本发明涉及电子商务领域,特别是涉及一种网络交易信息处理方法和系统。
【背景技术】
随着网络技术的发展,网络交易也得到迅速发展。传统的网络交易中卖方通过第三方网络平台开设网络店铺,并通过网络店铺发布商品信息。买方进入网络店铺挑选商品,选中商品后下单购买,并通过第三方支付平台完成支付。在网络交易的数据处理过程中,通常需要跳转至第三方平台来完成支付。但第三方支付平台存在操作流程多、资金风险大等问题。因此,如何在网络交易中有效简化付款流程并且提高资金安全性是目前的一项技术难题。
【发明内容】
基于此,有必要针对上述技术问题,提供一种能够在网络交易中有效简化付款流程并且提高资金安全性的网络交易信息处理方法和系统。
一种网络交易信息处理方法,所述方法包括:
接收第一终端输入的动态信息凭证的标识;
根据所述标识展示与所述动态信息凭证对应的交易页面;
接收第一终端通过所述交易页面发送的交易指令;
根据所述交易指令获取第一终端对应的电子信用承诺支付凭证,并根据所述电子信用承诺支付凭证的预设解付条件进行支付。
在其中一个实施例中,所述根据所述标识展示与所述动态信息凭证对应的交易页面的步骤包括:
根据所述标识检索所述动态信息凭证的信息数据;
利用检索出的信息数据生成与所述动态信息凭证对应的交易页面;
弹出所述交易页面进行展示。
在其中一个实施例中,在所述接收第一终端输入的与动态信息凭证对应的动态信息凭证的标识的步骤之前,还包括:
接收第二终端发送的生成动态信息凭证的请求;
根据所述生成动态信息凭证的请求接收第二终端输入的信息数据;
利用所述信息数据生成对应的动态信息凭证,所述动态信息凭证中包括对应的标识;
将携带所述标识的动态信息凭证进行发布。
在其中一个实施例中,在所述根据所述标识检索所述动态信息凭证的信息数据的步骤之前,还包括:
利用哈希函数将第一终端输入的所述动态信息凭证的标识映射为预设阵列中的点;
判断映射后的点对应的值是否为真;
若是,则确认第一终端输入的所述动态信息凭证的标识有效,并检索与所述标识对应的动态信息凭证的信息数据。
在其中一个实施例中,在所述根据所述交易指令获取第一终端对应的电子信用承诺支付凭证,并根据所述电子信用承诺支付凭证的预设解付条件进行支付的步骤之后,还包括:
接收第一终端或第二终端发送的查询请求;
根据所述查询请求展示与所述动态信息凭证对应的查询结果。
一种网络交易信息处理系统,所述系统包括第一终端和服务器,其中:
第一终端,用于输入的动态信息凭证的标识;
服务器,用于根据所述标识展示与所述动态信息凭证对应的交易页面;
所述第一终端还用于通过所述交易页面发送的交易指令;
所述服务器还用于根据所述交易指令获取第一终端对应的电子信用承诺支付凭证,并根据所述电子信用承诺支付凭证的预设解付条件进行支付。
在其中一个实施例中,所述服务器还用于根据所述标识检索所述动态信息凭证的信息数据;利用检索出的信息数据生成与所述动态信息凭证对应的交易页面;弹出所述交易页面进行展示。
在其中一个实施例中,所述系统还包括第二终端用于发送生成动态信息凭证的请求,并在所述服务器接收所述生成动态信息凭证的请求后输入对应的信息数据;所述服务器还用于利用所述信息数据生成对应的动态信息凭证,所述动态信息凭证中包括对应的标识;将携带所述标识的动态信息凭证进行发布。

根据所述标识展示与所述动态信息凭证对应的交易页面;
接收终端通过所述交易页面发送的交易指令;
根据所述交易指令获取终端对应的电子信用承诺支付凭证,并根据所述电子信用承诺支付凭证的预设解付条件进行支付。

