一种瓶子翻转下料装置及方法。装置包括:下料板(10)、限位挡板(11)、开关板(12)与第一驱动机构(13)。下料板(10)设有下料口(101),限位挡板(11)位于下料板(10)的上方、且在下料板上投影的一端位于下料口(101)的边缘。第一驱动机构(13)用于驱动开关板(12)移入或移出下料口(101)。限位挡板(11)与下料板(10)之间的间隔大小大于瓶子头部外径大小、且小于瓶子尾部外径大小。无论输送轨道中的瓶子逆平躺或顺平躺,均能使得瓶子以同一朝向坠入到空泡罩或瓶子输送轨道上,使得工作效率较高。

瓶子翻转下料装置与下料方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种输送装置,特别是涉及一种瓶子翻转下料装置与下料方法。
背景技术
传统的理瓶输送装置是将瓶子平躺置于输送带上,通过电机驱动输送带转动来输送瓶子,最后会将瓶子推入至空泡罩中或瓶子输送轨道中。然而,输送带上的瓶子可以为尾部朝前的顺平躺或头部朝前的逆平躺。若瓶子为尾部朝前的顺平躺时,瓶子被推出输送带时,瓶子90度翻转,瓶子尾部朝下并掉入到空泡罩中或瓶子输送轨道中;反之,若瓶子为头部朝前的逆平躺时,瓶子90度翻转,瓶子头部朝下并掉入到空泡罩中或瓶子输送轨道中。如此,泡罩或输送轨道中瓶子的朝向并不一致,需要人工进行调整,这样将耗费人力物力,工作效率较低。
发明内容
基于此,有必要针对现有技术的缺陷,提供一种瓶子翻转下料装置,它能够使得瓶子以同一朝向坠入到空泡罩或瓶子输送轨道上。
其技术方案如下:一种瓶子翻转下料装置,包括:下料板,所述下料板设有用于瓶子穿过的下料口;限位挡板,所述限位挡板位于所述下料板的上方,所述限位挡板在所述下料板上投影的一端位于所述下料口的边缘,所述限位挡板与所述下料板之间具有间隔,所述间隔大小大于所述瓶子头部外径 大小、且小于所述瓶子尾部外径大小;开关板与第一驱动机构,所述开关板与所述下料口相应设置,所述第一驱动机构用于驱动所述开关板移入或移出所述下料口;当所述限位挡板抵触所述瓶子头部时,所述瓶子尾部完全位于所述开关板的上方;当所述限位挡板抵触所述瓶子尾部时,所述瓶子头部的一部分凸出于所述下料口外、并位于所述下料板上方。
一种瓶子翻转下料方法,采用了所述的瓶子翻转下料装置,包括如下步骤:第一驱动机构驱动开关板移动至下料口;驱动平躺瓶子移动至所述下料口处,并使得所述瓶子头部或所述瓶子尾部抵触限位挡板;所述第一驱动机构驱动所述开关板从所述下料口移出,以使得平躺瓶子从所述下料口处掉落下料。
上述的瓶子翻转下料装置及方法,第一驱动机构驱动开关板从下料口移出时,若瓶子头部朝前逆平躺时,瓶子头部位于限位挡板与下料板之间,如此瓶子头部挂住下料板无法翻转,而瓶子尾部完全位于下料口中,由于失去开关板的支撑,便发生90度翻转,并掉入至下料通道中;若瓶子尾部朝前逆平躺时,瓶子头部的一部分凸出于下料口外、并位于下料板上方,如此瓶子头部挂住下料板无法翻转,而瓶子尾部由于抵触限位挡板无法伸入至限位挡板与下料板之间的间隔,而完全位于下料口中,并由于失去开关板的支撑,便发生90度翻转,并掉入至下料通道中。如此,无论输送轨道中的瓶子逆平躺或顺平躺,本实施例均能使得瓶子以同一朝向坠入到空泡罩或瓶子输送轨道上,使得工作效率较高。
