Definitions

  • the invention relates to a press arrangement for dewatering a paper, board, tissue or another fibrous web in a machine for producing and / or finishing the same with a first, formed by two press rolls, extended press nip, by the next to the fibrous web on both sides ever water-absorbing dewatering belt is guided, wherein a dewatering belt is led away from the fibrous web after the first press nip, and a last formed by two press rolls extended press nip through which next to the fibrous web a water-absorbing dewatering belt and on the, the fibrous web opposite side runs a smooth transfer belt, wherein the fibrous web is transferred from the sole leading dewatering belt of the first press nip to the transfer belt, wherein the, the fibrous web alone leading dewatering belt of the first press nip wraps around a besaugte transfer press roll, which with the Tra nsferband embraced press roll of the last press nip forms a transfer gap.
  • the object of the invention is therefore to provide a press assembly as simple as possible with improved web guidance and the highest possible dewatering capacity.
  • this object is achieved in that the, the fibrous web donating dewatering belt of the transfer press roll nachumschlingt the looped by the transfer belt press roller of the last press nip after the transfer gap.
  • the Nachumschlingung can be relatively small in the extent of a few degrees. However, it should allow adequate ventilation of the drainage belt to ensure a safe web delivery to the transfer belt.
  • the evacuated transfer press roll reinforced by the negative pressure, the adhesion of the fibrous web at the intermediate drainage tape, so that the opposite dewatering belt can be easily carried away.
  • the takeover of the fibrous web by the transfer belt can be assisted by pressing the transfer press roll and the press roll wrapped by the transfer belt against each other.
  • the transfer press roll and the press belt looped around by the transfer belt do not exert any pressure on the fibrous web in the transfer nip. This reduces the compaction of the fibrous web and reduces rewetting.
  • the transfer press roll can be made to perform in the transfer nip, like a conventional baffle guide roll, because of the pressure, if any, then preferably low, which reduces the expense for the transfer press roll itself, but also for the reserve posture.
  • the transfer belt should pre-loop the transfer press roll before the transfer nip.
  • the adhesion of the fibrous web to the transfer belt can be increased even further by moistening the transfer belt before taking over the fibrous web.
  • the first press nip should be formed by a cylindrical press roll and a shoe press roll, which is preferably arranged above the fibrous web.
  • the last press nip is extended and is preferably formed by a cylindrical press roll and a shoe press roll, which is looped around by the dewatering belt of the last press nip.
  • the shoe press rolls have a flexible roll shell, which is pressed by a pressing element with concave pressing surface to the opposite, cylindrical press roll.
  • the shoe press rolls are made relatively compact and have a diameter between 700 and 1300 mm, which facilitates the geometric conditions in terms of web guide and the arrangement of gutters and other accessories.
  • the pressing pressure in the transfer gap is set proportionally to the pressing pressure in the last press nip, can be dispensed with a crowning of the press rolls.
  • the fibrous web runs through this with two water-absorbing dewatering belts.
  • the pressure rollers looped by dewatering belts have a profiled surface in the form of grooves and / or blind holes, which increases their water absorption capacity.
  • the transfer belt can transfer the fibrous web after the last press nip, preferably to a transfer wire arranged on the opposite side, which transfers the fibrous web Fiber web leads to a running over the fibrous web drying wire a following drying group.
  • the fibrous web should be blown during the wrapping of the transfer press roll with hot steam.
  • the press plane of at least the first and the last press nip is inclined to the vertical. This allows optimal web guidance and improves the possibility of catching spray water over water channels after the respective press nip.
  • a particularly simple structure and a simple way to remove the fibrous web in a demolition is given when the fibrous web is supported in the following drying group, supported by the dryer, alternately heated heated cylinder and guide rollers, wherein the fibrous web with, preferably arranged below it drying cylinders comes into contact.
  • the press assembly consists of a first press nip formed by two press rolls 2, 3 and a last press nip formed by two other press rolls 5, 6.
  • the first press nip is designed to be extended in the interest of intensive but gentle dewatering and is formed by a cylindrical press roll 3 and a shoe press roll 2 arranged above the fibrous web 1.
  • the fibrous web 1 runs through the first press nip together with a dewatering belt 11, 12 on both sides, the upper dewatering belt 11 taking over the fibrous web 1 from a forming wire 10 of an upstream former.
  • the transfer press roll 4 forms a transfer nip with the upper, cylindrical press roll 5, which is surrounded by a smooth, impermeable transfer belt 14. Both rollers are 4.5 slightly pressed against each other.
  • the fibrous web 1 is transferred from the lower dewatering belt 12 of the first press nip to the transfer belt 14 of the last press nip.
  • the pressing pressure in the transfer gap assists in the formation of sufficient adhesion of the fibrous web 1 to the smooth transfer belt 14.
  • the evacuated over-press roller 4 can be carried out as a normal evacuated guide roller.
  • the lower dewatering belt 12 delivering the fibrous web 1 wraps around the press roller 5 looped by the transfer belt 14 after the transfer press nip by several degrees.
  • This Nachumschlingung A allows sufficient ventilation of the dewatering belt 12 and thus easier release of the fibrous web 1 from the dewatering belt 12th
  • the fibrous web 1 then runs together with the transfer belt 14 lying above the fibrous web 1 and a dewatering belt 13 arranged below the fibrous web 1 through the last press nip.
  • This press nip is also elongated and is formed by a lower shoe press roll 6 and the upper, cylindrical press roll 5 for this purpose.
  • the fibrous web 1 runs together with the transfer belt 14 until transfer to an air-permeable transfer screen 15, which wraps around an evacuated guide roller 7 during the transfer.
  • This transfer screen 15 in turn transfers the fibrous web 1 to a drying wire 16 of a following drying group.
  • the fibrous web 1 is blown during the wrapping of the transfer press roll 4 by a steam blower box 19 with hot steam.
  • This hot steam leads to a heating of the fibrous web 1 and thus improves the dewatering performance in the last press nip.
  • the fibrous web 1 runs with the lower transfer belt 14 and a dewatering belt 13 arranged above the fibrous web 1 through the last press nip.
  • the fibrous web 1 is guided by the transfer belt 14 until it is taken over by the dryer wire 16 of the following drying group.
  • the press rolls 2,3,4,5,6 are associated with gutters or hoods 17 for collecting the sprayed water ejected from the press rolls 2,3,4,5,6.
  • the line forces in these press nips can be set independently and in the full line force range.
  • the application is also advantageous for heavy paper grades.
  • FIG. 3 shows the transfer gap in a detail view.
  • the transfer belt 14 wraps around the evacuated transfer press roll 4 at an angle A in front of the transfer gap.
  • the donor dewatering belt 11 of the transfer press roller 4 wraps around the press roller 5 looped by the transfer belt 14 at an angle B after the transfer gap.
  • the fibrous web 1 guided exclusively by the smooth transfer belt 14, nor run through a Glättspalt. This is formed here by two smoothing rollers 19,20. Subsequently, the transfer of the fibrous web 1 from the transfer belt 14 to the drying wire 16.
