Definitions

  • the invention relates to a press arrangement for dewatering a paper, board, tissue or another fibrous web in a machine for producing and / or finishing the same with a first, formed by two press rolls press nip, by the side of the fibrous web on both sides each a water-absorbing dewatering tape is guided, wherein a dewatering belt is led away from the fibrous web after this press nip and a subsequent second press nip formed by two press rolls through which runs alongside the fibrous web a water-absorbing dewatering tape which on the same side of the fibrous web as that, the fibrous web after the first press nip only leading drainage tape is arranged.
  • the object of the invention is therefore to improve the web guide with the lowest possible rewet.
  • the transfer of the fibrous web in the transfer press nip can be done without problems.
  • the transfer press roll In order to allow the removal of a dewatering belt from the fibrous web after the first press nip, the transfer press roll should be vacuumed. Through the suction, the adhesion of the fibrous web is reinforced at the then leading alone dewatering belt during the routing of the other dewatering belt.
  • the surface of the fibrous web receiving element should be designed to support the acquisition relatively smooth.
  • the dewatering belt of the second press nip is arranged above the fibrous web.
  • the second press nip should be higher than the first press nip, preferably between 100 and 1500 mm higher.
  • Both press levels of the first two press nips are inclined, wherein the angle of inclination of the press levels to the vertical should be in particular between 0 and 30 °.
  • both press nips have at least one deflection-controlled press roll.
  • the deflection-controlled press roll is in each case arranged above the fibrous web.
  • At least one deflection-controlled press roll has a cylindrical roll shell.
  • At least one deflection-controlled press roll has a flexible roll shell, which is pressed to form an extended press nip by a pressing member with concave pressing surface to the opposite press roll.
  • Prolonged press gaps allow intensive and yet volume-saving dewatering of the fibrous web due to the longer residence time of the fibrous web in the press nip.
  • the non-deflection-controlled, arranged under the fibrous web press roll of the first press nip is carried out sucked.
  • the compactness can be further improved if the deflection controlled press rolls have a smaller diameter than the opposed press rolls.
  • the distance between the two press nips should be between 1.5 and 4 m.
  • a dewatering belt of the first press nip is led away from the fibrous web after the shortest possible distance of at least 60 cm after the first press nip.
  • the press roller of the second press nip involved in the transfer press nip has a smooth outer surface and takes over the fibrous web directly from the dewatering belt of the first press nip.
  • the fibrous web transferring dewatering belt of the first press nip nachumschlingt the receiving press roll of the second press nip after the transfer press nip with preferably up to 10 °.
  • the fibrous web should be continued by the smooth press roll alone and then transferred to a transfer roll or an air-permeable belt looping around an evacuated guide roll.
  • the tape is also water absorbent and the fibrous web passes through a third press nip.
  • Another advantageous embodiment is obtained when the press roll of the second press nip involved in the transfer press nip is surrounded by a smooth transfer belt and takes over the fibrous web from the dewatering belt of the first press nip.
  • the transferring dewatering belt with the transfer belt after the transfer press nip with up to 10 ° nachumschlingt.
  • the transfer belt should lead the fibrous web after the second press nip alone and preferably passed to a, an evacuated guide roll wraps around, air-permeable belt.
  • the air-permeable belt is designed as a dryer and the fibrous web leads to the dryer section.
  • the fibrous web 1 is transferred from a forming wire 15 of an upstream former for sheet formation to the upper dewatering belt 2 of the first press nip of the press assembly. This is supported by an evacuated guide roll 12, which is looped around by the upper dewatering belt 2.
  • the fibrous web 1 runs together with the upper 2 and a lower drainage tape 3.
  • the fibrous web 1 runs together with both dewatering belts 2, 3 over as short a distance X as possible of at least 60 cm. This limitation reduces the rewetting of the fibrous web 1 from the dewatering belts 2, 3.
