在上述喷淋系统的优选技术方案中,第三喷淋单元包括设置于壳体内壁上的固定臂,固定臂上朝向鞋子侧面的一侧设有多个第三喷淋口。
在上述喷淋系统的优选技术方案中,第四喷淋单元包括安装于壳体内的支撑臂,支撑臂的一端能够伸进鞋子内并对鞋子进行支撑固定,支撑臂上设置有多个第四喷淋口。
在上述喷淋系统的优选技术方案中,喷淋系统还包括与多个喷淋单元相连通的供水装置,供水装置能够向多个喷淋单元供水。
在上述喷淋系统的优选技术方案中,喷淋系统还包括与多个喷淋单元相连通的循环过滤装置,循环过滤装置能够将壳体内的水过滤并循环至多个喷淋单元内。
在另一方面,本发明还提供了一种洗鞋机,该洗鞋机包括壳体,该洗鞋机还包括箱体和上述中任一项所述的喷淋系统,壳体与箱体滑动连接,壳体能够被推入箱体内和从箱体内拉出。
本领域技术人员能够理解的是,在本发明的优选技术方案中,通过多个喷淋单元能够对鞋子进行全方位地清洗,即第一喷淋单元能够对鞋子的顶面进行喷淋清洗,第二喷淋单元能够对鞋子的底面进行喷淋清洗,第三喷淋单元能够对鞋子的左右两个侧面进行喷淋清洗,第四喷淋单元能够对鞋子的内部进行喷淋清洗。通过这样的喷淋清洗方式,使洗鞋机能够无死角地对鞋子进行清洗,从而更充分、更彻底地清洗鞋子,并且采用喷淋清洗不会对鞋子造成摩擦损伤,同时不会使鞋子发生变形,提高鞋子的使用寿命。
进一步地,第一喷淋单元采用旋转喷淋清洗的方式对鞋子的顶面进行清洗。具体而言,通过旋转臂的旋转作用可以形成喷淋湍流,从而喷淋的水流可以呈一定的角度对鞋子的顶面进行清洗,从而更加有利于将鞋子顶面上的污渍冲洗掉,进而进一步地提高了对鞋子顶面的清洗效果。此外,旋转臂的至少一端设置水流喷射口可以通过水的喷射作用实现旋转臂的旋转,通过这样的设置,洗鞋机无需再另外安装驱动机构(以电机为例)来对旋转臂进行驱动,可以在一定程度上简化洗鞋机的结构,并且洗鞋机也不需要设置保护电机的密封构件对电机进行密封,从而通过最简单的方式即可实现对鞋子顶面的旋转喷淋清洗,不仅实现了洗鞋机结构的简单化,而且使洗鞋机的装配操作更为便捷。
更进一步地,与第一喷淋单元类似地,第二喷淋单元同样采用旋转喷淋清洗的方式对鞋子的底面进行清洗。具体而言,通过旋转臂带动安装臂旋转可以形成喷淋湍流,从而喷淋的水流可以呈一定的角度对鞋子的底面以及鞋尖进行清洗,从而更加有利于将鞋子底面以及鞋尖上的污渍冲洗掉,进而进一步地提高了对鞋子的清洗效果。此外,安装臂与旋转臂连通并且安装臂可以在旋转臂的带动下旋转,通过这样的设置,洗鞋机无需再另外安装驱动机构对安装臂进行驱动旋转,从而通过旋转臂和安装臂的共同旋转即可实现对鞋子的顶面和底面进行喷淋清洗,在进一步简化洗鞋机结构的同时进一步提高洗鞋机的装配便捷性。
再进一步地,第三喷淋单元采用固定臂固定于壳体内壁的结构形式,通过固定臂对鞋子的侧面(主要包括左侧面、右侧面和鞋跟)进行喷淋清洗。具体而言,可以在壳体的内壁上朝向鞋子侧面的位置设置固定臂,通过固定臂对鞋子的侧面进行喷淋清洗,从而使得鞋子的所有侧面能够得到充分的清洗,进一步提高洗鞋机的清洗效果,并且将固定臂安装于壳体的内壁上不会与其他喷淋单元发生干涉,便于壳体内喷淋单元的布置,从而使喷淋单元能够合理地设置在壳体内。
又进一步地,第四喷淋单元采用支撑臂的结构形式,即通过支撑臂既能够实现对鞋子的支撑和固定,还能够对鞋子的内部进行清洗。具体而言,将支撑臂的一端伸进鞋子内以实现对鞋子的固定,并且通过支撑臂上的喷淋口能够实现对鞋子的内部进行近距离冲洗,从而在冲洗时更利于将鞋子内部的污渍冲洗干净并使污渍通过急速的水流流出鞋子 外,从而实现对鞋子的内部进行更充分、更彻底地清洗,进一步提高了洗鞋机的清洗效果。