本发明实施例提供的方法可以应用于如图1所示的应用环境中。第一终端102通过网络108与服务器104进行通信。第二终端106通过网络110与服务器104进行通信。第二终端106通过网络110向服务器104发送生成动态信息凭证的请求,服务器104接受该请求后,提供生成动态信息凭证的页面。第二终端106登录该页面并在该页面上输入信息数据,其中信息数据包括商品信息、交易信息等,服务器104利用信息数据生成携带标识的动态信息凭证,并将该携带标识的动态信息凭证进行发布。每个动态信息凭证对应一个商品。第一终端102通过网络108在发布动态信息凭证的页面上获取到所需商品的动态信息凭证的标识。第一终端102在发布动态信息凭证的页面输入获取到的标识,服务器104通过AJAX(Asynchronous Javascript And XML,异步JavaScript和XML,一种创建交互式网页应用的网页开发技术)异步通讯会弹出与动态信息凭证对应的交易页面。第一终端102在交易页面中发送交易指令,如“购买”,服务器104获取第一终端对应的预先办理的电子信用承诺支付凭证,并根据电子信用承诺支付凭证的预设解付条件进行支付,从而完成网络交易。由于在交易页面中接收到第一终端发送的交易指令后,无需跳转到第三方支付平台即可利用第一终端对应的电子信用承诺支付凭证进行支付,由此在网络交易中能够有效简化了付款流程并且有效提高了资金的安全性。
图2为本发明一个实施例所提供的一种网络交易信息处理方法的流程示意图。应该理解的是,虽然图2的流程图中的各个步骤按照箭头的指示依次显示,但是这些步骤并不是必然按照箭头指示的顺序依次执行。除非本文中有明确的说明,这些步骤的执行并没有严格的顺序限制,其可以以其他的顺序执行。而且,图2中的至少一部分步骤可以包括多个子步骤或者多个阶段,这些子步骤或者阶段并不必然是在同一时刻执行完成,而是可以在不同的时刻执行,其执行顺序也不必然是依次进行,而是可以与其他步骤或者其他步骤的子步骤或者阶段的至少一部分轮流或者交替地执行。以该方法应用于服务器为例进行说明,具体包括以下步骤:
步骤202,接收第一终端输入的动态信息凭证的标识。
动态信息凭证是一系列信息的集合,包括商品信息、交易信息、物流信息、订单信息等,是卖方(也可称为收款方)预先通过服务器生成的,用于证明卖方已经完成交易给付义务。每个动态信息凭证对应一个商品。如图3所示,提供了一个动态信息凭证的示意图。其中包括商品名称、商品价格、商品图片、标识、收款信息、发货配送等内容。买方利用第一终端通过展示动态信息凭证的页面可以获取所需商品对应的动态信息凭证的标识,并且可以在展示动态信息凭证的页面,输入所需商品的动态信息凭证的标识。进一步的,如果展示动态信息凭证的页面上有较多的动态信息凭证,买方还可利用第一终端输入所需商品的关键字和/或搜索条件进行搜索,以便能快速得到所需商品的动态信息凭证。
步骤204,根据标识展示与动态信息凭证对应的交易页面。
动态信息凭证存储在服务器或者与服务器能够访问的云数据库。在其中一个实施例中,根据标识展示与动态信息凭证对应的交易页面的步骤包括:根据标识检索动态信息凭证的信息数据;利用检索出的信息数据生成与动态信息凭证对应的交易页面;弹出交易页面进行展示。在买方利用第一终端输入所需商品的动态信息凭证的标识之后,服务器根据该标识在服务器中或者在云数据库中检索该动态信息凭证的信息数据,并根据检索出的信息数据生成与该动态信息凭证对应的交易页面。服务器通过AJAX异步通讯弹出该交易页面进行展示。
步骤206,接收第一终端通过交易页面发送的交易指令。
在交易页面中,显示买方所需商品的详细信息,包括商品名称,唯一的特定标识,交易规则,物流信息,保险信息等。买方利用第一终端可输入购买所需商品的必要信息,如数量、收货地址等。买方利用第一终端在输入购买所需商品的必要信息之后,点击交易页面上的交易按键,向服务器发出交易指令。交易指令可以是购买、提交等。
步骤208,根据交易指令获取第一终端对应的电子信用承诺支付凭证,并根据电子信用承诺支付凭证的预设解付条件进行支付。
