技术领域
本发明涉及汽车零配件生产研究领域中的一种组立机,特别是一种前翼子板组立专机。
背景技术
前翼子板分为前翼子板左件和前翼子板右件两个,每个前翼子板均需要上5个螺钉。现在的生产工艺中,作业员一只手固定前翼子板,作业员的另一只手用螺丝批将5个螺钉依次旋进相应的位置。因此,现有技术中,前翼子板上螺钉的生产方式存在以下缺点:1、需要人工固定产品,操作不方便;2、组立时间长,人工用螺丝批打5个螺钉,产品质量也不稳定。3、螺钉只能人工打,速度慢,而且劳动强度大。
发明内容
本发明的目的,在于提供一种前翼子板组立专机,其提高生产效率,结构简单,产品品质稳定;减轻操作人员的劳动强度。
本发明解决其技术问题的解决方案是:前翼子板组立专机,其包括电动螺丝批、机架以及位于机架上的工作台,所述工作台的两端布置有左件定位治具和右件定位治具,所述左件定位治具和右件定位治具之间布置有机器人和螺钉供料器,所述机器人包括固定在工作台上的基座、能绕着基座旋转的旋转手臂、安装在旋转手臂上的水平导轨、安装在水平导轨上的移动块以及驱使移动块沿水平导轨往复移动的伺服电机,所述移动块上安装有竖直推送气缸,所述电动螺丝批通过L形座安装在竖直推送气缸的伸出端上,所述螺钉供料器通过螺钉输送管道与电动螺丝批连接。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述螺钉供料器包括供料箱体,所述供料箱体上布置有螺钉进料腔、螺钉输送轨道以及螺钉上料机构,所述螺钉进料腔内布置有若干片旋转导向叶片以及螺钉导向落料口,所述螺钉输送轨道的一端伸入到螺钉导向落料口下方,螺钉输送轨道的另一端伸入到螺钉上料机构的进料口,所述螺钉上料机构的出料口通过螺钉输送管道与电动螺丝批连接。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述机架上布置有防护罩、控制面板、启动按钮以及急停按钮。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述左件定位治具上布置有前翼子板左件的左件仿形定位腔、沿左件仿形定位腔四周布置的多个左件压紧气缸以及安装在左件压紧气缸的工作端上的左件压紧块,所述右件定位治具上布置有前翼子板右件的右件仿形定位腔、沿右件仿形定位腔四周布置的多个右件压紧气缸以及安装右件压紧气缸的工作端上的右件压紧块。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述L形座上安装有螺丝批安装座,所述螺丝批安装座上布置有环状的螺丝批安装槽,所述电动螺丝批嵌在螺丝批安装槽后通过螺栓固定。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过机器人以及电动螺丝批配合,实现上五颗螺钉的自动化;提高生产效率,结构简单,产品品质稳定;减轻操作人员的劳动强度。另外,本发明可以交错对前翼子板左件和前翼子板右件进行上螺钉。本发明适用于前翼子板的自动上螺钉中。

参照图1~图3,前翼子板组立专机,其包括电动螺丝批10、机架1以及位于机架1上的工作台2,所述工作台2的两端布置有左件定位治具4和右件定位治具5,所述左件定位治具4和右件定位治具5之间布置有机器人和螺钉供料器3,所述机器人包括固定在工作台2上的基座6、能绕着基座6旋转的旋转手臂7、安装在旋转手臂7上的水平导轨、安装在水平导轨上的移动块以及驱使移动块沿水平导轨往复移动的伺服电机,所述移动块上安装有竖直推送气缸8,所述电动螺丝批10通过L形座9安装在竖直推送气缸8的伸出端上,所述螺钉供料器3通过螺钉输送管道与电动螺丝批10连接。
作业员将前翼子板左件放到左件定位治具4上后并锁紧,旋转手臂7在控制面板的控制下旋转到预设定的角度,移动块在伺服电机的驱使下移动到预设定的位置,竖直推送气缸8的伸出端沿竖直向下的方向伸出,将电动螺丝批10中的螺钉送至指定位置后拧紧。竖直推送气缸8复位,旋转手臂7旋转到下一预设定角度,伺服电机驱使移动块移动,竖直推送气缸8工作,电动螺丝批10工作。如此循环后,完成前翼子板左件的上螺钉。在前翼子板左件的上螺钉过程中,作业员将前翼子板右件放到右件定位治具5上后并锁紧,旋转手臂7在控制面板的控制下大幅度旋转到预设定的角度,开始对前翼子板右件进行上螺钉。旋转手臂7能实现360°旋转。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述螺钉供料器3包括供料箱体,所述供料箱体上布置有螺钉进料腔30、螺钉输送轨道32以及螺钉上料机构33,所述螺钉进料腔30内布置有若干片旋转导向叶片31以及螺钉导向落料口,所述螺钉输送轨道32的一端伸入到螺钉导向落料口下方,螺钉输送轨道32的另一端伸入到螺钉上料机构33的进料口,所述螺钉上料机构33的出料口通过螺钉输送管道与电动螺丝批10连接。螺钉在旋转导向叶片31的带动下带至高位,在螺钉自身重力的作用下自由落体并沿着某一方向进入螺钉导向落料口后,螺钉沿着螺钉输送轨道32进入螺钉上料机构33,并沿着螺钉输送管道道电动螺丝批10的工作端。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述机架1上布置有防护罩、控制面板11、启动按钮以及急停按钮。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述左件定位治具4上布置有前翼子板左件的左件仿形定位腔、沿左件仿形定位腔四周布置的多个左件压紧气缸以及安装在左件压紧气缸的工作端上的左件压紧块,所述右件定位治具5上布置有前翼子板右件的右件仿形定位腔、沿右件仿形定位腔四周布置的多个右件压紧气缸以及安装右件压紧气缸的工作端上的右件压紧块,通过将前翼子板左件和前翼子板右件分别放置到相应的定位治具上后,感应器感应到相应位置上的工件后,旋转手臂7在控制面板的控制下旋转到预设定的角度,移动块在伺服电机的驱使下移动到预设定的位置,竖直推送气缸8的伸出端沿竖直向下的方向伸出,将电动螺丝批10中的螺钉送至指定位置后拧紧,进而交错对前翼子板左件和前翼子板右件进行上螺钉,提高生产效率。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述L形座9上安装有螺丝批安装座,所述螺丝批安装座上布置有环状的螺丝批安装槽,所述电动螺丝批10嵌在螺丝批安装槽后通过螺栓固定。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的前翼子板组立专机,其特征在于:所述螺钉供料器包括供料箱体,所述供料箱体上布置有螺钉进料腔、螺钉输送轨道以及螺钉上料机构,所述螺钉进料腔内布置有若干片旋转导向叶片以及螺钉导向落料口,所述螺钉输送轨道的一端伸入到螺钉导向落料口下方,螺钉输送轨道的另一端伸入到螺钉上料机构的进料口,所述螺钉上料机构的出料口通过螺钉输送管道与电动螺丝批连接。

  4. 根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的前翼子板组立专机,其特征在于:所述左件定位治具上布置有前翼子板左件的左件仿形定位腔、沿左件仿形定位腔四周布置的多个左件压紧气缸以及安装在左件压紧气缸的工作端上的左件压紧块,所述右件定位治具上布置有前翼子板右件的右件仿形定位腔、沿右件仿形定位腔四周布置的多个右件压紧气缸以及安装右件压紧气缸的工作端上的右件压紧块。
