Abstract

一种帐篷顶部连接件，其中该连接件是枢接帐篷各顶杆的一端，且该顶杆是相对该连接件向上折收，该连接件是径向分布有枢接各顶杆的枢接巢，且枢接巢上设有限制各顶杆相对连接件向下转动的挡板。通过改变帐篷顶杆相对连接件的折收方向关系，即令帐篷顶杆相对连接件向上折收实现帐篷折收功能，反之令帐篷顶杆相对连接件向下转动时即可展开帐篷顶部而令各帐篷顶杆向上撑起该连接件，直至帐篷完全展开时，依靠对帐篷篷身支杆脚限位可令顶杆的张力完全支撑起该连接件，挡板的设置可实现帐篷顶部展开连接件对各顶杆的定位功能，以此实现该连接件的结构简化。解除帐篷篷身支杆脚的限位，利用连接件本身的重量及向内折收的结构配合形式，令收折帐篷的动作更加轻松方便。

帐篷顶部连接件
技术领域
本实用新型有关一种连接件，特别是指一种帐篷顶部连接件。
背景技术
帐篷顶部连接件是用于连接帐篷顶杆的连接件，而帐篷需有可折叠的功能，因而顶杆与该连接件是采用枢接关系方可实现折收功能。常见的小形帐篷其顶部的连接件只提供单纯的连接功能，折收时其中的一部份杆件是需要拆解下来。而对于较大型的帐篷，该顶部连接件与帐篷顶杆是处于一直的连接及枢接关系，目前常见的较大型的帐篷在折收时，帐篷顶杆都是相对连接件向下折收，因此在帐篷顶杆撑开时必须要借助辅助支杆支撑该顶杆才可实现撑开帐篷的功能，有些结构的辅助支杆是依靠在该连接件下部设有的延伸部进行连接，或是在帐篷立柱上再连接可以对帐篷顶杆进行支撑的辅助支杆实现，因而不仅帐篷杆件的构成复杂，而且具可连接辅助支杆的连接件结构相对较为复杂，体积较大，并且帐篷顶杆的连接件实现撑开的结构部件较多。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单，体积相对较小以节约材料成本并可实现帐篷顶杆展开与折收功能的帐篷顶部连接件。
为实用上述目的，本实用新型的解决方案是：一种帐篷顶部连接件，其中该连接件是枢接帐篷各顶杆的一端，且各顶杆是相对该连接件向上折收，该连接件呈径向分布有枢接各顶杆的枢接巢，且枢接巢上设有限制各顶杆相对连接件向下转动的挡板。
所述各顶杆的端部是枢接在枢接巢的内端，则在该枢接巢的下部形成有限位顶杆相对连接件向下转动的挡板。
所述各顶杆的近端部是枢接在枢接巢的外端，则在该枢接巢的上部内侧形成有限位顶杆相对连接件向下转动的挡板。
所述各顶杆的端部设有与枢接巢枢接的枢接孔。
所述各顶杆的端部是固定有枢接套，顶杆是通过枢接套与枢接巢枢接在一起。
所述的枢接巢侧壁上设有弧凹槽，对应的枢接套的外部设弧凸块以实现与该弧凹槽的嵌卡关系。
采用上述方案后，本实用新型通过改变帐篷顶杆相对连接件的折收方向关系，即令帐篷顶杆是相对连接件向上折收实现帐篷折收的功能，反之令帐篷顶杆相对连接件向下转动时即可展开帐篷顶部而令各帐篷顶杆向上撑起该连接件，直至帐篷完全展开时，依靠对帐篷篷身支杆脚的限位即可令顶杆的张力完全支撑起该连接件，同时帐篷顶杆相对连接件枢接巢向下转动挡板的设置即可实现帐篷顶部展开连接件对各顶杆的定位功能，实现该连接件的结构简化；另外需说明的是该帐篷在折收时，解除帐篷篷身支杆脚的限位便可令帐篷顶部轻松的折收起来，即利用连接件本身的重量及向内折收的结构配合形式，令收折帐篷的动作更加轻松方便。