又进一步地,喷淋系统还包括供水装置以及循环过滤装置,通过供水装置可以实现对所有喷淋单元进行供水,通过循环过滤装置可以将水进行过滤并收集,再将水循环至所有喷淋单元对鞋子进行喷淋清洗。通过这样的设置,可以实现水的重复利用,即通过循环水来实现鞋子的充分清洗,避免造成水的浪费,从而实现节约用水。
此外,本发明在上述技术方案的基础上进一步提供的洗鞋机由于采用了上述的喷淋系统,进而具备了上述喷淋系统所具备的技术效果,并且相比于改进前的洗鞋机,本发明的洗鞋机能够在实现鞋子全方位清洗的基础上,使洗鞋机的结构进一步简化,从而使洗鞋机的装配更加便捷。

基于背景技术指出的现有的洗鞋机无法全方位地对鞋子进行清洗的问题,本发明提供了一种用于洗鞋机的喷淋系统及洗鞋机,旨在通过喷淋系统的多个喷淋单元以实现对鞋子进行全方位地清洗,提高洗鞋机的清洗效果。
本发明提供了一种用于洗鞋机的喷淋系统,该洗鞋机包括壳体,该喷淋系统包括设置于壳体内的多个喷淋单元,多个喷淋单元能够对鞋子的不同部位进行喷淋清洗。其中的喷淋单元的数量和安装位置可以在实际的应用中灵活地进行设置,本领域技术人员可以根据壳体的内部结构、鞋子的安装位置等条件灵活地调整和设置喷淋单元的数量,只要能够通过喷淋单元的数量以及安装位置的合理配置,以实现对鞋子的顶面、底面、所有侧面以及内部实现充分地清洗即可。此外,在鞋子的固定方面,鞋子可以在洗鞋机的壳体内呈顶面朝上设置,或者顶面朝下设置,又或者顶面朝向水平方向设置,再或者顶面呈斜向设置(即与水平方向具有一定的角度)。本领域技术人员可以在实际的应用中灵活地调整和设置鞋子的固定角度。下面以鞋子在洗鞋机的壳体内呈倒置方式设置(即鞋子的顶面朝下设置)为例,详细地阐述本发明的技术方案。
参见图1和图2,图1和图2是本发明的洗鞋机该实施例的结构示意图。如图1和图2所示,该洗鞋机包括壳体1和设置于壳体1内的喷淋系统,喷淋系统包括多个喷淋单元,多个喷淋单元包括第一喷淋单元2,其用于对鞋子的顶面进行喷淋清洗;第二喷淋单元3,其用于对鞋子的底面进行喷淋清洗;第三喷淋单元4,其用于对鞋子的侧面进行喷淋清洗;第四喷淋单元5,其用于支撑鞋子并对鞋子的内部进行喷淋清洗。其中,第一喷淋单元2优选地设置于壳体1的内底部,通过第一喷淋单元2向上喷淋以实现对鞋子的顶面进行清洗;第二喷淋单元3优选地设置在壳体1的内顶部或者位于鞋子上方的位置,通过第二喷淋单元3向下喷淋以实现对鞋子的底面进行清洗;第三喷淋单元4优选地设置于 壳体1的内壁上,通过第三喷淋单元4对鞋子的所有侧面(即左侧面、右侧面、前侧面以及后侧面)进行清洗;第四喷淋单元5优选地伸进鞋子内,从而实现对鞋子的内部进行近距离清洗。当然,第一喷淋单元2、第二喷淋单元3、第三喷淋单元4和第四喷淋单元5的实际安装位置不限于上述举例的安装位置,本领域技术人员可以在实际的应用中灵活地设置第一喷淋单元2、第二喷淋单元3、第三喷淋单元4和第四喷淋单元5的实际安装位置,只要通过第一喷淋单元2、第二喷淋单元3、第三喷淋单元4和第四喷淋单元5的共同作用实现对鞋子的全方位清洗即可。
