图2为一个较佳实施例中商品订单的生成方法的流程图。图2描述了商品订单的生成方法。如图2所示,该方法包括:
步骤100,提供商品的标准化的需求信息。
步骤200,接收订购指令,根据订购指令选择至少一个需求信息生成订购信息。
标准化的需求信息如商品的属性,比如颜色、尺寸、材质和形状等,生产厂家可将商品的属性拆分成与需求信息对应的标准化的需求信息,在销售端提供商品的标准化的需求信息;基于消费者在销售端选择或输入的需求信息,根据订购指令选择一个或多个需求信息生成订购信息;例如,选择多个需求信息,多个需求信息对应商品的不同属性,将多个需求信息组合或分别组合,获得不同的订购信息。
步骤300,根据订购信息和商品信息生成商品电子交易凭证。
在一个实施例中,例如商品信息包括:收款信息、厂商信息、保险信息、物流信息、商品属性信息和商品交易规则信息。例如,商品信息包括产品名称、产品规格、认证信息、收款信息、厂商信息、保险信息、物流信息、产品属性信息和/或商品交易规则信息等。
其中,收款信息记录内容包括收款银行、收款人、收款账号和收款状态等信息;
厂商信息记录内容为商品提供者信息,例如生产厂商名称、联系电话和地址等,必要时还可以包括提供该商品的代理商信息;
保险信息为对所述商品提供者所提供的商品进行承保的保险公司相关信息;
物流信息包括收货地址、收货人联系方式、配送信息等;
商品属性信息动态记录商品归属,如当商品电子交易凭证生成时,商品归属人为生产厂家或代理商,商品销售时,商品归属销售端,当商品交易后,商品归属人为消费者;
商品交易规则信息定义消费者在与商品提供者在交易过程中的各个规则细节;
例如,将收款信息、厂商信息、保险信息、物流信息、商品属性信息、商品交易规则信息及其他与商品相关的信息作为商品信息,并根据商品信息生成作为商品唯一标识的商品电子交易凭证,商品电子交易凭证为商品流通和交易的凭证,商品电子交易凭证对应一个商品,或一类商品,商品可以是有形的商品,也可以是无形的服务;商品电子交易凭证可以是二维码形式展现,或以网址链接展现,消费者通过扫描二维码或通过浏览器打开网址链接而打开商品电子交易凭证,从而查看商品信息。例如,商品电子交易凭证包括一网址、图片或者二维码,其存储所对应的商品信息,又如,商品电子交易凭证包括一图片形式的二维码。又如,商品电子交易凭证包括商品信息简介及购买连接。
例如,商品电子交易凭证在生成后,根据商品电子交易凭证生成一个商品电子交易凭证正本,并生成一个或多个商品电子交易凭证副本,将商品电子交易凭证正本保存,作为具有最终有效凭证,商品电子交易凭证副本分发至销售端,消费者可以通过商品电子交易凭证副本查看商品信息;例如,商品电子交易凭证正本与商品电子交易凭证副本的商品信息根据销售状态实时同步;为保障交易安全,例如商品电子交易凭证正本记录包括商品信息的所有信息,商品电子交易凭证副本记录商品信息中的厂商信息、保险信息和商品属性信息。
步骤400,根据商品电子交易凭证生成包含交易内容的生产订单。
生产订单中包含交易内容、商品信息和订购信息,订购信息包含需求信息。
在一个实施例中,解析多个需求信息,根据需求信息中商品的属性进行排序,例如,杯子的颜色属性,蓝色杯子需求信息最多,依次是红色、绿色,厂家可根据排序结果进行优先生产和备货。
在一个实施例中,生成生产订单后,将生产订单发送至生产厂商,指导生产厂商生产和备货。
步骤500,预存所述商品电子交易凭证,采用第一密钥对所述商品电子交易凭证进行加密获得待发送的第一加密数据,采用第二密钥对所述第一密钥进行加密获得待发送的第二加密数据。
例如,将商品电子交易凭证预存,采用随机生成的AES密钥对商品电子交易凭证信息进行AES加密,得到第一加密数据;采用ECC系统公钥对所述随机生成的AES密钥进行ECC加密,得到第二加密数据;预存商品电子交易凭证,提供验证;例如,还可以对收款人账号信息、商品金额、交易规则等重要数据信息进行ECC加密。
通过对商品电子交易凭证和AES密钥分别加密,并将加密后的数据打包发送至销售端。
通过加密后传送商品电子交易凭证和AES密钥,保证数据安全性,防止数据被窃密,防止商品电子交易凭证被伪造,保障商品提供者和消费者的权益。
步骤600,将所述商品电子交易凭证发送至销售端。
例如,将上述步骤中经过加密的商品电子交易凭证发送至销售端,例如,将第一加密数据和第二加密数据打包发送至销售端。
