Abstract
提供一种顶帐篷的顶部中心枢接结构,其包括一中心枢接座(1)及至少三个枢接于中心枢接座(1)上的连接套(2);中心枢接座(1)呈放射状形成至少三个枢接枢接槽(11),枢接槽(11)的侧壁上设有枢接连接套(2)的枢接孔(12);其中中心枢接座(1)的各枢接槽(11)的上方形成封口,同时在各枢接槽(11)的顶部近枢接槽(11)内侧处形成有凸伸于枢接槽(11)中的凸起(13);而连接套(2)可伸缩的活动枢接于中心枢接座(1)的枢接槽(11)中,其上方侧壁与凸起(13)呈过盈嵌置配合。帐篷展开后,连接套(2)的上方侧壁与凸起(13)可以实现嵌置配合而达到锁扣的功能,以令展开的帐篷支架更加稳固,不会塌陷;反之折收帐篷时,使连接套(2)脱离与凸起(13)的嵌扣关系,即可实现帐篷支架的顺利折收。
Description
本发明涉及一种帐篷支架,特别是指一种简单顶帐篷的顶部中心枢接结构。
简单顶帐篷通常是在帐篷的顶部设置一个中心枢接件,其呈放射状的枢接帐篷顶部杆件,此中心枢接件上呈放射状形成数个枢接帐篷顶杆的枢接槽,各枢接槽的下方为封口,如此令帐篷顶部在展开时,帐篷顶杆不会向下收靠,在帐篷布的牵引下令帐篷处于正常展开状态;而在收折帐篷时是令此中心枢接件向下收靠,同时帐篷顶杆是向下折收并靠拢。
但采用上述中心枢接件的帐篷支架,必须要求帐篷顶杆与帐篷支杆之间的枢接件具有锁扣结构,同时需要帐篷布的牵引作用才可以实现帐篷的正常展开,如此不仅增加帐篷支架多个枢接件结构的复杂性,而且会影响帐篷布的使用寿命。
本发明的目的是提供一种简单顶帐篷的顶部中心枢接结构,其有效保证帐篷布的使用寿命的同时令帐篷支架的展开更加稳固,进一步简化帐篷支架其它枢接件的结构。
为实现上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种简单顶帐篷的顶部中心枢接结构,其包括一中心枢接座及至少三个枢接于中心枢接座上的连接套;该中心枢接座呈放射状形成至少三个枢接枢接槽,枢接槽的侧壁上设有枢接连接套的枢接孔;其中:该中心枢接座的各枢接槽的上方形成封口,同时在各枢接槽的顶部近枢接槽内侧处形成有凸伸于枢接槽中的凸起;而连接套可伸缩的活动枢接于中心枢接座的枢接槽中,其上方侧壁与凸起呈过盈嵌置配合。
所述中心枢接座枢接槽两侧的枢接孔为一水平的长条枢接孔。
所述中心枢接座枢接槽两侧的枢接孔为一圆孔,而在连接套的轴向上形成长条枢接孔。
所述连接套侧壁上设有一与枢接槽凸起嵌扣的弹片。
所述连接套与槽接槽凸起配合的侧壁上形成镂空长条槽,则长条槽的上方便形成一可变形的弹片。
所述长条槽与弹片为波浪形。
所述连接套与帐篷顶杆连接在一起或一体成型于帐篷顶杆的端部。
采用上述方案后,本发明通过在将中心枢接座设置有具上方封口的枢接槽,同时在枢接槽中设置的凸起,令
连接套与中心枢接座形成活动枢接关系,在帐篷支架展开后,连接套的上方侧壁与凸起可以实现嵌置配合而达到锁扣的功能,以令展开的帐篷支架更加稳固,不会塌陷;反之折收帐篷时,使连接套脱离与凸起的嵌扣关系,即可实现帐篷支架的顺利折收,因此本发明的中心枢接结构具有保证帐篷布使用寿命,同时令帐篷支架的展开更加稳固,进一步简化帐篷支架其它枢接件结构的功效。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1至图15所示,本发明揭示了一种简单顶帐篷的顶部中心枢接结构,其包括一中心枢接座1及至少三个枢接于中心枢接座1上的连接套2,此连接套2是与帐篷顶杆4连接在一起,或者一体成型于帐篷顶杆4的端部;该中心枢接座1呈放射状形成至少三个枢接枢接槽11,枢接槽11的侧壁上设有枢接连接套2的枢接孔12;
本发明的关键在于:该中心枢接座1的各枢接槽11的上方形成封口,同时在各枢接槽11的顶部近枢接槽11内侧处形成有凸伸于枢接槽11中的凸起13;而连接套2是可伸缩的活动枢接于中心枢接座1的枢接槽11中,并且其展开成水平位置时,上方侧壁与凸起13呈过盈嵌置配合。
