또한, 재고 소진이 예상되는 경우에도, 상기 오픈가든 서버(20)는, 상기한 바와 같은 방법으로 품절 예상 정보를 제공하여, 상기 쇼핑몰에서 잔여 재고가 얼마 없음이 표시되도록 할 수 있다.
이 경우, 상기 쇼핑몰(40)과 연계된 재고 정보는, 상기 오픈가든 서버(20)와 연동되어 자동적으로 조정될 수도 있다.
또한, 재고 소진 및 재고 소진이 예상되는 경우, 상기 오프가든 서버(20)는, 상기 상품 공급자 단말기(10)로 미리 통지를 하여(오픈가든 서버(20) 내 계정을 통한 통지 및 SMS 발송 등을 이용할 수 있음), 상품 공급자가 미리 품절에 대한 조치를 하도록 할 수도 있다.
부연하여 설명하면, 상기 상품 공급자가, 10개의 공급가능한 재고를 등록한후, 복수의 리테일러가 상품을 가져다가 판매하다 보면, 총판매수량이 얼마가 되는지 또는 그 누적분이 얼마가 되는지의 확인이 어려울 수 있다. 이 경우, 상기 오픈가든 서버(20)는, 상기 리테일러의 판매수량 합을 통제함으로써 재고부족으로 리테일러에게 발생할 수 있는 애로를 해결할 수 있다.
즉, 상품 공급자의 상품 재고를 리테일러가 알지 못하면, 재고가 없는 상황에서 소비자가 구매를 요청하여 구매가 이루어진 후, 재고 부족으로 인해, 나중에 구매가 취소되는 번거로운 일이 발생될 수 있다. 교차매매에서 교차 매매가 이루어 짐에 따라 재고가 계속 소진될 것임으로, 본 발명은 이러한 상황을 리테일러에게 알려줌으로써, 채무불이행이 발생되지 않도록 할 수 있다.
상기 송장에 대해 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
상기 오픈가든 서버(20)는 송장출력을 지원함으로써, 각 상품 공급자들간의 교차판매를 서포트할 수 있다.
종래의 경우, 리테일러는 쇼핑몰 서버(40)에서 구매자 정보 엑셀을 다운 받아 오픈가든 서버(20)에 업로드하고, 업로드 된 구매자 정보를 상품 공급자가 오픈가든 서버(20)에서 다운 받아 택배사에 업로드 하여, 택배사 프로그램에서 송장을 출력한다. 상품 공급자는, 출력된 송장번호를 다시 원 엑셀에 입혀서 오픈가든 서버(20)에 업로드 하고, 리테일러는 다시 오픈가든 서버(20)에서 송장번호가 입혀진 엑셀을 다운 받아 판매된 쇼핑몰(40)에 업로드 하는 과정을 거쳐야 한다.
그러나, 본 발명에서는 상기 과정들이 오픈가든 서버(20)에서 이루어질 수 있다. 즉, 리테일러는 구매자 정보를 오픈가든 서버(20)에 업로드하고, 공급자는 오픈가든 서버(20)내에서 출력을 하고, 리테일러는 송장번호가 포함된 구매자 정보를 쇼핑몰(40)에 업로드 하면 된다. 본 발명에 의한 송장 출력을 이용할 경우, 복잡한 업무 처리가 3단계로 단순화 되기 때문에 교차 판매 처리 과정이 간소화 되어 판매가 활성화 될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 송장 출력시, 상기 오픈가든 서버(20)는, 상기 소비자의 구매 정보 중, 일부, 예를 들어, 포장작업 등에 이용될 색상/수량 등에 대한 정보만을 1차적으로 상기 상품 공급자에게 전송한 후, 상기 상품 공급자가 상기 송장의 출력을 요청하면, 나머지 정보, 예를 들어, 소비자의 이름, 상세주소 및 전화번호 등을 전송함으로써, 상기 송장에 상기 소비자의 전체구매정보가 모두 포함되도록 할 수 있다. 이와 같은 방법에 의해, 소비자의 모든 정보가 상품 공급자에게 전달되는 것이 방지될 수 있다. 따라서, 상품 공급자에 의해 소비자의 정보가 악용되는 것이 방지될 수 있다.
부연하여 설명하면, 상기 오픈 가든 서버는, 상기 소비자의 구매 정보 중 일부 정보만을 상기 상품 공급자가 상품 배송을 준비할 수 있도록 제공하고, 상기 상품 공급자가 송장 출력을 요청하면 구매자의 이름, 주소, 전화번호와 같은 전체 구매정보가 포함된 송장을 출력할 수 있다.
