Description

一种对版给液前处理方法 技术领域
本发明涉及纺织工业中的印染技术,特别是涉及一种新型的冷转移印花前处理方法。
背景技术
转移印花是纺织品印花方法之一,始于20世纪60年代末。早期的转移印花主要采用热转移印花工艺,即先将某种染料印在纸等其他材料上,然后再用热压等方式,使花纹转移到织物上的一种印花方法。对于棉织物等天然纤维由于没有比较明确的玻璃化温度,在高温下不能像涤纶那样出现液层现象,与热转移印花所用的染料之间没有亲和力,因此热转移方法主要适用于涤纶织物上印花,后期虽然通过架桥剂等方式实现了天然纤维上的热转移印花,但架桥剂工艺操作复杂,至今未得到大规模生产应用。
近年来,冷转移印花技术发展迅速,该工艺生产的冷转移印花面料已大量进入市场,并广受欢迎。冷转移印花基本流程是先将水溶性或水分散性的染料色浆印刷制成转移印花花纸,然后织物经预处理后与转移印花纸相密合,并施加以一定的压力。织物所带前处理液使转移印花纸上的色浆溶解。在一定的压力下,由于染料对织物的亲和力比对转移纸的亲和力大,染料转移到织物上,并进入到织物间隙中。经固色后对织物进行水洗,洗去微量的浆料和水解染料等,并将织物洗至中性,烘干定型即为成品。
冷转移印花的关键技术环节之一就在于织物的前处理。前处理的作用在于冷转移印花过程中,提供染料的转移需要的湿态环境,其次往往通过前处理工序中前处理液对织物的上浆,提升上染率和固色率,很好地控制印花图案在布面的渗透率及精细线条 的扩散性。传统的冷转移印花前处理方法,如CN104928864A“冷转移印花三辊式前处理装置”,CN2844175Y“冷转移印花机的前处理装置”,CN201380632Y“冷转移印花机的调节式前处理装置”,CN201350725Y“转移印花机的定量给液装置”等资料所公开的技术方案均是对织物整体或表面进行全面的上浆给液,而众所周知,印花不同于染色,印花仅是在织物面料上根据花型部位进行上染,是一种局部染色,因此传统前处理方法中对于未上染部位的前处理就造成了前处理液的浪费,进而增加了后道水洗的负担。因此,从进一步节能减排的需求目标出发,冷转移印花需要开发一种更为精确给液的方法。
发明内容
为了发展经济节约的生产工艺,进一步在冷转移印花产线上实现节能减排的目标,本发明提供了一种对版给液的前处理方法。
根据本发明的对版给液前处理方法,包括以下步骤:配制织物前处理液;以及使织物从第一前处理装置中通过,该第一前处理装置包括前处理版辊、承压辊、刮刀和前处理液槽,前处理版辊部分地浸在前处理液槽中,刮刀设在前处理版辊和承压辊之间的夹持部入口附近并且抵接前处理版辊,织物从前处理版辊和承压辊之间的夹持部通过,其中,前处理版辊上具有待转移印花图案的版型,从而将该前处理液仅通过前处理版辊的版型给液的方式定位上浆涂覆在织物一面的待印花部位。
根据本发明,在织物一面进行了上述前处理后,将前处理后的织物送入转移印花机,与同步送入的转移印花暂载体对版,该转移印花暂载体上具有待转移印花到织物上的染料图案且该染料图案与前处理版辊上的版型图案相同,以实现转移印花暂载体染料图案与织物前处理液涂覆位置重合一致,从而实现转移印花。
根据本发明,在织物一面转移印花之后,使织物从第二前处理装置中通过,该第二前处理装置与第一前处理装置的结构组成相同,以将织物反面前处理液通过第二前处理装置的前处理版辊的版型给液的方式定位上浆涂覆在织物反面的待印花部位。
根据本发明,在对织物反面进行上述前处理后,将反面前处理后的织物送入转移印花机,与同步送入的转移印花暂载体对版,该转移印花暂载体上具有待转移印花到织物反面上的染料图案且该染料图案与第二前处理装置中前处理版辊上的版型图案相同,以实现转移印花暂载体染料图案与织物反面前处理液涂覆位置重合一致,从而实现转移印花。

