Description
본 발명은 레이저 직접 구조화 공정용 열가소성 수지 조성물 및 이로부터 제조된 성형품에 관한 것이다.
레이저 직접 구조화(laser direct structuring, LDS) 공정은 수지계 소재의 성형품 표면에 금속층을 도금하기 위한 전처리 방법 중 하나이다. 이러한, 레이저 직접 구조화는 수지계 소재의 성형품 표면에 도금 대상 영역의 형상으로 레이저를 조사함으로써, 도금 대상 영역이 도금에 적합한 성질을 갖도록 개질할 수 있다.
일반적으로, 레이저 직접 구조화에 적용되기 위한 수지계 소재는 수지 조성물에 레이저 직접 구조화 공정용 첨가제가 함유되어 있다. 상기 레이저 직접 구조화 공정용 첨가제는 수지계 소재의 표면에 조사되는 레이저에 의해 분해되어 금속 원자를 방출시키고, 금속 핵을 형성할 수 있다. 이러한 금속 핵은 레이저가 조사된 영역에 미세한 크기로 매립되어 표면 거칠기를 높일 뿐 아니라, 도금 시 결정핵으로 작용하여 도금성을 높일 수 있다.
레이저 직접 구조화 공정을 사용하면, 성형품의 3 차원 형상 위에 전기/전자 회로를 빠르고 경제적으로 형성할 수 있다. 구체적인 예를 들면, 레이저 직접 구조화 공정은, 휴대용 전자기기의 안테나, RFID(radio frequency identification) 안테나 등의 제조에 활용될 수 있다.
최근에는 휴대용 기기 제품의 경량화, 박막화 추세에 따라, 우수한 기계적 물성 및 성형 가공성(외관 특성)을 갖는 열가소성 수지 조성물이 요구되고 있으며, 휴대용 전자기기 등의 미세 패턴(도금 영역)의 두께가 얇아지면서, 도금 박리 현상이 발생하기 쉬운 문제가 있었다.
또한, 스마트폰 등 휴대용 기기는 최근 방수 기능이 대두되고 있다. 이러한 휴대용 기기 내부에 위치한 회로에 수분이 침투하지 못하도록 설계하려면, 휴대용 기긱의 후면 커버와 LDS 소재로 이루어진 안테나 부품이 단순 조립이 아닌, 완전한 접합이 필요하다. 따라서 방수 기능을 확보하기 위해 사출 성형시 LDS 소재를 인서트하고, 그 위에 후면 커버용 소재를 이중 사출하여 이들 이종 소재가 완전히 접합하도록 제조하는 공정이 요구된다. 그러나, 기존에 사용되는 폴리카보네이트 등의 LDS 소재로 이루어진 안테나 부품을 인서트 하는 경우, 낮은 내열도로 인하여 이중 사출시 LDS 패턴이 유실되는 문제가 있었다.
본 발명의 배경기술은 대한민국 공개특허 2011-0018319호 등에 개시되어 있다.
본 발명의 목적은 도금 밀착성 및 굴곡탄성률이 우수한 레이저 직접 구조화 공정용 열가소성 수지 조성물을 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은 내충격성 및 내열성이 우수한 레이저 직접 구조화 공정용 열가소성 수지 조성물을 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 또 다른 목적은 기재와의 접합성이 우수하여 이중 사출이 가능한 레이저 직접 구조화 공정용 열가소성 수지 조성물을 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 또 다른 목적은 상기 레이저 직접 구조화 공정용 열가소성 수지 조성물로부터 형성된 성형품을 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 하나의 관점은 레이저 직접 구조화 공정용 열가소성 수지 조성물에 관한 것이다. 한 구체예에서 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물은 폴리아미드 수지; 폴리에스테르 수지; 고무변성 방향족 비닐계 그라프트 공중합체; 무기충전제; 및 레이저 직접 구조화용 첨가제;를 포함한다.

한 구체예에서 상기 지방족 폴리아미드 수지의 수평균 분자량(Mn)은 특별히 제한되지 않으나, 약 10,000g/mol 내지 약 200,000g/mol일 수 있다. 상기 범위에서, 열가소성 수지 조성물의 내열성 및 가공성이 더욱 우수할 수 있다. 예를 들면 약 20,000g/mol 내지 약 150,000g/mol일 수 있다.
