Claims (18)
- Section de presse pour l'essorage d'une bande de papier, de carton, d'essuie-tout ou d'une autre matière fibreuse (1) dans une machine de fabrication et/ou de traitement de celle-ci, avec une première fente de pressage formée par deux rouleaux de pressage (7, 9), à travers laquelle une bande d'essorage (2, 3) captant l'eau est guidée en plus de la bande de matière fibreuse (1) sur chacune des deux faces de celle-ci, dans laquelle une bande d'essorage (3) est séparée de la bande de matière fibreuse (1) après cette fente de pressage, et une deuxième fente de pressage suivante formée par deux rouleaux de pressage (8, 10), à travers laquelle circule, en plus de la bande de matière fibreuse (1), une bande d'essorage (4) captant l'eau, qui est disposée sur la même face de la bande de matière fibreuse (1) que la bande d'essorage (2) guidant seule la bande de matière fibreuse (1) après la première fente de pressage, dans laquelle la bande d'essorage (2) guidant seule la bande de matière fibreuse (1) après la première fente de pressage entoure un rouleau de pressage de transfert (11), qui forme une fente de pressage de transfert avec le rouleau de pressage (10) de la deuxième fente de pressage non entouré par une bande d'essorage (4), dans laquelle les deux fentes de pressage possèdent au moins un rouleau de pressage (7, 8) à flèche contrôlée, qui est disposé chaque fois au-dessus de la bande de matière fibreuse (1), caractérisée en ce que les deux plans de pressage (22, 23) des deux premières fentes de pressage sont inclinés et la bande d'essorage inférieure (3) de la première fente de pressage est séparée de la bande de matière fibreuse (1) après un parcours (x) aussi court que possible mais néanmoins d'au moins 60 cm après la première fente de pressage.

- Section de presse selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la force linéique dans la fente de pressage de transfert est comprise entre 5 et 50 N/mm.
- Section de presse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la bande d'essorage (4) de la deuxième fente de pressage est disposée au-dessus de la bande de matière fibreuse (1) .
- Section de presse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la deuxième fente de pressage est située plus haut que la première fente de pressage, de préférence entre 100 et 1500 mm plus haut.
- Section de presse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'angle d'inclinaison des plans de pressage (22, 23) par rapport à la verticale (24) est compris entre 0° et 30°.
- Section de presse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un rouleau à flèche contrôlée (7, 8) comprend une enveloppe de rouleau cylindrique.
- Section de presse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un rouleau de pressage à flèche contrôlée (7, 8) comporte une enveloppe de rouleau flexible, qui est pressée par un élément de pressage à surface de pressage concave vers le rouleau de pressage opposé (9, 10) pour former une fente de pressage prolongée.

- Section de presse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le rouleau de pressage (10) de la deuxième fente de pressage, participant à la fente de pressage de transfert, possède une surface latérale lisse et reprend la bande de matière fibreuse (1) directement de la bande d'essorage (2) de la première fente de pressage.
- Section de presse selon la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que la bande de matière fibreuse est guidée uniquement par le rouleau de pressage lisse (10) après la deuxième fente de pressage et est transférée à un rouleau de transfert (17) ou à une bande (6, 16) perméable à l'air, entourant un rouleau de déviation aspirant (13, 21).
- Section de presse selon la revendication 13, caractérisée en ce que la bande (16) est de préférence capable de capter l'eau et guide la bande de matière fibreuse (1) à travers une troisième fente de pressage.
- Section de presse selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée en ce que le rouleau de pressage (10) de la deuxième fente de pressage participant à la fente de pressage de transfert est entouré par une bande de transfert lisse (5) et reprend la bande de matière fibreuse (1) de la bande d'essorage (2) de la première fente de pressage.
- Section de presse selon la revendication 15, caractérisée en ce que la bande de transfert (5) guide seule la bande de matière fibreuse (1) après la deuxième fente de pressage et la transfère de préférence à une bande (6, 16) perméable à l'air entourant un rouleau de déviation aspirant (13, 21).
- Section de presse selon la revendication 13 ou 16, caractérisée en ce que la bande (6) est réalisée sous la forme d'une toile de séchage et guide la bande de matière fibreuse (1) vers la section de séchage.
- Section de presse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la bande d'essorage (2) transférant la bande de matière fibreuse (1) après la première fente de pressage entoure de nouveau le rouleau de pressage (10) sur un arc pouvant atteindre 10° après la fente de pressage de transfert.
