Abstract

L'invention concerne un ensemble de pressage, destiné à déshydrater une bande de papier, de carton, de tissu ou une autre bande de matière fibreuse (1) dans une machine de production et/ou façonnage de celle-ci, comprenant un rouleau aspirant (2) entouré par une bande de déshydratation (4) à circulation sans fin, absorbant l'eau et perméable à l'air ainsi que par la bande fibreuse extérieure (1), et un rouleau central cylindrique (3) situé en aval par référence à la direction de défilement (5) de la bande, entourée par une bande de transfert lisse (6) à circulation sans fin et prenant part à la formation d'au moins une emprise de pressage (13, 14) avec un rouleau de pressage (17, 18) entouré par une bande de déshydratation (15, 16) absorbant l'eau et à circulation sans fin. La bande de transfert (6) reprend la bande de matière fibreuse (1) de la bande de déshydratation (4) du rouleau aspirant (2).