在其中一个实施例中,所述的瓶子翻转下料装置还包括分隔机构,所述分隔机构设置在所述下料板的上方,且所述分隔机构与所述下料板滑动配合,所述分隔机构包括并列间隔设置的多个第一分隔档块,相邻所述第一分隔挡 块之间的间隔能够用于所述瓶子穿过;所述下料板设有开口区,所述开关板为多个,所述开关板、所述限位挡板均与相邻所述第一分隔挡块之间的间隔一一相应,所述开关板并列间隔设置于所述开口区,所述开关板与所述下料板相连,所述下料口位于相邻所述开关板之间。本实施例中,开关板与下料板一体成型,限位挡板装设在分隔机构上。可以使多个平躺瓶子通过多个第一分隔挡块相互分隔开,并通过第一驱动机构驱动下料板相对于分隔机构滑动,以控制相邻第一分隔挡块之间的间隔是否与相邻开关板之间的间隔是否相通,如果相通,那么相邻第一分隔挡块之间的间隔中的瓶子便通过进料口掉入下料通道中,如果不相通,那么瓶子便可以在开关板上向前滑动并最终与限位挡板抵触。
在其中一个实施例中,所述的瓶子翻转下料装置还包括下料分隔板,所述下料分隔板设置在所述下料板的下方,所述下料分隔板包括并列间隔设置的多个下料滑道,所述下料滑道与相邻所述第一分隔挡块之间的间隔一一相应。瓶子从下料口掉下后,便进入到下料分隔板的下料滑道中,通过下料滑道向下滑行。下料滑道为瓶子的滑行轨道,它能避免瓶子翻转,保证瓶子尾部朝下有序滑行至空泡罩或瓶子输送轨道上。本实施例中,下料分隔板相对于下料板倾斜80度至85度,这样瓶子下料过程中,沿着下料滑道底壁向下运行。
在其中一个实施例中,所述的瓶子翻转下料装置还包括载板与输送瓶机构,所述载板上并列开设有用于瓶子滑过的多个滑槽,所述滑槽与所述第一分隔挡块之间的间隔一一相应,所述输送瓶机构用于将所述滑槽中的瓶子驱动至所述下料板。本实施例中,所述输送瓶机构包括设置在所述载板上方的转动轴,以及设置在所述转动轴上的推板。通过转动轴转动带动推板转动, 从而便可以将载板上的瓶子由站立状态打倒为平躺状态,并顺势将平躺瓶子推出载板输出。如此,无需工作人员手动倒瓶操作,工作效率便可以得以提高。本实施例中,所要输送的瓶子为扁平状瓶,扁平状瓶的宽度大于扁平状瓶的厚度。将滑槽的宽度与瓶子的厚度相应设计,且滑槽的深度小于瓶子的宽度。这样,瓶子被推入到滑槽中后,瓶子仍有部分凸出于载板的滑槽外,推板随同转轴转动过程中,能够接触到瓶子位于滑槽外的部位,并被推板沿着滑槽方向推出载板。本实施例中,所述推板为两个以上,所述推板沿所述转动轴的轴向方向设置,且所述推板间隔布置于所述转动轴外侧壁。且所述推板为弹性板。所述转动轴外侧壁设置有卡槽,所述推板卡固于所述卡槽中。推板为硅胶材料。这样,推板打倒瓶子过程中,能避免损伤瓶子。
在其中一个实施例中,所述的瓶子翻转下料装置还包括振动机构,所述振动机构与所述载板传动相连。
在其中一个实施例中,所述的瓶子翻转下料装置还包括第一侧挡板与第二侧挡板,所述第一侧挡板与所述第二侧挡板分别设置于所述载板的两侧。
在其中一个实施例中,所述的瓶子翻转下料装置还包括第一端挡板与第二端挡板,所述第一端挡板设置在所述载板的瓶子输出端,所述第一端挡板底面与所述滑槽底壁之间的距离小于所述瓶子的高度;所述第二端挡板设置在所述载板上,且所述第二端挡板与所述第一端挡板对立设置,所述第一端挡板、所述第二端挡板、所述第一侧挡板与所述第二侧挡板围成料仓。这样,通过第一端挡板挡住站立状态的瓶子,避免将站立状态的瓶子输出。由于第一端挡板、第二端挡板、第一侧挡板与第二侧挡板围成料仓,这样瓶子振动过程中,料仓能将瓶子限位于载板上,以避免振动机构振动瓶子过程中或者推板打倒瓶子过程中将瓶子振出或推出载板外。