在一个实施例中,销售端包括网络中间商、分布式电商,网络中间商作为商品电子交易凭证的中间集散地,网络中间商可以是虚拟网络实体或网络渠道,网络中间商设置中间电子仓库,中间电子仓库用于暂存商品电子交易凭证,或提供商品电子交易凭证转发服务,分布式电商可从中间电子仓库获得商品电子交易凭证的库存信息;分布式电商为销售商户,分布式电商通过注册获得销售资格;
在一个实施例中,将不同的商品提供者的商品电子交易凭证发送至虚拟网络实体,或由虚拟网络实体下载商品电子交易凭证,分布式电商可根据订购情况向虚拟网络实体提出进货需求,虚拟网络实体将相应的商品电子交易凭证发送至分布式电商;在另一个实施例中,可将不同的商品提供者的商品电子交易凭证发送至分布式电商,减少中间流通环节,提高效率。
在一个实施例中,根据订购信息将所述商品电子交易凭证发送至销售端,获取所述销售端的终端标识;根据所述销售端的终端标识更新所述商品电子交易凭证。
例如,消费者通过销售端订购商品,根据订购信息将商品电子交易凭证发送至消费者订购商品对应的销售端。
终端标识是销售端的唯一识别信息,不同的销售端具有不同的终端标识,例如,将商品电子交易凭证分发至虚拟网络实体后,获取虚拟网络实体的终端标识,将虚拟网络实体的终端标识写入商品电子交易凭证,更新商品电子交易凭证的商品属性信息,当商品电子交易凭证转发至分布式电商,获取分布式电商的终端标识,将分布式电商的终端标识写入商品电子交易凭证的商品属性信息,更新商品电子交易凭证,这样,通过查看商品电子交易凭证可得知此时商品电子交易凭证位于哪个流通环节,同时也可统计虚拟网络实体的中间电子仓库的库存,以及分布式电商的货架的库存。
步骤700,采用第二密钥对第二加密数据解密获得第一密钥,采用第一密钥对第一加密数据解密获得商品电子交易凭证。
当虚拟网络实体和分布式电商接收到商品电子交易凭证的加密文件后后,对加密文件进行解密,从而获得商品电子交易凭证。例如,采用ECC系统公钥对第二加密数据解密获得AES密钥,采用解密获得的AES密钥对第一加密数据解密获得商品电子交易凭证。
步骤800,将解密获得的商品电子交易凭证和预存的商品电子交易凭证进行对比校验,如相同,则对比校验通过,否则对比校验失败。
在一个实施例中,将解密获得的商品电子交易凭证和预存的商品电子交易凭证进行比对校验,如相同,则比对校验通过,继续后续操作,否则比对校验失败,生成报警信号。销售端可通过校验结果获知商品电子交易凭证是否真实、准确。
步骤900,根据交易指令确定一个或多个销售端为成交端,并根据交易指令和所述成交端更新所述商品电子交易凭证。
例如接收交易指令,获取购买信息,根据交易指令确定一个或多个销售端为网络成交端,获取所述网络成交端的终端标识;将所述购买信息和所述网络成交端的终端标识写入所述商品电子交易凭证。
在一个实施例中,消费者通过浏览器或手机APP登陆,订购相应的商品,并在生成的商品电子交易凭证上确认购买后,消费者填写收货地址、联系方式等信息,交易成功后,获取消费者的注册账号,将消费者的注册账号信息写入商品电子交易凭证的商品属性信息,并将收货地址、联系方式写入商品电子交易凭证的物流信息,并根据消费者的付款记录更新收款信息,商品提供者根据商品电子交易凭证的状态发货,并将发货的物流信息写入商品电子交易凭证的物流信息,供消费者查看,例如购买成功后,商品电子交易凭证与消费者的注册帐号关联,此时只有购买了商品的消费者才可查看对应的商品电子交易凭证,其他消费者无法查看该商品电子交易凭证;同时将消费者购买商品的分布式电商做为网络成交端,将网络成交端的终端标识写入商品电子交易凭证,商品提供者可根据成交的商品电子交易凭证的终端标识与分布式电商进行结算。
上述商品订单的生成方法,通过根据订购信息生成生产订单,基于订购信息的大量数据做出分析,有目的地、有方向性的生产,优化资源整合,提高生产效率,降低生产成本,且可有效防止交易数据被窃、防止数据伪造。
图3为一个较佳实施例的商品订单的生成装置的结构框图。如图3所示,一种商品订单的生成装置,应用于网络购物中商品的验证,包括:凭证生成模块410和订单生成模块420。其中:
凭证生成模块410用于根据订购信息和商品信息生成商品电子交易凭证;
订单生成模块420用于根据商品电子交易凭证生成包含交易内容的生产订单。
图4为另一个实施例中商品订单的生成装置的结构框图。如图4所示,一种商品订单的生成装置,包括:凭证生成模块410、订单生成模块420、加密模块430、发送模块440、解密模块450、校验模块460和交易模块470。其中:
加密模块430用于预存所述商品电子交易凭证,采用第一密钥对所述商品电子交易凭证进行加密获得待发送的第一加密数据,采用第二密钥对所述第一密钥进行加密获得待发送的第二加密数据。
发送模块440用于将所述商品电子交易凭证发送至销售端。
解密模块450用于采用第二密钥对第二加密数据解密获得第一密钥,采用第一密钥对第一加密数据解密获得商品电子交易凭证;
校验模块460用于将解密获得的商品电子交易凭证和预存的商品电子交易凭证进行对比校验,如相同,则对比校验通过,否则对比校验失败。
交易模块470用于根据交易指令确定一个或多个销售端为成交端,并根据交易指令和所述成交端更新所述商品电子交易凭证。
图5为一个较佳实施例中凭证生成模块410的内部结构框图。如图5所示,凭证生成模块410包括提供需求单元510、接收订购单元520。其中:
提供需求单元510,用于提供商品的标准化的需求信息;
接收订购单元520,用于接收订购指令,根据订购指令选择至少一个需求信息生成订购信息。
上述商品订单的生成装置,通过根据订购信息生成生产订单,基于订购信息的大量数据做出分析,有目的地、有方向性的生产,优化资源整合,提高生产效率,降低生产成本,且可有效防止交易数据被窃、防止数据伪造。
图6为一个实施例中服务器的内部结构示意图。如图6所示,该服务器包括通过系统总线连接的处理器、存储介质、内存、显示屏、输入装置和网络接口。其中,该服务器的存储介质存储有操作系统、数据库和商品订单的生成装置,数据库中存储生产订单、商品电子交易凭证、密钥、及校验数据等,该商品订单的生成装置用于实现商品订单的生成方法。该服务器的处理器用于提供计算和控制能力,支撑整个服务器的运行。该服务器的内存为存储介质中的商品订单的生成装置的运行提供环境。该服务器的显示屏可以是液晶显示屏或者电子墨水显示屏等,输入装置可以是显示屏上覆盖的触摸层,也可以是终端外壳上设置的按键、轨迹球或触控板,也可以是外接的键盘、触控板或鼠标等。该服务器的网络接口用于据以与外部的终端通过网络连接通信,比如接收终端发送的请求以及向终端返回数据等。服务器可以用独立的服务器或者是多个服务器组成的服务器集群来实现。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可存储于一非易失性计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory,ROM)等。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种商品订单的生成方法,其特征在于,包括:
    根据订购信息和商品信息生成商品电子交易凭证;
    根据商品电子交易凭证生成包含交易内容的生产订单。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的商品订单的生成方法,其特征在于,所述根据订购信息和商品信息生成商品电子交易凭证的步骤之前包括:
    提供商品的标准化的需求信息;
    接收订购指令,根据订购指令选择至少一个需求信息生成订购信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的商品订单的生成方法,其特征在于,所述根据订购信息和商品信息生成商品电子交易凭证的步骤之后包括:
    将所述商品电子交易凭证发送至销售端;
    根据交易指令确定一个或多个销售端为成交端,并根据交易指令和所述成交端更新所述商品电子交易凭证。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的商品订单的生成方法,其特征在于,所述将所述商品电子交易凭证发送至销售端的步骤之前包括:
    预存所述商品电子交易凭证,采用第一密钥对所述商品电子交易凭证进行加密获得待发送的第一加密数据,采用第二密钥对所述第一密钥进行加密获得待发送的第二加密数据。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的商品订单的生成方法,其特征在于,所述将所述商品电子交易凭证发送至销售端的步骤之后包括:
    采用第二密钥对第二加密数据解密获得第一密钥,采用第一密钥对第一加密数据解密获得商品电子交易凭证;