本发明的有益效果在于,采用对版给液前处理方法,仅对织物面料上待印花部位进行上浆前处理,避免了传统前处理方法中对于织物所有部位进行上浆前处理所造成的前处理液的浪费,进而减少了后道水洗的负担。因此,能够进一步满足节能减排的需要,给冷转移印花工艺的绿色标签更增添其绿色要素。此外,采用本发明前处理液配方并利用前处理版辊上浆的方式,由于在前处理时织物的非印花部位不给液,为干态,而织物干态区域无毛细效应等导致的渗化现象,从而能够进一步提升印花图案的精度。

实施例1:全棉织物,双面对版给液前处理,双面转移印花。
织物规格:100%棉针织150g/m2。
全棉织物的双面对版给液前处理以及双面转移印花方法,主要包括以下步骤:

    使织物从第一前处理装置中通过,该第一前处理装置包括前处理版辊、承压辊、刮刀和前处理液槽,前处理版辊部分地浸在前处理液槽中,刮刀设在前处理版辊和承压辊之间的夹持部入口附近并且抵接前处理版辊,织物从前处理版辊和承压辊之间的夹持部通过,其中,前处理版辊上具有待转移印花图案的版型,从而将该前处理液仅通过前处理版辊的版型给液的方式定位上浆涂覆在织物一面的待印花部位。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的对版给液前处理方法,其中,将前处理后的织物送入转移印花机,与同步送入的转移印花暂载体对版压合,该转移印花暂载体上具有待转移印花到织物上的染料图案且该染料图案与前处理版辊上的版型图案相同,以实现转移印花暂载体染料图案与织物前处理液涂覆位置重合一致,从而实现转移印花。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的对版给液前处理方法,其中,使织物从第二前处理装置中通过,该第二前处理装置与第一前处理装置的结构组成相同,以将织物反面前处理液通过第二前处理装置的前处理版辊的版型给液的方式定位上浆涂覆在织物反面的待印花部位。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的对版给液前处理方法,其中,将反面前处理后的织物送入转移印花机,与同步送入的转移印花暂载体对版压合,该转移印花暂载体上具有待转移印花到织物反面上的染料图案且该染料图案与第二前处理装置中前处理版辊上的版型图案相同,以实现转移印花暂载体染料图案与织物反面前处理 液涂覆位置重合一致,从而实现转移印花。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的对版给液前处理方法,其中,第一前处理装置中前处理版辊的版型与第二前处理装置中前处理版辊的版型相同或不同。
  6. 根据权利要求1或3所述的对版给液前处理方法,其中,对版给液前处理液的配方,按各组分的重量百分比可以为:连接料5-10%;表面活性剂1-3%;螯合剂0.8-1.6%;保湿剂2-5%;固色剂0-5%;pH调节剂0-2%;用去离子水调到100%。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的对版给液前处理方法,其中,连接料为多糖类高聚物及其衍生物,或合成龙胶,或聚乙烯醇;表面活性剂为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚氧乙烯烷基胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚或聚硅醚;螯合剂为六偏磷酸钠SHMP、乙二胺四乙酸EDTA、羟基乙叉二膦酸HEDP、2-羟基膦酸基乙酸HPAA、己二胺四甲叉膦酸HDTMPA或羟乙基替乙二胺三乙酸HEEDTA;保湿剂为甘油或二甘醇;活性染料转移印花用对版给液前处理液中的固色剂为碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、氢氧化钠、碳酸钾、碳酸氢钾、氢氧化钾或代用碱;酸性染料转移印花用对版给液前处理液中的固色剂为尿素或双氰胺;分散染料转移印花用对版给液前处理液中不加固色剂;pH调节剂为柠檬酸、醋酸、硫酸铵或三乙醇胺。
  8. 根据权利要求1或3所述的对版给液前处理方法,其中,第一前处理装置和第二前处理装置中的前处理版辊为凹版版辊、柔版版辊、圆网版辊或胶版版辊。
