请参阅图2,图2为本发明第二实施例提供的自助售卖方法的实现流程示意图,可应用于自助售卖装置,图2所示的自助售卖方法,主要包括以下步骤:
S201、该移动终端依照该用户通过客户端发送的会员认证指令,向该云服务平台发送对该用户的会员认证请求,以使该云服务平台对该用户进行会员认证。
该客户端内置于该移动终端,该客户端包括APP或浏览器。当该客户端为APP时,该APP与该云服务平台连接,用户通过操作该APP上的功能虚拟键,将该操作指令转发给该云服务平台,以实现控制该售卖装置。当该客户端为浏览器时,用户通过在浏览器上打开与该云服务平台关联的网站,以实现控制售卖装置。如果用户未注册会员,用户通过该APP和该网站注册会员。
对会员认证的方式不做限定,该会员认证方式可以为会员名称和密码认证方式,也可以为短信验证码认证方式,还可以为二维码认证方式。在会员认证过程中,该会员认证请求中包括该用户的待会员认证信息,如会员名称和密码、短信验证码、二维码信息,该云服务平台通过比对预存的标准信息和该待会员认证信息,确定该用户是否为会员。当该用户注册会员时,移动终端将用户的人脸照片、指纹信息等信息上传至该云服务平台,云服务平台将上传的信息作为标准信息。
S202、当该移动终端接收该云服务平台对该用户的会员认证成功消息时,显示购买认证界面,并提示该用户在该购买认证界面中选取购买认证方式。

S203、该移动终端接收该用户的确定指令,确定该用户选定的该购买认证方式,并请求该云服务平台对该用户按照选定的该购买认证方式进行认证。
该请求可以包括该售卖装置的基本信息,例如,售卖装置的物理地址、编号、摆放的位置区域等基本信息,以及该用户选定的该购买认证方式。若请求成功,则执行步骤S204。
S204、当云服务平台接收到用户通过移动终端的客户端发送的购买指令时,对该用户进行认证。

预存的与识别出的货品对应的重量信息为该影像中识别出的货品的个数以及预存的单个货品的重量,这样就可以确定该影像中货品的重量。
该售卖装置中包括多个货架,每一货架内均设有重量传感器,每一货架的表面设有多个用于放置货品的凹槽,其中同一货架摆放相同的货品。重量传感器的个数不做限定,可以是每一货架设置一个重量传感器,也可以是每一货架设置多个重量传感器,只要能够实现本发明实施例中测量货品重量的功能即可。如图5所示,图5为一个售卖装置的示意图。售卖装置100中包括两个放置货品的货架10和11,其中货架10内长方形表示凹槽,货架11内圆形表示凹槽。货架10和货架11可以为空心,用于分别放置一个或者多个重量传感器。图5仅为一个示例,货架的放置于售卖装置中位置以及方向不做限定,凹槽的深度和形状也不做限定。

通过所述重量传感器测量每一货架内货品的重量;

若不相同,则获取该摄像头拍摄的该用户的购买过程的影像,并从该购买过程的影像中判断该用户是否有损坏货品的行为;
若是,则向该云服务平台发出异常提示,以使提示运营人员发生异常。
该标识信息可以是标识符或者编码,用于区分不同的货架。
如果是每一货架上的放置不同种类的货品,那么也可以上述过程确定该用户本次购买的货品,但是与每一货架上放置相同的货品相比,准确率要略低。
售卖装置在拍摄完用户的购买过程之后,可以通过识别视频文件中用户拿走的货品的包装以及摆放在货架上的货品的包装,确定用户拿走的货品的种类和数量,以及摆在货架上的货品的种类和数量。
在实际应用中,该云服务平台也可以将该异常提示转发给该售卖装置,以使该售卖装置发出语音警报。该云服务平台是否将异常提示转发给售卖装置可以取决于货品损坏的数量而定,若货品损坏的数量超过预置数量,则该云服务平台执行将该异常提示转发给该售卖装置的操作。
通过摄像头记录用户的购买过程可以有效的防止可疑人员对售卖装置的恶意破坏和不正当购买行为,同时也方便运营人员处理纠纷。该运营人员可以属于售卖装置的提供商,也可以是售卖装置的生产商。
进一步地,当该售卖窗口开启后,提示用户放回货品的位置与拿起前货品的摆放位置相同。这样避免用户在查看货品后,没有按照售卖窗口开启前的摆放位置放回货品,导致划分的区域出现不同的货品,结算不准确的情况。
进一步地,该售卖装置在该售卖窗口开启之后,通过显示文字提示或播放语音,提示该用户拿起货品并查看货品信息。
进一步地,该售卖装置在该售卖窗口开启之后,通过显示文字提示或播放语音,提示该用户拿取货品并关闭该售卖窗口。
该售卖装置通过显示屏将提示的文字显示给用户,或者通过语音播放装置将提示的语音播放给用户。

