背景技术

互联网交易均为购销双方背对背方式远程在线交易,鉴于此,在网络电子商务中有必要设计一种能综合了交易项下物品全部真实信息、完整的交易规则与服务交易关联系统或装置,创建一种能赋予物品智能化自主交易的环境,使得现有交易模式脱离'店本位'实现'物本位'的交易模式,即是谁销售不重要,销售物品的是谁生产,由谁提供才重要,以保障消费者可以在网络上购买到由原厂提供的正品,以杜绝网购假冒行为,与此同时,大量实体经济的生产者可以通过在物品附着自主智能化交易电子凭证,实现全网域的直接营销。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对上述现有技术中物品流通受到特定的销售场所限制、交易信息整合及记录机制不完善,物流收、发货验证机制不健全、无法完全实现物品智能化自主交易的问题,提供一种基于电子凭证的交易系统。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种基于电子凭证的交易系统,该系统包括内容供应服务器、通讯连接于所述内容供应服务器的收付系统、通讯连接于所述内容供应服务器的展示服务器、通讯连接于所述展示服务器的客户终端、以及通讯连接于所述内容供应服务器的物流终端,其中:
所述内容供应服务器,用于存储可写入信息的电子凭证,并发送至所述展示服务器;其中,所述电子凭证至少包括具有名称和金额的物品属性以及具有至少一个账户的收结算信息 ;
所述收付系统,用于核发所述电子凭证之后并在接收所述客户终端的请求信息之后,将所请求的金额转为请求状态;还用于在接收所述客户终端的收货信息后,将处于请求状态的所述金额划拨至与所述收结算信息对应的账户中;
所述展示服务器,用于展示所述电子凭证并通过互联网发布所述电子凭证;
所述客户终端,用于通过互联网获取所述电子凭证,于所述电子凭证中写入物流配送的目的地,选择预设的物流支持信息以确定物流配送信息,并依据所述收结算信息向所述收付系统发送所述请求信息以请求支付与所述物品属性对应的金额;
所述物流终端,在所述收付系统收到所述请求支付后,提取与所述物品属性对应的物品,且指引所述物品移动至所述目的地,并发送所述收货信息至所述内容供应服务器。

本发明提供了一种基于电子凭证的交易系统,其目的在于实现一个'银行担保、照单验货、收货付款'的全智能化系统。其中,该电子凭证的运用可使得物品或服务的交易达成'购销直连',即直接由厂家发货、自动收款,从物品的源头保障销售正品,从而使得交易更安全可靠;通过添加公权模块以便于监管部门监管物品的动态流通,确保物品质量品质;通过电子凭证指引实体物移动,使得解付有据可依,确保了购买双方的合理权益,实现电商商务中的'一手交钱一手交货';采用电子凭证还可将尚未生产出的物品或正在制造中的物品,以及服务进行预先发行,提高了资金回笼率,同时通过电子凭证改变了原来依托第三方电商平台(或网络店铺)的商业信誉,参看图片,发生交易的以电商为中心的交易模式,使物品实现在互联网上自主、高效流通,实现智能化自主交易,形成以物品为中心的交易模式;通过该系统,企业可将预计生产的物品或已经制造出的物品或现有的服务以动态记录物品流通信息的电子凭证形式展现于电子商务中,使企业以一笔未来的现金流收入换取一笔即时的现金流收入(如贴现、保理等融资),大大加速物品或服务的资金周转速率,解决物品流动性不足的难题,满足企业的融资要求,加速企业的资金周转,促进社会经济发展。

可以理解地,在步骤 S1 中,电子凭证可写入信息,该处的信息包括但不限于交易信息。电子凭证存储于一内容供应服务器中,其中,电子凭证至少包括具有名称和金额的物品属性以及具有至少一个账户的收结算信息。作为本实施例的一种优选方案,电子凭证由银行主机系统核发,银行主机系统在核发电子凭证之后,还将可选择的物流支持信息写入电子凭证中,并发送至与银行主机系统连接的电子仓库和 / 或内容供应服务器;电子仓库,用于存储电子凭证并通过互联网发布电子凭证;银行主机系统生成电子凭证实质上是构建一个记录全部交易的电子凭证。
具体地, 如图 3 所示, 图 3 为本发明提供的生成并发布电子凭证的流程图, 即 步骤 S1 的 流程优化方案:
S101 、物品提供方向内容供应服务器 1 提交生成电子凭证的请求。