한 구체예에서 상기 폴리아미드 수지(A), 폴리에스테르 수지(B), 고무변성 방향족 비닐계 그라프트 공중합체(C) 및 무기충전제(D)를 포함하는 베이스 수지 전체중량에 대하여, 상기 폴리아미드 수지(A)는 약 25 중량% 내지 약 55 중량% 포함된다. 상기 폴리아미드 수지(A)를 약 25 중량% 미만으로 포함시 본 발명의 내열성 및 내충격성의 확보가 어려우며, 약 55 중량%를 초과하여 포함시 접합성을 확보하기 어려울 수 있다. 예를 들면 약 30 중량% 내지 약 50 중량% 포함될 수 있다. 예를 들면, 약 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54 또는 55 중량% 포함될 수 있다.
(B) 폴리에스테르 수지
상기 폴리에스테르 수지(B)는 폴리카보네이트 수지 등의 기재와 접합성을 확보하며, 내열성, 기계적 강도 및 유동성을 향상시키기 위해 포함된다.
한 구체예에서 상기 폴리에스테르 수지(B)는 테레프탈산 (Terephthalic Acid, TPA), 이소프탈산(Isophthalic Acid, IPA), 1,2-나프탈렌 디카르복실산, 1,4-나프탈렌디카르복실산, 1,5-나프탈렌 디카르복실산, 1,6-나프탈렌 디카르복실산, 1,7-나프탈렌 디카르복실산, 1,8-나프탈렌 디카르복실산, 2,3-나프탈렌 디카르복실산, 2,6-나프탈렌 디카르복실산, 2,7-나프탈렌디카르복실산, 엑시드가 디 메틸기로 치환된 방향족 디카르복실레이트(Aromatic Dicarboxylate)인 디메틸 테레프탈레이트(Dimethyl Terephthalate, 이하 DMT), 디메틸 이소프탈레이트(Dimethyl Isophthalate), 나프탈렌 디카르복실산의 알킬 에스테르 또는 디메틸-1,2-나프탈레이트, 디메틸-1,5-나프탈레이트, 디메틸-1,7-나프탈레이트, 디메틸-1,7-나프탈레이트, 디메틸-1,8-나프탈레이트, 디메틸-2,3-나프탈레이트, 디메틸-2,6-나프탈레이트, 디메틸-2,7-나프탈레이트 또는 이들의 혼합물 등과 디올로서 탄소원자의 수가 2~12인 에틸렌 글리콜, 1,2-프로필렌 글리콜, 1,3-프로필렌 글리콜, 2,2-디메틸-1,3-프로판디올, 2,2-디메틸-1,3-프로필렌 글리콜, 1,3-부탄디올, 1,4-부탄디올, 1,5-펜탄디올, 1,5-펜탄디올, 1,6-헥산디올, 1,3-시클로헥산 디메탄올, 1,4-시클로헥산 디메탄올 또는 이들의 혼합물 등을 중축합하여 얻을 수 있다.
한 구체예에서 상기 폴리에스테르 수지(B)로는 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET), 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트(PBT), 폴리에틸렌나프탈레이트(PEN), 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트(PTT) 및 폴리사이클로헥실렌테레프탈레이트(PCT) 중 하나 이상을 포함할 수 있다. 상기 종류의 폴리에스테르 수지를 포함시, 본 발명의 열가소성 수지 조성물의 이중 사출 성형시, 폴리카보네이트 수지 등의 다른 기재와 접합성이 우수하면서, 내열성, 기계적 강도가 우수할 수 있다. 예를 들면, 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트(PBT)를 포함할 수 있다.
한 구체예에서 상기 폴리에스테르 수지(B)의 고유점도는 약 0.6 dl/g 내지 약 2.0 dl/g일 수 있다. 구체예에서 상기 고유점도는 35℃에서 o-클로로페놀 용액에서 측정한 결과일 수 있다. 상기 범위에서 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물의 기계적 특성 및 성형 가공성이 모두 우수할 수 있다. 예를 들면 약 0.8 dl/g 내지 약 1.6 dl/g일 수 있다. 다른 예를 들면 약 0.8 dl/g 내지 약 1.4 dl/g일 수 있다.
