【具体实施方式】
本发明实施例提供的方法可以应用于如图1所示的应用环境中。第一终端102通过网络108与银行服务器104进行通信。第一终端102通过网络110与第二终端106进行通信。第一终端104将商品信息数据通过网络108发送至银行服务器104,银行服务器104生成对应的动态信息凭证并进行展示。第一终端102获取这些动态信息凭证,并利用安装的应用通过网络110进行发布。第二终端106获取第一终端102发布的动态信息凭证,并对指定的动态信息凭证完成交易。第一终端102将已完成交易的动态信息凭证的相关信息发送至银行服务器104中。银行服务器104根据已完成交易的动态信息凭证统计得到第一终端102所对应的商家的经营大数据信息,根据大数据信息判断第一终端102所对应的商家是否具备贷款条件。若具备贷款条件则银行服务器104通知商家发放贷款。由此能够有利于银行或其他金融机构有效减少贷款审批时间加快放贷速度。
图2为一个实施例中所提供的一种基于大数据的贷款方法的流程示意图。应该理解的是,虽然图2的流程图中的各个步骤按照箭头的指示依次显示,但是这些步骤并不是必然按照箭头指示的顺序依次执行。除非本文中有明确的说明,这些步骤的执行并没有严格的顺序限制,其可以以其他的顺序执行。而且,图2中的至少一部分步骤可以包括多个子步骤或者多个阶段,这些子步骤或者阶段并不必然是在同一时刻执行完成,而是可以在不同的时刻执行,其执行顺序也不必然是依次进行,而是可以与其他步骤或者其他步骤的子步骤或者阶段的至少一部分轮流或者交替地执行。以该方法应用于银行服务器为例进行说明,具体包括以下步骤:
步骤202,获取已完成交易的动态信息凭证。
动态信息凭证是一系列信息的集合,包括商品信息、交易信息、物流信息、订单信息等。每个动态信息凭证对应一个商品。
在其中一个实施例中,银行服务器为众多商家提供动态信息凭证对应的数据平台,商家将自己的已完成交易的动态信息凭证的信息录入到该数据平台。在另一个实施例中,商家为银行服务器开通动态信息凭证的数据接口,使得银行服务器及时获取到商家已交易成功的动态信息凭证。
步骤204,根据已完成交易的动态信息凭证统计得到商家经营的大数据信息,大数据信息中包括商家的资产信息和信用信息。
商品在完成交易之后,也就是动态信息凭证在完成交易之后,动态信息凭证中的信息中的交易信息、物流信息、订单信息等会增加相应的内容。随着商品销量的增长,逐渐形成众多商家经营的大数据信息。银行服务器可以获得的已完成交易的动态信息凭证可以是多个商家的。动态信息凭证具有唯一标识,能够用于确定该动态信息凭证所属的商家。由此能够根据动态信息凭证的标识将大量已完成交易的动态信息凭证分别确定其所属的商家,也就是能够得到每个商家已完成交易的动态信息凭证。进而能够统计得到每个商家经营的大数据信息。
步骤206,提取资产信息对应的金额与信用信息对应的信用等级。
每个商家经营的大数据信息中包括商家的资产信息和信用信息等。其中资产信息是指商家经营收入等信息,可以包括多项内容,例如销售收入、毛利润等。信用信息是指用来评价商家信用的信息。动态信息凭证在完成交易之后,买家可以对已完成的交易做一次信用评价。信用信息中包括多项内容,例如商品描述、商家服务态度、商家发货速度、平均退款速度等,买家可以对信用信息中的每一项进行打分,将所有的分数进行累加得到商家的信用总分。将商家的信用总分与预设等级对应的分数进行比较,则可以确定商家的信用等级。由此提取资产信息对应的金额与信用信息对应的信用等级,为银行或其他金融机构向商家发放贷款提供了强大的数据支持。
步骤208,判断金额是否大于或等于预设额度并且信用等级是否大于或等于预设级别;若金额大于或等于预设额度并且信用等级大于或等于预设级别,则进入步骤208,否则,结束。
资产信息对应的金额可以是第一预设时间内的销售收入、毛利润等,例如从申请贷款之日起往前推2年的销售收入总额。信用信息对应的级别也就是商家的信用等级,例如3星。根据银行贷款规定,可以对申请贷款的商家预先设定贷款条件。预先设定贷款条件可以是资产信息对应的金额大于或等于预设额度并且信用信息对应的级别大于或等于预设级别。
步骤210,通知商家发放贷款。
如果商家复核预先设定贷款条件,则银行服务器通知商家发放贷款。由此有效节省了银行或其他金融机构的贷款审批时间。