优选地,参见图3,图3是本发明的洗鞋机该实施例的局部结构示意图。如图3所示,第一喷淋单元2包括以旋转方式设置于壳体1内的旋转臂21,旋转臂21上朝向鞋子顶面的一侧设置有多个第一喷淋口22。其中的旋转臂21可以通过圆柱形的固定轴安装在壳体1内,并且旋转臂21能够绕固定轴的轴线旋转,通过固定轴的作用,可以对旋转臂21实现水平方向上的限位,使旋转臂21不会发生水平移动。并且,为了实现旋转臂21的竖向限位,可以在壳体1内设置限制旋转臂21竖向移动的卡合构件,其中的卡合构件可以采用卡钩的结构、卡爪的结构或者卡扣的结构等,本领域技术人员可以在实际的应用中灵活地设置卡合构件的结构形式,只要通过卡合构件实现旋转臂21的竖向限位即可。此外,第一喷淋口22的朝向、数量以及布置方式可以在实际的应用中灵活地调整和设置。在一种可能的情形中,第一喷淋口22在旋转臂21上沿旋转臂21的长度方向依次设置。其中,所有第一喷淋口22可以等距设置,也可以非等距设置,本领域技术人员可以在实际的应用中根据鞋子的摆放位置灵活地调整和设置第一喷淋口22的朝向、数量以及布置方式,只要通过第一喷淋口22的朝向、数量以及布置方式实现对鞋子的顶面清洗即可。
此外,进一步优选地,旋转臂21的至少一端设置有水流喷射口23,在水流喷射口23处于喷水状态时,旋转臂21能够在水流喷射口23的喷射作用下旋转。其中,可以在旋转臂21的两端均设置水流喷射口23,又或者在旋转臂21的一端设置水流喷射口23,例如,旋转臂21可以设置在水平面上(如图3中所示的结构),此时水流喷射口23的朝向也为水平方向。通过水流喷射口23的喷射作用可以实现旋转臂21在水平面上的旋转,相比于采用电机驱动旋转臂21旋转的结构,本发明 的结构无需另外安装电机,并且也无需安装保护电机的密封机构,从而在一定程度上可以简化洗鞋机的结构,而且只需要对旋转臂21上的水流喷射口23以及第一喷淋口22的合理设置就可以同时实现旋转臂21的旋转以及旋转臂21对鞋子顶面的清洗,不仅便于旋转臂21的产品制造,并且结构非常简单,即在生产的过程中通过模具的一次成型就可以将旋转臂21制造出来,从而降低了洗鞋机制造的复杂程度,简化了工艺流程。
优选地,如图3所示,第二喷淋单元3包括与旋转臂21连通的安装臂31,旋转臂21能够带动安装臂31旋转,安装臂31上朝向鞋子底面的一侧设置有多个第二喷淋口32。其中,安装臂31的一端可以与旋转臂21的旋转中心连接,并且旋转臂21沿竖直方向设置(图3所示的正是这种结构),与上述类似地,第二喷淋口32也可以在安装臂31上灵活地调整和设置,例如可以沿安装臂31的长度方向依次设置,或者在安装臂31远离旋转臂21的一端设置,从而通过第二喷淋口32的喷淋水流能够对鞋子的底面以及鞋尖进行喷淋清洗。当然,安装臂31的安装方式以及第二喷淋口32的布置方式不限于上述举例的方式,还可以为其它结构形式和布置方式,本领域技术人员可以在实际的应用中灵活地调整和设置安装臂31以及第二喷淋口32的结构,只要通过该结构的设置实现对鞋子的底面进行喷淋清洗即可。
优选地,如图3所示,第三喷淋单元4包括设置于壳体1内壁上的固定臂41,固定臂41上朝向鞋子侧面的一侧设有多个第三喷淋口42。其中的固定臂41可以为一体式的U型固定臂,U型固定臂设置于壳体1的内壁上,通过U型固定臂可以将鞋子的侧面围绕起来,从而在固定臂41上的第三喷淋口42喷淋时,能够对鞋子的侧面(主要包括左侧面、右侧面和鞋跟)进行喷淋清洗。当然,U型固定臂还可以采用分体式的设计,即可以将U型固定臂拆分为第一支臂、第二支臂和第三支臂,其中第一支臂、第二支臂和第三支臂分别设置在壳体1内的不同内侧壁上,从而实现对鞋子的不同侧面分别进行喷淋清洗。此外,U型固定臂可以通过诸如卡扣的安装构件与壳体1的内壁固定连接,或者U型固定臂与壳体1采用一体成型式的结构。