优选地,所述物品提供方可先在本地的电子终端上完成物品的配置,然后再向内容供应服务器 1 提交生成电子凭证的请求。这样,生成的电子凭证源文件可以直接存储在本地的电子终端上,而无须存储在内容供应服务器 1 或收付系统 2 内,只需给一个连接信号给到内容供应服务器 1 或收付系统 2 即可。
也可以直接连线内容供应服务器 1 ,在线完成物品的配置,然后再向内容供应服务器 1 提交生成电子凭证的请求。此外,在电子凭证在线生成的情况下,电子凭证可以直接存至内容供应服务器,在电子凭证离线生成的情况下,也可以实现物品配置请求生成电子凭证,该电子凭证可以离线存储于本地电子终端中。
S102 、内容供应服务器 1 接收该请求并返回物品提供方一配置页面。
S103 、物品提供方于该配置页面内设置电子凭证的各种标签信息,也就是设置电子凭证的履约信息,所述电子凭证至少包括具有名称和金额的物品属性以及具有至少一个账户的收结算信息。
S104 、内容供应服务器 1 生成配置有物品信息的电子凭证模板。
S105 、物品提供方配置收付系统 2 的核发银行,该收付系统 2 并不限定于核发银行,收付系统 2 还可以是其他可于互联网中支持资金流动的平台。同时,内容供应服务器 1 向收付系统 2 发送物品提供方的核发请求。该步骤可以通过在收付系统 2 中设置核发模块来完成,核发模块用于核发所述电子凭证之后写入可选择的物流支持信息,生成电子凭证,并将所述电子凭证发送至所述展示服务器 3 和 / 或所述内容供应服务器 1 。
S106 、收付系统 2 接收该核发请求以完成核发,返回一 PID 至内容供应服务器 1 。
该处涉及的' PID ' 为 port ID ,也就是'端口号'。通常, PID 由 8 位端口优先级加端口号组成,端口号占低位,默认端口号优先级 128 。
当然,也可以由物品提供方直接向银行提交核发所述电子凭证的请求,收付系统 2 确认物品提供方身份信息后,返回一 PID 至物品提供方。可以想到的,物品提供方也可以通过内容供应服务器 1 向收付系统 2 向银行提交核发所述电子凭证的请求,从而获得一 PID ,也是可行的。
S107 、内容供应服务器 1 更新电子凭证的状态为已核发,同步信息至物品提供方。
S108 、物品提供方选择电子凭证的发布方式,一般为选择通过预设的渠道发布电子凭证。该渠道可以是一个链接、也可以是一个广告、还可以是内嵌于 APP 之中程序等等。该步骤可以通过添加电性连接于所述物品提供方的所述发布端口来实现,该发布端口用于连接至互联网以发布所述电子凭证。
S109 、内容供应服务器 1 依据发布渠道发布电子凭证。
S110 、物品提供方或者其他互联网用户均可通过连接至互联网的终端查看该发布的电子凭证。
针对步骤 S2 ,该系统中的所述客户终端 4 ,用于通过互联网浏览并获取所述电子凭证,于所述电子凭证中写入物流配送的目的地,选择所述物流支持信息以确定物流配送信息,并依据所述收结算信息向所述收付系统 2 发送所述请求信息以请求支付与所述物品属性对应的金额;客户终端 4 可以通过插件、 APP 等软体形式实现其功能。所述收付系统 2 接收所述客户终端 4 的请求信息之后,对所请求的金额转为请求状态,并通知物流终端 5 前往物品所在地提取与所述物品属性对应的物品。
客户终端 4 的功能是完成电子凭证的购买,为后续发货步骤提供资金冻结或托管凭证,具体购买电子凭证优选的流程参见图 4 ,图 4 为本发明提供的客户终端 4 购买电子凭证的流程图,该流程包括下述步骤:
S201 、客户终端 4 选择付款银行,也可选择互联网支持资金流动的平台,也可以是与收付系统 2 为同一终端,从而发出支付请求。一般地,登陆银行账户还需键入相应的账户和密码方可登入银行账户,登入点可以是收付系统 2 也可以是银行官方网站。
S202 、收付系统 2 接收该选择指令,验证该客户终端 4 的用户身份,返回至所述客户终端 4 。
S203 、客户终端 4 递交用户身份信息,确认对该电子凭证进行付款。