在其中一个实施例中,所述的瓶子翻转下料装置还包括瓶子位置控制机构,所述瓶子位置控制机构包括支撑板、切换隔板与第二驱动机构,所述支撑板设置在所述载板与所述分隔机构之间,所述切换隔板与所述支撑板滑动配合,所述切换隔板并列设有多个通道,所述通道与滑槽一一相应设置;所述第二驱动机构用于驱动所述切换隔板移动至第一位置或第二位置,当所述第二驱动机构驱动所述切换隔板移动至第一位置时,所述通道与所述滑槽相连通、且所述通道与相邻所述第一分隔挡块之间的间隔相断开;当所述第二驱动机构驱动所述切换隔板移动至第二位置时,所述通道与所述滑槽相断开、且所述通道与相邻所述第一分隔挡块之间的间隔相连通。本实施例中,切换隔板中通道的长度与瓶子的长度相应,当瓶子完全移入至切换隔板中的通道中时,通过第二驱动机构驱动切换隔板由第一位置滑动至第二位置,此时通道与滑槽相断开、且通道与相邻第一分隔挡块之间的间隔相连通,瓶子便从通道继续移动至相邻第一分隔挡块之间的间隔中。
在其中一个实施例中,所述的瓶子翻转下料装置还包括横梁,所述横梁设置在所述支撑板上,所述横梁设有导轨,所述切换隔板设有滑块,所述滑块与所述导轨滑动配合。本实施例中,所述瓶子翻转下料装置还包括调速控制装置,所述调速控制装置与所述振动机构或所述输送瓶机构电性连接,所述调速控制装置用于调整振动机构的振动频率或者用于调整所述输送瓶机构的输瓶速度。本实施例中,所述输送瓶机构包括驱动电机,所述驱动电机的转矩输出轴与所述转动轴传动相连。

下面对本发明的实施例进行详细说明:
如图1-3所示,本发明所述的一种瓶子翻转下料装置,包括:下料板10、限位挡板11、开关板12与第一驱动机构13。
请参阅图4,所述下料板10设有用于瓶子50(如图5与图7所示)穿过的下料口101。所述限位挡板11位于所述下料板10的上方,所述限位挡板11在所述下料板10上投影的一端位于所述下料口101的边缘。限位挡板11 端部位于下料口101边缘的余量可以根据实际情况设置,只要能够使得头部朝前逆平躺瓶子50能够正常翻转,限位挡板11不会阻碍到逆平躺瓶子50的翻转动作即可。所述限位挡板11与所述下料板10之间具有间隔。所述间隔大小大于所述瓶子50头部外径大小、且小于所述瓶子50尾部外径大小。所述开关板12与所述下料口101相应设置,所述第一驱动机构13用于驱动所述开关板12移入或移出所述下料口101。
请参阅图5-8,本实施例中,瓶子50头部外径大小大于瓶子50尾部外径,即若瓶子50尾部朝前顺平躺进入下料板10的下料口101上方时,瓶子50尾部抵触限位挡板11,无法继续向前运动;若瓶子50头部朝前逆平躺进入下料板10的下料口101上方时,瓶子50头部穿过限位挡板11与下料板10之间的间隔、并由限位挡板11抵触阻止前行。当所述限位挡板11抵触所述瓶子50头部时,所述瓶子50尾部完全位于所述开关板12的上方;当所述限位挡板11抵触所述瓶子50尾部时,所述瓶子50头部的一部分凸出于所述下料口101外、并位于所述下料板10上方。