本领域技术人员可以在实际的应用中灵活地调整和设置U型固定臂的安装方式和结构形式,只要通过该U型固定臂实现对鞋子的侧面进行喷淋清洗即可。当然,固定臂41除了采用上述示例的U型固定臂,还可以采用环形固定臂41等结构,其固定臂 41的形状可以在实际的应用中灵活调整,在此就不一一赘述。并且,第三喷淋口42在固定臂41上的布置方式可以在实际的应用中进行灵活地调整和设置,例如,所有第三喷淋口42在固定臂41朝向鞋子侧面的一侧等距设置,本领域技术人员可以对第三喷淋口42的布置方式以及朝向进行灵活地设置,只要通过第三喷淋口42的设置实现对鞋子的侧面进行喷淋清洗即可。
优选地,如图3所示,第四喷淋单元5包括安装于壳体1内的支撑臂51,支撑臂51的一端能够伸进鞋子内并对鞋子进行支撑固定,支撑臂51上设置有多个第四喷淋口52。其中,支撑臂51的形状可以为直线型、弧线型、S型或者Z型等,本领域技术人员可以在实际的应用中灵活地设置支撑臂51的形状,例如根据鞋子的样式对支撑臂51的形状进行设计,只要通过该支撑臂51的形状设计能够实现对鞋子的支撑固定即可。此外,支撑臂51的数量也可以根据壳体1内部的结构进行灵活地设置,支撑臂51的数量优选地设置为两个,从而实现每个支撑臂51可以固定一只鞋子进行喷淋清洗,从而通过该洗鞋机可以实现一双鞋子的清洗。当然,在壳体1内部的空间允许的情况下,可以适当增加支撑臂51的数量,从而实现同时对更多数量的鞋子进行喷淋清洗。
进一步优选地,参见图4和图5,图4和图5是本发明该实施例的结构示意图。如图4和图5所示,支撑臂51包括对鞋子支撑固定的支撑部分511以及对鞋子内部喷淋的喷淋部分512,其中,支撑部分511和喷淋部分512彼此独立地安装在壳体1内,支撑部分511伸进鞋子内并对鞋子进行支撑,喷淋部分512同样伸进鞋子内并能够对鞋子的内部进行近距离喷淋清洗。当然,上述的支撑臂51不限于上述示例的结构,还可以为其它结构,只要能够通过支撑臂51的结构实现鞋子的支撑以及对鞋子的内部进行喷淋清洗即可。
此外,如图1和图4所示,本发明的喷淋系统还包括与多个喷淋单元相连通的供水装置6,供水装置6能够向多个喷淋单元供水。其中的供水装置6包括泵壳、设置于泵壳内的水泵以及连接于水泵和多个喷淋单元之间的水路,通过水泵可以将水通过水路供给到每个喷淋单元内。当然,上述的供水装置6不限于上述示例的结构,例如,供水装置6还可以包括与水泵连接的水箱,水泵可以将水箱中的水通过水路引进所有喷淋单元内,从而实现所有喷淋单元的供水。本领域技术人员可以在 实际的应用中灵活地设置供水装置6的结构,只要通过供水装置6能够实现对多个喷淋单元进行供水即可。
进一步地,如图1至图4所示,喷淋系统还包括与多个喷淋单元相连通的循环过滤装置7,循环过滤装置7能够将壳体1内的水过滤并循环至多个喷淋单元内。在一种可能的情形中,循环过滤装置7包括设置于壳体1内底面上的过滤构件以及与过滤器连接的循环泵,循环泵通过水路与多个喷淋单元相连通,壳体1内的水通过过滤构件进行过滤,再通过循环泵的作用将水重新引流至多个喷淋单元内,从而使喷淋单元可以利用循环水对鞋子进行清洗,从而节省用水量,避免水的浪费。其中的过滤构件可以为过滤网或者过滤垫等结构,并且,为了便于壳体1内的水能够顺利地流向过滤构件,可以将过滤构件周围的壳体1的内底设置的位置较低,或者在壳体1的底部设置用于安装过滤构件的凹陷,从而使水能够在壳体1的底部流向过滤构件进行过滤。此外,循环过滤装置7的结构不限于上述示例的结构形式,还可以为其它结构,任何能够实现壳体1内的水过滤以及将水循环至多个喷淋单元内的结构均属于本发明的技术方案。同时,本领域技术人员可以在实际的应用中对循环过滤装置7的结构进行任意调整和设计,只要通过循环过滤装置7的设计实现水的过滤以及循环利用即可。