电子信用承诺支付凭证是买方以其在银行账户的资金额度或者授信额度作为保证而开据的用于根据预设解付条件进行结算的电子凭证。第一终端对应的电子信用承诺支付凭证即为买方开据的电子信用承诺支付凭证。电子信用承诺支付凭证里可以包括买方银行账户信息以及买方预设的默认收货地址等。买方开据电子信用承诺支付凭证的银行与卖方申请动态信息凭证的银行可以是同一家银行,也可以是不同的银行。在买方利用第一终端发出交易指令后,服务器根据动态信息凭证中的商品价格及数量计算付款金额。服务器获取第一终端对应的电子信用承诺支付凭证,判断电子信用承诺支付凭证中的额度是否大于付款金额,若是,则将电子信用承诺支付凭证中与付款金额相等额度的资金进行冻结,并在支付页面显示已冻结的资金额度。若电子信用承诺支付凭证中的资金额度小于付款金额,则向第一终端返回错误信息。待预设解付条件成立时,服务器将被冻结的资金转移到动态信息凭证中的卖家收款账号进行支付,由此完成一笔网络交易。
在资金被冻结的期间,买方无法再动用被冻结的资金,但是被冻结的资金依然在买方名下,并且可以继续产生利息以及用于开据资产证明等。预设解付条件包括签收默认解付、签收验证解付和授权他方解付。解付也就是进行支付。签收默认解付是指卖方提交签收数据之后,无需验证即可解付。签收数据包括买方信息、收货签收等数据。签收验证解付是指卖方提交签收数据后,买方验证签收数据正确后才能解付。授权他方解付是指买卖双方授权的第三方提交签收数据后,无需验证,即可解付。
进一步的,如果买方利用第一终端在发送交易指令后不想继续支付,可返回交易页面,取消交易。服务器则不再继续按照预设解付条件进行支付,并将已冻结的资金解冻。如果买方对已收到的商品不满意,买方利用第一终端可以在预设时间段内再次输入动态信息凭证的标识,在服务器弹出的交易页面上点击“退货”。服务器则对已冻结的资金继续进行冻结,不进行支付。待卖家确认收到退货之后,服务器对已冻结的资金解冻。
本实施例中,接收第一终端输入的动态信息凭证的标识;根据标识展示与动态信息凭证对应的交易页面;接收第一终端通过交易页面发送的交易指令;根据交易指令获取第一终端对应的电子信用承诺支付凭证,并根据电子信用承诺支付凭证的预设解付条件进行支付。通过接收第一终端输入的动态信息凭证的标识,即可展示与动态信息凭证对应的交易页面。由于在交易页面中接收到第一终端的交易指令后,无需跳转到第三方支付平台即可利用第一终端对应的电子信用承诺支付凭证根据预设解付条件进行支付,由此在网络交易中能够有效简化了付款流程并且有效提高了资金的安全性。
在一个实施例中,在接收第一终端输入的与动态信息凭证对应的动态信息凭证的标识的步骤之前,还包括:接收第二终端发送的生成动态信息凭证的请求;根据生成动态信息凭证的请求接收第二终端输入的信息数据;利用信息数据生成对应的动态信息凭证,动态信息凭证中包括对应的标识;将携带标识的动态信息凭证进行发布。
卖方利用第二终端向服务器发送生成动态信息凭证的请求。服务器根据生成动态信息凭证的请求提供动态信息凭证设置页面,卖方利用第二终端在动态信息凭证设置页面上输入信息数据,其中信息数据包括卖方信息、商品信息、交易规则、收款信息、物理信息等。服务器根据第二终端输入的信息数据生成对应的动态信息凭证,所生成的动态信息凭证包括卖方利用第二终端所输入的信息数据以及对应的标识。每个动态信息凭证具有唯一的标识,标识可以是动态信息凭证的编号等。每个动态信息凭证只对应一个或者一类商品。如果卖方有多个或多类商品,则需要生成多个动态信息凭证。在另一个实施例中,卖方可利用第二终端上安装的应用程序(Application,简称APP)向服务器发送生成动态信息凭证的请求,进而利用应用程序提交信息数据至服务器。服务器根据应用程序提交的信息数据生成对应的动态信息凭证。在生成动态信息凭证后,服务器向第二终端发送已成功生成动态信息凭证的通知。
在其中一个实施例中,服务器在生成动态信息凭证后直接通过网络将携带标识的动态信息凭证再进行发布。具体的,服务器可以通过网络将携带标识的动态信息凭证发布在银行网站上展示动态信息凭证的页面,服务器也可以通过网络将携带标识的动态信息凭证的在银行网站上的链接发布在第三方网站,例如淘宝、京东、百度等。动态信息凭证除了可以被服务器发布之外,还可以被转发到不同的网络环境中。例如可以被转发至社交网络等。在另一个实施例中,服务器在接收到卖方利用第二终端发送的动态信息凭证发布指令后,可以通过网络将携带标识的动态信息凭证发布在银行网站上展示动态信息凭证的页面上,也可以将携带标识的动态信息凭证在银行网站的链接发布在多个第三方网站。由于服务器能够将动态信息凭证发布到多种不同的网站进行展示,从而提供了一种新型的购物模式。买方可以在多种不同的网站获取到所需商品的动态信息凭证,而且只要在展示动态信息凭证的页面输入动态信息凭证的标识,即可弹出一个与动态信息凭证对应的交易页面,由此节省了买方的购物时间。
