如上所述,本发明实施例的绑枝机的结构如图1至图8所示包括:所述绑枝机包括:机壳组件,以及设置在机壳组件内部的绑枝带捆扎组件、绑枝带输送组件、绑枝带进给组件、绑枝带剪切组件、绑枝带组件、第一动力系统、第二动力系统和开关;绑枝带捆扎组件设于机壳组件内部靠前位置,绑枝带捆扎组件设有绑枝带从动轮,第一动力系统与绑枝带从动轮啮合为所述所述绑枝带捆扎组件提供动力完成捆扎;绑枝带输送组件位于绑枝带捆扎组件后部位置与第二动力系统外侧相切;绑枝带进给组件与所述第二动力系统里侧相切;绑枝带剪切组件通过销轴连接绑枝带进给组件产生联动效果;绑枝带组件可旋转固定于机壳组件;开关套设机壳组件握把处。
其中机壳组件1包括:外部第一机壳11、外部第二机壳12、顶部机壳13以及尾部机壳14;机壳组件1材料均为塑料注塑件,外部 第一机壳11和所外部第二机壳12互相配合用自攻螺丝连接固定,连接固定后形成内部空腔,顶部机壳13安装于外部第一机壳11和外部第二机壳12上部,用自动卡口17固定,具有可快速拆卸功能,尾部机壳14用同样的方法安装在外部第一机壳11尾部;内部第一机壳15和内部第二机壳16通过自攻螺丝固定于外部第一机壳11和外部第二机壳12形成的空腔内。
其中绑枝带捆扎组件2包括:捆扎片21、连接轴22、轴承24;连接轴22前端设有内螺纹,捆扎片21通过螺丝固定锁紧在连接轴22前端;绑枝带从动轮23安装在连接轴22后端部通过过盈配合连接,绑枝带从动轮23与第一动力系统啮合连接传递动力;连接轴22上装有两个轴承24,一个固定于靠近捆扎片21位置,另一个固定于靠近绑枝带从动轮23位置,起到两端支撑平稳转动。
其中绑枝带输送组件3包括:绑枝带捆扎挂钩31、绑枝带第一输送动力臂32、绑枝带第二输送动力臂33、第一弹性装置34;绑枝带挂钩31通过销钉连接于绑枝带第一输送动力臂32前端部,第一输送动力臂32后端部和绑枝带第二输送动力臂33前端部通过销钉连接,第一弹性装置34与绑枝带第一输送动力臂32平行设置,前端部套接于绑枝带第一输送动力臂32突出位置,后端部套接于内部第一机壳突出位置15,驱动绑枝带第二输送动力臂33能使绑枝带输送组件3完成绑枝带输送工作。
绑枝带进给组件4包括:弹性摩擦轮41、刚性摩擦轮42、分离杆43、动力杆44、动力轮45、第二弹性装置46;弹性摩擦轮41设于动力杆44后侧通过销轴连接;刚性摩擦轮42和动力轮45同轴设置用连接轴连接;分离杆43前端部与动力杆44后端部通过销轴连接;第二弹性装置46与动力杆44平行设置,前端部套接于动力杆44突出位置,后端部依靠内部第一机壳15;驱动动力轮45能使绑枝带进 给组件4完成绑枝带进给工作。
其中绑枝带剪切组件5包括:内切刀51和外切刀52;外切刀52套接于动力杆44外侧;外切刀52连接通过销轴连接动力杆44前端部。
其中第二动力系统8包括:第二动力电机81、第二动力主动轮82和第二电机从动轮83;第二动力主动轮82过盈配合固定于第二动力电机81前出轴上;第二动力主动轮82与第二电机从动轮83啮合设置,第二电机从动轮83与动力轮45啮合设置;第二电机从动轮83两侧设有输送动力凸轮831和进给动力凸轮832;输送动力凸轮831设于所述第二电机从动轮83外侧;所述进给动力凸轮832设于所述第二电机从动轮83内侧;所述输送动力凸轮831与所述绑枝带第一输送动力臂32外边相切设置,所述进给动力凸轮832与所述分离杆43相切设置,使其达到同时驱动绑枝带输送组件3和绑枝带剪切组件5。
其中内部第一机壳设有固定压板和导向槽;导向槽152开设于所述第一机壳15上部;所述固定压板151前端部固定于所述第一机壳15导向槽152前侧。
其中绑枝带组件6包括:绑枝带导向器61、绑枝带62、绑枝带缠绕件63、绑枝带固定板64;绑枝带导向器61设于外部第一机壳11和外部第二机壳12后侧位置;固定板64固定于绑枝带缠绕件63外侧;绑枝带62缠绕于所述绑枝带缠绕件63上,且绑枝带62头部穿过绑枝带导向器61进入所导向槽152内。
扣动开关启动绑枝机后第二动力系统8转动带动第二电机从动轮83,第二电机从动轮83再传递动力给动力轮45,同时动力轮45带动和它同轴设置的刚性摩擦轮42,刚性摩擦轮42摩擦带动弹性摩擦轮41,在摩擦力的作用下绑枝带62向为绑枝带捆扎挂钩31进给, 进给完成后进给动力凸轮832推动分离杆43使弹性摩擦轮41向上抬起停止进给;于此同时分离杆43带动动力杆44向后运动,动力杆44拉动外切刀52做剪切工作,截取适量的绑枝带62;完成上述步骤后第一动力系统启动,带动绑枝机捆扎组件运动,此时带动捆扎片21旋转对绑枝带62做旋转扭力对捆扎物进行捆扎。
为方便生产和使用,上述具体实施例还可做如下改进:
1、速度调节机器111,可设置于其他合理位置。
2、开关9可用霍尔传感器为控制元器件,也可用微动开关为控制元器件,或其他控制元器件。
