车用帐篷是可以搭设在车顶之上的帐篷,由于在使用时,不像其他帐篷那样贴近地面,因此不易受地气、湿气的侵入,使用上更为舒适。典型的车用帐篷如2010年7月21日授权公告的CN201531147U号中国实用新型专利、2012年4月11日授权公告的CN202187605U号中国实用新型专利、2013年9月25日授权公告的CN203213695U号中国实用新型专利等等。
授权公告号为CN205617898U的实用新型专利公开了一种Z型结构的车顶帐篷,其包括底座、顶部框架、两根连接杆、两组第一升降机构、两根后支杆和两组第二升降机构,这种结构的车顶帐篷的连接杆设置在底座的左右两端,通过后支杆配合第一升降机构及第二升降机构将底座及顶部框架可折叠的结合在一起,不但结构复杂,而且由于车顶帐篷体积大、重量重,这种连接方式会导致在帐篷展开使用时顶部框架相对底座晃动,特别是再增加硬质篷顶后,其整体重量更重,整个车顶帐篷容易因受力不均及支撑力不够而变形,使得帐篷收折不平整,密封性差,增加行驶时的风阻,且雨天还会出现进水现象,影响行车安全。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种支撑强度大且受力均匀的折叠车顶帐篷。

进一步,所述顶部支撑架的各连杆及底座的连接座分别通过一L型连接件固定在顶部支撑架及底座上,所述连接框与底座前端通过合页枢接在一起,连接框与顶部支撑架的后端也通过合页枢接在一起,合页固定在L型连接件上。
进一步,所述顶部支撑架的后端及中部支撑架的前端与底座之间为活动锁扣配合。
进一步,所述活动锁扣配合为在顶部支撑架的后端设有锁条,对应的底座或中部支撑架的后端设有与锁条配合的锁扣,另在顶部支撑架的前端或中部支撑架的前端亦设有锁条,对应的底座的前端设有与锁条配合的锁扣。
进一步,所述中支杆及所述顶支杆分别为弹性伸缩杆、电机驱动的伸缩杆或者气弹簧中的任意一种。
进一步,所述中部支撑架的连接框为对应底座大小的框体,该连接框的两侧内壁分别设有供所述顶支杆设置的连接块。
采用上述方案后,本发明通过设置中部支撑架与顶部支撑架,再配合设置在底座与中部支撑架连接框的中支杆及设置在顶部支撑架与连接框之间的顶支杆,实现车顶帐篷的展收功能,整个帐篷的结构简单、展收易行,成本相对较低,备市场竞争力,特别是本发明的中支杆是设置在底座的中部连接座及连接框与顶部支撑架连接的一端两侧,这样可使连接框与底座之间形成一个稳定的三角支撑状态,从而使顶部支撑架及中部支撑架的受力更加均匀,并且该中部支撑架的连接框的支撑强度大大增加,使顶部支撑架及连接框相较于底座不易产生晃动,收折后的车顶帐篷不会漏风,不会对行车安全产生影响,并且可最大限度的增加该车顶帐篷的内部空间。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述。
需说明的是,术语'前'、'后'等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
如图1至图9所示,本发明揭示了一种折叠车顶帐篷,其包括一底座1、一顶部支撑架2及一中部支撑架3,所述中部支撑架3包括一连接框31、至少两根中支杆32及至少两根顶支杆33,连接框31的一端与底座1的前端枢接在一起,另一端与顶部支撑架2的后端枢接在一起,所述中支杆32的一端可转动的设置在底座1的后端中部上,各中支杆32的另一端对称的配合在连接框31与顶部支撑架2连接的一端两侧,所述顶支杆33对称设置在连接框31的两侧,各顶支杆33的一端设置在连接框31上,另一端连接顶部支撑架2。
较佳的,在该底座1的后端中部设有一连接座4,所述中支杆可转动的设置在该连接座4上,该连接座4可为金属材质,从而保证中支杆32的连接强度。较佳的,所述顶部支撑架2的两侧设有对称的至少两连杆21,各顶支杆33的一端设置在连接框31的侧面,另一端与连杆21连接。所述底座1的底部还设有多根支撑安装杆11,其中一支撑安装杆11设置在连接座4的底部,其余支撑安装杆11对称设置在连接座4的两侧。
