Abstract

접을 수 있는 침대 프레임{Foldable Bedstread}
본 발명은 가구 물품에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 접을 수 있는 침대 프레임에 관한 것이다.
여러 종류의 접을 수 있는 침대가 출시되어 있다. 접혀진 후의 컴팩트함때문에, 이들은 저장하기 편리하며, 실내용 혹은 야외 활동용으로 많이 애용되고 있다.
1999.07.21에 공개된 중국 공개 특허 No. CN2329247Y는 "접을 수 있는 침대 프레임"에 대하여 개시하고 있다. 이러한 접을 수 있는 침대 프레임은 두 개의 긴 장대, 이 두 개의 긴 장대를 지지하기 위한 여러 개의 X자형 지지랙들, 그리고 두 장대에 고정되는 침대보를 포함한다.
이 접을 수 있는 침대 프레임이 접혀질 때, 두 개의 긴 장대가 상방 및 안쪽으로 들려지고, 양 측의 X자형 지지랙들이 안쪽으로 90도 회전하여 두 장대들에 접근하여 접힘을 끝낼 수 있도록 바깥쪽으로 270도 뒤집힌다.
장대가 너무 길면, 장대는 두 개의 연결 봉들에 의해 연결될 수 있다. 펼쳐지거나 접혀졌을 때, 연결 봉들은 위쪽으로 당겨지거나 안쪽으로 밀려져서 조여진다. 접은 후, 그 크기는 가지고 다니기 좋을 정도로 작다.
그렇지만 이러한 접을 수 있는 침대 프레임에는 펼치거나 접기 위한 몇 가지 의 스텝들이 있다. 두 개의 장대들이 안쪽으로 당겨진 뒤, 양 측의 X자형 지지랙들이 장대들에 접근하도록 회전되어 장대들이 반으로 접혀진다. 펼칠 때는, 상기의 과정들이 역으로 행해진다. 이는 사용하기에 불편하다.
본 발명의 목적은 쉽게 펼쳐지거나 접혀지는 접을 수 있는 침대 프레임을 제공하는 것에 있다.
본 발명에 따르면 각각이 두 개의 연결봉들로 구성되는 두 개의 장대들을 구비하며, 두 개의 연결봉들은 연결 부재에 의해 서로 연결되며, 두 개의 장대들 각각은 양 끝단 및 X자형 지지 랙들에 각각에 피봇식으로 연결되는 중앙 부위를 가지며, X자형 지지랙들은 연결 부재에 피봇식으로 연결되며, 장대들과 X자형 지지랙들 사이에 지지봉들이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 접을 수 있는 침대 프레임이 제공된다.
지지봉들은 접을 수 있는 침대 프레임을 쉽게 펼치거나 접을 수 있도록 양 끝단의 X자형 지지랙들을 밀거나 당길 때 도움이 되도록 접을 수 있는 침대 프레임의 두 개의 장대들과 양끝단의 X자형 지지랙들 사이에 설치된다. 종래 기술과 비교하면, 침대 프레임을 쉽게 펼치거나 접기 위한 하나의 스텝만이 필요하다. 이는 조작하기에 매우 편리하다.

도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 접을 수 있는 침대는 두 개의 장대(1)들과 두 개의 장대(1) 들 하부의 여러 개의 X자형 지지랙(2)들을 구비한다.
두 개의 장대(1)들 각각은 서로 연결된 두 개의 연결 봉(11)들로 구성된다. 두 개의 연결 봉(11)들 각각은 서로 연결되어 있다. 두 개의 연결봉(11)들 각각은 연결부재(3)에 피봇식으로 연결된 내측 단부를 가지고 있어서 두 개의 연결봉(11)들이 서로 연결된다.
두 개의 장대들(1) 각각은 양 끝단 및 X자형 지지랙(2)들 각각에 피봇식으로 연결된 중앙 부위를 가진다. 장대(1)의 중앙 부위의 X자형 지지랙(2)들은 각각 연결 부재(3)에 피봇식으로 연결되어 있다.
본 발명과 종래 기술의 차이점은 장대(1)들의 양 끝단과 X자형 지지랙(2)들 사이에 지지봉(4)들이 각각 설치되어 있다는 것이다.
접을 수 있는 침대 프레임이 펼쳐질 때, 지지봉(4)들은 양 끝단의 X자형 지지랙들을 단단하게 지지한다. 또한, 지지봉(4)들은 펼치거나 접을 때 X자형 지지랙(2)들을 돕는다.
도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 침대 프레임이 접혀질 때, 장대(1)의 중앙 부위들이 위쪽 및 안쪽으로 들려지고 두 개의 연결 봉(11)들은 아래쪽으로 접혀진다. 지지봉(4)들은 안쪽으로 이동하도록 옮겨진다. 접는 동안, 양 끝단의 X자형 지지랙(2)들의 하부는 양 끝단의 X자형 지지랙(2)들이 안쪽으로 이동하도록 당겨진다. 연결봉(11)들이 수직방향으로 접혀지면, 양 끝단의 X자형 지지랙(2)들은 , 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 중앙 부위의 X자형 지지랙(2)들의 양측에서 연결봉(11)들에 거의 밀착된다. 접을 수 있는 침대 프레임이 펼쳐지면, 연결 봉(11)들은 위쪽으로 당겨지고 지지봉(4)들은 자동적으로 지지하도록 양 끝단의 X자형 지지랙(2)들을 밀어준다. 상술한 바에 따르면, 지지봉(4)들은 접을 수 있는 침대 프레임을 쉽게 펼치거나 접을 수 있도록 양 끝단의 X자형 지지랙(2)들을 밀거나 당기는 것을 보조하기 위하여 채택되었다.
발명을 설명하기 위하여 본 발명의 특정한 실시예가 상세하게 기술되었지만, 본 발명의 정신 및 범위를 벗어나지 않고 다양한 변형 및 강화가 만들어 질 수 있다. 따라서, 본 발명은 첨부된 청구 범위에 의해 한정되는 것은 아니다.
본 발명은 접을 수 있는 침대 프레임을 쉽게 펼치거나 접을 수 있도록 양 끝단의 X자형 지지랙(2)들을 밀거나 당기는 것을 보조하기 위한 지지봉(4)들을 구비하는 접을 수 있는 침대 프레임을 제공한다.

Claims (1)

1. 각각이 두 개의 연결봉들로 구성되는 두 개의 장대들을 구비하며, 두 개의 연결봉들은 연결 부재에 의해 서로 연결되며, 두 개의 장대들 각각은 양 끝단 및 X자형 지지 랙들 각각에 피봇식으로 연결되는 중앙 부위를 가지며, X자형 지지랙들은 연결 부재에 피봇식으로 연결되며, 장대들과 X자형 지지랙들 사이에 지지봉들이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 접을 수 있는 침대 프레임.
