Definitions

  • the invention relates to a pressing arrangement according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • a pressing arrangement is known from EP-A-1 316 641 known..
  • Multi-press nip press assemblies are known, for example, in compact form with a central roll involved in multiple press nips.
  • the object of the invention is therefore to reduce the roughness and roughness two-sidedness of the fibrous web and, if possible, also to improve the web guide.
  • the opposite, smooth contact surfaces of the smoothing roller and the transfer belt provide for a relatively equilateral smoothing of the fibrous web and thus for a reduction of the roughness and the Rauhtechnikszwei supramony.
  • the number of water-absorbing drainage tapes is sufficient and the inventive arrangement with two dewatering belts on both sides of the fibrous web provides for an approximately symmetrical drainage.
  • the fibrous web should as far as possible be supported in the entire area of the pressing arrangement, preferably of at least one band or one roller. This is particularly important because of the high moisture content and thus the relatively low strength of the fibrous web in this area of importance.
  • the dewatering belt of the second press nip should take over the fibrous web from the opposite with respect to the fibrous web dewatering belt of the first press nip and the fibrous web after the second press nip of transfer preferably under the fibrous web transfer belt to an air-permeable transfer belt.
  • the transfer belt should wrap around an evacuated guide roll during the takeover of the fibrous web.
  • the negative pressure of this guide roller sucks the fibrous web to the transfer belt and increases the adhesion to this.
  • the dewatering belt of the third press nip should take over the fibrous web from the transfer belt. It is advantageous if the Dewatering belt takes over the fibrous web in the evacuated wrap area of the evacuated press roll.
  • the negative pressure of the evacuated pressure roller ensures the suction of the fibrous web to the acquiring dewatering belt.
  • the fibrous web can then be transferred from the dewatering belt of the third press nip to an air-permeable belt of a following machine unit, preferably a dryer group.
  • the first and / or the second press nip preferably both press nips should be made extended.
  • the extended press nip can be formed by a preferably arranged above the fibrous web shoe press roll and a cylindrical counter roll.
  • the smoothing roll should have a coating, preferably of ceramic.
  • the delivery of the fibrous web from the smoothing roll to the dewatering belt can also be assisted by the diameter of the smoothing roll being smaller than or equal to the diameter of the evacuated press roll.
  • the evacuated press roll should have several, preferably in the web running direction one behind the other have lying suction zones. An adaptation is so easy on the extent, the location and the different degrees of suction of the zones possible.
  • the evacuated press roll in the region of the press nip has a high vacuum zone, which preferably also extends in the web running direction beyond.
  • the increased negative pressure ensures a water removal of the water pressed out of the fibrous web and for a strong adhesion of the fibrous web to the dewatering belt, so that the fibrous web, in particular after the press nip, reliably releases from the smooth lateral surface of the smoothing roll.
  • the negative pressure in the high vacuum zone should be between 10 and 60 kPa.
  • the negative pressure in the suction area of the evacuated press roll outside the high vacuum zone should be below 30 kPa.
  • This negative pressure is sufficient to ensure the acquisition and the maintenance of the fibrous web on the dewatering belt to the third press nip in sufficient form.
  • the vacuum can suck the water thrown off the dewatering belt into the press roller. Therefore, the suction area of the evacuated press roll should extend beyond the wrap area of the drainage tape in the web running direction.
  • the thrown off water can alternatively or additionally be collected by a gully.
  • the transfer belt should have a hardness of not more than 80, preferably not more than 50 P & J.
  • the roughness Rz of the transfer belt should be between 5 and 50 microns.
  • the transfer belt In order not to impair the fibrous web surface, the transfer belt should be designed as a markarmarmes, still permeable, non-rewet, preferably as a dryer.
  • the vacuumed press roller is driven speed-controlled. This allows the creation of a turn.
  • the guide roller of the transfer belt should also preferably be speed-controlled to be able to produce a synchronization with the evacuated press roll.
  • the smoothing roller is also driven. This should be done momentary in normal operation.
  • the third press nip should be opened during the transfer of the fibrous web. It is advantageous if the smoothing roller is preferably driven speed-controlled in preparation for the closing of the press nip.
  • the fibrous web 1 is transferred from a forming wire 2 of a former upstream of the press assembly for forming the paper machine to an upper water-absorbing dewatering belt 3 of a first press nip of the press assembly. This transfer is supported by a looped by the dewatering belt 3, suctioned guide roll.
