本发明的再一实施例的折叠箱的底座1d的结构图。如图30-31所示,该实施例与图24-25实施例的主要不同之处在于:底座1d的板状主体1d1上布置的空腔为交叉型空腔,即底座1d的板状主体1d1上布置有两条相互交叉的密闭空腔1d3和1d4。这两条密闭空腔的交叉点位于底座的中心。每条密闭空腔的两端延伸至底座的边缘。两条密闭的空腔相互连通。其余相同,在此不再详述。
应理解的是,上述各实施例中的布置于底座的板状主体和底座的护边上的空腔形式和布置位置可以相互组合。
图32-36示出相互堆叠的两个折叠箱的结构示意图,其中这两个折叠箱的底座采用如图26所示的底座1b。如图32-36所示,折叠箱的侧板70的顶部设有侧板限位部701。侧板限位部701为突出于侧板顶表面的凸起。底座1b的底部设有底座限位部1b5。底座限位部1b5为设置于底座外围的凹槽。侧板限位部701和底座限位部1b布置成在两个折叠箱堆叠时,位于上方的折叠箱的底座限位部1b与位于下方的折叠箱的侧板限位部701配合,从而使得位于上方的折叠箱的底座与位于下方的折叠箱的侧板之间的相对位置固定。进一步地,底座1b 上的凸出底表面的密闭空腔1b4也用作限位部。从而,两个折叠箱相互堆叠时,位于上方的折叠箱的密闭空腔在位于下方的折叠箱的侧板的内侧。由此,位于下方的折叠箱的侧板被限定在上方折叠箱的底座限位部与凸出的密闭空腔之间。这种位置限定,既可以达到折叠箱侧板受货物挤压时,侧板相对的形变,同时,也在底座相对的两组护边上形成相对的固定支撑点,使其底座在其护边除空腔加强之外,再以固定支撑的方式形成底座护边的支撑框架,对抗其底座受货物承载时,底座的向下的形变,达到侧板与底座的双重加强效果。
应理解的是,上述各实施例中,侧板与底座之间的铰接方式可以是在侧板的底部设置侧板铰接部,在底座的护边上设置相对应的底座铰接部,从而侧板铰接部铰接于底座铰接部而将侧板铰接于底座。上述的侧板铰接部和上述的连接部上的侧板咬合部可以是相同部分,也可以是不同部分。类似地,上述的底座铰接部和上述的底座咬合部可以是相同部分,也可以是不同部分。在侧板相对于底座折叠的过程中,侧板咬合部能够围绕底座咬合部旋转的情形下,侧板铰接部和侧板咬合部为相同部分,且上述的底座铰接部和上述的底座咬合部为相同部分。
本发明的折叠箱的侧板与底座之间的连接结构简单,咬合强度高,使得底座护边尺寸可以相对较小,而且操作方便、易于清洁。此外,底座上设有密闭空腔,使得底座在各个受力方向上有着更优的抗扭曲及形变能力。当底座承载货物较重时,能更好的对抗底座受压后向下内凹陷,从而解决箱体底座受压后内凹陷货物间挤压受损的问题,提高折叠箱承载货物后运输的安全可靠性。在跌落以及碰撞情况下,更能均匀的分散应力,从而提高折叠箱的使用寿命。
以上已详细描述了本发明的较佳实施例,但应理解到,在阅读了本发明的上述讲授内容之后,本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改。这些等价形式同样落于本申请所附权利要求书所限定的范围。

Claims (22)

  1. 一种折叠箱,所述折叠箱包括底座和两对相对的侧板,所述底座具有板状本体和围绕所述板状本体四周的两对相对的护边,所述两对相对的侧板铰接于所述底座的护边并可相对于所述底座折叠,其特征在于,
    所述侧板的底部设有侧板铰接部,所述底座的护边上设有相对应的底座铰接部,其中所述侧板铰接部铰接于所述底座铰接部而将所述侧板铰接于所述底座;以及
    所述两对相对的护边中的至少一对护边的内部设有沿所述护边的长度延伸方向延伸的第一密闭空腔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠箱,其特征在于,所述侧板的底部延伸出相互间隔开的多个连接部,所述连接部设有侧板咬合部;以及所述底座的护边上设有底座咬合部,其中所述底座咬合部布置成当所述侧板铰接于所述底座时,所述底座咬合部与所述侧板咬合部咬合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的折叠箱,其特征在于,所述底座的护边上在与所述连接部对应的位置处设有凹腔,所述底座咬合部设置于所述凹腔内,以及所述侧板咬合部设置成在所述侧板相对于所述底座折叠的过程中,能够围绕所述底座咬合部旋转。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠箱,其特征在于,所述侧板的底部还设有第一侧板限位部,且所述底座上在与所述第一侧板限位部相对应的位置处设有第一底座限位部,其中在所述侧板直立的状态下,所述第一侧板限位部与所述第一底座限位部配合以阻碍所述侧板外翻。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠箱,其特征在于,所述板状本体上布置有第二密闭空腔,且所述第二密闭空腔凸出所述板状本体的主表面。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的折叠箱,其特征在于,所述第二密闭空腔设置于所述板状主体的背向所述护边的主表面上。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的折叠箱,其特征在于,所述板状主体上布置有平行于一条所述护边延伸的至少两个所述第二密闭空腔。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的折叠箱,其特征在于,所述底座的四周布置有两对相对的所述第二密闭空腔。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的折叠箱,其特征在于,所述底座上布置有两条相互交叉的所述第二密闭空腔,且两条所述第二密闭空腔的交叉点位于所述底座的中心。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠箱,其特征在于,所述侧板的底部内部设有沿所述侧板的长度方向延伸的第三密闭空腔。