즉, 상기한 바와 같이, 상기 상품 공급자는, 자신의 단말기를 통하여 상기 송장을 출력할 수 있다. 이 경우, 상기 오픈가든 서버(20)는 상기 상품 공급자에게 기본적으로 배송 정보를 제공한다.
또 다른 방법으로서, 상기 오픈가든 서버(20)는, 상기 상품 공급자가 상기 오픈가든 서버(20)의 출력 페이지를 통해 송장을 출력하도록 할 수도 있다. 이 경우, 상기 오픈가든 서버(20)는, 송장을 출력할 수 있는 페이지를 제공할 수 있다.
< 4. 제1상품 판매 비용 정산 과정(122 및 126) >
상기 제1상품이 상기 리테일러를 판매자로 하여 판매된 경우, 상기 오픈가든 서버(20)가, 상기 상품 공급자에게 상기 판매에 따른 수익의 일부를 분배한다.
예를 들어, 상기 소비자 단말기(50)로부터 상기 제1상품에 대한 구매 요청이 수신되면, 상기 리테일러는, 상기 구매 요청을 상기 오픈가든 서버(20)로 전송하면서, 상기 제1상품에 대한 구매 비용을 상기 오픈가든 서버(20)로 결제할 수 있다. 상기 상품 구매에 대한 상기 오픈가든 서버(20)의 결제는 구매와 동시에 이루어질 수 있다(108). 상품의 배송이 확인된 이후에는 상기 오픈가든 서버(20)에서 상기 상품 공급자에게 정산이 이루어질 수 있다.
즉, 실질적인 구매 비용은 구매와 동시에(108) 상기 쇼핑몰 서버(40)로 입금되고, 상기 상품의 배송이 확인되면, 상기 쇼핑몰 서버(40)는 상기 구매에 따른 수익의 일부를 상기 리테일러에게 지급하며(122), 상기 오픈가든 서버(20)는 배송완료가 확인되면, 상기 제1상품의 판매에 따른 수익의 일부를 상기 상품 공급자에게 분배한다.
따라서, 상기 제1상품의 판매에 따라 발생된 수익은, 상기 쇼핑몰 서버(40)의 관리자, 상기 리테일러, 상기 오픈가든 서버(20)의 관리자 및 상기 상품 공급자에게 분배된다.
이 경우, 상기 오픈가든 서버(20)는, 택배사로부터 수집한 배송정보를 통하여 소비자에게 배송이 완료되었는지를 모니터링하고, 결제금액을 에스크로한 후에 최종 배송완료를 확인한 후에, 상기 구매 비용의 일부를 상기 상품 공급자에게 지급할 수 있다.
< 5. 제2상품 등록 및 판매 과정(102 내지 126) >
상기 설명에서는, 상기 상품 공급자가 상기 제1상품 정보를 상기 오픈가든 서버(20)에 등록하면(102), 상기 리테일러가 상기 제1쇼핑몰 서버(40)를 통해 상기 제1상품을 판매하여 수익을 창출하였다(104 내지 126).
그러나, 상기 리테일러 역시 자신이 생산 및 공급하는 제2상품과 맵핑되어 있는 제2상품 정보를 상기 오픈가든 서버(20)에 등록할 수 있으며, 이 경우, 상기 상품 공급자가 제2쇼핑몰 서버(40)를 통해 상기 제2상품을 판매하여 수익을 창출할 수도 있다. 이 경우, 상기에서 설명된 모든 과정들(102 내지 126)이 동일하게 적용될 수 있다. 즉, 상품공급자와 리테일러는 상대방의 상품을 판매함에 따른 상호 상대적인 명칭이다.
상기한 바와 같은 본 발명이 적용되는 경우, 상기 제1상품을 공급하는 상기 상품 공급자와, 상기 제2상품을 공급하는 상기 리테일러 각각이, 상기 제1상품 정보와 상기 제2상품 정보를 상기 오픈가든 서버(20)에 등록할 수 있다.
이 경우, 상기 리테일러는 상기 제1쇼핑몰 서버(40)를 통해 상기 제1상품을 판매하여 수익을 창출할 수 있으며, 상기 상품 공급자는 상기 제2쇼핑몰 서버(40)를 통해 상기 제2상품을 판매하여 수익을 창출할 수 있다.