本实施例中,获取已完成交易的动态信息凭证;根据已完成交易的动态信息凭证统计得到商家经营的大数据信息,大数据信息中包括商家的资产信息和信用信息;提取资产信息对应的金额与信用信息对应的信用等级;判断金额是否大于或等于预设额度并且信用等级是否大于或等于预设级别;若是,则通知商家发放贷款。由于大数据信息是根据商家已完成交易的动态信息凭证统计得到的,因此大数据信息中的资产信息和信用信息能够反映商家的经营状况和信用状况。如果资产信息对应的金额大于或等于预设额度并且信用信息对应的级别大于或等于预设级别,从而说明商家的经营状况和信用状况良好,并且具有一定的还贷能力,为银行或其他金融机构向商家发放贷款提供了强大的数据支持,进而通知商家发放贷款,由此能够有利于银行或金融机构有效减少贷款审批时间加快放贷速度。
在一个实施例中,在提取资产信息对应的金额与信用信息对应的信用等级的步骤之后,还包括:利用信用信息计算商家的交易满意率;若金额大于或等于预设额度并且信用等级大于或等于预设级别,则进一步判断交易满意率是否大于或等于预设比例;若是,则通知商家发放贷款。
本实施例中,买家可以对信用信息中的每一项进行打分,如果每一项的打分均为满分,则表示买家对本次交易表示满意。提取每个商家的信用信息中打分均为满分的交易,计算所有打分均为满分的交易数量与全部交易数据的比值得到商家的交易满意率。商家的交易满意率能够直接反映买家对商家经营的满意状况。如果交易满意率高,则表示买家对该商家经营的认可,从而进一步反映了商家良好的信用状况和经营状况。
本实施例中基于大数据的贷款方法的流程示意图如图3所示:
步骤302,获取已完成交易的动态信息凭证。
步骤304,根据已完成交易的动态信息凭证统计得到商家经营的大数据信息,大数据信息中包括商家的资产信息和信用信息。
步骤306,提取资产信息对应的金额与信用信息对应的信用等级。
步骤308,利用信用信息计算商家的交易满意率。
步骤310,判断金额是否大于或等于预设额度并且信用等级是否大于或等于预设级别;若金额大于或等于预设额度并且信用等级大于或等于预设级别,则进入步骤312,否则,结束。
步骤312,判断交易满意率是否大于或等于预设比例;若是,则进入步骤314,否则,结束。
步骤314,通知商家发放贷款。
在一个实施例中,在获取已完成交易的动态信息凭证的步骤之前,还包括:生成商家的动态信息凭证;展示动态信息凭证,以使得第一终端获取动态信息凭证并通过第一终端上安装的应用发布动态信息凭证,并且使得第二终端通过获取第一终端发布的动态信息凭证完成对指定动态信息凭证的交易。
本实施例中,商家的动态信息凭证通过银行服务器生成。银行服务器生成商家的动态信息凭证后,只是展示这些动态信息凭证,而不参与动态信息凭证的交易。具体的,商家可以利用第一终端获取银行服务器上展示的动态信息凭证。第一终端上安装的应用能够通过网络发布从银行服务器获取的动态信息凭证。买家利用第二终端获取到第一终端上发布的动态信息凭证,对指定动态信息凭证进行交易。交易达成后,商家直接发货,第三方物流平台可以向商家的第一终端提供物流信息数据接口,以使得达成交易的动态信息凭证中能够及时添加物理信息。在买家完成付款、收货后,并在第二预设时间内未发生退货,则视为交易已完成。交易完成后,买家可以对已完成的交易做一次信用评价。
进一步的,卖家通过银行服务器进货,进货的货品即为银行服务器上展示的动态信息凭证。此处商家可以理解为生产商,卖家可以理解为小商户。具体的,卖家利用第三终端获取银行服务器上展示的动态信息,并利用第三终端上安装的应用通过网络发布已获取的动态信息凭证。买家利用第二终端获取到第三终端上发布的动态信息凭证,对指定动态信息凭证进行交易。由此方便了卖家作为小商户能够灵活方便的参与网络交易。
在一个实施例中,在获取已完成交易的动态信息凭证的步骤之前,还包括:生成商家的动态信息凭证并进行展示;接收第二终端对指定动态信息凭证的交易指令;根据交易指令完成第二终端对指定动态信息凭证的交易。
本实施例中,银行服务器在生成商家的动态信息凭证之后,并展示这些动态信息凭证。买家可以直接利用第二终端向银行服务器发送对指定动态信息凭证的交易指令,银行服务器根据该交易指令完成对指定动态信息凭证的交易。由于银行服务器生成商家的动态信息凭证后可以直接展示这些动态信息凭证,因此银行服务器不需要进货。在接收到交易指令后,即可完成对指定动态信息凭证的交易,由此使得银行服务器承担了电商的角色,从而开拓了一种新型的购物方式。
