Description

帐篷顶部展收控制结构 技术领域
本发明涉及一种帐篷架,特别是指一种可以实现帐篷快速展开的帐篷顶部展收控制结构。
背景技术
由复数个杆件构成帐篷架支撑篷布而构成的帐篷,通常在展收帐篷时,都需人为的将帐篷架撑开及收合,为提高帐篷展开的便利性,出现了自动展开的帐篷架,其主要是在帐篷架的顶部枢接座的下方或上方配合一弹性装置而带动位于枢接座下方的活动座实现上下移动,而活动座再对应帐篷架的杆件而枢接副支撑杆,各副支撑杆的另一端是与各杆件枢接,在活动座相对枢接座上下移动的同时利用此副支撑杆带动各杆件的展开与收合,其形式类似于雨伞的伞骨。但此该结构却存在如下缺点:
1、由于枢接座上需配合一活动座,则必须设置有导柱,同时需要对应各杆件的数量而专配副支撑杆,因此部件繁琐,制作成本相对较高。
2、各杆件在收合后必须借助束缚装置限制各杆的自动展开,因此存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种帐篷顶部展收控制结构,其令帐篷支架在收合后无需束缚装置即可实现杆件自行展开的功能,同时具有结构简单,外观整体性佳的特点。
为实现上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种帐篷顶部展收控制结构,其包括一枢接座,至少三个帐篷支杆,其中:该枢接座包括上盖、下盖及置于上盖与下盖扣合形成容腔中的滑座、弹性装置及对应帐篷支杆数量的转接件;枢接座上设有枢接帐篷支杆的枢接槽,同时各帐篷支杆的内端枢接在转接件的一端,而转接件的另一端枢接在滑座上,弹性装置是设置于滑座与枢接座之间,即滑座相对枢接座发生距离变化时弹性装置是处于蓄能状态。
所述弹性装置为复位弹簧。
所述滑座径向分布对应帐篷支杆数量的枢接座,滑座中部形成沉腔以容置复位弹簧,复位弹簧通过一栓杆配合一螺母或/和压片将其限位于滑座的沉腔中,此栓杆自下盖下方穿过下盖、滑座的底部,再穿过复位弹簧后与压片或/和螺母锁接在一起。
所述转接件为一U型枢接耳片,其封口端枢接在滑座上,开口端是夹置帐篷支杆的内端部并与之枢接在一起。
采用上述方案后,本发明通过在枢接座中设置弹性装置及可以上下移动滑座,滑座再通过枢接转接件与枢接在枢接座上的各帐篷支杆枢接在一起,令各帐篷支杆间接的与滑座连接在一起,滑座的上下移动可以实现帐篷支架的展开与收合,而转接件又可对帐篷支杆的稳定位置具有一限制作用,因此保证的帐篷展开与收合的稳定性,并且防止收合后的帐篷支架自动弹开带来的安全隐患;另外,滑座、弹性装置及转接件是容置于枢接座的容腔中,因此该枢接座在外形整洁,美观的同时对内部各部件具有保护作用,保证产品的使用性能与寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1至图4B所示,本发明揭示了一种帐篷顶部展收控制结构,其包括一枢接座1,至少三个帐篷支杆2,此处以四支帐篷支杆2为例进行说明;各支杆呈放射状的枢接于此枢接座1上;
本发明的关键在于:该枢接座1包括一上盖11、一下盖12、一滑座13、一弹性装置及对应帐篷支杆2数量的转接件15;上盖11与下盖12扣合形成有容置滑座13、弹性装置及转接件15的容腔;
所述下盖12的周缘上开设有供帐篷支杆2转动枢接的开槽121。此开槽亦可设置在上盖11上。
所述滑座13径向分布对应帐篷支杆2数量的枢接座131,此实施例中的滑座13中部可形成沉腔132以容置弹性装置,此弹性装置为一复位弹簧14,复位弹簧14通过一栓杆16配合一螺母17或/和压片18将其限位于滑座13的沉腔132中,此栓杆16自下盖12下方穿过下盖12、滑座13的底部,再穿过复位弹簧14后与压片18或/和螺母17锁接在一起。
所述各转接件15的一端分别枢接在滑座13的各枢接座131中,另一端分别与相对应的帐篷支杆2的内端枢接在一起,此处的各转接件15为一U型枢接耳片,其封口端枢接在枢接座131中,而开口端是夹置帐篷支杆2的内端部并与之枢接在一起。
所述各帐篷支杆2是跨过下盖12的开槽121,内端与转接件15枢接,而近内端部的位置枢接在开槽121中。
如图2A、2B所示,当帐篷支架处于展开状态时,此时的复位弹簧14是处于常态,滑座13受复位弹簧14顶推而处于枢接座1下部位置,即抵靠在下盖1的下表面上,各帐篷支杆2位于枢接座1中的端部上方受滑座13借助转接件15对其的抵压,令各帐篷支杆与枢接座1近在一个水平面上,此时的帐篷支架处于展开稳定状态。
配合图3至图4B所示,当欲收合帐篷支架时,只需向下施力各帐篷支杆2,帐篷支杆2的内端则以开槽121的枢接点为轴心向上转动,同时推顶转接件15以枢接座131为轴心向上转动,转接件15便带动滑座13相对下盖12向上移动,待帐篷支杆2与转接件15呈同一条直线的位置时,滑座13是处于上移的极限位置,当帐篷支杆2的跨过与转接件15呈同一条直线的位置时,滑座13会相对下移一些距离,并不会至初始位置,此时帐篷支架便可实现完全收合,收合后的滑座13相对下盖12亦存在一个上移的距离,因此复位弹簧14是处于压缩蓄能状态,以亟待帐篷支架的下一次的自动展开。由于转接件15对帐篷支杆2的阻挡作用,即便复位弹簧14对滑座13有复位的作用力,亦无法将各帐篷支杆2展开,因此无需对收合的帐篷支架再施加收拢力,令帐篷的折收更加稳定,且防止帐篷支架自动弹开带来的安全隐患。
反之,当需要展开帐篷时,则需向上施力推开帐篷支杆2,即帐篷支杆2的内端则以开槽121的枢接点为轴心向下转动,同时推顶转接件15以枢接座131为轴心向下转动,转接件15便带动滑座13相对下盖12向上移动,待帐篷支杆2与转接件15呈同一条直线的位置时,滑座13是处于上移的极限位置,当帐篷支杆2的跨过与转接件15呈同一条直线的位置时,滑座13便会在复位弹簧14的作用下向下移动,滑座13下移的过程中借助转接件15的联动实现帐篷支架的自动展开,如图2A所示。
当然,弹簧装置可直接设置在滑座13与上盖11之间,给予滑座13的自动复位的力,同样可以实现上述功能。
综上所述,本发明通过在枢接座1中设置弹性装置及可以上下移动滑座13,滑座13再通过枢接转接件15与枢接在枢接座1上的各帐篷支杆2枢接在一起,令各帐篷支杆2间接的与滑座13连接在一起,滑座13的上下移动可以实现帐篷支架的展开与收合,而转接件15又可对帐篷支杆2的稳定位置具有一限制作用,因此保证的帐篷展开与收合的稳定性,并且防止收合后的帐篷支架自动弹开带来的安全隐患;另外,滑座13、弹性装置及转接件15是容置于枢接座1的容腔中,因此该枢接座1在外形整洁,美观的同时对内部各部件具有保护作用,保证产品的使用性能与寿命。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能以此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明申请专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明专利涵盖的范围内。