한 구체예에서 상기 폴리에스테르 수지(B)의 중량평균분자량은 약 5,000g/mol 내지 약 30,000g/mol일 수 있다. 상기 범위에서 본 발명의 열가소성 수지 조성물의 기계적 강도가 우수할 수 있다. 예를 들면 약 5,000g/mol 내지 약 20,000g/mol일 수 있다.

(C) 고무변성 방향족

공중합체
상기 고무변성 방향족 비닐계 그라프트 공중합체(C)는, 고무질 중합체에 방향족 비닐계 단량체 및 시안화 비닐계 단량체를 포함하는 단량체 혼합물이 그라프트 중합된 것일 수 있다.
한 구체예에서 상기 고무변성 방향족 비닐계 그라프트 공중합체(C)는 고무질 중합체에, 방향족 비닐계 단량체 및 시안화 비닐계 단량체 등을 첨가하고, 필요에 따라 가공성 및 내열성을 부여하는 단량체를 더 첨가한 단량체 혼합물을 중합(그라프트 중합)하여 제조할 수 있다. 상기 중합은 유화중합, 현탁중합, 또는 괴상중합 등 공지의 중합방법을 이용하여 수행될 수 있다.
한 구체예에서 상기 고무변성 방향족 비닐계 그라프트 공중합체는 코어(고무질 중합체)-쉘(단량체 혼합물의 공중합체) 구조를 형성할 수 있다.
상기 고무질 중합체로는 폴리부타디엔, 폴리(스티렌-부타디엔), 폴리(아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔) 등의 부타디엔계 고무 및 상기 디엔계 고무에 수소 첨가한 포화고무, 이소프렌고무, 및 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔단량체 삼원공중합체(EPDM) 등을 예시할 수 있다. 이들은 단독으로 사용하거나, 2종 이상 혼합하여 사용할 수 있다. 예를 들면, 부타디엔계 고무 등을 사용할 수 있다.

(D) 무기충전제
한 구체예에서 상기 무기충전제는 유리 섬유, 탈크, 규회석, 휘스커, 실리카, 마이카 및 현무암 섬유 중 1종 이상을 포함할 수 있다. 예를 들면, 유리 섬유를 포함할 수 있다.
한 구체예에서 상기 무기충전제는 단면이 비원형이고, 단면 종횡비(단면의 장경/단면의 단경)가 약 1.5 내지 10 이고, 평균길이가 약 2 mm 내지 약 10 mm인 유리 섬유를 포함할 수 있다. 상기 범위에서 열가소성 수지 조성물의 내열성, 내충격성 및 모듈러스 등 기계적 물성이 우수하면서, 도금 밀착력을 더욱 향상시킬 수 있다.
한 구체예에서 상기 폴리아미드 수지(A), 폴리에스테르 수지(B), 고무변성 방향족 비닐계 그라프트 공중합체(C) 및 무기충전제(D)를 포함하는 베이스 수지 전체중량에 대하여, 상기 무기충전제(D)는 약 25 중량% 내지 약 50 중량% 포함된다. 상기 무기충전제를 약 25 중량% 미만으로 포함시 내열성 확보가 어려우며, 약 50 중량%를 초과하여 포함시 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물의 성형성이 저하될 수 있으며, 외관 불량에 의해 도금 밀착력 저하 및 조성물의 유전율이 높아져 안테나 성능에 문제를 야기할 수 있다. 예를 들면 약 25 중량% 내지 약 40 중량% 포함될 수 있다. 예를 들면 약 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49 또는 50 중량% 포함될 수 있다.
(E) 레이저 직접 구조화용 첨가제
상기 레이저 직접 구조화(laser directed structuring; LDS)용 첨가제(E)는 레이저에 의해 금속 핵을 형성할 수 있는 것으로서, 통상의 레이저 직접 구조화용 수지 조성물에 사용되는 레이저 직접 구조화용 첨가제를 사용할 수 있다.