如图1至图5所示,为本发明可折叠车顶帐篷的实施例1,该实施例为本发明的最佳实施方式,其中所述中部支撑架3的连接框31为一对应底座1大小的框体,所述顶部支撑架2可包含一塑料上盖及配合在塑料上盖内的框体,该顶部支撑架2也可直接为一塑料上盖,所述连杆21设置在塑料上盖的内壁,所述底座1包含一塑料下盖及配合在塑料下盖内的一框体,该底座1也可直接为一塑料下盖,所述支撑安装杆11设置在塑料下盖的外底面,所述连接座4设置在该塑料下盖内。通过该塑料下盖底部的支撑安装杆11可将本实用新型车顶帐篷安装在汽车顶部的固定杆A上。其中,顶部支撑架2的各连杆21及底座1的连接座4分别通过一L型连接件5固定在顶部支撑架2及底座1上,所述连接框31与底座1前端通过合页6枢接在一起,连接框31与顶部支撑架2的后端也通过合页6枢接在一起,合页6固定在L型连接件5上。
所述的中支杆32及顶支杆33为弹性伸缩杆,其也可以是由电机驱动的伸缩杆或者气弹簧,在顶部支撑架2上设有锁条22,对应的底座1上设有与锁条22配合的锁扣12,此锁扣12亦可设置在中部撑架3的连接框31;另在顶部撑架2的前端或中部撑架3连接框31的前端亦设有锁条22,对应的底座1的前端设有与锁条22配合的锁扣12。
所述顶支杆33的一端可通过连接块7设置在连接框31的内侧壁并偏向后端的位置,另一端连接在顶部支撑架2的连杆21靠近前端的位置,使该顶支杆33呈倾斜状支撑顶部支撑架2,顶部支撑架的后端与连接框31的后端枢接,并通过中支杆32形成稳定的三角支撑状态。
如图5所示,当帐篷处于收合状态时,连接框31、顶支杆33及顶部支撑架2是依次叠合在底座上,而中支杆32是靠合在该底座1的连接座4两侧,顶部支撑架2或连接框31上的锁条22是与底座1上的锁扣12固定在一起,此时的顶支杆33及中支杆32是处于压缩蓄能状态。
如图3及图4所示,当需展开帐篷使用时,解除锁条22与锁扣12的锁扣关系,向上扳动或者抬起顶部支撑架2的一端,使顶部支撑架2的一端脱离底座1,再扳动或者抬起顶部支撑架2的另一端,与顶部支撑架2后端连接的连接框31会一同往上升起,中部支撑架3的中支杆32及顶支杆33释放压缩蓄能,中支杆32伸长的同时而将连接框31及顶部支撑架2的后端抬起,从而实现整个帐篷的展开状态,前述动作也可反向操作。
反之,在收合帐篷时,只需牵引锁条22或下压顶部支撑架2向底座1方向施力便可将顶部支撑架2及连接框31向底座1方向收合,压缩顶支杆33与中支杆32,如此便实现了帐篷展收的半自动操作功能。
上述帐篷的收合操作并不局限于锁条与锁扣的活动锁合关系,亦可采用活动卡钩等结构同样可以实现活动锁扣关系。即所述顶部支撑架2的后端及连接框31的前端与底座1之间为活动锁扣配合。
如图6及图7所示,为本发明折叠车顶帐篷的实施例2,本实施例与实施例1不同之处在于:所述顶部支撑架2及所述底座1分别为一框架,框架上配合有帐篷布(图中未示意),所述连杆21设置在顶部支撑架2的框架内,所述支撑安装杆11设置在底座1的框架内。
如图8所示,为本发明折叠车顶帐篷的实施例3,本实施例为实施例1可实施的基本结构,其包括一底座1、一顶部支撑架2及一中部支撑架3,所述中部支撑架3包括一连接框31、至少两根中支杆32及至少两根顶支杆33,连接框31的一端与底座1的前端枢接在一起,另一端与顶部支撑架2的后端枢接在一起,底座1的后端中部设有一连接座4,所述中支杆32的一端可转动的设置在连接座4上,各中支杆32的另一端对称的配合在连接框31与顶部支撑架2连接的一端两侧,所述顶支杆33对称设置在连接框31的两侧,各顶支杆33的一端设置在连接框31上,另一端连接顶部支撑架2。其中,所述顶部支撑架2为一塑料上盖,所述底座1为一塑料下盖。
如图9所示为本发明折叠车顶帐篷的实施例4,本实施例为实施例2可实施的基本结构,其包括一底座1、一顶部支撑架2及一中部支撑架3,所述中部支撑架3包括一连接框31、至少两根中支杆32及至少两根顶支杆33,连接框31的一端与底座1的前端枢接在一起,另一端与顶部支撑架2的后端枢接在一起,底座1的后端中部设有一连接座4,所述中支杆32的一端可转动的设置在连接座4上,各中支杆32的另一端对称的配合在连接框31与顶部支撑架2连接的一端两侧,所述顶支杆33对称设置在连接框31的两侧,各顶支杆33的一端设置在连接框31上,另一端连接顶部支撑架2。其中,所述顶部支撑架2为一框架,所述底座1为一框架,该顶部支撑架2及底部支撑架3外配合有帐篷布(图中未示意)。