以上仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种绑枝机,其特征在于,所述绑枝机包括:机壳组件(1),以及设置在所述机壳组件(1)内部的绑枝带捆扎组件(2)、绑枝带输送组件(3)、绑枝带进给组件(4)、绑枝带剪切组件(5)、绑枝带组件(6)、第一动力系统(7)、第二动力系统(8)和开关(9);所述绑枝带捆扎组件(2)设于所述机壳组件(1)内部靠前位置,所述绑枝带捆扎组件(2)设有绑枝带从动轮(23),所述第一动力系统(7)与绑枝带从动轮(23)啮合为所述所述绑枝带捆扎组件(2)提供动力;所述绑枝带输送组件(3)位于所述绑枝带捆扎组件(2)后部位置与所述第二动力系统(8)外侧相切;所述绑枝带进给组件(4)与所述第二动力系统(8)里侧相切;所述绑枝带剪切组件(5)通过销轴连接所述绑枝带进给组件(4)产生联动效果;所述绑枝带组件(6)可旋转固定于所述机壳组件(1);所述开关(9)套设所述机壳组件(1)握把处。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的绑枝机,其特征在于,所述机壳组件(1)包括:外部第一机壳(11)、外部第二机壳(12)、顶部机壳(13)、尾部机壳(14)、内部第一机壳(15)、内部第二机壳(16);所述外部第一机壳(11)和所述外部第二机壳(12)互相配合用自攻螺丝连接固定,连接后固定后形成内部空腔;所述顶部机壳(13)设于所述外部第一机壳(11)和所述外部第二机壳(12)顶部;所述内部第一机壳(15)和所述内部第二机壳(16)设于所述外部第一机壳(11)和所述外部第二机壳(12)形成的内部空腔内;尾部机壳(14)设于所述外部第一机壳(11)尾部;所述外部第一机壳(11)设有速度调节器(111),所述速度调节器设于所述外部第一机壳(11)靠前位置;所述顶部机壳(13)后端设有自动卡扣(17);所述尾部机壳(14)外侧设有自动卡口(17)。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的绑枝机,其特征在于,所述绑枝带捆扎组件(2)还包括:捆扎片(21)、连接轴(22)、轴承(24);所述捆扎片(21)螺纹连接于所述连接轴(22);所述连接轴(22)过盈连接所述绑枝带从动轮(23);所述轴承(24)套设于所述连接轴(22)上。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的绑枝机,其特征在于,所述绑枝带输送组件(3)包括:绑枝带捆扎挂钩(31)、绑枝带第一输送动力臂(32)、绑枝带第二输送动力臂(33)、第一弹性装置(34);所述绑枝带捆扎挂钩(31)通过销轴连接于所述绑枝带第一输送动力臂(32);所述绑枝带第一输送动力臂(32)通过销轴连接所述绑枝带第二输送动力臂(33)产生联动效果;所述第一弹性装置(46)与所述绑枝带第一输送动力臂(32)平行设置,前端套接于所述绑枝带第一输送动力臂(32)突出位置。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的绑枝机,其特征在于,所述绑枝带进给组件(4)包括:弹性摩擦轮(41)、刚性摩擦轮(42)、分离杆(43)、动力杆(44)、动力轮(45)、第二弹性装置(46);所述弹性摩擦轮(41)通过固定销连接于所述动力杆(44)后侧;所述刚性摩擦轮(42)和所述动力轮(45)同轴设置用连接轴连接;所述分离杆(43)通过销轴连接所述动力杆(44)产生联动效果;所述第二弹性装置(46)与所述动力杆(44)平行设置,前端部套接于所述动力杆(44)突出位置。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的绑枝机,其特征在于,所述绑枝带剪切组件(5)包括:内切刀(51)和外切刀(52);所述外切刀(52)套接于所述内切刀(51)外侧;所述外切刀(52)通过销轴连接所述动力杆(44)产生联动效果。
  7. 如权利要求2所述的绑枝机,其特征在于,所述内部第一机 壳(15)设有固定压板(151)和导向槽(152);所述导向槽(152)开设于所述第一机壳(15)上部;所述固定压板(151)通过销轴连接固定于所述第一机壳(15)导向槽(152)前端。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的绑枝机,其特征在于,所述绑枝带组件(6)包括:绑枝带导向器(61)、绑枝带(62)、绑枝带缠绕件(63)、绑枝带固定板(64);所述绑枝带导向器(61)卡设于所述外部第一机壳(11)和所述外部第二机壳(12)后侧位置;所述绑枝带固定板(64)固定于所述绑枝带缠绕件(63)外侧;所述绑枝带(62)缠绕于所述绑枝带缠绕件(63)上,且所述绑枝带(62)头部穿过所述绑枝带导向器(61)进入所述导向槽(152)内。
  9. 如权利要求5所述的绑枝机,其特征在于,所述第二动力系统(8)包括:第二动力电机(81)、第二动力主动轮(82)和第二电机从动轮(83);所述第二动力主动轮(82)过盈配合固定与所述第二动力电机(81)前出轴上;所述第二动力主动轮(82)与所述第二电机从动轮(83)啮合设置;
  10. 如权利要求1或9所述的绑枝机,其特征在于,所述第二电机从动轮(83)两侧设有输送动力凸轮(831)和进给动力凸轮(832);所述输送动力凸轮(831)设于所述第二电机从动轮(83)外侧;所述进给动力凸轮(832)设于所述第二电机从动轮(83)内侧;所述输送动力凸轮(831)与所述绑枝带第一输送动力臂(32)外边相切设置,所述进给动力凸轮(832)与所述分离杆(43)相切设置。