한 구체예에서, 상기 레이저 직접 구조화용 첨가제(E)로는 중금속 복합 산화물 스피넬(heavy metal oxide spinel) 및 구리염(copper salt) 중 하나 이상을 포함할 수 있다.

한 구체예에서 상기 레이저 직접 구조화용 첨가제(E)는 상기 폴리아미드 수지(A), 폴리에스테르 수지(B), 고무변성 방향족 비닐계 그라프트 공중합체(C) 및 무기충전제(D)를 포함하는 베이스 수지 100 중량부에 대하여, 약 0.1 중량부 내지 약 20 중량부 포함될 수 있다. 상기 레이저 직접 구조화용 첨가제를 약 0.1 중량부 미만으로 포함시 그 첨가 효과가 미미하며, 약 20 중량부를 초과하여 포함시 본 발명의 열가소성 수지 조성물의 성형성, 외관성 및 강성이 저하되며, 내열성이 저하되고, 과도금에 의하여 도금 밀착력이 오히려 저하될 수 있다. 예를 들면 약 1 중량부 내지 약 15 중량부 포함될 수 있다. 예를 들면 약 0.1, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 또는 20 중량부 포함될 수 있다.
한 구체예에서 상기 레이저 직접 구조화용 첨가제(E) 및 폴리아미드 수지(A)는 약 1:3 내지 약 1:10 중량비로 포함될 수 있다. 상기 범위에서 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물의 부착성, 외관 특성, 도금 밀착력 및 내열성이 모두 우수할 수 있다. 예를 들면, 약 1:5 내지 약 1:9 중량비로 포함될 수 있다.
본 발명의 한 구체예에 따른 열가소성 수지 조성물은 상기 구성 성분을 혼합하고, 통상의 이축 압출기를 사용하여, 약 200℃ 내지 약 300℃, 예를 들면 약 220℃ 내지 약 260℃에서 용융 압출한 펠렛 형태일 수 있다.
한 구체예에서 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물은 Dupont drop 측정법에 의거하여 1mm 두께의 시편에 금속 팁(metal tip)의 500g 추를 낙하시 크랙이 발생하는, 낙추 파괴 높이가 약 25cm 이상일 수 있다. 예를 들면 상기 낙추 파괴 높이는 약 25cm 내지 약 45cm 일 수 있다.
한 구체예에서 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물은 폴리카보네이트 기재와 접합 후 사출하여, 접합부위가 1.2 cm x 1.2 cm x 3.2 mm로 형성된 접합 시편에 대하여, UTM 기기를 이용하여 5mm/min 속도로 측정한 접합강도가 약 15 kgf/cm2
내지 약 40 kgf/cm2 일 수 있다.
예를 들면 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물을 이용한 시편과, 폴리카보네이트 기재를 이용하여 단차 시편을 제조한 다음, 인서트 사출을 이용하여 접합 부위가 1.2 cm(가로) X 1.2 cm(세로) X 3.2 mm(두께)인 접합 시편을 제조하고 그 다음에, 1차측인 폴리카보네이트 기재의 시편 부분을 고정시킨 후 2차 측인 열가소성 수지 조성물 시편 부분을 180°굴곡하고, 이 부분을 UTM(Universal Testing Machine)(Shimadzu사)을 사용하여, 5mm/min의 속도로 접합력을 측정하고, 결과값을 접합부 면적으로 나누어 계산하여 접합강도를 도출할 수 있다.
열가소성 수지 조성물로부터 형성된 성형품
본 발명에 따른 성형품은 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물로부터 형성된다. 예를 들면, 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물을 이용하여, 사출 성형, 이중 사출 성형, 블로우 성형, 압출 성형, 열 성형 등의 성형 방법으로 성형품을 제조할 수 있다. 상기 성형품은 본 발명이 속하는 분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의해 용이하게 형성될 수 있다.