S204 、收付系统 2 依据接收所述客户终端 4 的请求信息之后,对所请求的金额转为请求状态,并将该信息同步至内容服务器 1 ,由所述内容服务器 1 通知物流终端 5 提取与所述物品属性对应的物品。该步骤可以通过在收付系统 2 设置以付款模块实现,具体地,所述付款模块,用于接收所述客户终端 4 的请求信息之后,对所请求的金额转为请求状态,并将该信息同步至内容服务器 1 ,由所述内容服务器 1 通知物流终端 5 提取与所述物品属性对应的物品;其中,所述请求状态为冻结所述金额的状态或者将所述金额转入预设的担保账户中的状态。
S205 、收付系统 2 同步该客户终端 4 通知物流终端 5 的履约信息,并返回履约回执。
S206 、客户终端 4 依据履约回执更新电子凭证的履约状态。
针对步骤 S3 ,该系统包括物流终端 5 ,所述物流终端 5 ,用于指引所述物品移动至目的地,并发送所述收货信息至所述收付系统 2 。物流终端 5 设置于物流公司内部,从而使该电子凭证得以完全流通,该物流终端 5 同样可以通过 APP 、插件等软体形式实现。而指引所述物品移动至所述目的地,可以是将物品配送上门也可以是其他形式配送。
物流终端 5 确保物品在监控形式下及时交付,并能将物品的流转轨迹和资金的流转轨迹有效的结合,使得买卖双方的权益均能得到有效保护。
该物流终端 5 实质上是完成发货流程,该流程参见图 5 ,图 5 为本发明提供的配送物品的流程图,优选地包括以下步骤:
S301 、物流终端 5 配送物品以提交履约信息,并同步更新内容供应服务器 1 的履约信息。
S302 、内容供应服务器 1 接收到更新的履约信息后同时向物流终端 5 返回已履约的通知回执,并同步收付系统 2 中的履约信息。该步骤中,由物流公司自动与内容供应服务器 1 同步物流状态,例如已发货、已签收。触发电子凭证模块向收付系统 2 发出已履约、提示解付两个通知。
S303 、电子凭证于物流终端 5 中更新履约信息。
针对步骤 S4 内容供应服务器 1 接收所述物流终端 5 的收货信息后,收付系统 2 将处于请求状态的所述金额划拨至与所述收结算信息对应的账户中。收付系统 2 可以设置于相应的银行内部,也可以设置于支持互联网资金流动的平台内部,通过软件实现。若是银行系统内部转账,则利用银行内部网络实现转账即可,资金始终在银行系统内流通,保证了资金安全。当然,可以理解,该处将处于请求状态的所述金额在第三方支付公司与银行之间完成划拨,也是可行的。
该收付系统 2 在物品签收之后可解付从而完成物品交易,该部分优选的流程参见图 6 ,图 6 为本发明提供的资金解付的流程图,包括以下步骤:
S401 、物品送达后,客户终端 4 的用户签收。一般地,通过在所述收付系统 2 设置提货码发放模块以及签收码发放模块;其中,所述提货码发放模块,用于向所述物流终端 5 发送一提货码;所述签收码发放模块,用于向所述客户终端 4 发送一签收码。
所述客户终端 4 在所述物品移动至所述目的地之后,向所述物流终端 5 提供所述签收码。
所述物流终端 5 包括提货模块、发货模块以及签收模块,其中:所述提货模块接收所述提货码,依据所述提货码提取与所述物品属性对应的物品;所述发货模块指引所述物品移动至所述目的地;所述签收模块依据所述签收码发送所述收货信息至所述收付系统 2 。该方式还可以为:所述收付系统包括提货码发放模块以及签收码发放模块;所述提货码发放模块,用于向所述物流终端发送一提货码;所述签收码发放模块,用于向所述客户终端发送一签收码。
或者,所述内容提供服务器包括提货码发放模块以及签收码发放模块;所述提货码发放模块,用于向所述物流终端发送一提货码;所述签收码发放模块,用于向所述客户终端发送一签收码。此外,还可以在客户终端 4 可以设置一签收模块以实现智能化收货,签收模块有两种优选的实施方式,具体如下:
方式一:签收模块包括签收码发放模块、签收码确认模块、以及签收发送模块,其中:所述签收码发放模块,用于通讯连接至所述客户终端 4 ,以发放一签收码至所述客户终端 4 ;所述签收码确认模块,用于在所述物品移动至目的地之后并在解冻所述资金之前或划拨结算至物品所有者账户之前,生成确认所述签收码以生成签收信息,从而确定所述物品签收;所述签收发送模块,用于通讯连接至所述收付系统 2 ,将所述签收信息发送至所述收付系统 2 。
该方式针对买家收货用,以验证买家收货时身份提高物流公司配送的可靠性。
