如图1所示,在一个实施例中,提供的一种基于电子凭证的网络交易系统,该系统包括:第二服务器10、第一服务器20、收付系统50、第一终端30以及第二终端40;其中,第二服务器10分别与第一服务器20与收付系统50连接;第一服务器20分别与第一终端30与第二终端40连接。
第二服务器10,用于生成可写入信息的电子凭证,并将电子凭证发送至第一服务器20,电子凭证至少包含名称和金额的商品属性信息以及包含收款账户的收款结算信息。
第二服务器10对应商品提供者。商品提供者为商品生产商。电子凭证由电子凭证生成器生成,一张电子凭证用于标识商品提供者提供的一种或一类商品,买家可以通过电子凭证与商品提供者进行网络交易,购买该电子凭证对应的商品。具体的,商品可以是有形的商品也可以是无形的服务。第二服务器10下载电子凭证生成器,商品生产商将待销售商品的商品信息以及收款结算信息等关键信息录入电子凭证生成器即可生成对应的电子凭证。
商品属性信息包括:商品的名称、价格、图片以及参数等信息。收款结算信息包括:收款账户以及收款账户名称(例如,收款结算信息为商品生产商的银行开户名称以及开户账号)。
在一个实施例中电子凭证还包括商品的保险信息,该保险信息为对商品进行承保的保单信息。
在一个实施例中,商品属性信息,包括商品的详细描述信息,商品属性信息根据商品状态的动态变化而改变。例如,当商品电子凭证未被电商用户进货(本发明“进货”指电商用户获取电子凭证)之前,电子凭证上显示的商品当前持有人为商品提供者,当商品电子凭证被电商用户进货后,电子凭证上显示的商品当前持有人为电商用户。
第一服务器20,用于展示电子凭证,并发送电子凭证至第一终端30。
第一服务器20对应商品电子货仓,商品电子货仓是电子凭证的集散地。商品提供者对应的第二服务器10将电子凭证发送至第一服务器20,通过第一服务器20将电子凭证展示出来供电商用户挑选。商品电子货仓可以是银行提供的购物平台设置的电子凭证存储空间,还可以是其它网络平台(例如,门户网站)设置的电子凭证存储空间。商品电子货仓用于向外展示存储的电子凭证。
本实施例中,第一服务器20并不销售电子凭证,第一服务器20向外发布电子凭证对应的促销消息吸引电商用户A前来进货。电商用户A对应的第一终端30向第一服务器20发送获取电子凭证请求后,从第一服务器20获得电子凭证。第一终端30将电子凭证推送至社交网络中,买家B对应的第二终端40根据终端提供的电子凭证与第二服务器10实现网络交易。
图2为一个实施例中电子凭证的展示页面图,用户通过点击购买按钮直接可购买该电子凭证对应的智能手机。
第一终端30,用于通过互联网推送电子凭证。
第一终端30对应推销电子凭证的电商。电商从第一服务器20中下载电商工具(电商APP)至第一终端30,通过电商工具进行注册成为电商A,电商A即可以作为卖家从第一服务器20获得电子凭证进行销售,第一终端30将得到的电子凭证在互联网进行推广以吸引买家前来购买。
第二终端40,用于通过互联网获取电子凭证,并接收用户在电子凭证中可写入信息处输入配送商品的物流信息,并依据收款结算信息向收付系统50发送请求支付商品对应金额的付款请求。
第二终端40对应的买家B获取第一终端30推送在互联网上的电子凭证。买家B只需点击电子凭证上的购买按钮,将弹出电子凭证对应的交易页面,在电子凭证的可写入信息处输入收货地址以及收货人联系方式的物流信息后,将向支付系统发送支付商品对应金额的付款请求。
收付系统50,用于接收第二终端40发送的付款请求,在验证电子凭证通过后,将第二终端40对应付款账户中金额的资金进行冻结,并发送资金冻结成功的通知消息至第二服务器10。在一个实施例中收付系统50为银行系统。
本实施例中,收付系统50作为商品购买的买家与卖家之间进行资金转移的平台。买家购买了商品后通过收付系统50向卖家支付资金。收付系统50验证电子凭证的目的是为了确保收款账户的合法性。收付系统50将第二终端40(买家)对应付款账户中的金额冻结后,即表示买家已经承诺了付款,发送通知消息至第一服务器20是为了告知商品提供者可以向买家发货。
收付系统50还用于在获取到商品已签收的收货信息后,将冻结的资金划拨至收款账户中。
买家收到商品后,物流服务器记录的已签收的收货信息包括签收人签名以及签收时间。收付系统50可以直接通过物流服务器获得收货信息,还可以是买家在收到商品后在第二终端40通过触发确认收货按钮后发送的收货信息。当卖家已经完成了交货任务后,收付系统50将冻结的资金进行解冻,并将解冻后的资金支付至收款账户中完成网络交易。
在一个实施例中,收付系统50包括:验证模块、付款模块以及收款模块,其中:验证模块,用于验证电子凭证是否合法后,并将验证结果返回至第二服务器。 付款模块,用于接收第二终端发送的付款请求,根据付款请求将第二终端对应付款账户中金额的资金进行冻结,并发送资金冻结成功的通知消息至第二服务器。收款模块,用于在获取到商品已签收的收货信息后,将冻结的资金划拨至收款账户中。