上述的瓶子翻转下料装置,第一驱动机构13驱动开关板12从下料口101移出时,若瓶子50头部朝前逆平躺时,瓶子50头部位于限位挡板11与下料板10之间,如此瓶子50头部挂住下料板10无法翻转,而瓶子50尾部完全位于下料口101中,由于失去开关板12的支撑,便发生90度翻转,并掉入至下料通道18中;若瓶子50尾部朝前逆平躺时,瓶子50头部的一部分凸出于下料口101外、并位于下料板10上方,如此瓶子50头部挂住下料板10无法翻转,而瓶子50尾部由于抵触限位挡板11无法伸入至限位挡板11与下料板10之间的间隔,而完全位于下料口101中,并由于失去开关板12的支撑,便发生90度翻转,并掉入至下料通道18中。如此,无论输送轨道中的瓶子 50逆平躺或顺平躺,本实施例均能使得瓶子50以同一朝向坠入到空泡罩70(如图16所示)或瓶子输送轨道上,使得工作效率较高。
其中,所述的瓶子翻转下料装置还包括分隔机构14。所述分隔机构14设置在所述下料板10的上方,且所述分隔机构14与所述下料板10滑动配合。所述分隔机构14包括并列间隔设置的多个第一分隔档块。相邻所述第一分隔挡块141之间的间隔142能够用于所述瓶子50穿过。所述下料板10设有开口区。所述开关板12为多个,所述开关板12、所述限位挡板11均与相邻所述第一分隔挡块141之间的间隔142一一相应。所述开关板12并列间隔设置于所述开口区,所述开关板12与所述下料板10相连。所述下料口101位于相邻所述开关板12之间。在其中一个实施例中,开关板12与下料板10一体成型,限位挡板11装设在分隔机构14上。可以使多个平躺瓶子50通过多个第一分隔挡块141相互分隔开,并通过第一驱动机构13驱动下料板10相对于分隔机构14滑动,以控制相邻第一分隔挡块141之间的间隔142是否与相邻开关板12之间的间隔是否相通,如果相通,那么相邻第一分隔挡块141之间的间隔142中的瓶子50便通过进料口掉入下料通道18中,如果不相通,那么瓶子50便可以在开关板12上向前滑动并最终与限位挡板11抵触。
所述的瓶子翻转下料装置还包括下料分隔板15。所述下料分隔板15设置在所述下料板10的下方,所述下料分隔板15包括并列间隔设置的多个下料滑道。所述下料滑道与相邻所述第一分隔挡块141之间的间隔142一一相应。瓶子50从下料口101掉下后,便进入到下料分隔板15的下料滑道中,通过下料滑道向下滑行。下料滑道为瓶子50的滑行轨道,它能避免瓶子翻转,保证瓶子50尾部朝下有序滑行至空泡罩70或瓶子输送轨道上。本实施例中,下料分隔板15相对于下料板10倾斜80度至85度,这样瓶子50下料过程中, 沿着下料滑道底壁向下运行。
请参阅图12与图13,本实施例中,所述的瓶子翻转下料装置还包括载板20与输送瓶机构21。所述载板20上并列开设有用于瓶子50滑过的多个滑槽201。所述滑槽201与所述第一分隔挡块141之间的间隔142一一相应。所述输送瓶机构21用于将所述滑槽201中的瓶子50驱动至所述下料板10。本实施例中,所述输送瓶机构21包括设置在所述载板20上方的转动轴211,以及设置在所述转动轴211上的推板212。通过转动轴211转动带动推板212转动,从而便可以将载板20上的瓶子50由站立状态打倒为平躺状态,并顺势将平躺瓶子50推出载板20输出。如此,无需工作人员手动倒瓶操作,工作效率便可以得以提高。本实施例中,所要输送的瓶子50为扁平状瓶,扁平状瓶的宽度大于扁平状瓶的厚度。将滑槽201的宽度与瓶子50的厚度相应设计,且滑槽201的深度小于瓶子50的宽度。这样,瓶子50被推入到滑槽201中后,瓶子50仍有部分凸出于载板20的滑槽201外。推板212随同转轴转动过程中,能够接触到瓶子50位于滑槽201外的部位,并被推板212沿着滑槽201方向推出载板20。本实施例中,所述推板212为两个以上,所述推板212沿所述转动轴211的轴向方向设置,且所述推板212间隔布置于所述转动轴211外侧壁。且所述推板212为弹性板。所述转动轴211外侧壁设置有卡槽,所述推板212卡固于所述卡槽中。推板212为硅胶材料。这样,推板212打倒瓶子50过程中,能避免损伤瓶子50。