方式二:签收模块包括签收码发放模块、签收码确认模块、以及签收发送模块,其中:所述签收码发放模块,用于通讯连接至所述客户终端 4 ,以发放一签收码至所述客户终端 4 ;所述签收码确认模块,用于在所述物品移动至目的地之后并在解冻所述资金之前或划拨结算至物品所有者账户之前,生成确认所述签收码以生成签收信息,从而确定所述物品签收;所述签收发送模块,用于通讯连接至所述收付系统 2 ,将所述签收信息发送至所述收付系统 2 。
该系统还包括通讯连接至客户终端 4 的签收码服务器;所述签收码服务器用于依据所述签收码请求模块的请求信息生成所述签收码,并将所述签收码发送至所述客户终端 4 。其中,该签收码服务器与内容供应服务器 1 可以为同一服务器,以执行不同的功能。
所述签收模块包括签收码请求模块、签收码确认模块以及签收发送模块,其中:所述签收码请求模块,用于通讯连接至所述签收码服务器,以向所述签收码服务器请求生成一签收码;所述签收码确认模块,用于在所述物品配送至目的地之后并在划拨所述资金之前,生成确认所述签收码以生成签收信息,从而确定所述物品签收;所述签收发送模块,用于通讯连接至所述收付系统 2 ,将所述签收信息发送至所述收付系统 2 ,并同步到内容服务器 1 中。
该方式针对买家向物流确认收到货,通过签收码服务器解付冻结或担保资金,从而保障购买双方权益。
S402 、签收之后物流终端 5 将上述签收信息同步到收付系统 2 以及内容服务器 1 中。
S403 、内容服务器 1 向收付系统 2 发送解付请求。
S404 、收付系统 2 解冻所述资金并将其转账至目标账户或划拨结算至目标账户。
为了更好地实现电子凭证的智能化,本发明还提供下述优选方案:
1 )所述内容供应服务器 1 或收付系统 2 还包括倒计时模块。
所述倒计时模块用于对所述电子凭证设置倒计时信息;其中,所述倒计时信息包括依据交易约定而生成的支付倒计时和 / 或发货倒计时和 / 或到货倒计时。倒计时模块可确保物品及时交付。
约定何时支付的倒计时,是交易双方达成交易意向时便启动,属于支付倒计时。
约定何时发货的倒计时就是发货倒计时,用于保证物品或服务及时发货;该倒计时模块,在启动支付时便启动。
约定何时到货的倒计时就是收货倒计时,用于保证物品或服务及时到货,在卖家开始发货时启动。
2 )所述内容供应服务器 1 或收付系统 2 还包括保险模块以及公权模块。
所述保险模块,用于对所述电子凭证设置电子保险合同信息;保险模块保证交易双方的权益,最大限度的降低了交易过程的突然状况造成的损失。保险模块记录有电子保险合同,不限定具体险种。通过该保险模块为货品的交付提供担保,对物品交易失败造成的损失进行赔付,最大限度的保证购买双方的利益。
所述公权模块,用于对所述电子凭证写入鉴定信息和 / 或物品所有权信息和 / 或认证信息和 / 或登记信息。公权模块与公权机构信息连接,具有登记、鉴定、认证功能。
3 )所述内容供应服务器 1 或收付系统 2 还包括返佣模块。
返佣模块用于提供中间商将物信证的连接发布的条件,从中撮合交易,使中间商得以提取佣金。
图 7 为本发明第二实施例提供的一种基于电子凭证的交易系统 100 的结构框图,如图 7 所示,该实施例不同于第一实施例之处在于,该系统还包括通讯连接于所述内容供应服务器 1 的企业资源计划终端 6 ;所述企业资源计划终端 6 ,用于批量或逐一导入至少包括具有名称和金额的物品属性以及具有至少一个账户的收结算信息以批量或逐一生成电子凭证,并将其存储于所述内容供应服务器 1 中。企业资源计划,即 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) ,企业资源计划是 MRPⅡ (企业制造资源计划)下一代的制造业系统和资源计划软件。系统通过与 ERP 对接,从而实现批量或逐一生成电子凭证。
图 8 为本发明第三 实施例提供的 一种基于电子凭证的交易系统 100 的结构 框图,如图 8 所示,该实施例不同于第一实施例之处在于,所述系统还包括通讯连接至所述内容供应服务器 1 的货源终端 7 ;所述货源终端 7 ,用于提供至少包括具有名称和金额的物品属性以及具有至少一个账户的收结算信息 ,从而 生成电子凭证,并将其存储于所述内容供应服务器 1 中。该实施例的货源终端主要针对的是自然人或中小型企业,优选地,为电脑,手机。其中,所述物品信息至少包括所述物品名称、物品所在地、以及物品价格。该卖方终端可以是物品 生产 方,也可以是 非生产方的销售方 。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (10)

