随着私家车拥有量的不断壮大,自驾游已经成为新兴的旅游方式。为了满足人们自驾出行的便利性,附属在车上的用于自驾出行的产品开发方兴未艾,车用帐篷就是在这一环境下发展出来的。
车用帐篷是可以搭设在车顶之上的帐篷,由于在使用时,不象其他帐篷那样贴近地面,因此不易受地气、湿气的侵入,使用上更为舒适。典型的车用帐篷如2010年7月21日授权公告的CN201531147U号中国发明专利、2012年4月11日授权公告的CN202187605U号中国发明专利、2013年9月25日授权公告的CN203213695U号中国发明专利等等。
现有车用帐篷的帐篷架一般是由底座以及设置在底座上的帐篷架杆组成,该帐篷架杆可以展开或者收折,目前帐篷架杆的展开以及收折有多种结构形式,有的是完全人工的手动操作,有的可以采用手摇式的半自动操作,有的可以实现全自动操作。然而,无论是哪一种结构形式,受限于车辆顶部的空间,现有的车顶帐篷安装完成后其使用空间相对较小,舒适度不佳。另外,由于帐篷是架设在车顶上的,上下都需要借助于梯子,现有的方式梯子都是单独设置的,不用时收藏在车子内,使用时再从车内取出,这种形式不但使用不方便,而且还占用车内空间。

为了增加帐篷的内部空间,所述底座1上至少设置一撑杆。第一种实施方式可在所述前撑板的前端设置开口61朝下的U型状第一撑杆6,第一撑杆6的两端枢接在前撑板11的前端两侧,帐篷布20配合设置在该第一撑杆6的顶面或底面,帐篷布20的开口设置在第一撑杆6的U型开口61内。第二种实施方式可在底座1的前撑板11与后撑板12之间设置一开口朝下的U型状第二撑杆7,所述帐篷布20设置在该第二撑杆7的顶面或底面。第三种实施方式如各图所示,在前撑板11及后撑板12的前端分别设置撑杆,所述前撑板11的前端设有开口61朝下的U型状第一撑杆6,第一撑杆6的两端枢接在前撑板11的前端两侧,帐篷布20配合设置在该第一撑杆6的顶面及底面,帐篷布20的开口设置在第一撑杆6的U型开口61内,所述底座1的前撑板11与后撑板12之间设有开口朝下的U型状第二撑杆7,帐篷布20设置在该第二撑杆7的顶面或底面,为了便于收折,第一撑杆6的宽度及高度小于第二撑杆7的宽度及高度。
如图6所示,当帐篷处于收合状态时,底座1的前撑板11与后撑板12靠合在一起,梯子4收合在前撑板11上,前撑板11、后撑板12及梯子4靠合在一起后与支撑连杆3及帐篷布20收缩至顶盖2容置空间22内,整个帐篷收折后的体积紧凑且美观,若支撑连杆3为弹性伸缩杆,当帐篷处于收合状态时,弹性伸缩杆是处于压缩蓄能状态,顶盖2的前端与底座1的后撑板12前端可通过一锁扣扣合在一起。
仍如图6所示,当需展开帐篷使用时,可采用手动或者电动控制支撑连杆3升起,手动控制时,将顶盖2的前端抬起,使顶盖2带动支撑连杆3升起,若电动控制支撑连杆3升起,则顶盖2在支撑连杆3的作用下相对底座1的前端展开,顶盖2的前端相对底座1完全展开后,将梯子4拉出,再将前撑板11相对后撑板12展开,顶盖2及前撑板11展开时,均会带动帐篷布20及第一撑杆6、第二撑杆7逐渐撑开,当支撑连杆3伸至最长、前撑板11相对后撑板12完全展开时,顶盖2与前撑板11会将帐篷布20绷直,梯子4的底端支撑在地面上,从而实现整个帐篷的展开。
如图6的箭头反方向所示,当帐篷欲由展开状态收合时,与帐篷的展开动作相反,将底座1的前撑板11连同梯子4与后撑板12逐渐靠合在一起,再将梯子4收缩或折叠至前撑板11上,通过手动或者电动的方式控制支撑连杆3收缩至底座1与顶盖2内,手动控制时,将顶盖2的前端往底座1的前端方向压合,支撑连杆3会先收缩后往逐渐往底座1方向靠合;若采用电动控制,则支撑连杆3会带动顶盖2往底座1靠合,直至顶盖2的前端与底座1的前端靠合在一起,帐篷布20跟随顶盖2及前撑板11的收合由绷直状态逐渐变得松,并收至顶盖2与底座1内。
