采用上述技术方案后,本发明的帐篷支架通过滑动座及立杆的结构设计,于使用需要将本发明收折时,使用者可以按压按钮,使按钮连动卡入于按钮的卡槽内的定位件以定位栓为支点发生翘起,定位件脱离定位孔,此时因所述弹簧的一端抵接按钮,所述弹簧的另一端抵接于滑动座的内壁,使得所述弹簧压缩,从而滑动座可以沿立杆的杆身上顺利向下滑动,连动侧杆组及顶杆组收折;而当需要将本发明展开固定时,使用者可以按压按钮,使按钮连动卡入于按钮的卡槽内的定位件以定位栓为支点发生翘起,此时因所述弹簧的一端抵接按钮,所述弹簧的另一端抵接于滑动座的内壁,使得所述弹簧压缩,从而滑动座可以沿立杆的杆身上较快地向上滑动,直到滑动座移动到定位孔位置时,放松按钮,当继续上移至定位件恰对应定位孔位置时,弹簧的弹力作用,使按钮凸起,连动定位件,使定位件卡入定位孔中,从而本发明展开固定,本发明通过滑动座的定位件与立杆的定位孔的配合实现定位,相比现有的帐篷支架的滑动座定位方式,本实用上结构简单、便于装配及定位稳定。

具体实施方式
为达成上述目的及功效,本发明所采用的技术手段及构造,兹绘图就本发明较佳实施例详加说明其特征与功能如下,以利完全了解。
请参阅图1至图9所示,本发明揭示了一种帐篷支架,包括:多根立杆1、设置在帐篷顶部中心的顶模2、连接相邻两立杆1的多组侧杆组3、以及连接各侧杆组3与顶模2的多组顶杆组4,所述立杆1的顶部安装有固定座11,所述立杆1的杆身上安装有可沿立杆1滑动并连动侧杆组3及顶杆组4的滑动座12,所述侧杆组3连接于固定座11,所述立杆1相邻的两侧壁连接处凹设有至少一定位孔01,所述滑动座12内穿设有选择性卡入定位孔01的定位件121、一弹簧122、一定位栓123及一朝外凸设的按钮124,所述定位栓123恰由外而内穿过滑动座12并穿过定位件121,所述按钮124朝向定位件121的端面凹设一卡槽125,所述定位件121的一端卡入卡槽125,所述弹簧122的一端抵接按钮124,所述弹簧122的另一端抵接于滑动座12的内壁,所述立杆1的底部均设有一固定部6,从而可以通过此固定部6固定于指定位置,所述立杆1为多根小杆通过固定件5连接固定而成,从而便于拆卸搬运。
因此,本发明的帐篷支架通过滑动座12及立杆1的结构设计,请参阅图3配合图4、图5所示,或者参阅图6配合图7、图8所示,或者参阅图8所示,于使用需要将本发明收折时,使用者可以按压按钮124,使按钮124连动卡入于按钮124的卡槽125内的定位件121以定位栓123为支点发生翘起,定位件121脱离定位孔01,此时因所述弹簧122的一端抵接按钮124,所述弹簧122的另一端抵接于滑动座12的内壁,使得所述弹簧122压缩,从而滑动座12可以沿立杆1的杆身上顺利向下滑动,连动侧杆组3及顶杆组4收折;而当需要将本发明展开固定时,使用者可以按压按钮124,使按钮124连动卡入于按钮124的卡槽125内的定位件121以定位栓123为支点发生翘起,此时因所述弹簧122的一端抵接按钮124,所述弹簧122的另一端抵接于滑动座12的内壁,使得所述弹簧122压缩,从而滑动座12可以沿立杆1的杆身上较快地向上滑动,直到滑动座12移动到定位孔01位置时,放松按钮124,当继续上移至定位件121恰对应定位孔01位置时,弹簧122的弹力作用,使按钮124凸起,连动定位件121,使定位件121卡入定位孔01中,从而本发明展开固定,本发明通过滑动座12的定位件121与立杆1的定位孔01的配合实现定位,相比现有的帐篷支架的滑动座定位方式,本发明整体上结构简单、便于装配及定位稳定。
