- torque is transmitted from the input shaft 11 to the first output shaft 12 via the first gear 21, the third gear 23, the fourth gear 24 and the second gear 22. Since the first gear 21, the third gear 23, and the fourth gear 24 are shared without adding gears, the first output shaft 12 and the second output shaft 14 are both decelerated while suppressing an increase in the size of the device. Thus, the torque of the first output shaft 12 and the second output shaft 14 can be secured. Since no gear is added, the weight of the transfer 10 can be reduced.
- the first gear 21 is detachably coupled to the input shaft 11 by the first device 51.
- the fourth gear 24 is detachably coupled to the intermediate shaft 13 by the third device 53.
- the second gear 52 is detachably coupled to the first output shaft 12 by the second device 52.
- the first gear 21 and the second gear 22 are disposed between the first device 51 and the second device 52 in the axial direction (see FIG. 1). Therefore, compared with the case where a switching device such as a shift fork is arranged between the first gear 21 and the second gear 22, between the first gear 21 and the second gear 22 of the first output shaft 12.
- the length can be shortened.
- the length of the intermediate shaft 13 on which the third gear 23 that meshes with the first gear 21 and the fourth gear 24 that meshes with the second gear 22 can be shortened.
- the axial lengths of the case 15 and the second output shaft 14 arranged so as not to interfere with the third gear 23 can also be shortened. Therefore, the overall length of the transfer 10 in the axial direction can be shortened. As a result, the transfer 10 can be reduced in weight.
- first device 51 and the second device 52 are respectively disposed on both sides of the first gear 21 and the second gear 22 in the axial direction by effectively utilizing the space in the case 15 (see FIG. 1).
- the length of the case 15 in the axial direction can be reduced by dividing the case 15 into the first case 16 and the second case 17.
- the first device 51 switches between a state in which the input shaft 11 and the first gear 21 are coupled and a state in which the input shaft 11 and the first output shaft 12 are coupled by sliding of the sleeve 54 in the axial direction. Since the number of parts constituting the first device 51 can be reduced, the switching device 40 can be reduced in weight and the configuration of the switching device 40 can be simplified.
- the switching device 40 can be simplified.
- Cams 48 and 49 follow the sleeve 54 of the first device 51 with the sleeve 55 of the third device 53 engaged with the splines 36 and 37 and the fourth gear 24 coupled to the intermediate shaft 13. Then, the splines 32 and 33 are engaged. Since the differential rotation between the first output shaft 12 and the first gear 21 can be prevented before the first device 51 is operated, the sleeve 54 of the first device 51 is driven and meshed with the splines 32 and 33. Abnormal noise generated sometimes can be suppressed.

- the sleeve 94 of the first device 91 is disposed on the outer periphery of the splines 83 and 84 and the hub 85.
- the sleeve 94 slides in the axial direction while meshing with the splines 83 and 84 and the hub 85.
- a sleeve 96 of the second device 92 is disposed on the outer periphery of the splines 81 and 82.
- the sleeve 96 slides in the axial direction while meshing with the splines 81 and 82.
- the sleeves 94, 55, and 96 of the first device 91, the second device 92, and the third device 53 are moved in the axial direction by a cylindrical cam formed on the drum 47 (see FIG. 2) and a shift fork that follows the cam. (Not shown).
- the cam curve of the drum 47 the positions of the first device 91, the second device 92, and the third device 53 are switched.
- the transfer 60 takes the two-wheel drive position (2H), the neutral position (N), the four-wheel high-speed position (4H), and the four-wheel low-speed position (4L) as in the first embodiment.
- FIG. 9 is a skeleton diagram of the transfer 100 according to the third embodiment.
