发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种手持式家用研磨器,其结构简单,因此成本低,操作简单可靠。
本发明所采取的技术方案是:提供一种手持式家用研磨器,它包括一带有置物腔的壳体,其特征在于:所述壳体的置物腔内设有一研磨杆,研磨杆的上部贯穿壳体至研磨杆的部分露置于置物腔外,壳体位于研磨杆的下部沿长度方向所对应的位置上设有一通孔,所述研磨杆的下部经通孔穿出至置物腔外或经通孔复位至置物腔内,所述研磨杆靠近下部的外侧壁上设有粗糙面,当研磨杆带动研磨杆外侧壁上的粗糙面移动至通孔内时粗糙面与通孔内侧壁之间的间隙形成用于研磨物料的研磨空间。通过研磨杆上的粗糙面与通孔内侧壁支架内的相对运动即可完成调料的研磨,因此操作简单。
所述置物腔内位于通孔所在的下端面沿竖直方向朝下内凹形成锥形面,锥形面的小口端与通孔相配合。通过锥形面可以使置物腔内的大颗粒调料自动汇拢于通孔内。
所述研磨杆位于置物腔外的上部固定有一受力块。通过受力块便于外部作用力施加于研磨杆上,带动研磨杆沿轴向运动。

本发明提供一种手持式家用研磨器,它包括一带有置物腔1.1的壳体1,其特征在于:所述壳体1的置物腔1.1内设有一研磨杆2,研磨杆2的上部贯穿壳体1至研磨杆2的部分露置于置物腔1.1外,壳体1位于研磨杆2的下部沿长度方向所对应的位置上设有一通孔3,所述研磨杆2的下部经通孔3穿出至置物腔1.1外或经通孔3复位至置物腔1.1内, 即所述研磨杆2可以沿自身长度方向移动,其下部可以穿出通孔3至置物腔1.1外,或复位收纳于置物腔1.1内或者研磨杆2的下端面刚好容置于通孔3内,所述研磨杆2靠近下部的外侧壁上设有粗糙面4,当研磨杆2带动研磨杆2外侧壁上的粗糙面4移动至通孔3内时粗糙面4与通孔3内侧壁之间的间隙形成用于研磨物料的研磨空间5。
上述的通孔3是用于供研磨杆2的下部可以自由穿出壳体,因此其可以是方孔、圆孔等任意的形状。同理所述的研磨杆2也可以使圆杆或者方型杆等。
上述的粗糙面4可以是选用一光杆,在光杆的外侧壁上打磨形成若干的凹坑,全部的凹坑构成粗糙面4。也可以在一光杆的外侧壁上裹覆一层带有粗糙面的覆盖层。更甚至于可以涂覆一层颗粒层。但是考虑到本发明多用于家用厨房,为了避免调料内掺入杂质,因此上述的粗糙面上不能有颗粒杂质掉落,因此优选为在光杆上打磨形成若干的凹坑,相邻凹坑之间形成凸棱。
上述的研磨空间5是指通孔3的内侧壁与粗糙面4凹凸不平的外表面之间形成环形间隙,所述环形间隙内任意一点沿径向的间距无序变化。

  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种手持式家用研磨器,其特征在于:所述壳体(1)上位于置物腔(1.1)的上方设有工作腔(1.2),所述研磨杆(2)的上部延伸至工作腔(1.2)内,所述受力块(6)和复位弹簧(7)均容置于工作腔(1.2)内,所述工作腔(1.2)内位于受力块(6)背离研磨杆(2)的上方设有一活动块(8)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种手持式家用研磨器,其特征在于:所述壳体(1)的侧壁沿长度方向朝上延伸形成开口方向朝上的凹槽,凹槽的开口上覆盖有一上端盖(9),上端盖(9)的下端面与凹槽的内表面合围形成工作腔(1.2)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种手持式家用研磨器,其特征在于:所述壳体(1)包括开口方向朝下的本体和盖合于本体开口上的下端盖(10),下端盖(10)的上端面与本体的内侧壁之间合围形成置物腔(1.1),所述通孔(3)设于下端盖(10)上。