另外,图3至图5所示本发明的滑动座的第一实施例,所述定位件121为长条形,图6至图8所示本发明的滑动座的第二实施例与第一实施例的区别在于:所述按钮124与定位件121间还穿设有另一定位栓123,所述定位件121的一端具有供另一定位栓123活动限位的长条槽1211,从而使得按钮124与定位件121的连动更稳定牢固,图9所示本发明的滑动座的第三实施例与第一实施例的区别在于:所述立杆1为矩形,所述定位件121为へ型,从而使得定位件121与定位孔01的定位更牢固,因定位件121的此种形状更贴近于定位孔01的形状。
请参阅图1所示本发明的一较佳实施例,于本实施例中,顶模2上设有上连接巢21及下连接巢22,各组侧杆组3包括两组一端相互铰接的连杆单元31,各顶杆组4包括一组连杆单元41,各侧杆组3的各连杆单元31分别包括相互铰接且展开呈'X'型的两连杆311、312,及各顶杆组4的连杆单元41包括两根相互铰接且展开呈'X'的一长杆411及一短杆412,侧杆组3的两组连杆单元31的两根连杆311一端相互铰接,并形成上铰接点313及下铰接点314,另一端分别与相邻立杆1的固定座11及滑动座12铰接,各顶杆组4的长杆411一端与侧杆组3的下铰接点314铰接,另一端与顶模2的上连接巢21铰接,顶杆组4的短杆412一端与侧杆组3的上铰接点313铰接,另一端与顶模2的下连接巢22铰接,于本实施例中,将各顶杆组4的连杆单元41分别设计成相互铰接且展开呈'X'型的一长杆411及一短杆412,由于短杆412是铰接在侧杆组3的上铰接点313及顶模2的下连接巢22上,可使得展开后的顶杆组4会将上铰接点313及下连接巢22往上抬,而不会下陷,由于各侧杆组3的连杆单元31均与顶杆组4的连杆单元41相互连动,顶杆组4的连杆单元41呈一长一短的设计,可将该帐篷的顶部架杆整体上抬,使帐篷顶部的空间加大,通过顶杆组4连杆单元41的不对称设计,可使得帐篷内部的空间增大,从而提高用户体验。并且将顶杆组4带动侧杆组3的上铰接点上抬后会将帐篷布往上顶起,避免帐篷布下陷,从而可避免帐篷布积水。
首先,于本实施例中,各顶杆组4的连杆单元41的长杆311及短杆312的铰接点413设于靠近侧杆组3的一侧,这样上连接巢21被抬起的高度较高,防积水的效果较好;但各顶杆组4的连杆单元41的长杆411及短杆412的铰接点413也可设于长杆411与短杆412的中心点处;而若各顶杆组4的连杆单元41的长杆411及短杆412的铰接点413还可设于靠近顶模2的一侧,顶杆组4将上连接巢21抬起的高度较小,防积水的效果较差一些。
其次,各侧杆组3的各连杆单元31的两根连杆311、312可为与顶杆组4相同的两根相互铰接的一长杆及一短杆。也可采用两根等长的连杆相互铰接形成连杆单元31,各连杆单元31的两根连杆41可于各连杆311、312的中心点铰接。为了增加帐篷的稳定性,各侧杆组3相互铰接的两连杆单元31的两短杆312形成180度的夹角,各侧杆组3的两长杆311夹角小于两短杆312形成的夹角。这样,两根短杆可将相邻的两根立杆顶死,可避免帐篷产生晃动,因此帐篷的整体稳定性更好。
再者,于本实施例中,所述顶模2为一中心杆,该中心杆上设有所述上连接巢21及下连接巢22,所述上连接巢21可滑动的设置在中心杆的杆身上,下连接巢22固定在中心杆的底端。
请参阅图2所示本发明的另一较佳实施例,于本实施例中,所述顶模2的顶部为一圆形板,所述圆形板的下方设有连接巢,各组侧杆组3包括两组一端相互铰接的连杆单元31,各顶杆组4包括一组连杆单元41,各侧杆组3的各连杆单元31分别包括两根相互铰接且展开呈'X'型的连杆311、312,所述侧杆组3的两连杆单元31另一端的两根连杆311、312分别与相邻两立杆1的固定座11及滑动座12铰接,所述顶杆组3的连杆单元41包括两根相互铰接且展开呈'一'型的一长杆411及一短杆412、一根两端分别铰接于滑动座11及长杆411的支撑杆414,所述长杆411的一端与短杆412的一端铰接,另一端与固定座11铰接,所述短杆412的另一端与顶模2的连接巢铰接,从而可以将该帐篷的顶部架杆整体上抬,使帐篷顶部的空间加大,避免帐篷布下陷,从而可避免帐篷布积水。