进一步的,在网络交易完成之后,服务器可统计已成交的网络交易是通过哪些网站来发布的。服务器可以对所有已成交的网络交易进行统计,也可对单个卖方已成交的电子进行统计,并将统计结果进行展示。由此不仅可以利用大数据统计的方式来评估哪些网站发布动态信息凭证的效果更好,也可将交易记录统计数据用于银行间的扎差清算。
在一个实施例中,在根据标识检索动态信息凭证的信息数据的步骤之前,还包括:利用哈希函数将第一终端输入的所述动态信息凭证的标识映射为预设阵列中的点;判断映射后的点对应的值是否为真;若是,则确认第一终端输入的所述动态信息凭证的标识有效,并检索与所述标识对应的动态信息凭证的信息数据。
本实施例中,服务器在接收到买方利用第一终端输入的动态信息凭证的标识后,会校验该标识是否有效。具体的,服务器可以利用哈希函数将第一终端输入的动态信息凭证的标识映射为预设阵列中的点;判断映射后的点对应的值是否为真也就是是否为1,若映射后的点对应的值为真,则确认第一终端输入的动态信息凭证的标识有效。否则,则确定该标识无效。由此将接收到的动态信息凭证的标识与预先存储的动态信息凭证的标识进行比较,对第一终端输入的动态信息凭证的表述进行校验。服务器在确定动态信息凭证的标识有效之后,才开始检索与标识对应的动态信息凭证的信息数据。
在一个实施例中,在根据交易指令获取第一终端的电子信用承诺支付凭证,并根据电子信用承诺支付凭证的预设解付条件进行支付的步骤之后,还包括:接收第一终端或第二终端发送的查询请求;根据查询请求展示与动态信息凭证对应的查询结果。
本实施例中,在网络交易完成之后,买方可利用第一终端或者卖方利用第二终端对该网络交易的情况进行查询。买方利用第一终端可以在展示动态信息凭证的页面输入已完成交易的动态信息凭证的标识来查询交易信息,例如物流信息、退款信息等。买方还可以利用第一终端扫描已完成交易的动态信息凭证的二维码来查询交易信息。卖方可利用第二终端在展示动态信息凭证的页面输入已完成交易的动态信息凭证的标识来查询交易信息,例如物流信息、收款信息等。卖方还可以利用第二终端上安装的应用程序,通过扫描已完成交易的动态信息凭证的二维码,或者输入已完成交易的动态信息凭证的标识来查询交易信息。由此能够方便买卖双方对网络交易的情况进行跟踪。
在一个实施例中,如图4所示,提供了一种网络交易信息处理系统,该系统包括第一终端402和服务器404,其中:
第一终端402,用于输入的动态信息凭证的标识。
服务器404,用于根据标识展示与动态信息凭证对应的交易页面。在其中一个实施例中,服务器404还用于根据标识检索动态信息凭证的信息数据;利用检索出的信息数据生成与动态信息凭证对应的交易页面;弹出交易页面进行展示。
第一终端402还用于通过交易页面发送的交易指令。
服务器404还用于根据交易指令获取第一终端对应的电子信用承诺支付凭证,并根据电子信用承诺支付凭证的预设解付条件进行支付。
本实施例中,服务器接收第一终端输入的动态信息凭证的标识,即可展示与动态信息凭证对应的交易页面。由于第一终端在交易页面中发送交易指令后,无需跳转到第三方支付平台即可利用第一终端对应的电子信用承诺支付凭证根据预设解付条件进行支付,由此在网络交易中能够有效简化了付款流程并且有效提高了资金的安全性。
在一个实施例中,如图5所示,该系统还包括第二终端406用于发送生成动态信息凭证的请求,并在服务器404接收生成动态信息凭证的请求后输入对应的信息数据;服务器404还用于利用信息数据生成对应的动态信息凭证,动态信息凭证中包括对应的标识;将携带标识的动态信息凭证进行发布。
