设置在低温储物柜3区域内的机械手a5负责将低温储物柜3区域内的物品传递到低温储物柜3的出料槽口;烹饪器4所在区域内的机械手b6的工作范围为与低温储物柜3的出料槽口相连的低温储物柜3出口与烹饪器4投料口之间的所有可及范围,烹饪器4所在区域内的机械手b6上设置有包装袋切割装置;洗碗器2区域内的机械手c7的工作范围为洗碗器2内与烹饪器4下方的可升降托盘14之间的所有可及范围,烹饪器4下方的可升降托盘14通过洗碗器2与烹饪器4之间设置的活动盖板8进行食具上下传送,消毒后的食具通过洗碗器2区域内的机械手c7放置到烹饪器4下方的可升降托盘14上的餐具定位槽上,由可升降托盘14将餐具运送到烹饪器4下方结合烹饪;为了保证机械手能够到达所需要的位置,会在相应的区域内预先设置各个所需方向的导轨,从而实现各个必要区域的活动范围;
用户输入界面1和机械手分别与中央控制器连接并受中央控制器控制;
所有的机械手为带视觉识别系统的机械手。
食具传送过程可通过各种常用的带视觉识别系统的机械手以及多个机械手之间通过中央控制器中的预设程序进行联动运作,从而完成食具运送过程。
烹饪器可以使用各种常用的烹饪器,只需相应的设置一个可升降托盘14,用于将食具运送上去并与烹饪器配合烹饪即可,也可以使用过热蒸汽烹饪器,比如申请人之前申请的“自动化加工食物的过热蒸汽食物烹饪器”(申请号201621246297.0),自动化加工食物的过热蒸汽食物烹饪器,其包括半圆球体空心外壳,在半圆球体空心外壳上部设置投料口、调料口、蒸汽喷入口、气体排放口以及可升降托盘14;半圆球体空心外壳底端设置有呈圆环形的餐具压边;可升降托盘14上设置有餐具定位凹槽;储物冰箱可以使用各种常用的自动售卖 储物冰箱或自动售卖柜,仅需要设置一个自动感应门与烹饪器区域联通即可;也可以使用申请人之前申请的具有“储物冰箱密封门及其密封结构”(申请号201621304330.0)的储物冰箱,只需要在储物冰箱内设置有斜向出口槽即可与烹饪区域进行连接。烹饪器所在区域内的机械手上设置有包装袋切割装置主要为设置有切割刀,配合带有自动开口的包装袋使用,配合本申请人之前申请的“带有集水功能的自动开口包装袋”(申请号201621249831.3)效果会更加完美。
实施例2:优化的智能自动化一体厨房
智能自动化一体厨房,其包括用户输入界面1以及整体依次连接的洗碗器2、低温储物柜3和烹饪器4,洗碗器2、低温储物柜3和烹饪器4之间的物品传递通过分别设置在低温储物柜区域内的机械手a5、烹饪器所在区域内的机械手b6和洗碗器区域内的机械手c7配合实现;
设置在低温储物柜3区域内的机械手a5负责将低温储物柜3区域内的物品传递到低温储物柜3的出料槽口;烹饪器4所在区域内的机械手b6的工作范围为与低温储物柜3的出料槽口相连的低温储物柜3出口与烹饪器4投料口之间的所有可及范围,烹饪器4所在区域内的机械手b6上设置有包装袋切割装置;洗碗器2区域内的机械手c7的工作范围为洗碗器2内与烹饪器4下方的可升降托盘14之间的所有可及范围,烹饪器4下方的可升降托盘14通过洗碗器2与烹饪器4之间设置的活动盖板8进行食具上下传送,消毒后的食具通过洗碗器2区域内的机械手c7放置到烹饪器4下方的可升降托盘14上的餐具定位槽上,由可升降托盘14将餐具运送到烹饪器4下方结合烹饪;为了保证机械手能够到达所需要的位置,会在相应的区域内预先设置各个所需方向的导轨,从而实现各个必要区域的活动范围;
用户输入界面1和机械手分别与中央控制器连接并受中央控制器控制;
所有的机械手为带视觉识别系统的机械手。
食具传送过程可通过各种常用的带视觉识别系统的机械手以及多个机械手之间通过中央控制器中的预设程序进行联动运作,从而完成食具运送过程。
其中的洗碗器2包括下层的浸泡槽9、二层的食具冲洗架10和高温杀菌消毒设备以及消毒后的食具存放区11。
所述的烹饪器4为过热蒸汽烹饪器。
低温储物柜3内的食材通过与中央控制器连接的低温储物柜3区域内的机械手a5进行识别并抓取到低温储物柜3侧面与烹饪工作区相连的自动开口处的具有斜度的出料口位置。
在洗碗器2的底部设置有排水口12与厨余垃圾处理器连接。
所述的烹饪器4至少设置一个。
烹饪器4所在区域内设置有包装袋弃置管口13。
低温储物柜3内的物品通过识别码、颜色和形状中的一种或各种方式间的组合来帮助低温储物柜3区域内的机械手a5进行正确的识别并抓取。

本发明的智能自动化一体厨房的工作流程包括:
1、用户通过用户输入界面输入所需的烹饪菜单指令到中央控制器,输入方式可以使触摸、按键、语音等各种常用输入方式;
2、当用户输入所需的烹饪菜单指令,中央控制器控制低温储物柜区域内的机械手通过电动直线滑台追踪包装上的识别码并抓取指令需要的食材到低温储物柜的出料槽口,由传感器启动低温储物柜密封门打开,并滑出低温储物柜外;低温储物柜密封门感应到食材到达后自动打开,食材通过倾斜的导向槽滑落到低温储物柜外的平台;低温储物柜区域内的机械手可根据多种识别方式(比如识别码、颜色、形状等)识别位置抓取所需的食材到低温储物柜的出料槽;
3、当传感器感应到食物已抵达低温储物柜密封门外时,中央控制器根据用户输入的预设菜单发出指令,控制洗碗器区域内的机械手抓取食具存放区内需要的食具到烹饪器下方的可升降托盘的定位凹槽上;同时烹饪器所在区域内的机械手工作:将食材抓取至烹饪器上方的投料口上方打开包装袋、投料,食材自然跌落食具中,烹饪器所在区域内的机械手在完成投料动作后便自动移至包装袋弃置管口处置废弃的包装袋;
4、当传感器感应到食材已经到达烹饪器下房的可升降托盘上的 食具中时,中央控制器根据用户预设的菜单启动烹饪器进行烹饪;
5、当过烹饪器已经根据用户输入的预设菜单烹饪完成,将信息反馈给中央控制器,中央控制器提示用户已经完成任务,食具已经代替传统锅,所以不需要重新倒进碗里。
6、餐具清洗流程:当一堆碗、碟(碗、碟为带标识的专用碗、碟)随机倒进洗碗器底层浸泡槽进行浸泡;洗碗器区域内的机械手按设定通过电动直线滑台降下至设定位置,将碗、碟整理排放于二层食具冲洗架;高温水阀启动反复冲洗碗、碟至干净;再启动过热蒸汽高温杀菌消毒;洗碗器区域内的机械手随电动直线滑台回升至设定位置,同时触动洗碗器顶盖开关令顶盖向侧滑开,并将清洗消毒好的碗、碟放置到食具存放区备用。
综上所述,仅为本发明的较佳实例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制;凡熟悉本专业的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,利用以所揭示的技术内容而做出的些许变更、修饰与演变的等同变化,均视为本发明的等效实例;同时,凡根据本发明的实质技术对以上实施例所作出的任何等同变化的变更、修饰与演变,均仍属于本发明的技术方案的保护范围之内。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种智能自动化一体厨房,其特征在于:
    包括用户输入界面以及整体依次连接的洗碗器、低温储物柜和烹饪器,洗碗器、低温储物柜和烹饪器之间的物品传递通过分别设置在低温储物柜区域内的机械手、烹饪器所在区域内的机械手和洗碗器区域内的机械手配合实现;
    设置在低温储物柜区域内的机械手负责将低温储物柜区域内的物品传递到低温储物柜的出料槽口;烹饪器所在区域内的机械手的工作范围为与低温储物柜的出料槽口相连的低温储物柜出口与烹饪器投料口之间的所有可及范围,烹饪器所在区域内的机械手上设置有包装袋切割装置;洗碗器区域内的机械手的工作范围为洗碗器内与烹饪器下方的可升降托盘之间的所有可及范围,烹饪器下方的可升降托盘通过洗碗器与烹饪器之间设置的活动盖板进行食具上下传送,消毒后的食具通过洗碗器区域内的机械手放置到烹饪器下方的可升降托盘上的餐具定位槽上,由可升降托盘将餐具运送到烹饪器下方结合烹饪;
    用户输入界面和机械手分别与中央控制器连接并受中央控制器控制;
    所有的机械手为带视觉识别系统的机械手。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能自动化一体厨房,其特征在于:
    其中的洗碗器包括下层的浸泡槽、二层的食具冲洗架和高温杀菌消毒设备以及消毒后的食具存放区。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的智能自动化一体厨房,其特征在于:
    所述的烹饪器为过热蒸汽烹饪器。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的智能自动化一体厨房,其特征在于:
    低温储物柜内的食材通过低温储物柜区域内的机械手进行识别并抓取到低温储物柜侧面与烹饪工作区相连的自动开口处的具有斜度的出料口位置。

    在洗碗器的底部设置有排水口与厨余垃圾处理器连接。