  • This dewatering belt 3 leads the fibrous web 1 together with a lower water-absorbing dewatering belt 4 through the first press nip.
  • the fibrous web 1 is still passed together via a transfer line from both dewatering belts 3,4, before the upper dewatering belt 3 is led away from the fibrous web 1.
  • the lower dewatering belt 4 then transfers the fibrous web 1 to an upper, water-absorbing dewatering belt 5 of a second press nip. Through this second press nip, the fibrous web 1 runs together with a lower smooth transfer belt. 6
  • Both press gaps are elongated and are formed by an upper shoe press roll 11,13 and a lower cylindrical counter roll 10,12.
  • the shoe press rolls 11, 13 have a flexible roll shell, which is pressed by a pressing element with a concave pressing surface to the respective counter roll 10, 12.
  • the resulting, extended press nip allows for gentle, yet intensive dewatering.
  • the upper dewatering belt 5 is led away from the fibrous web 1. This is not a problem since the fibrous web 1 adheres much more to the smooth transfer belt 6 than to the opposite dewatering belt 5.
  • the fibrous web is transferred after an air-permeable transfer belt 7 in the form of a low-mark drying fabric.
  • This transfer is supported by a, coiled by the transfer belt 7 and sucked guide roller 14 by the negative pressure of this guide roller 14 sucks the fibrous web 1 to the transfer belt 7.
  • This transfer belt 7 leads the fibrous web 1 to a further, lower, water-absorbing dewatering belt 8 of a third press nip.
  • This third press nip is formed by a press roll 16 looped around the dewatering belt 8 and an upper smoothing roll 15. In this case, the transfer of the fibrous web 1 takes place while the dewatering belt 8 wraps around the evacuated press roll 16.
  • the dewatering belt 8 transfers the fibrous web 1 to an air-permeable belt 9 in the form of a dryer wire of a following drying group of a dryer section of the machine, which is supported by a suctioned, coiled guide roller 17.
  • the fibrous web 1 is guided for drying over heated drying cylinders 18, wherein the drying wire presses the fibrous web 1 against its lateral surface.
  • the fibrous web 1 is constantly supported by a belt within the press assembly, so that the web guide becomes much more stable and secure, allowing much higher machine speeds.
  • each side of the fibrous web 1 comes in contact with as many (two) relatively rough dewatering bands 3,4,5,8, which reduces the roughness two-sidedness.
  • the drainage bands 3, 4, 5, 7, 8 of the press arrangement are not only water-absorbent, but also permeable to air and designed as press felt.
  • the air permeability allows the support of the railway transfer by suctioned guide rollers 14th
  • the transfer belt 6 should have not only a smooth contact surface with respect to the fibrous web 1, but also a hardness of about 50 P & J. This ensures a sufficient load capacity.
  • the roughness Rz of the transfer belt 6 should be between 5 and 50 micrometers.
  • the dewatering belt 8 of the third press nip should not only be water-absorbent and air-permeable, but also as smooth as possible. This supports the smoothing of the fibrous web 1 in the third press nip and increases the adhesion of the fibrous web 1 to the dewatering belt 8.
  • the dewatering belt should have 8 fibers with at most 11 dtex or a coating with polymers or an increased number of hot melt adhesive fibers on the contact side to the fibrous web 1.
  • blowing device 20 in the gusset of the outgoing press nip, which directs blowing air in particular between the smoothing roll 15 and the fibrous web 1 when transferring.
  • This smoothing roll 15 is provided to ensure sufficient smoothness with a ceramic coating.
  • the evacuated press roll 16 has a plurality of suction zones 21, 22, 23, 24 arranged one behind the other in the web running direction 19.
  • All other suction zones 22, 23, 24 have a negative pressure of less than 30 kPa.
  • the holding zone 22 should only guide the fibrous web 1 safely to the press nip.
  • a post-zone 24 adjoins, which is intended to suck in the water thrown off this after the removal of the dewatering belt 8.
  • a Wasserrrine 25 between the evacuated pressure roller 16 and the draining drainage belt eighth
  • the smoothing roller 15 is lifted and driven speed controlled during this time. This facilitates the subsequent closing of the press nip with the likewise speed-driven, sucked press roller 16.
  • this guide roller 14 is driven speed controlled.
  • This press arrangement not only reduces the two-sidedness of the fibrous web 1 but also enables higher dry contents to be achieved at very high machine speeds.