  11. 一种折叠箱,所述折叠箱包括底座和两对相对的侧板,所述底座具有板状本体和围绕所述板状本体四周的两对相对的护边,所述两对相对的侧板铰接于所述底座的护边并可相对于所述底座折叠,其特征在于,所述侧板的底部设有侧板铰接部,所述底座的护边上设有相对应的底座铰接部,其中所述侧板铰接部铰接于所述底座铰接部而将所述侧板铰接于所述底座;以及所述板状本体上布置有密闭空腔,且所述密闭空腔凸出所述板状本体的主表面。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的折叠箱,其特征在于,所述密闭空腔设置于所述板状主体的背向所述护边的主表面上。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的折叠箱,其特征在于,所述板状主体上布置有平行于一条所述护边延伸的至少两个所述第二密闭空腔。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的折叠箱,其特征在于,所述板状本体的四周布置有两对相对的所述密闭空腔。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的折叠箱,其特征在于,所述底座上布置有两条相互交叉的所述密闭空腔,且两条所述密闭空腔的交叉点位于所述底座的中心。
  16. 根据权利要求11所述的折叠箱,其特征在于,所述板状本体上分布有多个通孔。
  17. 一种折叠箱,所述折叠箱包括底座和两对相对的侧板,所述两对相对的侧板铰接于所述底座并可相对于所述底座折叠,所述底座具有板状本体和围绕所述板状本体四周的两对相对的护边,其特征在于,
    所述侧板的底部延伸出相互间隔开的多个连接部,相邻的两个所述连接部中每个所述连接部各设有至少一个侧板咬合部;
    所述底座的护边上在与所述连接部对应的位置处设有凹腔,每个所述凹腔内设有至少两个所述底座咬合部,其中所述底座咬合部布置成当所述侧板铰接于所述底座时,所述底座咬合部与对应的所述侧板咬合部咬合,并且所述侧板咬合部设置成在所述侧板相对于所述底座折叠的过程中,能够围绕所述底座咬 合部旋转;以及
    所述侧板的底部还设有第一侧板限位部,且所述底座上在与所述第一侧板限位部相对应的位置处设有第一底座限位部,其中在所述侧板直立的状态下,所述第一侧板限位部与所述第一底座限位部配合以阻碍所述侧板外翻。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的折叠箱,其特征在于,每个所述连接部上从一侧延伸出一个所述侧板咬合部,每个所述凹腔内设有两个底座咬合部,且所述两个底座咬合部共同形成T形结构。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的折叠箱,其特征在于,所述两对相对的护边中的至少一对护边的内部设有沿所述护边的长度延伸方向延伸的第一密闭空腔,和/或所述板状本体上布置有第二密闭空腔,且所述第二密闭空腔凸出所述板状本体的主表面。
  20. 一种折叠箱,所述折叠箱包括底座和两对相对的侧板,所述两对相对的侧板铰接于所述底座并可相对于所述底座折叠,所述底座具有板状本体和围绕所述板状本体四周的两对相对的护边,其特征在于,
    所述侧板的底部延伸出相互间隔开的多个连接部,所述连接部设有侧板咬合部,以及所述侧板咬合部的外侧设有沿所述侧板的长度方向延伸的铰链轴;
    所述底座的护边上在与所述连接部对应的位置处设有凹腔,所述凹腔的中部设有底座咬合部且所述凹腔的两端设有设有铰链轴容纳部,其中所述底座咬合部布置成当所述侧板铰接于所述底座时,所述底座咬合部与所述侧板咬合部咬合,并且所述侧板咬合部设置成在所述侧板相对于所述底座折叠的过程中,能够围绕所述底座咬合部旋转,以及所述铰链轴容纳于所述铰链轴容纳部内并能够在所述铰链轴容纳部内围绕一轴线旋转;以及
    所述侧板的底部还设有第一侧板限位部,且所述底座上在与所述第一侧板限位部相对应的位置处设有第一底座限位部,其中在所述侧板直立的状态下,所述第一侧板限位部与所述第一底座限位部配合以阻碍所述侧板外翻。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的折叠箱,其特征在于,所述两对相对的护边中的至少一对护边的内部设有沿所述护边的长度延伸方向延伸的第一密闭空腔,和/或所述板状本体上布置有第二密闭空腔,且所述第二密闭空腔凸出所述板状本体的主表面。
  22. 根据权利要求20所述的折叠箱,其特征在于,两个所述侧板咬合部之间 连接有限位杆,所述底座的凹腔的面向所述折叠箱内侧的侧壁上设有朝向所述折叠箱内侧的限位凸起,其中在所述侧板的折叠状态下,所述限位杆与所述限位凸起配合以阻碍所述侧板脱出所述底座。