本实施例中,服务器利用第二终端输入的信息数据生成对应的动态信息凭证后,将携带标识的动态信息凭证发布到多种不同的网站进行展示,从而提供了一种新型的购物模式。买方可以在多种不同的网站获取到所需商品的动态信息凭证,而且只要在展示动态信息凭证的页面输入动态信息凭证的标识,即可弹出一个与动态信息凭证对应的交易页面,由此有效节省了购物时间。
进一步的,在网络交易完成之后,服务器404可统计已成交的网络交易是通过哪些网站来发布的。服务器404可以对所有已成交的网络交易进行统计,也可对单个卖方已成交的电子进行统计,并将统计结果进行展示。由此能够利用大数据统计的方式来评估哪些网站发布动态信息凭证的效果更好。

在一个实施例中,第一终端402或所述第二终端406还用于发送查询请求;服务器404还用于根据查询请求展示与动态信息凭证对应的查询结果。
本实施例中,在网络交易完成之后,买方可利用第一终端或者卖方利用第二终端对该网络交易的情况进行查询。由此能够方便买卖双方对网络交易的情况进行跟踪。
在一个实施例中,提供了一种网络交易信息处理系统,包括终端与服务器,服务器包括处理器及存储介质,存储介质中储存有指令,指令被处理器执行时,可使得处理器执行以下步骤:

如图6所示,为其中一个实施例中的服务器的内部结构,该服务器包括通过系统总线连接的处理器、存储介质、内存和网络接口。其中,该服务器的存储介质存储有操作系统、数据库和网络交易信息处理装置,该网络交易信息处理装置用于实现适用于服务器的一种网络交易信息处理方法。该服务器的处理器用于提供计算和控制能力,支撑整个服务器的运行。该服务器的内存为存储介质中的网络交易信息处理装置的运行提供环境。该服务器的网络接口用于据以与外部的终端通过网络连接通信,比如接收终端发送的动态信息凭证的标识以及展示与动态信息凭证对应的交易页面等。服务器可以用独立的服务器或者是多个服务器来实现,比如服务器可以包括网络交易信息处理服务器和存储服务器等。
此外,还提供一种计算机存储介质。
一个或多个包含计算机可执行指令的计算机存储介质,计算机可执行指令用于执行一种网络交易信息处理方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
接收终端输入的动态信息凭证的标识;
根据标识展示与动态信息凭证对应的交易页面;
接收终端通过交易页面发送的交易指令;
根据交易指令获取终端的电子信用承诺支付凭证,并根据电子信用承诺支付凭证的预设解付条件进行支付。

    接收第一终端输入的动态信息凭证的标识;
    根据所述标识展示与所述动态信息凭证对应的交易页面;
    接收通过所述交易页面发送的交易指令;
    根据所述交易指令获取第一终端对应的电子信用承诺支付凭证,并根据所述电子信用承诺支付凭证的预设解付条件进行支付,其中,所述解付条件是指根据默认的支付时间届期、或根据收付双方预设的支付数据信息匹配成功、或根据收付双方共同委托的第三者发出的支付指令进行资金解冻并进行划付或汇付。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述标识展示与所述动态信息凭证对应的交易页面的步骤包括:
    根据所述标识检索所述动态信息凭证的信息数据;
    利用检索出的信息数据生成与所述动态信息凭证对应的交易页面;
    弹出所述交易页面进行展示。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述接收第一终端输入的与动态信息凭证对应的动态信息凭证的标识的步骤之前,还包括:
    接收第二终端发送的生成动态信息凭证的请求;
    根据所述生成动态信息凭证的请求接收第二终端输入的信息数据;
    利用所述信息数据生成对应的动态信息凭证,所述动态信息凭证中包括对应的标识;
    将携带所述标识的动态信息凭证进行发布。