즉, 본 발명에 의하면, 서로 다른 상품을 공급하는 공급자들 각각은, 자신이 공급하는 상품을 판매하여 수익을 올리면서, 상대방이 공급하는 상품을 판매하여 수익을 창출할 수도 있다.
그러나, 본 발명이 상기한 바와 같이 서로 다른 상품을 공급하는 공급자들 사이에서만 실행되는 것은 아니다.
예를 들어, 상기 리테일러는 상품을 공급하지 않을 수도 있다.
한편, 상기에서는, 상기 리테일러가 상기 상품 정보를 상기 제1쇼핑몰 서버(40)에 등록하여 상기 상품을 판매하는 경우를 일예로 하여 본 발명이 설명되었으나, 이하에서는, 상기 리테일러 단말기(30)에서 상기 상품이 판매되는 경우를 일예로 하여 본 발명이 설명된다. 이 경우, 상기에서 설명된 상기 제1쇼핑몰 서버(40)가, 상기 리테일러 단말기(30)와 동일하다는 것을 제외하고는 상기에서 설명된 내용과 동일하다. 따라서, 이하의 설명은 상기에서 설명된 내용과 동일한 것이나, 이해를 돕고자 다시 한 번 상기 내용들이 정리된다.
즉, 본 발명에 따른 상품 교차 판매 방법은, 오픈가든 서버(20)가, 다수의 상품 공급자 단말기로부터 각자의 상품들과 맵핑되어 있는 상품 정보들을 전송받아 저장하는 단계, 상기 다수의 상품 공급자 단말기들 간에는, 다른 상품 공급자의 상품을 상호 교차 매매하는 리테일러 단말기(30)가 되며, 상기 다수의 상품 공급자 단말기들 중 어느 하나의 상품 공급자 단말기로부터, 다른 상품 공급자가 제공한 상품 정보에 대한 다운로드 요청이 있는 경우, 상기 오픈가든 서버(20)가, 상기 상품 정보를 요청한 리테일러 단말기(30)로 상기 상품 정보를 다운로드 시키는 단계, 상기 오픈가든 서버(20)가, 상기 상품의 재고 현황을, 상기 상품 정보를 요청한 상기 리테일러 단말기(30)로 전송하는 단계, 소비자가 상기 리테일러 단말기(30)에서, 원 상품 공급자의 상품에 대한 구매 요청을 하면, 상기 리테일러 단말기(30)는 상기 오픈 가든 서버에 상기 상품에 대한 구매 정보를 제공함과 동시에 결제를 진행하고, 구매 정보를 수신한 상기 오픈가든 서버(20)는 소비자에게 직접 상품을 배송하도록 하는 구매 정보를 상기 원 상품 공급자 단말기로 전송하는 단계를 포함한다. 부연하여 설명하면, 상기한 바와 같이, 상기 다수의 상품 공급자 단말기들 간에는, 다른 상품 공급자의 상품을 상호 교차 매매하는 경우에는 리테일러 단말기(30)가 될 수 있다.

여기서 다른 상품공급자의 상품을 판매한 리테일러에 대한 이익 분배는 상품공급자의 상품 판매가에서 일정 이익을 분배할 수 도 있지만 리테일러에게 상품 공급자의 상품 판매가에 일정한 마진을 추가로 붙여서 판매하도록 하는 방식으로 이익 분배를 할 수도 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 상품 교차 판매 방법은, 상기 오픈가든 서버(20)가, 구매요청된 상품에 대한 송장을 상기 상품 공급자 단말기가 출력하도록 하고, 상기 상품 공급자 단말기가 상기 상품의 배송 정보를 오픈가든 서버(20)에 전송하며, 이를 상기 리테일러 단말기(30)로 전송하여 상기 상품의 구매를 요청한 소비자 단말기(50)가 상기 리테일러 단말기(30)에서 상기 배송 정보를 확인할 수 있도록 하는 단계를 더 포함할 수 있다.
이 경우, 상기 배송 정보를 확인할 수 있도록 하는 단계는, 상기 오픈 가든 서버가, 상기 소비자의 구매 정보 중 일부만을 원 상품 공급자에게 제공하고, 상기 원 상품 공급자가 송장 출력 요청을 하면 전체 구매정보가 포함된 송장을 출력할 수 있다.