在一个实施例中,银行服务器在生成商家的动态信息凭证之后,直接将这些动态信息凭证返回给商家,而不再展示这些动态信息凭证。商家利用第一终端上安装的应用通过网络发布动态信息凭证。卖家利用第三终端上安装的应用获取第一终端发布的动态信息凭证,并可对动态信息凭证进行再次发布以及转发。买方利用第二终端可以对第一终端上发布的动态信息凭证进行交易,也可以对第三终端上发布的动态信息凭证进行交易。交易完成后,商家将已完成交易的动态信息凭证的相关信息录入到银行服务器为众多商家提供动态信息凭证对应的数据平台,以使得银行服务器获取到已完成交易的动态信息凭证的相关信息。
在其中一个实施例中,生成商家的动态信息凭证的步骤包括:获取商品信息数据;根据商品信息数据生成对应的动态信息凭证。服务器根据提供动态信息凭证设置页面,商家利用第一终端在动态信息凭证设置页面上输入商品信息数据,其中信息数据包括商家信息、商品信息、交易规则、收款信息、物理信息等。服务器根据第一终端输入的商品信息数据生成对应的动态信息凭证。每个动态信息凭证具有唯一的标识,标识可以是动态信息凭证的编号等。每个动态信息凭证只对应一个或者一类商品,并且可以根据该标识确定动态信息凭证所属的商家。在另一个实施例中,商家可利用第一终端上安装的应用程序(Application,简称APP)向银行服务器发送生成动态信息凭证的请求,进而利用应用程序提交信息数据至银行服务器。银行服务器根据应用程序提交的信息数据生成对应的动态信息凭证。在生成动态信息凭证后,银行服务器向第一终端发送已成功生成动态信息凭证的通知。
在一个实施例中,如图4所示,提供了一种基于大数据的贷款系统,系统包括服务器,服务器包括处理器及非易实现存储介质,处理器进一步包括:获取模块402、统计模块404、提取模块406、判断模块408和通知模块410,其中:
获取模块402与非易实现存储介质耦合,用于获取已完成交易的动态信息凭证。
统计模块404与非易实现存储介质耦合,用于根据已完成交易的动态信息凭证统计得到商家经营的大数据信息,大数据信息中包括商家的资产信息和信用信息。
提取模块406与非易实现存储介质耦合,用于提取资产信息对应的金额与信用信息对应的信用等级。
判断模块408与非易实现存储介质耦合,用于判断金额是否大于或等于预设额度并且信用等级是否大于或等于预设级别。
通知模块410与非易实现存储介质耦合,用于若金额大于或等于预设额度并且信用等级大于或等于预设级别,则通知商家发放贷款。
在一个实施例中,如图5所示,该系统还包括:计算模块412与非易实现存储介质耦合,用于利用信用信息计算商家的交易满意率;判断模块408还用于若金额大于或等于预设额度并且信用等级大于或等于预设级别,则进一步判断交易满意率是否大于或等于预设比例;通知模块410还用于若交易满意率是否大于或等于预设比例,则通知商家发放贷款。
在一个实施例中,如图6所示,该系统还包括:生成模块414和展示模块416,其中:
生成模块414与非易实现存储介质耦合,用于生成商家的动态信息凭证;
展示模块416与非易实现存储介质耦合,用于展示动态信息凭证,以使得第一终端获取动态信息凭证并通过第一终端上安装的应用发布动态信息凭证,并且使得第二终端通过获取第一终端发布的动态信息凭证完成对指定动态信息凭证的交易。
在一个实施例中, 生成模块414还用于生成商家的动态信息凭证;展示模块416还用于展示动态信息凭证;如图7所示,该系统还包括:接收模块418和交易模块420,其中:
接收模块418与非易实现存储介质耦合,用于接收第二终端对指定动态信息凭证的交易指令;
交易模块420与非易实现存储介质耦合,用于根据交易指令完成第二终端对指定动态信息凭证的交易。
在一个实施例中,如图8所示,生成模块414包括:获取单元414a和生成单元414b,其中:
获取单元414a,用于获取商品信息数据;
生成单元414b,用于根据商品信息数据生成对应的动态信息凭证。
一种基于大数据的贷款系统,系统包括服务器,服务器包括处理器及非易失性存储介质,非易失性存储介质中储存有指令,指令被处理器执行时,可使得处理器执行以下步骤:
获取已完成交易的动态信息凭证;
根据所述已完成交易的动态信息凭证统计得到商家经营的大数据信息,所述大数据信息中包括商家的资产信息和信用信息;
提取所述资产信息对应的金额与所述信用信息对应的信用等级;
判断所述金额是否大于或等于预设额度并且所述信用等级是否大于或等于预设级别;
若所述金额大于或等于预设额度并且所述信用等级大于或等于预设级别,则通知商家发放贷款。
如图9所示,为其中一个实施例中的服务器的内部结构,该服务器包括通过系统总线连接的处理器、非易失性存储介质、内存和网络接口。其中,该服务器的非易失性存储介质存储有操作系统、数据库和贷款处理装置,该贷款处理装置用于实现适用于服务器的一种基于大数据的贷款方法。该服务器的处理器用于提供计算和控制能力,支撑整个服务器的运行。该服务器的内存为非易失性存储介质中的基于大数据的贷款处理装置的运行提供环境。该服务器的网络接口用于据以与外部的终端通过网络连接通信,比如获取已完成交易的动态信息凭证等。服务器可以用独立的服务器或者是多个服务器来实现,比如服务器可以包括贷款处理服务器和存储服务器等。
此外,还提供一种计算机非易失性存储介质。
一种包含计算机可执行指令的计算机非易失性存储介质,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行一种基于大数据的贷款方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
获取已完成交易的动态信息凭证;
根据所述已完成交易的动态信息凭证统计得到商家经营的大数据信息,所述大数据信息中包括商家的资产信息和信用信息;
提取所述资产信息对应的金额与所述信用信息对应的信用等级;
判断所述金额是否大于或等于预设额度并且所述信用等级是否大于或等于预设级别;
若所述金额大于或等于预设额度并且所述信用等级大于或等于预设级别,则通知商家发放贷款。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种基于大数据的贷款方法,包括:
    获取已完成交易的动态信息凭证;
    根据所述已完成交易的动态信息凭证统计得到商家经营的大数据信息,所述大数据信息中包括商家的资产信息和信用信息;
    提取所述资产信息对应的金额与所述信用信息对应的信用等级;
    判断所述金额是否大于或等于预设额度并且所述信用等级是否大于或等于预设级别;及
    若所述金额大于或等于预设额度并且所述信用等级大于或等于预设级别,则通知商家发放贷款。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述提取所述资产信息对应的金额与所述信用信息对应的信用等级的步骤之后,还包括:
    利用所述信用信息计算商家的交易满意率;
    若所述金额大于或等于预设额度并且所述信用等级大于或等于预设级别,则进一步判断所述交易满意率是否大于或等于预设比例;
    若是,则通知商家发放贷款。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述获取已完成交易的动态信息凭证的步骤之前,还包括:
    生成商家的动态信息凭证;
    展示所述动态信息凭证,以使得第一终端获取所述动态信息凭证并通过所述第一终端上安装的应用发布所述动态信息凭证,并且使得第二终端通过获取所述第一终端发布的动态信息凭证完成对指定动态信息凭证的交易。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述获取已完成交易的动态信息凭证的步骤之前,还包括:
    生成商家的动态信息凭证并进行展示;
    接收第二终端对指定动态信息凭证的交易指令;
    根据所述交易指令完成所述第二终端对所述指定动态信息凭证的交易。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述生成商家的动态信息凭证的步骤包括:
    获取商品信息数据;
    根据所述商品信息数据生成对应的动态信息凭证。