如果是每一货架上的放置不同种类的货品,那么也可以上述过程确定该用户本次购买的货品,但是与每一货架上放置相同的货品相比,准确率要略低。
在实际应用中,该云服务平台403也可以将该异常提示转发给该售卖装置401,以使该售卖装置401发出语音警报。该云服务平台403是否将异常提示转发给售卖装置401可以取决于货品损坏的数量而定,若货品损坏的数量超过预置数量,则该云服务平台403执行将该异常提示转发给该售卖装置401的操作。
通过摄像头记录用户的购买过程可以有效的防止可疑人员对售卖装置401的恶意破坏和不正当购买行为,同时也方便运营人员处理纠纷。该运营人员可以属于售卖装置401的提供商,也可以是售卖装置401的生产商。
进一步地,该售卖装置401,还用于当该售卖窗口开启后,提示用户放回货品的位置与拿起前货品的摆放位置相同。这样避免用户在查看货品后,没有按照售卖窗口开启前的摆放位置放回货品,导致划分的区域出现不同的货品,结算不准确的情况。
进一步地,该售卖装置401,还用于在该售卖窗口开启之后,通过显示文字提示或播放语音,提示该用户拿起货品并查看货品信息。
进一步地,该售卖装置401,还用于在该售卖窗口开启之后,通过显示文字提示或播放语音,提示该用户拿取货品并关闭该售卖窗口。
该售卖装置401通过显示屏将提示的文字显示给用户,或者通过语音播放装置将提示的语音播放给用户。
该售卖装置401,还用于向该云服务平台403请求本次购买的货品的电子购物单,并提示该用户按照该电子购物单完成支付。
该请求包括:货品的种类和数量。在实际应用中,该云服务平台403获取该结算的请求中的货品的种类和数量,并根据单个货品的价格进行结算。
该电子购物单包括:货品名称、数量、货品单价、总金额等购物信息。移动终端402通过显示屏显示电子购物单上的购物信息。
可选地,该移动终端402还用于当用户完成支付后,向该云服务平台403发送完成支付的消息,该云服务平台403保存该用户本次购买的货品的电子购物单。

本发明实施例中,当云服务平台403接收到用户通过移动终端402的客户端发送的购买指令时,对该用户进行认证,当该用户认证成功后,售卖装置401开启售卖窗口,当该售卖装置401检测到该售卖窗口关闭时,通过摄像头拍摄当前货品的影像,并通过重量传感器测量当前货品的重量,该售卖装置401识别拍摄的影像中的货品,并根据预存的与识别出的货品对应的重量信息,确定该影像中货品的重量,并比对该重量传感器测量的重量,和确定的该影像货品中的重量是否相同,若相同,则比对该重量传感器测量的重量和该售卖窗口开启前的货品的重量,以确定该用户本次购买的货品,该售卖装置401向该云服务平台403请求本次购买的货品的电子购物单,并提示该用户按照该电子购物单完成支付,这样售卖装置通过将摄像头和重量传感器相结合,可以更加准确的识别用户购买的货品;同时当开启售卖窗口时,用户可以拿起货品,从而能够清楚且完整地看见包装上印有的货品信息,用户可以依据该货品信息挑选想要的货品,然后用户挑选完成之后再完成支付,增强了购物的便利性,同时提高了购物体验。
在本申请所提供的多个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的系统、装置和方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,所述模块的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,例如多个模块或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个系统,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另一点,所显示或讨论的相互之间的耦合或直接耦合或通信链接可以是通过一些接口,装置或模块的间接耦合或通信链接,可以是电性,机械或其它的形式。