도 1은 본 발명의 한 구체예에 따른 성형품을 나타낸 것이다. 도면에서 발명을 구성하는 구성요소들의 크기는 명세서의 명확성을 위하여 과장되어 기술된 것일 뿐, 그에 제한되는 것은 아니다. 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 일 구체예에 따른 성형품(10)은 성형품(10) 표면의 적어도 일부에 레이저 직접 구조화 공정 및 도금 공정에 의해 형성된 금속층(20)을 포함할 수 있다. 본 발명의 일 구체예에 따른 성형품(10)은 안테나를 제조하는데 사용되는 회로 캐리어 등일 수 있으며, 상기 성형품(10)은 예를 들면, 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물을 사용하여 사출 성형 등의 방법으로 성형품(10)을 제조하고; 상기 성형품(10) 표면의 특정 영역(금속층(20) 부분)에 레이저를 조사하고; 조사된 영역을 금속화(도금)하여 금속층(20)을 형성함으로써 제조될 수 있다.
구체예에서, 상기 레이저 조사에 의해 성형품(10)에 포함된 레이저 직접 구조화용 첨가제가 분해되면서 금속 핵을 생성한다. 또한, 레이저가 조사된 영역은 도금에 적합한 표면 거칠기를 갖게 된다. 상기 레이저의 파장은 248 nm, 308 nm, 355 nm, 532 nm, 1,064 nm 또는 10,600 nm일 수 있다.
구체예에서, 상기 금속화 과정은 통상의 도금 공정을 통해 수행될 수 있다. 예를 들면, 레이저가 조사된 성형품(10)을 하나 이상의 무전해 도금조에 담그는 것에 의해 성형품(10) 표면의 레이저 조사된 영역 상에 금속층(20)(전기적 전도성 경로)를 형성시키는 것일 수 있다. 상기 무전해 도금 공정의 비제한적인 예로는 구리 도금 공정, 금 도금 공정, 니켈 도금 공정, 은 도금, 아연 도금, 주석 도금 등을 예시할 수 있다.
이와 같이, 레이저 직접 구조화 공정에 의해 표면의 적어도 일부에 금속층이 형성된 성형품은 본 발명이 속하는 분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의해 용이하게 형성될 수 있다.
본 발명의 레이저 직접 구조화 공정용 열가소성 수지 조성물 및 이로부터 제조된 성형품은 도금 밀착성이 우수하며, 굴곡탄성률, 내충격성 및 내열성이 우수하고, 폴리카보네이트 등 기재와의 접합성이 우수하여, 이중 사출이 가능할 수 있다.
이하, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 통해 본 발명의 구성 및 작용을 더욱 상세히 설명하기로 한다. 다만, 이는 본 발명의 바람직한 예시로 제시된 것이며 어떠한 의미로도 이에 의해 본 발명이 제한되는 것으로 해석될 수는 없다.
이하, 실시예 및 비교예에서 사용된 각 성분의 사양은 다음과 같다.
(A) 폴리아미드 수지: 폴리아미드 1012를 사용하였다.
(B) 폴리에스테르 수지: 고유 점도가 1.2 dl/g인 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트를 사용하였다.
(C) 고무변성 방향족 비닐계 그라프트 공중합체: 45 중량%의 Z-평균 입경이 310 nm인 부타디엔 고무에 55 중량%의 스티렌 및 아크릴로니트릴(중량비: 75/25)이 그라프트 공중합된 g-ABS를 사용하였다.
(D) 무기충전제: 단면 종횡비가 4이며, 평균 길이가 3mm인 판상 단면의 유리 섬유(Nitto Boseki社, 상품명: CSG 3PA-820)를 사용하였다.
(E) 레이저 직접 구조화용 첨가제: 구리 히드록사이드 포스페이트(copper hydroxide phosphate)를 사용하였다.
실시예
1~13 및
비교예
1~11
상기 각 구성 성분을 하기 표 1 내지 4에 기재된 바와 같은 함량으로 첨가한 후, L/D=36, 직경 45 mm인 이축 압출기를 사용하여, 바렐(barrel) 온도 240℃에서 200rpm의 스크류 회전 속도, 총 토출량 80kg/h의 조건 하에서 압출하여 펠렛(pellet) 형태의 열가소성 수지 조성물을 제조하였다. 제조된 펠렛은 100℃에서 4 시간 동안 건조 후, 10oz 사출기에서 사출온도 260℃의 조건으로 사출하여 시편을 제조하였다. 제조된 시편에 대하여 하기의 방법으로 물성을 평가하고, 그 결과를 하기 표 1 내지 표 4에 나타내었다.