< 6. 추가 기능>
첫째, 상기 오픈가든 서버(20)는, 상기 상품 공급자가 등록한 상품과 교차 판매될 수 있는 상품을 추출하여, 상기 상품 공급자에게 추천할 수 있다.
예를 들어, 상기 상품 공급자가 가죽자켓을 등록한 경우, 상기 오픈가든 서버(20)는, 가죽장갑을 제1추천상품으로 추천할 수 있고, 목도리를 제2추천 상품으로 추천할 수 있다.
상기 추천상품을 확인한 상기 상품 공급자는, 또 다른 상품 공급자들이 등록한 상품들 중, 상기 가죽장갑 또는 목도리 중 적어도 어느 하나를 교차 판매할 수 있다.
둘째, 상기 오픈가든 서버(20)는, 상기한 바와 같은 추천상품을 상기 상품 공급자가 직접 검색하도록 하는 검색 방법을 제공할 수 있다.
예를 들어, 가죽자켓을 등록한 상품 공급자가, 상기 오픈가든 서버(20)의 검색창에서, 상기 가죽자켓과 가장 잘 매칭되는 상품을 검색하면, 상기 오픈가든 서버(20)는, 상품들의 판매 정보를 분석하여, 상기 가죽자켓과 가장 잘 매칭되는 상품을 추천할 수 있다.
이 경우, 상기 오픈가든 서버(20)는, 가죽장갑 또는 목도리를 추천할 수 있다.
상기 추천을 확인한 상품 공급자는, 또 다른 상품 공급자들이 등록한 상품들 중, 상기 가죽장갑 또는 목도리 중 적어도 어느 하나를 교차 판매할 수 있다.
셋째, 상기 오픈가든 서버(20)는, 발송된 상품에 대한 송장번호를 바탕으로, 실시간 배송 추적 프로그램(가칭, 배송지키미)를 이용하여, 상기 상품의 배송상태에 대한 정보를 실시간으로 제공할 수 있다.
특히, 상기 오픈가든 서버(20)는, 교차 판매된 상품들에 대하여 실시간으로 양 판매자가 배송상태를 확인할 수 있도록 함으로써, 교차 판매에 대한 배송 신뢰성을 확보하여 교차 판매가 더욱 활성화되도록 할 수 있다.
넷째, 상기 오픈가든 서버(20)는, 상품 종류별로 과거 또는 월별 판매 통계를 제공할 수 있다. 교차 판매자들은, 상기 상품 판매 추이를 보고, 판매할 상품을 효율적으로 선택할 수 있다. 따라서, 교차 판매가 더욱 활성화될 수 있다.
다섯째, 상기 오픈가든 서버(20)는, 일정기간 각 품목별로 상품 판매량 정보를 제공하여 판매자(리테일러 또는 상품 공급자가 될 수 있음)에게 같은 품목내의 인기 상품을 추천할 수 있다.
즉, 상기 오픈가든 서버(20)는, 판매할 품목은 정했는데 품목(대분류)내에서 세부적인 상품을 선택하지 못한 판매자에게 정보를 제공함으로써, 판매자가 구체적인 교차 판매 상품을 선택 시 활용하도록 할 수 있다.
이 경우, 상기 오픈가든 서버(20)는 상품 판매량 순위를 제공할 수 있다. 즉, 상기 오픈가든 서버(20)는, 전체 상품의 판매 순위를 제공(예. top 10, top 20, 주간 히트 등)함으로써, 판매자가, 교차 판매시, 상품의 선택 시 활용하도록 할 수 있다.