    将解密获得的商品电子交易凭证和预存的商品电子交易凭证进行对比校验,如相同,则对比校验通过,否则对比校验失败。
  6. 一种商品订单的生成装置,其特征在于,包括:
    凭证生成模块,用于根据订购信息和商品信息生成商品电子交易凭证;
    订单生成模块,用于根据商品电子交易凭证生成包含交易内容的生产订单。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的商品订单的生成装置,其特征在于,所述凭证生成模块包括:
    提供需求单元,用于提供商品的标准化的需求信息;
    接收订购单元,用于接收订购指令,根据订购指令选择至少一个需求信息生成订购信息。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的商品订单的生成装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    发送模块,用于将所述商品电子交易凭证发送至销售端;
    交易模块,用于根据交易指令确定一个或多个销售端为成交端,并根据交易指令和所述成交端更新所述商品电子交易凭证。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的商品订单的生成装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    加密模块,用于预存所述商品电子交易凭证,采用第一密钥对所述商品电子交易凭证进行加密获得待发送的第一加密数据,采用第二密钥对所述第一密钥进行加密获得待发送的第二加密数据。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的商品订单的生成装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    解密模块,用于采用第二密钥对第二加密数据解密获得第一密钥,采用第一密钥对第一加密数据解密获得商品电子交易凭证;
    校验模块,用于将解密获得的商品电子交易凭证和预存的商品电子交易凭证进行对比校验,如相同,则对比校验通过,否则对比校验失败。
  11. 一种商品订单的生成系统,其特征在于,包括通过网络相互连接的凭证生成服务器和订单生成服务器;
    所述凭证生成服务器用于根据订购信息和商品信息生成商品电子交易凭证;
    所述订单生成服务器用于根据商品电子交易凭证生成包含交易内容的生产订单。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的商品订单的生成系统,其特征在于,所述凭证生成服务器还用于提供商品的标准化的需求信息,并用于接收订购指令,根据订购指令选择至少一个需求信息生成订购信息。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的商品订单的生成系统,其特征在于,还包括通过网络与凭证生成服务器、订单生成服务器连接的发送服务器和交易服务器;
    所述发送服务器用于将所述商品电子交易凭证发送至销售端;
    所述交易服务器用于根据交易指令确定一个或多个销售端为成交端,并根据交易指令和所述成交端更新所述商品电子交易凭证。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的商品订单的生成系统,其特征在于,还包括通过网络与凭证生成服务器、订单生成服务器连接的加密服务器;
    所述加密服务器用于预存所述商品电子交易凭证,采用第一密钥对所述商品电子交易凭证进行加密获得待发送的第一加密数据,采用第二密钥对所述第一密钥进行加密获得待发送的第二加密数据。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的商品订单的生成系统,其特征在于,还包括通过网络与凭证生成服务器、订单生成服务器连接的解密服务器和校验服务器;
    所述解密服务器用于采用第二密钥对第二加密数据解密获得第一密钥,采用第一密钥对第一加密数据解密获得商品电子交易凭证;
    所述校验服务器用于将解密获得的商品电子交易凭证和预存的商品电子交易凭证进行对比校验,如相同,则对比校验通过,否则对比校验失败。