물성 측정 방법
(1) 굴곡탄성률(FM, kgf/cm2): ASTM D790 규격에 의거하여, 2.8 mm/min의 속도로 측정하였다.
(2) 굴곡강도(FS, kgf/cm2): ASTM D790 규격에 의거하여, 2.8 mm/min의 속도로 측정하였다.
(3) 내열도(열변형온도(HDT), ℃): ASTM D648(1.82 MPa, 120℃/hr) 규격에 의거하여 측정하였다.
(4) 접합강도(kgf/cm2): 도 2(a)는 실시예 1 및 폴리카보네이트 기재를 이용하여 이중 사출한, 접합강도 측정용 시편을 나타낸 것이며, 도 2(b)는 상기 접합강도 측정용 시편의 측면을 나타낸 사진이다.
상기 도 2와 같이, 상기 실시예 1~13 및 비교예 1~11의 시편(2)과, 폴리카보네이트 기재(1)를 이용하여 단차 시편을 제조한 다음, 인서트 사출을 이용하여 접합 부위가 1.2 cm(가로) X 1.2 cm(세로) x 3.2 mm(두께)인 접합 시편을 제조하였다. 그 다음에, 1차측인 폴리카보네이트 기재의 시편 부분을 고정시킨 후 2차 측인 실시예 및 비교예 시편 부분을 각각 180°굴곡하고, 이 부분을 UTM (shimadzu사)을 사용하여, 5mm/min의 속도로 접합력을 측정하고, 결과값을 접합부 면적으로 나누어 접합강도를 계산하였다.
(5) 면충격 특성(낙추 파괴 높이, cm): Dupont drop method에 의거하여, 10cm(가로) x 10cm(세로) x 1mm(높이) 시편에 대하여, 금속 팁(metal tip)의 500g 추를 낙하시, 시편에 크랙이 발생하는 낙추 파괴 높이를 측정하였다.
(6) LDS 도금성(도금 밀착력): 5 cm X 1 cm X 1 mm 크기 사출 시편을 25℃에서 6시간 에이징(aging)한 후, 레이저 직접 구조화 공정을 통해 스트라이프(stripe)형으로 시편의 표면을 활성화 하고, 도금 공정(구리 무전해 도금)을 통해 두께 35 ㎛의 스트라이프(stripe)형 구리층을 형성한 도금 시편을 제조하였다. 상기 도금 시편을 고온/고습(85℃, 85% humidity) 조건에서 72 시간 aging 후 도금된 부위를 2 mm 간격으로 선을 그어서 바둑 눈을 만든 다음, 테이프를 1회 접착한 후 수직방향으로 강하게 1회 당겨서 테이프 탈착 시 박리가 없으면 양호로 판정하였으며, 박리가 생길 경우, 불량으로 판정하였다.
상기 표 1 내지 표 4를 참조하면, 본 발명의 실시예 1~13의 경우 도금 밀착력이 우수하였으며, 폴리카보네이트 기재와의 접합성이 우수하여, 이중 사출이 가능하였고, 내열성, 면충격 특성, 굴곡탄성률, 굴곡강도 및 이들의 물성 발란스가 우수함을 알 수 있었다.
반면, 본 발명의 폴리에스테르 수지, 고무변성 방향족 비닐계 그라프트 공중합체를 적용하지 않은 비교예 1의 경우 폴리카보네이트 기재와 접합되지 않았으며, 굴곡탄성률 및 굴곡강도가 저하되었고, 본 발명의 고무변성 방향족 비닐계 그라프트 공중합체를 적용하지 않은 비교예 2 및 비교예 4의 경우 면충격 특성 및 접합강도가 저하되었으며, 본 발명의 폴리에스테르 수지를 적용하지 않은 비교예 3 및 비교예 5의 경우, 접합강도, 내열성 등이 저하되었다.
