现有车用帐篷的帐篷架一般是由底座以及设置在底座上的帐篷架杆组成,该帐篷架杆可以展开或者收折,目前帐篷架杆的展开以及收折有多种结构形式,有的是完全人工的手动操作,有的可以采用手摇式的半自动操作,有的可以实现全自动操作。但是整个帐篷的支架结构均较为复杂,成本较高,致使市场价格居高不下。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单,展收易行且成本相对较低的车顶帐篷结构。

所述支撑连杆3可设置一根或者多根,当支撑杆3设置一根时可直接设置在帐篷架10的中部,也可设置在帐篷架10的任意一侧,为了使帐篷更加美观,该支撑连杆3可设置在挡垣21及凸垣11的内侧。为了增加帐篷架10的强度及稳定性,本实施例中,该帐篷架10于两侧对称设有一根支撑连杆3,支撑连杆3可采用手动控制也可采用电动控制,在本实施例中,支撑连杆3为伸缩杆,如弹性伸缩杆或者具有限位机构的伸缩套杆等,支撑连杆3的一端枢接在顶盖2上,另一端枢接在底座1上。支撑连杆3还可采用电动控制的丝杆,当采用丝杆时,各支撑连杆3的一端是枢接在顶盖2或底座1上,另一端可前后滑动的设置在底座1或者顶盖2上。
如图3所示,当帐篷处于收合状态时,顶盖2盖合在底座1上,支撑连杆3及帐篷布20收缩至顶盖2的挡垣21与底座1的凸垣11之间,整个帐篷收折后的体积紧凑且美观,若支撑连杆3为弹性伸缩杆,当帐篷处于收合状态时,弹性伸缩杆是处于压缩蓄能状态,顶盖2的前端与底座1的前端可通过一锁扣扣合在一起。
配合图2所示,当需展开帐篷使用时,采用手动或者电动控制支撑连杆3升起,手动控制时,将顶盖2的前端抬起,使顶盖2带动支撑连杆3升起,若电动控制支撑连杆3升起,则顶盖2在支撑连杆3的作用下相对底座1的前端展开,顶盖2的前端相对底座1展开时,带动帐篷布20逐渐撑开,当支撑连杆3伸至最长时,顶盖2会将帐篷布20绷直,从而实现整个帐篷的展开状态。
反之,当帐篷欲由展开状态收合时,同样可通过手动或者电动的方式控制支撑连杆3收缩至底座1与顶盖2内,手动控制时,将顶盖2的前端往底座1的前端方向压合,支撑连杆3会先收缩后往逐渐往底座1方向靠合;若采用电动控制,则支撑连杆3会带动顶盖2往底座1靠合,直至顶盖2的前端与底座1的前端靠合在一起,帐篷布20跟随顶盖2的收合由绷直状态逐渐变得松,并收至顶盖2与底座1内。
如图4至图6所示,为本发明的实施例2,其与实施例1不同的是:帐篷架10还包括一前撑杆5,该前撑杆5为一具有两竖杆51及一横杆52且开口53朝下的U型弯管,前撑杆5的两竖杆51枢接在底座1的前端,帐篷布20是配合套设在该前撑杆5的横杆52上,帐篷布20的开口设置在前撑杆5的U型开口53内。实施例2相较于实施例1增设了一前撑杆5可大大增加该帐篷的空间,帐篷展开或者收折时,该前撑杆5会与帐篷布20连动张开或者收折。为了在收折时让前撑杆5顺利收靠在底座1与顶盖2内,该前撑杆5的两竖杆51可采用伸缩杆结构,在收折时,适当压缩该前撑5的两竖杆51高度,使其顺利收纳至底座1与顶盖2内;在帐篷展开时,将前撑杆5的两竖杆51拉高可增加帐篷的使用空间,同时也便于进出帐篷。
如图7所示,为本发明的实施例3,其是在实施例2的基础上进一步增加一顶撑杆6,该顶撑杆6的一端配合在顶盖2的前端,另一端连接前撑杆5的横杆52,本实施例中,该顶撑杆6的一端是枢接固定在顶盖2的前端中部,顶撑杆6的另一端设置一C型卡环61,通过C型卡环61可拆卸的配合在前撑杆5的横杆52中部,为方便帐篷的展收,该顶撑杆6本实施例中为伸缩杆,除此以外,顶撑杆6还可采用两根单向铰接的折杆或者其他结构来替代。在帐篷展开时,通过该顶撑杆6可增加帐篷的支撑强度,同时也可避免帐篷布下垂,使用户体验效果更好。