  6. 一种基于大数据的贷款系统,所述系统包括服务器,所述服务器包括处理器及非易实现存储介质,所述处理器进一步包括:
    获取模块与非易实现存储介质耦合,用于获取已完成交易的动态信息凭证;
    统计模块与非易实现存储介质耦合,用于根据所述已完成交易的动态信息凭证统计得到商家经营的大数据信息,所述大数据信息中包括商家的资产信息和信用信息;
    提取模块与非易实现存储介质耦合,用于提取所述资产信息对应的金额与所述信用信息对应的信用等级;
    判断模块与非易实现存储介质耦合,用于判断所述金额是否大于或等于预设额度并且所述信用等级是否大于或等于预设级别;
    通知模块与非易实现存储介质耦合,用于若所述金额大于或等于预设额度并且所述信用等级大于或等于预设级别,则通知商家发放贷款。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括:
    计算模块与非易实现存储介质耦合,用于利用所述信用信息计算商家的交易满意率;
    所述判断模块还用于若所述金额大于或等于预设额度并且所述信用等级大于或等于预设级别,则进一步判断所述交易满意率是否大于或等于预设比例;
    所述通知模块还用于若所述交易满意率是否大于或等于预设比例,则通知商家发放贷款。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括:
    生成模块与非易实现存储介质耦合,用于生成商家的动态信息凭证;
    展示模块与非易实现存储介质耦合,用于展示所述动态信息凭证,以使得第一终端获取所述动态信息凭证并通过所述第一终端上安装的应用发布所述动态信息凭证,并且使得第二终端通过获取所述第一终端发布的动态信息凭证完成对指定动态信息凭证的交易。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括:
    生成模块与非易实现存储介质耦合,用于生成商家的动态信息凭证;
    展示模块与非易实现存储介质耦合,用于展示所述动态信息凭证;
    接收模块与非易实现存储介质耦合,用于接收第二终端对指定动态信息凭证的交易指令;
    交易模块与非易实现存储介质耦合,用于根据所述交易指令完成所述第二终端对所述指定动态信息凭证的交易。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9任一项所述的系统,其特征在于,所述生成模块包括:
    获取单元,用于获取商品信息数据;
    生成单元,用于根据所述商品信息数据生成对应的动态信息凭证。
  11. 一种基于大数据的贷款系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括服务器,所述服务器包括处理器及非易失性存储介质,所述非易失性存储介质中储存有指令,所述指令被所述处理器执行时,可使得所述处理器执行以下步骤:
    获取已完成交易的动态信息凭证;
    根据所述已完成交易的动态信息凭证统计得到商家经营的大数据信息,所述大数据信息中包括商家的资产信息和信用信息;
    提取所述资产信息对应的金额与所述信用信息对应的信用等级;
    判断所述金额是否大于或等于预设额度并且所述信用等级是否大于或等于预设级别;
    若所述金额大于或等于预设额度并且所述信用等级大于或等于预设级别,则通知商家发放贷款。
  12. 一种包含计算机可执行指令的计算机非易失性存储介质,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行一种基于大数据的贷款方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
    获取已完成交易的动态信息凭证;
    根据所述已完成交易的动态信息凭证统计得到商家经营的大数据信息,所述大数据信息中包括商家的资产信息和信用信息;
    提取所述资产信息对应的金额与所述信用信息对应的信用等级;
    判断所述金额是否大于或等于预设额度并且所述信用等级是否大于或等于预设级别;
    若所述金额大于或等于预设额度并且所述信用等级大于或等于预设级别,则通知商家发放贷款。