本发明的技术内容及技术特点已揭示如上,本发明的组成部件的数量并不以上述为限,本领域的技术人员仍可能基于本发明的揭示而作各种不背离本发明创作精神的替换及修饰。因此,本发明的保护范围应不限于实施例所揭示,而应包括各种不背离本发明的替换及修饰,并为权利要求书所涵盖。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种帐篷支架,包括:多根立杆、设置在帐篷顶部中心的顶模、连接相邻两立杆的多组侧杆组、以及连接各侧杆组与顶模的多组顶杆组,所述立杆的顶部安装有固定座,所述立杆的杆身上安装有可沿立杆滑动并连动侧杆组及顶杆组的滑动座,所述侧杆组连接于固定座,其特征在于,
    所述立杆相邻的两侧壁连接处凹设有至少一定位孔,所述滑动座内穿设有选择性卡入定位孔的定位件、一弹簧、一定位栓及一朝外凸设的按钮,所述定位栓恰由外而内穿过滑动座并穿过定位件,所述按钮朝向定位件的端面凹设一卡槽,所述定位件的一端卡入卡槽,所述弹簧的一端抵接按钮,所述弹簧的另一端抵接于滑动座的内壁。
  2. 如权利要求1所述一种帐篷支架,其特征在于:所述定位件为长条形。
  3. 如权利要求1所述一种帐篷支架,其特征在于:所述立杆为矩形,所述定位件为へ型。
  4. 如权利要求1所述一种帐篷支架,其特征在于:所述按钮与定位件间还穿设有另一定位栓,所述定位件的一端具有供另一定位栓活动限位的长条槽。
  5. 如权利要求1所述一种帐篷支架,其特征在于:所述顶模上设有上连接巢及下连接巢,各组侧杆组包括两组一端相互铰接的连杆单元,各顶杆组包括一组连杆单元,各侧杆组的各连杆单元分别包括两根相互铰接且展开呈'X'型的连杆,所述侧杆组的两组连杆单元相互铰接的一端两连杆形成上铰接点及下铰接点,所述侧杆组的两连杆单元另一端的两根连杆分别与相邻两立杆的固定座及滑动座铰接,所述顶杆组的连杆单元包括两根相互铰接且展开呈'X'型的一长杆及一短杆,所述长杆的一端与侧杆组的的下铰接点铰接,另一端与顶模的上连接巢铰接,所述顶杆组的短杆一端与侧杆组的上铰接点铰接,另一端与顶模的下连接巢铰接。
  6. 如权利要求5所述一种帐篷支架,其特征在于:所述顶模为一中心杆,该中心杆上设有所述上连接巢及下连接巢。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种帐篷架杆的顶部改进结构,其特征在于:所述上连接巢可滑动的设置在中心杆的杆身上,下连接巢固定在中心杆的底端。
  8. 如权利要求1所述一种帐篷支架,其特征在于:所述顶模的顶部为一圆形板,所述圆形板的下方设有连接巢,各组侧杆组包括两组一端相互铰接的连杆单元,各顶杆组包括一组连杆单元,各侧杆组的各连杆单元分别包括两根相互铰接且展开呈'X'型的连杆,所述侧杆组的两连杆单元另一端的两根连杆分别与相邻两立杆的固定座及滑动座铰接,所述顶杆组的连杆单元包括两根相互铰接且展开呈'一'型的一长杆及一短杆、一根两端分别铰接于滑动座及长杆的支撑杆,所述长杆的一端与短杆的一端铰接,另一端与固定座铰接,所述短杆的另一端与顶模的连接巢铰接。
  9. 如权利要求1所述一种帐篷支架,其特征在于:所述立杆的底部均设有一固定部。
  10. 如权利要求1所述一种帐篷支架,其特征在于:所述立杆为多根小杆通过固定件连接固定而成。