如图8所示,为本发明的实施例4,其与实施例3的不同之处在于,该实施例中,所述顶撑杆6设置有两根,两陈顶撑杆6对称设置在帐篷的顶部两侧,即两根顶撑杆6的一端固定枢接在顶盖2的前端两侧,另一端通过C型卡环61可拆卸的配合在前撑杆5的横杆52两侧。如此可进一步避免帐篷布下垂,增加帐篷内部的空间。
综上所述,本发明将帐篷架10的顶盖2后端直接枢接在底座1的后端,再通过设置在底座1与顶盖2之间的支撑连杆3实现帐篷的展收功能,帐篷展收时,只需控制顶盖2的前端相对底座1的前端展开或者靠合,帐篷布20会与帐篷架10连动展收,整个帐篷的结构简单,展收易行,成本相对较低,具备市场竞争力。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明的技术范围作任何限制,故但凡依本发明的权利要求和说明书所做的变化或修饰,皆应属于本发明专利涵盖的范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种侧撑式车顶帐篷,其包括帐篷架及配合在帐篷架内的帐篷布,其特征在于:所述帐篷架包括一底座、一顶盖及至少一支撑连杆;其中,所述顶盖的后端枢接在底座的后端,所述支撑连杆设置在底座与顶盖之间,支撑连杆的一端连接顶盖,另一端连接底座,所述帐篷布配合设置在顶盖与底座之间,顶盖前端与底座前端之间的帐篷布上设有一开口。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的侧撑式车顶帐篷,其特征在于:所述帐篷架的各支撑连杆为一伸缩杆,支撑连杆的一端枢接在顶盖上,另一端枢接在底座上。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的侧撑式车顶帐篷,其特征在于:所述帐篷架的各支撑连杆为丝杆,各支撑连杆的一端枢接在顶盖或底座上,另一端可前后滑动的设置在底座或者顶盖上。
  4. 如权利要求2或3所述的侧撑式车顶帐篷,其特征在于:所述帐篷架的两侧分别设有一支撑连杆。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的侧撑式车顶帐篷,其特征在于:所述顶盖朝向底座的一端外周设有一挡垣,所述底座顶面的外周往上设置有一凸垣,挡垣及凸垣对应设置,所述帐篷布设置在挡垣与凸垣之间。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的侧撑式车顶帐篷,其特征在于:所述帐篷架还包括一具有竖杆及横杆且开口朝下的U型前撑杆,前撑杆的两竖杆枢接在底座的前端,所述帐篷布配合套设在该前撑杆的横杆上,帐篷布的开口设置在前撑杆的U型开口内。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的侧撑式车顶帐篷,其特征在于:所述前撑杆的两竖杆为伸缩杆结构。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的侧撑式车顶帐篷,其特征在于:所述帐篷架还包括至少一顶撑杆,顶撑杆的一端连接顶盖的前端,另一端连接前撑杆的横杆。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的侧撑式车顶帐篷,其特征在于:所述顶撑杆包括一根,该顶撑杆的一端枢接固定在顶盖的前端中部,另一端设有一C型卡环,C型卡环可拆卸的配合在前撑杆的横杆中部。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的侧撑式车顶帐篷,其特征在于:所述顶撑杆包括两根,两根顶撑杆的一端固定枢接在顶盖的前端两侧,另一端通过C型卡环可拆卸的配合在前撑杆的横杆两侧。
