Abstract
本发明属于洗涤设备技术领域,旨在解决洗鞋机清洗鞋子不充分、不彻底的问题。为此目的,本发明提供了一种清洗组件和洗鞋机,该清洗组件包括:悬臂架;移动机构,其设置于悬臂架上,用于带动被清洗物相对于悬臂架移动;喷淋机构,其设置于悬臂架上,用于对移动的被清洗物进行清洗。本发明通过将鞋子放置于移动机构上,并在移动机构的带动下使鞋子相对于悬臂架移动,从而使设置在悬臂架上的喷淋机构能够更充分、更彻底地清洗鞋子,提高了清洗效果。
Description
本发明属于洗涤设备技术领域,具体提供一种清洗组件和洗鞋机。
洗鞋机是一种用于洗鞋的设备,市场中的洗鞋机一般通过两种方式进行清洗,一种是在洗鞋机的内筒壁和波轮轴上增加毛刷清洗鞋子,一种是通过喷水的方式清洗鞋子,其中喷水清洗由于对鞋子的损伤较小而得到广泛的应用,现有技术中采用喷水方式清洗鞋子的洗鞋机一般清洗效果较差,尤其对于鞋子的内部和外部无法做到充分、彻底地清洗。
因此,本领域需要一种能够对鞋子实现更充分、更彻底清洗的清洗组件或洗鞋机来解决上述问题。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的上述问题,即为了解决现有洗鞋机清洗鞋子不充分、不彻底的问题,本发明提供了一种清洗组件,该清洗组件包括:悬臂架;移动机构,其设置于所述悬臂架上,用于带动被清洗物相对于所述悬臂架移动;喷淋机构,其设置于所述悬臂架上,用于对移动的被清洗物进行喷淋清洗。
在上述清洗组件的优选技术方案中,所述移动机构包括:转盘,所述转盘以可旋转方式设置于所述悬臂架上;托架,其用于承载被清洗物;支撑臂,其一端与所述转盘偏心连接,另一端与所述托架枢转连接以带动所述托架相对于所述悬臂架移动。
在上述清洗组件的优选技术方案中,所述托架能够带动被清洗物在第一位置和第二位置之间移动,所述悬臂架包括第一端和第二端,其中:所述第一位置靠近所述第一端所在的一侧,所述第二位置靠近所述第二端所在的一侧。
在上述清洗组件的优选技术方案中,所述悬臂架包括竖向臂和与所述竖向臂连接的横向臂,所述移动机构和所述喷淋机构均设置于所述横向臂上。
在上述清洗组件的优选技术方案中,所述第一位置和所述第二位置的连线与所述横向臂的长度方向平行。
在上述清洗组件的优选技术方案中,所述喷淋机构固定设置于所述横向臂的上表面。
在上述清洗组件的优选技术方案中,所述喷淋机构包括固定在所述横向臂的上表面的多个喷淋嘴。
在上述清洗组件的优选技术方案中,所述横向臂固定连接于所述竖向臂的顶部并且/或者与所述竖向臂一体成型。
本发明提供了一种洗鞋机,所述洗鞋机包括上述任一项方案所述的清洗组件,所述洗鞋机还包括与所述移动机构连接的驱动机构,所述驱动机构能够驱动所述移动机构移动。
在上述洗鞋机的优选技术方案中,所述洗鞋机还包括与所述驱动机构信号连接的控制器,所述控制器能够控制所述驱动机构驱动所述移动机构运动。
本领域技术人员能够理解的是,在本发明的优选技术方案中,通过将鞋子放置于移动机构上,并在移动机构的带动下鞋子能够相对于悬臂架移动,从而使得设置在悬臂架上的喷淋机构能够更充分、更彻底地清洗鞋子的内部或外部,提高了清洗效果。

下面参照附图来描述本发明的优选实施方式。本领域技术人员应当理解的是,这些实施方式仅仅用于解释本发明的技术原理,并非旨在限制本发明的保护范围。例如,尽管本申请是结合洗鞋机来描述的, 但是,这并不是限制性的,本发明的清洗组件的技术方案也可以用于其他清洗设备,这种应用对象的改变并不偏离本发明的原理和范围。