综上所述,本发明将帐篷架10的顶盖2后端直接枢接在底座1的后撑板12的后端,再通过设置在后撑板12与顶盖2之间的支撑连杆3实现帐篷的展收功能,特别是本发明的后撑板12的前端与前撑板11的后端可活动的连接在一起,在帐篷展开时,前撑板11与后撑板12相对展开,即前撑板11的后端与后撑板12的前端连接在一起,前撑板11的前端通过梯子4与地面形成支撑,可大大增加该帐篷的使用空间,从而增加帐篷使用的舒适度;而在帐篷收折时,前撑板11可与后撑板12靠合在一起,梯子4可收入顶盖2与底座1之间,将顶盖2与收靠在一起的前撑板11及后撑板12盖合在一起后,即可完成帐篷的收合,在帐篷的展收过程中,帐篷布20会于帐篷架10连动展收,整个帐篷的操作简单,使用方便,梯子4直接与帐篷收纳在一起,不会增加车内的空间。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种杠杆式车顶帐篷,其包括帐篷架及配合在帐篷架内的帐篷布,其特征在于:所述帐篷架包括一底座、一顶盖、至少一支撑连杆及至少一梯子,所述底座包括一前撑板及一后撑板,所述顶盖的后端枢接在后撑板的后端,后撑板的前端与前撑板的后端可活动的连接在一起,所述梯子配合设置在前撑板的前端,所述支撑连杆设置在底座的后撑板与顶盖之间,支撑连杆的一端连接顶盖,另一端连接后撑板,所述帐篷布配合设置在顶盖与底座之间,顶盖前端与前撑板前端之间的帐篷布上设有一开口。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的杠杆式车顶帐篷,其特征在于:所述前撑板的前端还设有开口朝下的U型状第一撑杆,第一撑杆的两端枢接在前撑板的前端两侧,所述帐篷布配合设置在该第一撑杆的顶面或底面,帐篷布的开口设置在第一撑杆的U型开口内。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的杠杆式车顶帐篷,其特征在于:所述底座的前撑板与后撑板之间还设有一开口朝下的U型状第二撑杆,所述帐篷布设置在该第二撑杆的顶面或底面。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的杠杆式车顶帐篷,其特征在于:所述前撑板的前端设有开口朝下的U型状第一撑杆,第一撑杆的两端枢接在前撑板的前端两侧,所述帐篷布配合设置在该第一撑杆的顶面或底面,帐篷布的开口设置在第一撑杆的U型开口内,所述底座的前撑板与后撑板之间还设有一开口朝下的U型状第二撑杆,所述帐篷布设置在该第二撑杆的顶面或底面。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的杠杆式车顶帐篷,其特征在于:所述第一撑杆的宽度及高度小于第二撑杆的宽度及高度。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的杠杆式车顶帐篷,其特征在于:所述帐篷架的各支撑连杆为一伸缩杆,支撑连杆的一端枢接在顶盖上,另一端枢接在底座的后撑板上。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的杠杆式车顶帐篷,其特征在于:所述帐篷架的各支撑连杆为丝杆,各支撑连杆的一端枢接在顶盖或底座上,另一端可前后滑动的设置在底座或者顶盖上。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的杠杆式车顶帐篷,其特征在于:所述顶盖朝向底座的后撑板一端外周设有一挡垣,使顶盖的底面形成一容置空间,所述底座的前撑板及后撑板的长度和宽度均小于顶盖的长度及宽度,使该帐篷收折时,前撑板及后撑板均设置在顶盖的容置空间内。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的杠杆式车顶帐篷,其特征在于:所述帐篷架的两侧分别设有一支撑连杆,各支撑连杆的一端设置在顶盖两侧的挡垣内壁,另一端设置在底座的后撑板外侧。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的杠杆式车顶帐篷,其特征在于:所述底座的前撑板与后撑板枢接配合在一起,所述后撑板的前端两侧分别设有一枢接槽,所述前撑板的后端两侧分别设有一配合在所述枢接槽内的枢接件。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的杠杆式车顶帐篷,其特征在于:所述梯子以枢接或者可拆卸的方式设置在前撑板的前端,该梯子为可伸缩梯子或者为可折叠梯子。