또한, 본 발명 폴리아미드 수지 함량에 미달되는 비교예 6의 경우 내열성 및 면충격 특성이 저하되었고, 본 발명 폴리아미드 수지 함량을 초과하는 비교예 7의 경우, 굴곡탄성률 및 접합강도가 저하되었으며, 본 발명 폴리에스테르 수지 함량을 초과하는 비교예 8의 경우 내열성 및 면충격 특성이 저하되었고, 본 발명 고무변성 방향족 그라프트 공중합체 함량을 벗어난 비교예 9의 경우 접합강도 및 내열성이 저하되었으며, 본 발명 무기충전제 함량을 초과하는 비교예 10의 경우, 접합강도 및 도금성이 저하되었고, 본 발명 레이저 직접 구조화용 첨가제 함량을 벗어난 비교예 11의 경우, 과도금에 의한 영향으로 도금 밀착력이 저하되고 접합강도 또한 저하됨을 알 수 있었다.
본 발명의 단순한 변형 내지 변경은 이 분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의하여 용이하게 실시될 수 있으며, 이러한 변형이나 변경은 모두 본 발명의 영역에 포함되는 것으로 볼 수 있다.
Claims (15)
- 폴리아미드 수지 약 25 중량% 내지 약 55 중량%, 폴리에스테르 수지 약 5 중량% 내지 약 25 중량%, 고무변성 방향족 비닐계 그라프트 공중합체 약 5 중량% 내지 약 20 중량% 및 무기충전제 약 25 중량% 내지 약 50 중량%를 포함하는 베이스 수지 100 중량부; 및레이저 직접 구조화용 첨가제 약 0.1 중량부 내지 약 20 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아미드 수지는 지방족 폴리아미드 수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아미드 수지는 폴리아미드 6, 폴리아미드 66, 폴리아미드 46, 폴리아미드 610, 폴리아미드 612, 폴리아미드 11, 폴리아미드 12, 폴리아미드 910, 폴리아미드 912, 폴리아미드 913, 폴리아미드 914, 폴리아미드 915, 폴리아미드 616, 폴리아미드 936, 폴리아미드 1010, 폴리아미드 1012, 폴리아미드 1013, 폴리아미드 1014, 폴리아미드 1210, 폴리아미드 1212, 폴리아미드 1213, 폴리아미드 1214, 폴리아미드 614, 폴리아미드 615, 폴리아미드 616 및 폴리아미드 613 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 수지는 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리에틸렌나프탈레이트, 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트 및 폴리시클로헥실렌테레프탈레이트 중 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 수지의 고유점도는 약 0.6 dl/g 내지 약 2.0 dl/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고무변성 방향족 비닐계 그라프트 공중합체는, 고무질 중합체에 방향족 비닐계 단량체 및 시안화 비닐계 단량체를 포함하는 단량체 혼합물이 그라프트 중합된 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고무변성 방향족 비닐계 그라프트 공중합체 및 폴리아미드 수지는 약 1:1.5 내지 약 1:10 중량비로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 수지 및 폴리아미드 수지는 약 1:1.5 내지 약 1:8 중량비로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기충전제는 유리 섬유, 탈크, 규회석, 휘스커, 실리카, 마이카 및 현무암 섬유 중 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 레이저 직접 구조화용 첨가제는 중금속 복합 산화물 스피넬 및 구리염 중 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 레이저 직접 구조화용 첨가제 및 폴리아미드 수지는 약 1:3 내지 약 1:10 중량비로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열전도성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물은, Dupont drop 측정법에 의거하여 1mm 두께의 시편에 금속 팁(metal tip)의 500g 추를 낙하시 크랙이 발생하는, 낙추 파괴 높이가 약 25cm 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물은 폴리카보네이트 기재와 접합 후 사출하여, 접합부위가 1.2 cm x 1.2 cm x 3.2 mm로 형성된 접합 시편에 대하여, UTM을 이용하여 5mm/min 속도로 측정한 접합강도가 약 15 kgf/cm2 내지 약 40 kgf/cm2인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 열가소성 수지 조성물로부터 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 성형품은 표면의 적어도 일부에 레이저 직접 구조화 공정 및 도금 공정에 의해 형성된 금속층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