此外,还需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域技术人员而言,可根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
基于背景技术提出的洗鞋机清洗鞋子不充分、不彻底的问题,本发明提供了一种清洗组件,旨在提高洗鞋机的清洗效果,使得洗鞋机在进行喷淋清洗时能够更充分、更彻底地清洗鞋子的内部和外部。
参见图1-图3,图1是本发明的清洗组件的结构示意图,图2是本发明的清洗组件的主视图,图3是本发明的清洗组件的俯视图。如图1-图3所示,本发明的清洗组件包括:悬臂架;移动机构,其设置于所述悬臂架上,用于带动被清洗物-即鞋子相对所述悬臂架移动;喷淋机构1,其设置于所述悬臂架上,用于对移动的鞋子进行清洗。
优选地,所述悬臂架包括竖向臂5和与所述竖向臂5连接的横向臂6,所述移动机构和所述喷淋机构1均设置于所述横向臂6上。
优选地,所述移动机构包括:转盘2,所述转盘2可旋转地设置于所述横向臂6上;托架3,其用于承载被清洗物-即鞋子;支撑臂4,其一端与所述转盘2偏心地枢转连接,另一端与所述托架3枢转地铰接以带动所述托架3相对于所述横向臂6移动。当清洗鞋子的内部时,将托架3和横向臂6一起伸进鞋子的内部,并将托架3与鞋子内部的前端相抵,将鞋子内的左右两个侧面与所述横向臂6的两侧相抵,控制所述转盘2旋转,从而带动所述支撑臂4的一端作旋转运动,由于横向臂6 对鞋子两侧的限位作用,所述支撑臂4的另一端带动所述托架3作往复式的平移运动,从而实现对鞋子内部的反复清洗。当清洗鞋子的外部时,可以直接将鞋子固定在所述托架3上,并使鞋子的外部朝向所述喷淋机构1,控制所述转盘2旋转,所述托架3在所述支撑臂4的作用下相对于所述横向臂6沿弧线轨迹移动,从而实现喷淋机构1对鞋子的外部进行反复清洗。通过上述两种清洗方式,可以选择性地分别对鞋子的内部和外部进行更充分、更彻底地清洗,提高了清洗效果。
在上述结构中,为了提高所述托架3和鞋子的定位效果,所述托架3可以由U型杆和直杆构成,其中U型杆的两端分别和直杆的两端固定连接且一体成型,所述支撑臂4与直杆的中部铰接,采用U型杆的结构可以使所述托架3与鞋子内部的前端相适配,从而提升固定效果。
需要指出的是,通过上述结构,所述托架3能够带动鞋子在第一位置和第二位置之间移动。所述悬臂架包括第一端61(图2中的右端)和第二端62(图2中的左端),所述第一位置靠近所述第一端61所在的一侧,所述第二位置靠近所述第二端62所在的一侧。所述第一端61和所述第二端62为所述悬臂架在水平长度方向上的两端,从而保证所述托架3在所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间具有较大的移动距离,从而便于所述喷淋机构1的喷淋冲洗。需要进一步指出的是,当清洗鞋子的内部时,托架3和横向臂6的第一端61被一起伸进鞋子的内部。此外,上述移动机构还可以选用其它结构形式的运动机构,在此就不一一赘述。
在上述结构中,所述第一位置为所述托架3距离所述转盘2的中心最远的位置,所述第二位置为所述托架3距离所述转盘2的中心最近的位置。为便于整个结构的布置,所述第一位置和所述第二位置的连线与所述横向臂6的长度方向平行,且所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间的距离不大于所述转盘2的直径。
为了进一步增大鞋子的清洗范围,应该使所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间具有较大的距离,为此,可以将所述支撑臂4和所述转盘2的连接位置尽量靠近所述转盘2的边沿。
优选地,所述喷淋机构1固定连接于所述横向臂6上且靠近所述第一端61。从而便于所述喷淋机构1对鞋子进行喷淋清洗,所述喷淋机构1可以由喷淋头、水泵和水箱构成,其中喷淋头固定安装在所述 横向臂6上,喷淋头通过水泵与水箱相连,水泵能够将水箱中的水抽入到喷淋头中实现对鞋子的喷淋清洗。
优选地,所述喷淋机构1包括多个喷淋嘴,多个所述喷淋嘴呈矩阵式设置于所述横向臂6上,所述喷淋嘴呈矩阵式设置可以增大对鞋子的清洗面积,使得清洗无死角,从而可以更充分、更彻底地清洗鞋子的内部和外部。当然,矩阵式布局仅仅是示例性的,所述喷淋嘴也可以按照其他任何适当的方式进行布局。
优选地,所述横向臂6固定连接于所述竖向臂5的顶部并且与所述竖向臂5一体成型,采用一体成型的结构便于模具的设计制作。
此外,本发明还提供了一种洗鞋机,该洗鞋机包括如上述任一项所述的清洗组件,通过上述清洗组件可以更充分、更彻底地清洗鞋子的内部和外部,清洗效果较好。
尽管图中没有示出,为了实现所述移动机构的驱动,洗鞋机还包括与所述移动机构连接的驱动机构,所述驱动机构能够驱动所述移动机构移动-具体是驱动转盘2旋转。具体地,所述转盘2的旋转运动可以通过减速电机进行驱动,从而实现所述转盘2的旋转。
进一步,洗鞋机还包括与所述驱动机构信号连接的控制器,所述控制器能够控制所述驱动机构驱动所述移动机构运动,其中,信号连接可以采用电连接或者无线连接。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

- 一种清洗组件,其特征在于,包括:悬臂架;移动机构,其设置于所述悬臂架上,用于带动被清洗物相对于所述悬臂架移动;喷淋机构,其设置于所述悬臂架上,用于对移动的被清洗物进行喷淋清洗。
- 根据权利要求1所述的清洗组件,其特征在于,所述移动机构包括:转盘,所述转盘以可旋转方式设置于所述悬臂架上;托架,其用于承载被清洗物;支撑臂,其一端与所述转盘偏心连接,另一端与所述托架枢转连接以带动所述托架相对于所述悬臂架移动。
- 根据权利要求2所述的清洗组件,其特征在于,所述托架能够带动被清洗物在第一位置和第二位置之间移动,所述悬臂架包括第一端和第二端,所述第一位置靠近所述第一端所在的一侧,所述第二位置靠近所述第二端所在的一侧。
- 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的清洗组件,其特征在于,所述悬臂架包括竖向臂和与所述竖向臂连接的横向臂,所述移动机构和所述喷淋机构均设置于所述横向臂上。
- 根据权利要求4所述的清洗组件,其特征在于,所述第一位置和所述第二位置的连线与所述横向臂的长度方向平行。
- 根据权利要求5所述的清洗组件,其特征在于,所述喷淋机构固定设置于所述横向臂的上表面。