如图1A至图3B所示的实施例1,其中中心枢接座1枢接槽11两侧的枢接孔12为一水平的长条枢接孔,如此令连接套2与中心枢接座1形成活动枢接关系。在帐篷支架展开后,各连接套2可沿此长条槽伸置于枢接槽11内侧,与此同时连接套2的上方侧壁与凸起13实现嵌置配合达到锁扣的功能,如此令展开的帐篷支架更加稳固,不会塌陷;而需折收帐篷时,只需相对中心枢接座1向外拔出连接套2,使之脱离与凸起13的嵌扣关系,即可实现帐篷支架的顺利折收。
如图4A至图6B所示的实施例2,其中中心枢接座1枢接槽11两侧的枢接孔12为一圆孔,而在连接套2的轴向上形成长条枢接孔21,如此同样可以实现如实施例1一样的动作功能。
如图7A至图12B所示,为减少连接套2的体积,同时保证其与枢接槽11中凸起13的锁扣关系,可在其侧壁上设有一与枢接槽11凸起13嵌扣的弹片3,此弹片3是在帐篷支架展开时,连接套2伸置于枢接槽11内侧后,与凸起13嵌扣配合,此时的弹片3是处于形变中。而对于连接套2与中心枢接座1之间的活动枢接关系,同样如上述的实施例1、2,令枢接的长条枢接孔设置于中心枢接座1或连接套2上均可以实现。
再如图13、14所示,为令连接套2与枢接槽11的嵌扣动作更加省力同时又具有可靠性,可直接在连接套2与槽接槽11凸起13配合的侧壁上形成镂空长条槽22,以令长条槽22的上方形成一可变形的弹片23,并且此长条槽22与弹片23为波浪形,则浪底便形成凸起13的卡槽。对于连接套2与中心枢接座1之间的活动枢接关系,同理如上述的实施例1、2,令枢接的长条枢接孔设置于中心枢接座1或连接套2上均可以实现。
综上所述,本发明通过在将中心枢接座1设置有具上方封口的枢接槽11,同时在枢接槽11中设置的凸起13,令连接套2与中心枢接座1形成活动枢接关系,在帐篷支架展开后,连接套2的上方侧壁与凸起13可以实现嵌置配合而达到锁扣的功能,以令展开的帐篷支架更加稳固,不会塌陷;反之折收帐篷时,使连接套2脱离与凸起13的嵌扣关系,即可实现帐篷支架的顺利折收,因此本发明的中心枢接结构具有保证帐篷布使用寿命,同时令帐篷支架的展开更加稳固,进一步简化帐篷支架其它枢接件结构的功效。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能以此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明申请专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明专利涵盖的范围内。
Claims (7)
1、一种简单顶帐篷的顶部中心枢接结构,其包括一中心枢接座及至少三个枢接于中心枢接座上的连接套;该中心枢接座呈放射状形成至少三个枢接枢接槽,枢接槽的侧壁上设有枢接连接套的枢接孔;其特征在于:该中心枢接座的各枢接槽的上方形成封口,同时在各枢接槽的顶部近枢接槽内侧处形成有凸伸于枢接槽中的凸起;而连接套可伸缩的活动枢接于中心枢接座的枢接槽中,其上方侧壁与凸起呈过盈嵌置配合。
2、如权利要求1所述的简单顶帐篷的顶部中心枢接结构,其特征在于:所述中心枢接座枢接槽两侧的枢接孔为一水平的长条枢接孔。
3、如权利要求1所述的简单顶帐篷的顶部中心枢接结构,其特征在于:所述中心枢接座枢接槽两侧的枢接孔为一圆孔,而在连接套的轴向上形成长条枢接孔。
4、如权利要求1、2或3所述的简单顶帐篷的顶部中心枢接结构,其特征在于:所述连接套侧壁上设有一与枢接槽凸起嵌扣的弹片。
5、如权利要求1、2或3所述的简单顶帐篷的顶部中心枢接结构,其特征在于:所述连接套与槽接槽凸起配合的侧壁上形成镂空长条槽,则长条槽的上方便形成一可变形的弹片。
6、如权利要求5所述的简单顶帐篷的顶部中心枢接结构,其特征在于:所述长条槽与弹片为波浪形。
7、如权利要求1所述的简单顶帐篷的顶部中心枢接结构,其特征在于:所述连接套与帐篷顶杆连接在一起或一体成型于帐篷顶杆的端部。