上述系统,当第一服务器为银行提供的服务器时,银行自身提供商品电子货仓。此时商品电子货仓中的电子凭证的收款信息包含的收款账号为该银行的账号,由于银行具有很高的信誉,第一服务器展示的电子凭证能保证商品属于正品。电商(买方)也乐意前往银行提供的第一服务器购物。双方网络支付交易的金额将回流至该银行。因此银行也很乐意提供展示商品提供者的电子凭证的第一服务器。上述系统实现了银行、商品提供者以及买家三赢的局面。
在一个实施例中,提供的一种基于电子凭证的交易方法,参考图4,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤401,第一服务器获取电子凭证,并展示电子凭证。
本实施例中,电子凭证包含商品信息以及购买商品的收款结算信息。
在步骤401之前,该方法还包括:第二服务器根据商品信息以及收款信息生成至少包含名称和金额的商品属性信息以及包含收款账户的收款结算信息的电子凭证,并将电子凭证发送至第一服务器。本实施例中,第二服务器下载电子凭证生成器,离线生成电子凭证并将其上传至第一服务器中。
在一个实施例中步骤401包括:第一服务器获取第二服务器发送的生成电子凭证的商品信息以及收款信息;第一服务器根据商品信息以及收款信息生成至少包含名称和金额的商品属性信息以及包含收款账户的收款结算信息的电子凭证。
本实施例中,商品提供者并不完成电子凭证生成的任务,而是将生成电子凭证所必须包含的关键信息(商品信息以及收款信息)提供给第一服务器,由第一服务器完成电子凭证的生成工作。
步骤402,第一服务器发送电子凭证至第一终端。
步骤403,第通过互联网推送电子凭证。
在一个实施例中,第一终端通过互联网推送电子凭证的步骤包括:第一终端向社交网络推送电子凭证。
本实施例中,社交网络是指电商在互联网上参与的社交圈,例如,用户可以将电子凭证分享至互联网上的论坛、微博以及微信朋友圈等。通过社交网络多渠道的推送商品的电子凭证,使得电子凭证的扩散面更广,提高了商品快速销售的目的。
步骤404,第二终端通过互联网获取电子凭证,并接收用户在电子凭证中可写入信息处输入配送商品的物流信息,并依据收款结算信息向收付系统发送请求支付商品对应金额的付款请求。
步骤405,收付系统接收第二终端发送的付款请求,在验证电子凭证通过后,将第二终端对应付款账户中金额的资金进行冻结。
步骤406,收付系统接收商品已签收的收货信息,并将冻结的资金划拨至收款账户中。
如图5所示,在一个实施例中,提供的一种基于电子凭证的交易方法,应用于第一服务器,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤501,获取电子凭证,并展示电子凭证。本实施例中,电子凭证包含名称和金额的商品属性信息以及包含收款账户的收款结算信息。
步骤502,发送电子凭证至第一终端,使得第一终端通过互联网推送电子凭证。
在一个实施例中,在步骤502,获取电子凭证的步骤之前包括:获取第二服务器发送的生成电子凭证的商品信息以及收款信息;根据商品信息以及收款信息生成至少包含名称和金额的商品属性信息以及包含收款账户的收款结算信息的电子凭证。
在一个实施例中,步骤502,发送电子凭证至第一终,2包括:接收第一终端发送的获取电子凭证请求,获取电子凭证请求中携带凭证编号以及终端用户标识;获取凭证编号对应的电子凭证,将终端用户标识与电子凭证绑定,并将与终端用户标识绑定的电子凭证发送至第一终端。
在另一个实施例中,步骤502,发送电子凭证至第一终端包括:根据预设的发证条件与电子凭证的对应关系,获取与发证条件相匹配的终端用户标识;
将终端用户标识与对应的电子凭证绑定,并将与终端用户标识绑定的电子凭证发送至终端用户标识对应的第一终端。
如图6所示,在一个实施例中,提供的一种基于电子凭证的交易方法,应用于第一终端,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤601,获取第一服务器发送的电子凭证。
步骤602,通过互联网推送电子凭证。
具体的,通过互联网推送电子凭证,包括:向社交网络推送电子凭证。
上述基于电子凭证的交易方法,由于买家可以直接通过电子凭证进行购物而无需进入网店进行购物,简化了购物的操作流程;电子凭证能通过社交网络进行传播,无需依托于“店位”,摆脱了“店位”流量对销售收益的限制,网店店主不需支付广告费用也能保证商品的流量。由于电子凭证的生成、商品的发送均由厂商负责,改变原来依托第三方电商平台或网络店铺的商业信誉、参看图片、发生交易的以电商为中心的模式,从而使物品可附着其自身属性,如制造厂商,原料等信息,形成以物品为中心的交易模式。