  4. 根据权利要求1 - 3任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述根据所述标识检索所述动态信息凭证的信息数据的步骤之前,还包括:
    利用哈希函数将第一终端输入的所述动态信息凭证的标识映射为预设阵列中的点;
    判断映射后的点对应的值是否为真;
    若是,则确认第一终端输入的所述动态信息凭证的标识有效,并检索与所述标识对应的动态信息凭证的信息数据。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述根据所述交易指令获取第一终端对应的电子信用承诺支付凭证,并根据所述电子信用承诺支付凭证的预设解付条件进行支付的步骤之后,还包括:
    接收第一终端或第二终端发送的查询请求;
    根据所述查询请求展示与所述动态信息凭证对应的查询结果。
  6. 一种网络交易信息处理系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括第一终端和服务器,其中:
    第一终端,用于输入的动态信息凭证的标识;
    服务器,用于根据所述标识展示与所述动态信息凭证对应的交易页面;
    所述第一终端还用于通过所述交易页面发送的交易指令;
    所述服务器还用于根据所述交易指令获取第一终端对应的电子信用承诺支付凭证,并根据所述电子信用承诺支付凭证的预设解付条件进行支付。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的系统,其特征在于,所述服务器还用于根据所述标识检索所述动态信息凭证的信息数据;利用检索出的信息数据生成与所述动态信息凭证对应的交易页面;弹出所述交易页面进行展示。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括第二终端用于发送生成动态信息凭证的请求,并在所述服务器接收所述生成动态信息凭证的请求后输入对应的信息数据;所述服务器还用于利用所述信息数据生成对应的动态信息凭证,所述动态信息凭证中包括对应的标识;将携带所述标识的动态信息凭证进行发布。
  9. 根据权利要求6 - 8任一项所述的系统,其特征在于,所述服务器还用于利用哈希函数将第一终端输入的所述动态信息凭证的标识映射为预设阵列中的点;判断映射后的点对应的值是否为真;若是,则确认第一终端输入的所述动态信息凭证的标识有效,并检索与所述标识对应的动态信息凭证的信息数据。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的系统,其特征在于,所述第一终端或所述第二终端还用于发送查询请求;所述服务器还用于根据所述查询请求展示与所述动态信息凭证对应的查询结果。
  11. 一种网络交易信息处理系统,包括终端与服务器,其特征在于,所述服务器包括处理器及存储介质,所述存储介质中储存有指令,所述指令被所述处理器执行时,可使得所述处理器执行以下步骤:
    接收终端输入的动态信息凭证的标识;
    根据所述标识展示与所述动态信息凭证对应的交易页面;
    接收终端通过所述交易页面发送的交易指令;
    根据所述交易指令获取终端对应的电子信用承诺支付凭证,并根据所述电子信用承诺支付凭证的预设解付条件进行支付。
  12. 一个或多个包含计算机可执行指令的计算机存储介质,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行一种网络交易信息处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
    接收终端输入的动态信息凭证的标识;
    根据所述标识展示与所述动态信息凭证对应的交易页面;
    接收终端通过所述交易页面发送的交易指令;
    根据所述交易指令获取终端的电子信用承诺支付凭证,并根据所述电子信用承诺支付凭证的预设解付条件进行支付。