  1. 오픈가든 서버(open garden server)가, 다수의 상품 공급자 단말기(provider terminal)로부터 각자의 상품들과 맵핑되어 있는 상품 정보들을 전송받아 저장하는 단계;
    상기 다수의 상품 공급자 단말기들 간에는, 다른 상품 공급자의 상품을 상호 교차 매매하는 리테일러 단말기(retailer terminal)가 되며, 상기 다수의 상품 공급자 단말기들 중 어느 하나의 상품 공급자 단말기로부터, 다른 상품 공급자가 제공한 상품 정보에 대한 다운로드 요청이 있는 경우, 상기 오픈가든 서버가, 상기 상품 정보를 요청한 리테일러 단말기 또는 상기 리테일러 단말기의 이용자인 리테일러가 판매자로 등록되어 있는 쇼핑몰 서버(shopping mall server)로 다운로드시키는 단계;

    소비자가 상기 리테일러 단말기 또는 상기 쇼핑몰 서버에서, 상기 다른 상품 공급자의 상품에 대한 구매 요청을 하면, 상기 리테일러 단말기는 상기 오픈 가든 서버에 상기 상품에 대한 구매 정보를 제공함과 동시에 결제를 진행하고, 구매 정보를 수신한 상기 오픈가든 서버는 소비자에게 직접 상품을 배송하도록 하는 구매 정보를 상기 다른 상품 공급자 단말기로 전송하는 단계를 포함하는 상품 교차 판매 방법.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 오픈가든 서버가, 구매요청된 상품에 대한 송장을, 상기 상품 공급자 단말기가 출력하도록 하고, 상기 상품의 배송 정보를 상기 리테일러 단말기 또는 상기 쇼핑몰 서버로 전송하여 상기 상품의 구매를 요청한 소비자 단말기(consumer terminal)가 상기 리테일러 단말기 또는 상기 쇼핑몰 서버에서 상기 배송 정보를 확인할 수 있도록 하는 단계를 더 포함하는 상품 교차 판매 방법.
  3. 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 송장을 출력하도록 하는 단계는,
    상기 오픈 가든 서버가, 상기 소비자의 구매 정보 중 일부 정보만을 상기 상품 공급자가 상품 배송을 준비할 수 있도록 제공하고, 상기 상품 공급자가 송장 출력을 요청하면 구매자의 이름, 주소, 전화번호와 같은 전체 구매정보가 포함된 송장을 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상품 교차 판매 방법.
  4. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    어느 하나의 상품 공급자 단말기로부터 특정 상품에 대한 상품 정보가 수신되면, 모든 상품 공급자 단말기들로부터 전송되어온 상품 정보 및 상기 상품 정보들과 매핑되어 있는 상품들의 판매 실적을 분석하여, 상기 특정 상품과 교차 판매될 수 있는 상품을, 상기 특정 상품을 판매하는 상품 공급자에게 추천하거나, 또는 상기 상품 공급자가 검색할 수 있도록 하는 단계를 더 포함하는 상품 교차 판매 방법.
  5. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    다른 상품공급자의 상품이 상기 리테일러 단말기를 관리하는 리테일러를 판매자로 하여 판매된 경우, 상기 오픈가든 서버가, 상기 리테일러에게 상기 판매에 따른 수익의 일부가 분배되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상품 교차 판매 방법.
  6. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    복수의 상품 공급자들에 의해 판매된 상품들의 판매 통계를 복수 개의 상기 상품공급자 단말기 및 상기 리테일러 단말기로 제공하는 단계를 더 포함하는 상품 교차 판매 방법.
  7. 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 오픈가든 서버가, 발송된 상품에 대한 송장 번호를 바탕으로, 실시간으로 배송을 추적하여, 상기 상품의 배송상태에 대한 정보를 실시간으로 제공하는 단계를 더 포함하는 상품 교차 판매 방법.
  8. 판매될 상품을 공급하는 상품 공급자가 이용하는 상품 공급자 단말기;
    상기 상품을 판매하고자 하는 리테일러가 이용하는 리테일러 단말기;
    상기 상품에 대한 정보를 관리하고, 상기 리테일러 단말기에게 상기 상품 정보를 제공하고, 상기 상품의 재고 현황을 제공하고, 상기 상품의 판매에 따른 송장 출력기능을 제공하고, 상기 송장의 번호를 바탕으로 상기 상품의 실시간 배송 정보를 제공하고, 교차 매칭될 수 있는 상품을 추천하는 서비스를 제공하고, 교차 매칭될 수 있는 상품을 검색할 수 있는 서비스를 제공하고, 상기 상품들의 판매량 데이터를 제공하며, 상기 리테일러에 의해 상기 상품이 판매된 경우 상기 상품의 판매 비용 중 일부를 상기 상품 공급자에게 지급하기 위한 오픈가든 서버; 및
    상기 리테일러에 의해 등록된 상기 상품을 소비자들에게 판매하는 쇼핑몰 서버를 포함하는 상품 교차 판매 시스템.
  9. 청구항 8에 있어서,
    다른 상품공급자의 상품이 상기 리테일러 단말기를 관리하는 리테일러를 판매자로 하여 판매된 경우, 상기 오픈가든 서버가, 상기 리테일러에게 상기 판매에 따른 수익의 일부가 분배되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상품 교차 판매 시스템.
