为了实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：

参照图2至图3所示，上述顶部支架1包括两个可以分别收折在第一侧支架21和第二侧支架22一侧的横杆，两横杆的一端分别连接在第一侧支架21和第二侧支架22的侧横杆211、221的对角上。本实施例中两横杆分别为第一顶部横杆11和第二顶部横杆12，第一顶部横杆11的一端通过顶部连接件4连接在第二侧支架22的侧横杆221近离第一立杆222的一端，而该第一顶部横杆1的另一端设有可沿着第一侧支架21的侧横杆211滑动的滑动件13。第二顶部横杆12的一端通过顶部连接件4连接在第一侧支架21的侧横杆211近离第二立杆212的一端，而该第二顶部横杆12的另一端设有可沿着第二侧支架22的侧横杆221滑动的滑动件13。
参照图1A所示，上述顶部连接件4包括一固定件41、一转接件42和一铰接件43，该顶部连接件4连接第一顶部横杆11和第二侧支架22时，固定件41套设在第二侧支架22的侧横杆221近离第一立杆222的一端，转接件42通过螺栓和螺母连接在固定件41上，而铰接件43的一端铰接在转接件42上，另一端套设在第一顶部横杆11上，从而将第一顶部横杆11的一端固定在第二侧支架22的侧横杆221上，且该第一顶部横杆11可收靠在该侧横杆221一侧。
上述滑动件13一端套设在第一顶部横杆11上，另一端为可卡合在第一侧支架21的侧横杆211上的圆弧开口131，该圆弧开口131与第一侧支架21的侧横杆211配合使得第一顶部横杆11另一端可在侧横杆211上滑动至近离第一立杆212的一端固定。
第二顶部横杆12和第一侧支架21的连接与第一顶部横杆11和第二侧支架22的连接相同，不再进行赘述。
该宠物帐篷支架结构在使用时，顶部支架1、底部支架3以及两侧支架21、22配合形成一长方体的框体结构，在该框体结构外套设布套即可作为宠物帐篷使用。
参照图6所示，不需要使用时，可以将该帐篷支架简单地快速地进行收折。首先将顶部支架1的两个横杆分别收靠在两侧支架21、22上，然后将带有顶支架1的两个横杆的两侧支架21、22依次收靠在底部支架3上即可。这样该宠物帐篷支架就会收折成一个矩形框架，其占用空间小，携带方便。
为了使顶部支架1连接个更加稳定，进一步保证上述帐篷支架结构在展开状态下的稳定性，在第二侧支架22和第一顶部横杆11的滑动件13上设有相互配合的固定装置，在第一侧支架21和第二顶部横杆12的滑动件13上设有相互配合的固定装置。
参照图2B所示，该固定装置为设置在滑动件13上的磁铁6以及设置在第一侧支架21和第二侧支架22的侧横杆211、221上的磁铁6。当第一顶部横杆11的一端滑动至第一侧支架21的侧横杆211近离第一立杆212的一端时，第一顶部横杆11的滑动件13上的磁铁6与第一侧支架21上的磁铁6相吸，从而将第一顶部横杆11具有滑动件13的一端稳固地固定在第一侧支架21的侧横杆211的一端近离第一立杆212的位置处。同样第二顶部横杆12具有滑动件13的一端也稳定地固定在第二侧支架22的侧横杆221的一端近离第二立杆222的位置处。
参照图7和图7D所示，该固定装置还可以是设置在滑动件13上的卡块7以及设置在侧横杆211、221上的卡扣8。在侧横杆211、221上设有一定位件9，卡扣8设置在该定位件9上，该定位件9上设有一供卡扣8上下滑动的滑槽91，在卡块7上设有一与卡扣8配合的卡槽71。当第一顶部横杆11滑动至第一侧支架21的侧横杆211的一端近离第一立杆212的位置处时，侧横杆211上的卡扣8沿着滑槽91向下滑动卡入卡块7的卡槽71中，从而将第一顶部横杆11稳固地固定在第一侧支架21和第二侧支架22之间。同样第二顶部横杆12也稳定地固定在第一侧支架21和第二侧支架22之间。
本发明中，顶部支架1的两根横杆还可以采用可拆卸的方式固定在两侧支架21、22上，可以在侧支架21、22的侧横杆211、221上设置固定槽，帐篷支架收折时，通过该固定槽将拆卸下来的顶部支架1的两根横杆收折在侧横杆211、221上。
本发明宠物帐篷支架结构的底部支架3和顶部支架1在使用过程中并不局限于作为底部或顶部使用。
本发明的关键在于，本发明首先将顶部支架1的两个横杆分别收靠在两侧支架21、22的横杆上，然后将两个侧支架21、22依次收靠在底部支架3上，从而实现宠物帐篷支架的简单快速收折，且收折后的支架体积小、占用空间小、收藏及携带都很方便。
此外，本发明在顶部支架1的滑动件13以及侧支架21、22的横杆上设有相互配合的固定装置，使得顶部支架连接更加稳定，保证了宠物帐篷支架结构在展开状态下的稳定性。
以上所述，仅是本发明实施例而已，并非对本发明的技术范围作任何限制，故凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何细微修改、等同变化与修饰，均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

1、一种宠物帐篷支架结构，其特征在于：包括顶部支架、底部支架以及两个可依次收靠在底部支架上的侧支架；所述顶部支架包括两个可分别收靠在侧支架上的横杆，所述底部支架由四根横杆形成矩形结构，而两个侧支架均包括一横杆以及两个分别连接在横杆两端的立杆，立杆通过底部连接件连接于底部支架上，两个侧支架的底部连接件之间存在高度差。
2、根据权利要求1所述的宠物帐篷支架结构，其特征在于：所述顶部支架的两个横杆的一端通过顶部连接件分别连接在两侧支架的横杆的对角上，另一端则设有可在侧支架的横杆上滑动的滑动件。
3、根据权利要求2所述的宠物帐篷支架结构，其特征在于：所述滑动件和侧支架的横杆上设有相互配合的固定装置。
4、根据权利要求3所述的宠物帐篷支架结构，其特征在于：所述固定装置包括设置在滑动件上的磁铁和设置在侧支架的横杆上的磁铁。
5、根据权利要求3所述的宠物帐篷支架结构，其特征在于：所述固定装置包括设置在滑动件上的卡块和设置在侧支架的横杆上的卡扣，在侧支架的横杆上设有固定块，卡扣设置在该固定块上，该固定块上设有使卡扣上下滑动的滑槽，而卡块上设有可卡入卡扣的卡槽。
6、根据权利要求2所述的宠物帐篷支架结构，其特征在于：所述滑动件一端连接顶部支架的横杆，另一端设有可卡合在侧支架的横杆上的圆弧开口。
7、根据权利要求1-6任一所述的宠物帐篷支架结构，其特征在于：所述底部连接件包括一连接底部支架的两个相邻横杆的二通、连接在二通上的转接件以及铰接件，铰接件下端与转接件铰接，上端则连接在侧支架的立杆上。
8、根据权利要求2-6任一所述的宠物帐篷支架结构，其特征在于：所述顶部连接件包括一固定在侧支架上的固定件、连接该固定件的转接件以及铰接件，铰接件一端铰接于转接件上，另一端连接顶部支架的横杆。
9、根据权利要求7所述的宠物帐篷支架结构，其特征在于：两个侧支架的底部连接件的转接件之间存在高度差。
10、根据权利要求7所述的宠物帐篷支架结构，其特征在于：所述底部连接件的二通上设有一通孔，所述转接件上设有一贯穿转接件的螺孔，转接件的螺孔对应二通的通孔并配合螺栓和螺母进行连接。