  • the upper dewatering belt 2 wraps around an evacuated transfer press roller 11.
  • This transfer press roll 11 enhances the adhesion of the fibrous web 1 to the dewatering belt 2, so that the lower dewatering belt 3 can easily be guided away from the fibrous web 1 in this area.
  • the transfer press roll 11 forms, with the lower press roll 10 of a second press nip, a transfer press nip having a line force between 5 and 50 N / mm.
  • the fibrous web 1 passes through the second press nip, which is formed by the lower 10 and an upper, deflection-controlled press roll 8. In this case, only the upper pressure roller 8 is wrapped by a dewatering belt 4.
  • the second press nip is arranged by the distance H in the range of 100 to 1500 mm higher than the first press nip.
  • press planes 22,23 of the two press nips are inclined at an angle between 0 and 30 ° to the vertical 24.
  • the distance L between the press nips is in the range of 1.5 and 4m.
  • the drainage belts 2,3,4,16 are designed as endless circulating and water-absorbing press felts.
  • the deflection-controlled press rolls 7, 8 are smaller than the opposing press rolls 9, 10, with only one backup roll being required for the two deflection-controlled press rolls because of the same design.
  • the fibrous web 1 is constantly supported by a roller or a belt up to the second press nip, which makes the arrangement suitable for high machine speeds.
  • Besaugte roll usually have a perforated roll shell whose interior is connected to a vacuum source.
  • the deflection-controlled press rollers 7.8 of the two press nips have a flexible roll shell, which is used to form an extended press nip of a pressing member with a concave pressing surface to the opposite cylindrical pressing roller 9,10 is pressed.
  • deflection-controlled press rolls 7, 8 with a relatively dimensionally stable, cylindrical roll shell can also be used to form a normal press nip.
  • the lower press roller 10 of the second press nip has a smooth outer surface, which supports the takeover of the fibrous web 1 in the transfer press nip.
  • the transferring dewatering belt 2 wraps around the receiving press roll 10 even after the transfer press nip with up to 10 °. From the transfer press nip passes the fibrous web 1 of this smooth press roller 10 is supported to the press nip and then to the transfer to an air-permeable belt 6 in the form of a dryer fabric of the following dryer section. The acquisition is supported by a looped by the dryer fabric, suctioned guide roller 13.
  • the fibrous web 1 is supported by dry sieves over heated drying cylinders 14.
  • the fibrous web 1 according to FIG. 2 transferred from the smooth press roller 10 of the second press nip to a smooth transfer roller 17, from which the fibrous web 1 is transferred to a lower, air-permeable dewatering belt 16 of a third press nip.
  • the takeover is supported by a, coiled from the lower dewatering belt 16, suctioned guide roller 21.
  • the third press nip is formed by a lower, deflection-controlled press roll 19 and an upper, smooth, cylindrical press roll 18. Since the smooth press roller 18 with respect to the fibrous web 1 with respect to the smooth press roller 10th is arranged of the second press nip, results in a relatively high equilateral smoothness of the fibrous web. 1
  • Both smooth pressure rollers 10,18 should be constructed the same, so that a reserve roller is sufficient.
  • the deflection-controlled press rolls 7, 8 and 19 have the same structure.
  • the fibrous web 1 passes through a smooth transfer roller 20 to a drying wire of the dryer section.
  • the lower press roll 10 of the second press nip is looped around by a smooth transfer belt 5.
  • the press roller 10 need not have a smooth cover, but like the press roller 9, it may be grooved and / or blind-drilled so that a reserve roller is sufficient for both press rollers.
  • the transfer belt 5 is very well suited for guiding the fibrous web 1 through the press nip and after this until transfer.
  • a dryer wire of the following dryer section takes over the fibrous web 1 from the transfer belt 5.
  • the lower press roll 9 is carried out in an evacuated manner.
  • the entire press arrangement is very compact and has not only a secure web guide, but also a reduced rewet.