此外,本发明还提供了一种洗鞋机,该洗鞋机包括壳体1,该洗鞋机还包括箱体和上述中任一项所述的喷淋系统,壳体1与箱体滑动连接,壳体1能够被推入箱体内和从箱体内拉出。其中,壳体1与箱体可以通过滑轨滑动连接。通过这样的设置,使洗鞋机的结构为抽屉式的结构,即使用者在进行洗鞋操作时,首先将壳体1从箱体内拉出,放入鞋子后再将壳体1重新推入箱体内,然后即可控制洗鞋机对鞋子进行清洗,整个操作简单、方便和快捷,从而提高了洗鞋机的清洗效率。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于洗鞋机的喷淋系统,所述洗鞋机包括壳体,其特征在于,所述喷淋系统包括设置于所述壳体内的多个喷淋单元,所述多个喷淋单元能够对鞋子的不同部位进行喷淋清洗。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述多个喷淋单元包括:
    第一喷淋单元,其用于对鞋子的顶面进行喷淋清洗;
    第二喷淋单元,其用于对鞋子的底面进行喷淋清洗;
    第三喷淋单元,其用于对鞋子的侧面进行喷淋清洗;
    第四喷淋单元,其用于支撑鞋子并对鞋子的内部进行喷淋清洗。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述第一喷淋单元包括以旋转方式设置于所述壳体内的旋转臂,所述旋转臂上朝向鞋子顶面的一侧设置有多个第一喷淋口。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述旋转臂的至少一端设置有水流喷射口,在所述水流喷射口处于喷水状态时,所述旋转臂能够在所述水流喷射口的喷射作用下旋转。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述第二喷淋单元包括与所述旋转臂连通的安装臂,所述旋转臂能够带动所述安装臂旋转,所述安装臂上朝向鞋子底面的一侧设置有多个第二喷淋口。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述第三喷淋单元包括设置于所述壳体内壁上的固定臂,所述固定臂上朝向鞋子侧面的一侧设有多个第三喷淋口。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述第四喷淋单元包括安装于所述壳体内的支撑臂,所述支撑臂的一端能够伸进鞋子内并对鞋子进行支撑固定,所述支撑臂上设置有多个第四喷淋口。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述喷淋系统还包括与所述多个喷淋单元相连通的供水装置,所述供水装置能够向所述多个喷淋单元供水。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述喷淋系统还包括与所述多个喷淋单元相连通的循环过滤装置,所述循环过滤装置能够将所述壳体内的水过滤并循环至所述多个喷淋单元内。
  10. 一种洗鞋机,所述洗鞋机包括壳体,其特征在于,所述洗鞋机还包括箱体和权利要求1至9中任一项所述的喷淋系统,所述壳体与所述箱体滑动连接,所述壳体能够被推入所述箱体内和从所述箱体内拉出。