所述集成的模块如果以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的全部或部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
需要说明的是,对于前述的各方法实施例,为了简便描述,故将其都表述为一系列的动作组合,但是本领域技术人员应该知悉,本发明并不受所描述的动作顺序的限制,因为依据本发明,某些步骤可以采用其它顺序或者同时进行。其次,本领域技术人员也应该知悉,说明书中所描述的实施例均属于优选实施例,所涉及的动作和模块并不一定都是本发明所必须的。
在上述实施例中,对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重,某个实施例中没有详述的部分,可以参见其它实施例的相关描述。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种自助售卖方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    当云服务平台接收到用户通过移动终端的客户端发送的购买指令时,对所述用户进行认证;
    当所述用户认证成功后,售卖装置开启售卖窗口;
    当所述售卖装置检测到所述售卖窗口关闭时,通过摄像头拍摄当前货品的影像,并通过重量传感器测量当前货品的重量,以及,识别拍摄的影像中的货品,并根据预存的与识别出的货品对应的重量信息,确定所述影像中货品的重量,并比对所述重量传感器测量的重量,和确定的所述影像货品中的重量是否相同,若相同,则比对所述重量传感器测量的重量和所述售卖窗口开启前的货品的重量,以确定所述用户本次购买的货品;
    所述售卖装置向所述云服务平台请求本次购买的货品的电子购物单,并提示所述用户按照所述电子购物单完成支付。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述售卖装置中包括多个货架,每一货架内均设有重量传感器,每一货架的表面设有多个用于放置货品的凹槽,其中同一货架摆放相同的货品,则所述通过重量传感器测量当前货品的重量,以及,识别拍摄的影像中的货品,并根据预存的与识别出的货品对应的重量信息,确定所述影像中货品的重量,并比对所述重量传感器测量的重量,和确定的所述影像货品中的重量是否相同,若相同,则比对所述重量传感器测量的重量和所述售卖窗口开启前的货品的重量,以确定所述用户本次购买的货品包括:
    所述售卖装置获取每一货架的标识信息,并依据所述标识信息获取所述售卖窗口开启前的每一货架上货品的重量,以及每一货架上单个货品的重量;
    通过所述重量传感器测量每一货架内货品的重量;
    对所述影像中每一货架上的货品的数量进行统计,以及依据统计的数量和每一货架上单个货品的重量,确定所述影像中货品的重量;
    比对所述重量传感器测量的重量与确定的所述影像中货品的重量;
    若相同,则确定所述重量传感器测量的重量准确,并通过比对测量的每一货架内货品的重量,和所述售卖窗口开启前的每一货架上货品的重量,以及依据每一货架内单个货品的重量,确定所述用户本次购买的货品;
    若不相同,则获取所述摄像头拍摄的所述用户的购买过程的影像,并从所述购买过程的影像中判断所述用户是否有损坏货品的行为;
    若是,则向所述云服务平台发出异常提示,以使提示运营人员发生异常。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述当云服务平台接收到用户通过移动终端的客户端发送的购买指令时,对所述用户进行认证之前包括:
    所述移动终端依照所述用户通过所述客户端发送的会员认证指令,向所述云服务平台发送对所述用户的会员认证请求,以使所述云服务平台对所述用户进行会员认证;
    当所述移动终端接收所述云服务平台对所述用户的会员认证成功消息时,显示购买认证界面,并提示所述用户在所述购买认证界面中选取购买认证方式,其中,所述购买认证方式为人脸认证方式、指纹认证方式、二维码认证方式、密码认证方式以及近距离无线通讯技术NFC认证方式中的一种或者多种组合。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述当云服务平台接收到用户通过移动终端的客户端发送的购买指令时,对所述用户进行认证之前还包括:
    所述移动终端接收所述用户的确定指令,确定所述用户选定的所述购买认证方式,并请求所述云服务平台对所述用户按照选定的所述购买认证方式进行认证。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,若选定的所述购买认证方式中包括所述NFC认证方式,则所述当云服务平台接收到用户通过移动终端的客户端发送的购买指令时,对所述用户进行认证之前还包括:
    当所述售卖装置与所述移动终端成功完成NFC连接后,所述售卖装置通过内置NFC模块,从所述移动终端中获取NFC支付信息并转发给所述云服务平台,其中所述NFC支付信息包括:NFC支付种类和所述用户的支付账号;
    则所述当云服务平台接收到用户通过移动终端的客户端发送的购买指令时,对所述用户进行认证,包括:
    所述云服务平台接收所述售卖装置发送的所述NFC支付信息并转发给支付平台,以向所述支付平台请求查询所述用户是否为许可支付用户;
    若是,则所述云服务平台判定所述用户认证成功;
    若不是,则所述云服务平台查找所述用户对应的会员账户中的余额,并当所述余额大于或等于预置基准数值时,判定所述用户认证成功。
  6. 一种自助售卖系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括:云服务平台和售卖装置;
    所述云服务平台,用于当接收到用户通过移动终端的客户端发送的购买指令时,对所述用户进行认证;
    所述售卖装置,用于执行以下步骤:
    当所述用户认证成功后,开启售卖窗口;
    当检测到所述售卖窗口关闭时,通过摄像头拍摄当前货品的影像,并通过重量传感器测量当前货品的重量;
    识别拍摄的影像中的货品,并根据预存的与识别出的货品对应的重量信息,确定所述影像中货品的重量,并比对所述重量传感器测量的重量,和确定的所述影像货品中的重量是否相同,若相同,则比对所述重量传感器测量的重量和所述售卖窗口开启前的货品的重量,以确定所述用户本次购买的货品;
    向所述云服务平台请求本次购买的货品的电子购物单,并提示所述用户按照所述电子购物单完成支付。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的系统,其特征在于,所述售卖装置中包括多个货架,每一货架内均设有重量传感器,每一货架的表面设有多个用于放置货品的凹槽,其中同一货架摆放相同的货品,则所述售卖装置还用于执行以下步骤:
    获取每一货架的标识信息,并依据所述标识信息获取所述售卖窗口开启前的每一货架上货品的重量,以及每一货架上单个货品的重量;
    通过所述重量传感器测量每一货架内货品的重量;
    对所述影像中每一货架上的货品的数量进行统计,以及依据统计的数量和每一货架上单个货品的重量,确定所述影像中货品的重量;
    比对所述重量传感器测量的重量与确定的所述影像中货品的重量;
    若相同,则确定所述重量传感器测量的重量准确,并通过比对测量的每一货架内货品的重量,和所述售卖窗口开启前的每一货架上货品的重量,以及依据每一货架内单个货品的重量,确定所述用户本次购买的货品;
    若不相同,则获取所述摄像头拍摄的所述用户的购买过程的影像,并从所述购买过程的影像中判断所述用户是否有损坏货品的行为;
    若是,则向所述云服务平台发出异常提示,以使提示运营人员发生异常。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括:移动终端;
    所述移动终端,用于依照所述用户通过所述客户端发送的会员认证指令,向所述云服务平台发送对所述用户的会员认证请求,以使所述云服务平台对所述用户进行会员认证;
    所述移动终端,还用于当接收所述云服务平台对所述用户的会员认证成功消息时,显示购买认证界面,并提示所述用户在所述购买认证界面中选取购买认证方式,其中,所述购买认证方式为人脸认证方式、指纹认证方式、二维码认证方式、密码认证方式以及近距离无线通讯技术NFC认证方式中的一种或者多种组合。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的系统,其特征在于,
    所述移动终端,还用于接收所述用户的确定指令,确定所述用户选定的所述购买认证方式,并请求所述云服务平台对所述用户按照选定的所述购买认证方式进行认证。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的系统,其特征在于,若选定的所述购买认证方式中包括所述NFC认证方式,则所述售卖装置,还用于当与所述移动终端成功完成NFC连接后,通过内置NFC模块,从所述移动终端中获取NFC支付信息并转发给所述云服务平台,其中所述NFC支付信息包括:NFC支付种类和所述用户的支付账号;
    所述云服务平台,还用于执行以下步骤:
    接收所述售卖装置发送的所述NFC支付信息并转发给支付平台,以向所述支付平台请求查询所述用户是否为许可支付用户;
    若是,则判定所述用户认证成功;
    若不是,则查找所述用户对应的会员账户中的余额,并当所述余额大于或等于预置基准数值时,判定所述用户认证成功。