Claims (4)

1、一种帐篷顶部展收控制结构,其包括一枢接座,至少三个帐篷支杆,其特征在于:该枢接座包括上盖、下盖及置于上盖与下盖扣合形成容腔中的滑座、弹性装置及对应帐篷支杆数量的转接件;枢接座上设有枢接帐篷支杆的枢接槽,同时各帐篷支杆的内端枢接在转接件的一端,而转接件的另一端枢接在滑座上,弹性装置是设置于滑座与枢接座之间,即滑座相对枢接座发生距离变化时弹性装置是处于蓄能状态。
2、如权利要求1所述的帐篷顶部展收控制结构,其特征在于:所述弹性装置为复位弹簧。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的帐篷顶部展收控制结构,其特征在于:所述滑座径向分布对应帐篷支杆数量的枢接座,滑座中部形成沉腔以容置复位弹簧,复位弹簧通过一栓杆配合一螺母或/和压片将其限位于滑座的沉腔中,此栓杆自下盖下方穿过下盖、滑座的底部,再穿过复位弹簧后与压片或/和螺母锁接在一起。
4、如权利要求1所述的帐篷顶部展收控制结构,其特征在于:所述转接件为一U型枢接耳片,其封口端枢接在滑座上,开口端是夹置帐篷支杆的内端部并与之枢接在一起。