1 、 一种基于电子凭证的交易系统, 其特征在于,该系统包括内容供应服务器、通讯连接于所述内容供应服务器的收付系统、通讯连接于所述内容供应服务器的展示服务器、通讯连接于所述展示服务器的客户终端、以及通讯连接于所述内容供应服务器的物流终端,其中:
所述内容供应服务器,用于存储可写入信息的电子凭证,并发送至所述展示服务器;其中,所述电子凭证至少包括具有名称和金额的物品属性以及具有至少一个账户的收结算信息 ;
所述收付系统,用于核发所述电子凭证之后并在接收所述客户终端的请求信息之后,将所请求的金额转为请求状态;还用于在接收所述客户终端的收货信息后,将处于请求状态的所述金额划拨至与所述收结算信息对应的账户中;
所述展示服务器,用于展示所述电子凭证并通过互联网发布所述电子凭证;
所述客户终端,用于通过互联网获取所述电子凭证,于所述电子凭证中写入物流配送的目的地,选择预设的物流支持信息以确定物流配送信息,并依据所述收结算信息向所述收付系统发送所述请求信息以请求支付与所述物品属性对应的金额;
所述物流终端,在所述收付系统收到所述请求支付后,提取与所述物品属性对应的物品,且指引所述物品移动至所述目的地,并发送所述收货信息至所述内容供应服务器。
2 、根据权利要求 1 所述的系统,其特征在于,所述收付系统包括核发模块、付款模块、以及收款模块,其中:
所述核发模块,用于核发所述电子凭证并将其返回至所述内容供应服务器;
所述付款模块,用于在接收到所述客户终端的请求信息之后,将所请求的金额转为请求状态;其中,所述请求状态为冻结所述金额的状态或者将所述金额转入预设的担保账户中的状态;
所述收款模块,用于在接收所述客户终端的收货信息后,将处于请求状态的所述金额 划拨 至与所述收结算信息对应的账户中。
3 、根据权利要求 1 所述的系统,其特征在于, 该系统还包括通讯连接于所述内容供应服务器的企业资源计划终端;
所述企业资源计划终端,用于导入至少包括具有名称和金额的物品属性以及具有至少一个账户的收结算信息。
4 、根据权利要求 1 所述的系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括通讯连接至所述内容供应服务器的货源终端;
所述货源终端,用于提供至少包括具有名称和金额的物品属性以及具有至少一个账户的收结算信息,并将其存储于所述内容供应服务器中。
5 、根据权利要求 1 所述的系统,其特征在于,所述收付系统包括提货码发放模块以及签收码发放模块;
所述提货码发放模块,用于向所述物流终端发送一提货码;
所述签收码发放模块,用于向所述客户终端发送一签收码;
或,
所述内容提供服务器包括提货码发放模块以及签收码发放模块;
所述提货码发放模块,用于向所述物流终端发送一提货码;
所述签收码发放模块,用于向所述客户终端发送一签收码。
6 、根据权利要求 5 所述的系统,其特征在于,所述客户终端还用于在所述物品移动至所述目的地之后,向所述物流终端提供所述签收码。
7 、根据权利要求 6 所述的系统,其特征在于,所述物流终端包括提货模块、发货模块、以及签收模块,其中:
所述提货模块,用于接收所述提货码,依据所述提货码提取与所述物品属性对应的物品;
所述发货模块,用于指引所述物品移动至所述目的地;
所述签收模块,用于依据所述签收码发送所述收货信息至所述内容提供服务器并同步至所述收付系统。
8 、根据权利要求 1 所述的系统,其特征在于,所述收付系统包括倒计时模块;
所述倒计时模块,用于对所述电子凭证写入倒计时信息;其中,所述倒计时信息包括依据交易约定而生成的支付倒计时和 / 或发货倒计时和 / 或到货倒计时。
9 、根据权利要求 1-8 中任一项所述的系统,其特征在于,所述收付系统包括保险模块;
所述保险模块,用于对所述电子凭证写入电子保险合同信息。
10 、根据权利要求 9 所述的系统,其特征在于,所述收付系统包括公权模块;
所述公权模块,用于对所述电子凭证写入鉴定信息和 / 或物品所有权信息和 / 或认证信息和 / 或交易状态信息和 / 或登记信息。
