技术领域
本发明涉及车辆技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种翼子板及具有其的车辆。
背景技术
传统钣金翼子板,在车身焊接车间一起装调,随车身电泳烘烤喷涂,受冲压成型工艺影响,造型约束较大。冲压工艺实现难度大,且质量大。
塑料翼子板采用注塑成型,造型更具自由性,质量轻,具体按涂装和装配顺序可分为两类:
第一类在焊接车间装配,与车身一起过涂装线,即前装塑料翼子板。但这种装配方式对翼子板本身的非金属材料要求较高,且价格昂贵。
第二类为翼子板单独涂装,再在总装车间装配,即后装塑料翼子板。这种装配方式成本低廉,但总装装调难度较大。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决现有技术中的上述技术问题之一。为此,本发明的一个目的在于提出一种质量轻、装配方便的翼子板。
本发明的另一个目的在于提出一种具有上述翼子板的车辆。
根据本发明第一方面的翼子板,包括:翼子板本体和可调安装机构,所述可调安装机构设置在所述翼子板本体上,所述可调安装机构包括:安装板和安装块,所述安装板上设置有安装槽;所述安装块设置在所述安装槽内且所述安装块可在所述安装槽内滑动,所述安装块包括:安装块本体和嵌设在所述安装块本体内的金属环。
根据本发明的翼子板,通过在翼子板上设置可调安装机构,保证了翼子板装配调整的可行性,同时通过在安装块本体内嵌设金属环,可保证翼子板安装螺栓的拧紧力矩,使翼子板的安装牢固。
在本发明一些优选的实施例中,所述安装块包括:安装块本体、第一上凸起、第二上凸起、第一下凸起和第二下凸起,所述第一上凸起和所述第一下凸起上下间隔开地设置在 所述安装块本体的一端,所述第二上凸起与所述第二下凸起上下间隔开地设置在所述安装块本体的另一端,所述第一上凸起与所述第一下凸起之间限定出第一滑槽,所述第二上凸起与所述第二下凸起之间限定出第二滑槽,所述安装槽的两个纵向边分别相对地设置在所述第一滑槽和所述第二滑槽内。
进一步地,所述第一上凸起与所述第一下凸起形状相同且上下正对。
进一步地,所述第二上凸起与所述第一上凸起关于所述安装块本体对称设置。
更进一步地,所述第二下凸起的宽度小于所述第二上凸起的宽度。
优选地,所述安装槽的其中一个纵向边上设置有允许所述第二下凸起通过的避让槽。
进一步地,所述第二下凸起和所述避让槽均为矩形。
在本发明一些优选的实施例中,所述可调安装机构为自润滑件。
优选地,所述可调安装机构为POM件。
根据本发明的第二方面的车辆,设置有如第一方面任一种所述的翼子板。所述车辆与上述的翼子板相对于现有技术所具有的优势相同,在此不再赘述。

如图1所示,可调安装机构2设置在翼子板本体1上,且设置在翼子板本体1的外侧边缘,可调安装机构2包括:安装板21和安装块22,安装板21上设置有安装槽211,安装槽211大体为矩形,并沿安装板21的长度方向延伸,安装块22设置在安装槽211内且安装块22可在安装槽211内滑动,安装块22包括:安装块本体221和嵌设在安装块本体221内的金属环3。
根据本发明实施例的翼子板100,通过在翼子板100上设置可调安装机构2,保证了翼子板100装配调整的可行性,同时通过在安装块本体221内嵌设金属环3,可保证翼子板100安装螺栓的拧紧力矩,使翼子板100的安装牢固。
在一些优选的实施例中,如图2和图3所示,安装块22可以包括:安装块本体221、第一上凸起222、第二上凸起223、第一下凸起224和第二下凸起225,第一上凸起222和第一下凸起224上下间隔开地设置在安装块本体221的一端,第二上凸起223与第二下凸起225上下间隔开地设置在安装块本体221的另一端,第一上凸起222与第一下凸起224之间限定出第一滑槽,第二上凸起223与第二下凸起225之间限定出第二滑槽,安装槽211的两个纵向边分别相对地设置在第一滑槽和第二滑槽内,由此安装块22可相对安装槽211移动,从而保证翼子板100装配调整的可行性。
优选地,第一上凸起222与第一下凸起224形状相同且上下正对,第二上凸起223与第二下凸起225形状不同且上下正对,进一步地,第二下凸起225的宽度小于第二上凸起223的宽度。
优选地,第二上凸起223与第一上凸起222关于安装块本体221对称设置,第二下凸起225与第一下凸起224分别位于安装块本体221的横向两端,且距安装块本体221的中 心轴线的距离相等。
在一些优选的实施例中,如图2和图3所示,安装槽211的其中一个纵向边上设置有允许第二下凸起225通过的避让槽212,且第二下凸起225和避让槽212均为矩形,这样当安装块22运动到避让槽212时,第二下凸起225可配合在避让槽212内,从而起到装配限位的作用。
优选地,如图2和图3所示,安装块本体221的中部区域设置有螺纹安装孔2211,以便于穿过螺栓等螺纹紧固件从而实现翼子板100在车身上的安装固定,进一步地,螺纹安装孔2211的内周面可以嵌设有金属环3,从而可保证翼子板100安装螺栓的拧紧力矩,同时可防止安装块本体221在拧紧螺栓使遭受损害,提高安装块22的使用寿命。
有利地,可调安装机构2为自润滑件,且可调安装机构2为POM件,即可调安装机构2可以采用POM材料,由此可调安装机构2的质量轻,从而减轻翼子板100的质量。
有利地,翼子板本体1可以采用非金属材料,例如塑料,由此翼子板本体1的质量轻,可进一步减轻翼子板100的质量,有益于提升整车的轻量化水平。
可选地,翼子板本体1可以采用一体注塑成型,这样翼子板本体1可实现复杂的曲面特征,同时该成型工艺简单,从而可降低生产成本。
本发明还提供了一种车辆,该车辆包括上述的翼子板100,从而具有翼子板100装配调节方便、整车轻量化水平高等优点。