综上所述,本发明通过设置中部支撑架3与顶部支撑架2,再配合设置在底座1与中部支撑架3连接框31的中支杆32及设置在顶部支撑架2与连接框31之间的顶支杆33,实现车顶帐篷的展收功能,整个帐篷的结构简单、展收易行,成本相对较低,具备市场竞争力。特别是本发明的中支杆32是设置在底座1的中部连接座4及连接框31与顶部支撑架2连接的一端两侧,这样可使连接框31与底座1之间形成一个稳定的三角支撑状态,从而使顶部支撑架2及中部支撑架3的受力更加均匀,并且该中部支撑架3的连接框31的支撑强度大大增加,使顶部支撑架及连接框31相较于底座1不易产生晃动,收折后的车顶帐篷不会漏风,不会对行车安全产生影响,并且可最大限度的增加该车顶帐篷的内部空间。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明的技术范围作任何限制,例如,该帐篷的收折图中是以手动结构进行说明,其也可通过设置自动升降机构实现帐篷的自动开收,故但凡依本发明的权利要求和说明书所做的变化或修饰,皆应属于本发明专利涵盖的范围之内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种折叠车顶帐篷,其包括一底座、一顶部支撑架及一中部支撑架,其特征在于:所述中部支撑架包括一连接框、至少两根中支杆及至少两根顶支杆,连接框的一端与底座的前端枢接在一起,另一端与顶部支撑架的后端枢接在一起,所述中支杆的一端可转动的设置在底座的后端中部,各中支杆的另一端对称的配合在连接框与顶部支撑架连接的一端两侧,所述顶支杆对称设置在连接框的两侧,各顶支杆的一端设置在连接框上,另一端连接顶部支撑架。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种折叠车顶帐篷,其特征在于:所述底座的后端中部设有一连接座,所述中支杆可转动的设置在该连接座上。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的一种折叠车顶帐篷,其特征在于:所述顶部支撑架的两侧设有对称的至少两连杆,各顶支杆的一端设置在连接框的侧面,另一端与连杆连接。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种折叠车顶帐篷,其特征在于:所述底座的底部还设有多根支撑安装杆,其中一支撑安装杆设置在连接座的底部,其余支撑安装杆对称设置在连接座的两侧。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种折叠车顶帐篷,其特征在于:所述顶部支撑架为一塑料上盖,所述连杆设置在塑料上盖的内壁,所述底座为一塑料下盖,所述支撑安装杆设置在塑料下盖的外底面,所述连接座设置在该塑料下盖内。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的一种折叠车顶帐篷,其特征在于:所述顶部支撑架及所述底座分别为一框架,所述连杆设置在顶部支撑架的框架内,所述支撑安装杆设置在底座的框架内。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的一种车顶帐篷,其特征在于:所述顶部支撑架包含一塑料上盖及配合在塑料上盖内的框体,所述底座包含一塑料下盖及配合在塑料下盖内的一框体。
  8. 如权利要求5至7中任意一项所述的一种折叠车顶帐篷,其特征在于:所述顶部支撑架的各连杆及底座的连接座分别通过一L型连接件固定在顶部支撑架及底座上,所述连接框与底座前端通过合页枢接在一起,连接框与顶部支撑架的后端也通过合页枢接在一起,合页固定在L型连接件上。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的一种折叠车顶帐篷,其特征在于:所述顶部支撑架的后端及中部支撑架的前端与底座之间为活动锁扣配合。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的一种折叠车顶帐篷,其特征在于:所述活动锁扣配合为在顶部支撑架的后端设有锁条,对应的底座或中部支撑架的后端设有与锁条配合的锁扣,另在顶部支撑架的前端或中部支撑架的前端亦设有锁条,对应的底座的前端设有与锁条配合的锁扣。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的一种折叠车顶帐篷,其特征在于:所述中支杆及所述顶支杆分别为弹性伸缩杆、电机驱动的伸缩杆或者气弹簧中的任意一种。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的一种折叠车顶帐篷,其特征在于:所述中部支撑架的连接框为对应底座大小的框体,该连接框的两侧内壁分别设有供所述顶支杆设置的连接块。