在一个实施例中,收付系统接收商品已签收的收货信息的步骤,包括:
收付系统接收物流服务器发送的电子凭证对应商品已签收的收货信息。
在一个实施例中,收付系统接收商品已签收的收货信息的步骤,包括:
收付系统接收第二终端发送的根据用户点击确认收货后触发的电子凭证对应商品已签收的收货信息。
在一个实施例中,第一服务器发送电子凭证至第一终端的步骤,包括:
第一服务器接收第一终端发送的获取电子凭证请求,获取电子凭证请求中携带凭证编号以及终端用户标识;第一服务器获取凭证编号对应的电子凭证,将终端用户标识与电子凭证绑定,并将与终端用户标识绑定的电子凭证发送至第一终端。
本实施例中,第一服务器仅作存储电子凭证的电子仓库。第一服务器不具有销售电子凭证的作用,第一服务器只需要将电子凭证发散至电商(卖家)由卖家来出售电子凭证。
第一终端通过向第一服务器发送获取电子凭证请求,来获取电子凭证,第一终端对应的电商将电子凭证在互联网上进行推送以吸引买家前来购买,若买家是根据电商推送的电子凭证与第二服务器完成网络支付交易的,则由第二服务器支付佣金给电商。为了区分电子凭证的来源需要将终端用户标识与电子凭证进行绑定。
在另一个实施例中,第一服务器发送电子凭证至第一终端的步骤,包括:第一服务器根据预设的发证条件与电子凭证的对应关系,获取与发证条件相匹配的终端用户标识;第一服务器将终端用户标识与对应的电子凭证绑定,并将与终端用户标识绑定的电子凭证发送至终端用户标识对应的第一终端。
本实施例中,第一服务器主动向电商对应的终端分发电子凭证。预设的发货条件包括:电商的信誉高、电商的进货记录多以及电商的销售量大。与发货条件相匹配的电商一般属于优质电商。第一服务器主动向优质电商对应的终端发送电子凭证,有利于销售资源的最优化配置。
上述方法中的电商不像传统网店的店主那样需要负责进货、发货、收款以及负责售后等各种事务。电商只需要要从商品电子货仓中获取购物电子凭证,然后将购物电子凭证扩散至社交网络,让更多的人来购买商品。当买家基于购物电子凭证完成网络交易后,只需要等待商品提供者为电商支付销售提成即可。通过简化了电商的工作量吸引更多的用户加入进来,有利于商品的推销。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory,ROM)或随机存储记忆体(Random Access Memory,RAM)等。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种基于电子凭证的交易方法,包括:
    第一服务器获取电子凭证,并展示所述电子凭证,所述电子凭证包含名称和金额的商品属性信息以及包含收款账户的收款结算信息;
    第一服务器发送电子凭证至第一终端;
    第一终端通过互联网推送所述电子凭证;
    第二终端通过互联网获取所述电子凭证,并接收用户在电子凭证中可写入信息处输入配送商品的物流信息,并依据收款结算信息向收付系统发送请求支付商品对应金额的付款请求;
    所述收付系统接收第二终端发送的付款请求,在验证所述电子凭证通过后,将第二终端对应付款账户中所述金额的资金进行冻结;及
    所述收付系统接收所述商品已签收的收货信息,并将冻结的资金划拨至所述收款账户中。
  2. 根据所述权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述第一服务器获取电子凭证的步骤之前,包括:
    第二服务器根据商品信息以及收款信息生成至少包含名称和金额的商品属性信息以及包含收款账户的收款结算信息的电子凭证,并将所述电子凭证发送至第一服务器。
  3. 根据所述权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一服务器获取电子凭证的步骤,包括:
    第一服务器获取第二服务器发送的生成电子凭证的商品信息以及收款信息;
    第一服务器根据商品信息以及收款信息生成至少包含名称和金额的商品属性信息以及包含收款账户的收款结算信息的电子凭证。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一终端通过互联网推送所述电子凭证的步骤包括:
    第一终端向社交网络推送所述电子凭证。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述收付系统接收所述商品已签收的收货信息的步骤,包括:
    收付系统接收物流服务器发送的电子凭证对应商品已签收的收货信息。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述收付系统接收所述商品已签收的收货信息的步骤,包括:
    收付系统接收第二终端发送的根据用户点击确认收货后触发的电子凭证对应商品已签收的收货信息。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一服务器发送电子凭证至第一终端的步骤,包括:
    第一服务器接收第一终端发送的获取电子凭证请求,所述获取电子凭证请求中携带凭证编号以及终端用户标识;
    第一服务器获取凭证编号对应的电子凭证,将所述终端用户标识与所述电子凭证绑定,并将与终端用户标识绑定的电子凭证发送至第一终端。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一服务器发送电子凭证至第一终端的步骤,包括:
    第一服务器根据预设的发证条件与电子凭证的对应关系,获取与所述发证条件相匹配的终端用户标识;
    第一服务器将终端用户标识与所述对应的电子凭证绑定,并将与终端用户标识绑定的电子凭证发送至终端用户标识对应的第一终端。
  9. 一种基于电子凭证的交易方法,应用于第一服务器,包括:
    获取电子凭证,并展示所述电子凭证,所述电子凭证包含名称和金额的商品属性信息以及包含收款账户的收款结算信息;
    发送电子凭证至第一终端,使得所述第一终端通过互联网推送所述电子凭证。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的交易方法,其特征在于,在所述获取电子凭证的步骤之前,包括:
    获取第二服务器发送的生成电子凭证的商品信息以及收款信息;
    根据商品信息以及收款信息生成至少包含名称和金额的商品属性信息以及包含收款账户的收款结算信息的电子凭证。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的交易方法,其特征在于,所述发送电子凭证至第一终端的步骤,包括:
    接收第一终端发送的获取电子凭证请求,所述获取电子凭证请求中携带凭证编号以及终端用户标识;
    获取凭证编号对应的电子凭证,将所述终端用户标识与所述电子凭证绑定,并将与终端用户标识绑定的电子凭证发送至第一终端。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的交易方法,其特征在于,所述发送电子凭证至第一终端的步骤,包括:
    根据预设的发证条件与电子凭证的对应关系,获取与所述发证条件相匹配的终端用户标识;
    将终端用户标识与所述对应的电子凭证绑定,并将与终端用户标识绑定的电子凭证发送至终端用户标识对应的第一终端。
  13. 一种基于电子凭证的交易方法,应用于第一终端,包括:
    获取第一服务器发送的电子凭证;
    通过互联网推送所述电子凭证。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的交易方法,其特征在于,通过互联网推送所述电子凭证,包括:
    向社交网络推送所述电子凭证。
  15. 一种基于电子凭证的交易系统,其特征在于,包括:第二服务器、第一服务器、收付系统、第一终端以及第二终端;其中,所述第二服务器分别与所述第一服务器与所述收付系统连接;所述第一服务器分别与所述第一终端以及所述第二终端连接;
    所述第二服务器,用于生成可写入信息的电子凭证,并将所述电子凭证发送至第一服务器,所述电子凭证至少包含名称和金额的商品属性信息以及包含收款账户的收款结算信息;
    所述第一服务器,用于展示所述电子凭证,并发送所述电子凭证至所述第一终端;
    所述第一终端,用于通过互联网推送所述电子凭证;
    所述第二终端,用于通过互联网获取所述电子凭证,并接收用户在电子凭证中可写入信息处输入配送商品的物流信息,并依据所述收款结算信息向所述收付系统发送请求支付商品对应金额的付款请求;
    所述收付系统,用于接收第二终端发送的付款请求,在验证所述电子凭证通过后,将第二终端对应付款账户中所述金额的资金进行冻结,并发送资金冻结成功的通知消息至第二服务器;
    所述收付系统还用于在获取到所述商品已签收的收货信息后,将冻结的资金划拨至所述收款账户中。
  16. 根据权利要求9所述的系统,其特征在于,所述收付系统包括:验证模块、付款模块以及收款模块,其中:
    所述验证模块,用于验证所述电子凭证是否合法后,并将验证结果返回至所述第二服务器;
    所述付款模块,用于接收所述第二终端发送的付款请求,根据付款请求将第二终端对应付款账户中所述金额的资金进行冻结,并发送资金冻结成功的通知消息至所述第二服务器;
    所述收款模块,用于在获取到所述商品已签收的收货信息后,将冻结的资金划拨至所述收款账户中。