具体实施方式
如图1至图4所示，为本实用新型帐篷顶部连接件的实施例1示意图，该连接件1为圆形，其呈径向对应帐篷顶杆2的数量均匀分布有枢接巢11，枢接巢11的至少一内壁上设有弧凹槽111，在该枢接巢11的下表面形成有挡板12，该挡板12至少需挡住枢接巢11与顶杆2的枢接点的位置；在帐篷各顶杆2的端部套固有一枢接套3，枢接套3的外径小于等到于枢接巢11的宽度，同时在枢接套3的外表面对应弧凹槽111设有弧凸块31；枢接套3的端部是通过枢接件4枢接在枢接巢11的内端，以令各帐篷顶杆2是相对该连接件1向上转动，即连接件1组装于各帐篷顶杆3时该枢接巢11是朝上设置，当然，各顶杆2亦可在端部直接设有枢接孔而通过枢接件与枢接巢枢接在一起。当帐篷展开时，向外拉开帐篷架，以令帐篷各顶杆2向上撑起连接件1，当帐篷处于展开状态时，将帐篷篷身支杆脚进行限位，则帐篷顶杆2即可利用其张力而撑起连接件1，此枢接套3完全容置在枢接巢11中，同时利用其弧凸块31嵌卡于枢接巢11的弧凹槽11中以实现进一步限位，此时的挡板12可挡住枢接套3的枢接点外侧以限制帐篷顶杆1相对连接件1向下转动。反之，收合帐篷时，只需解除帐篷篷身支杆脚的限位，利用连接件1本身的重量及向内折收的结构配合形式，令收折帐篷的动作更加轻松方便。
如图4至图6所示，为本实用新型帐篷顶部连接件的实施例2示意图，该连接件1为圆形，其同样呈径向对应帐篷顶杆2的数量均匀分布有枢接巢11，在帐篷各顶杆2的端部套固有一枢接套3，枢接套3的外径小于等到于枢接巢11的宽度，各顶杆的枢接套3的近端部是枢接在枢接巢11的外端，则在该枢接巢11的上部内侧形成有限位顶杆2相对连接件1向下转动的挡板12，即该挡板12是可挡住枢接套3的内端，即连接件1组装于各帐篷顶杆3时该枢接巢11是朝下设置，当然，各顶杆2亦可在近端部直接设有枢接孔而通过枢接件与枢接巢枢接在一起；同时该枢接巢11的外部是为上下贯通的结构，如此可以保证帐篷顶杆2相对连接件1正常的折收功能。同实施例1相同，当帐篷展开时，向外拉开帐篷架，以令帐篷各顶杆2向上撑起连接件1，当帐篷处于展开状态时，将帐篷篷身支杆脚进行限位，则帐篷顶杆2即可利用其张力而撑起连接件1，此枢接套3完全容置在枢接巢11中，而枢接套3的内端是受挡板12的阻挡以限制帐篷顶杆1相对连接件1向下转动。反之，收合帐篷时，只需解除帐篷篷身支杆脚的限位，利用连接件1本身的重量及向内折收的结构配合形式，令收折帐篷的动作更加轻松方便。
综上，本实用新型的连接件是通过改变帐篷顶杆2与连接件1的折收方向关系，即相对连接件1向上折收，该连接件1只需设置枢接巢11及限位帐篷顶杆2向下转动的挡板12即可实现连接枢接关系，该挡板12的作用不仅是用于限位，还具有与习用品中辅助支杆的功能，如此结构的连接件可以令体积更加缩小，结构更加简化而节约材料成本；同时并令帐篷的展开与收合更加轻松方便。

Claims (7)

1、一种帐篷顶部连接件，其特征在于：该连接件是枢接帐篷各顶杆的一端，且各顶杆是相对该连接件向上折收，该连接件呈径向分布有枢接各顶杆的枢接巢，且枢接巢上设有限制各顶杆相对连接件向下转动的挡板。
2、如权利要求1所述的帐篷顶部连接件，其特征在于：各顶杆的端部是枢接在枢接巢的内端，则在该枢接巢的下部形成有限位顶杆相对连接件向下转动的挡板。
3、如权利要求1所述的帐篷顶部连接件，其特征在于：各顶杆的端部设有与枢接巢枢接的枢接孔。
4、如权利要求2所述的帐篷顶部连接件，其特征在于：各顶杆的端部是固定有枢接套，是通过枢接套与枢接巢枢接在一起。
5、如权利要求2或4所述的帐篷顶部连接件，其特征在于：枢接巢侧壁上设有弧凹槽，对应的枢接套的外部设弧凸块以实现与该弧凹槽的嵌卡关系。
6、如权利要求1所述的帐篷顶部连接件，其特征在于：各顶杆的近端部是枢接在枢接巢的外端，则在该枢接巢的上部内侧形成有限位顶杆相对连接件向下转动的挡板。
7、如权利要求6所述的帐篷顶部连接件，其特征在于：各顶杆的端部是固定有枢接套，是通过枢接套与枢接巢枢接在一起。