所述的瓶子翻转下料装置还包括振动机构30。所述振动机构30与所述载板20传动相连。振动机构30按照预设频率驱动载板20振动,能够利于将载板20上的瓶子50振倒下,且利于将平躺状态瓶子50振动到滑槽201中,从而方便载板20上的瓶子50快速输出。如此能够保证瓶子50从载板20上的 滑槽201中平躺有序输出至下料板10的下料口101处。且将载板20与下料板10均相对于水平面略微倾斜5度至20度,这样振动机构30振动过程中,能够使得瓶子50沿着滑槽201、第一分隔挡块141之间的间隔142向前移动至下料口101。
所述的瓶子翻转下料装置还包括第一侧挡板22与第二侧挡板23。所述第一侧挡板22与所述第二侧挡板23分别设置于所述载板20的两侧。
所述的瓶子翻转下料装置还包括第一端挡板24与第二端挡板25。所述第一端挡板24设置在所述载板20的瓶子50输出端,所述第一端挡板24底面与所述滑槽201底壁之间的距离小于所述瓶子50的高度。所述第二端挡板25设置在所述载板20上,且所述第二端挡板25与所述第一端挡板24对立设置。所述第一端挡板24、所述第二端挡板25、所述第一侧挡板22与所述第二侧挡板23围成料仓26。这样,通过第一端挡板24挡住站立状态的瓶子50,避免将站立状态的瓶子50输出。由于第一端挡板24、第二端挡板25、第一侧挡板22与第二侧挡板23围成料仓26,这样瓶子50振动过程中,料仓26能将瓶子50限位于载板20上,以避免振动机构30振动瓶子50过程中或者推板212打倒瓶子50过程中将瓶子50振出或推出载板20外。
请参阅图1与图3,在其中一个实施例中,所述的瓶子翻转下料装置还包括瓶子位置控制机构。所述瓶子位置控制机构包括支撑板161、切换隔板162与第二驱动机构163。所述支撑板161设置在所述载板20与所述分隔机构14之间,所述切换隔板162与所述支撑板161滑动配合。所述切换隔板162并列设有多个通道164,所述通道164与滑槽201一一相应设置。所述第二驱动机构163用于驱动所述切换隔板162移动至第一位置或第二位置。请参阅图9-11,当所述第二驱动机构163驱动所述切换隔板162移动至第一位置时,所 述通道164与所述滑槽201相连通、且所述通道164与相邻所述第一分隔挡块141之间的间隔142相断开;当所述第二驱动机构163驱动所述切换隔板162移动至第二位置时,所述通道164与所述滑槽201相断开、且所述通道164与相邻所述第一分隔挡块141之间的间隔142相连通。本实施例中,切换隔板162中通道164的长度与瓶子50的长度相应,当瓶子50完全移入至切换隔板162中的通道164中时,通过第二驱动机构163驱动切换隔板162由第一位置滑动至第二位置,此时通道164与滑槽201相断开、且通道164与相邻第一分隔挡块141之间的间隔142相连通,瓶子50便从通道164继续移动至相邻第一分隔挡块141之间的间隔142中。
其中,所述的瓶子翻转下料装置还包括横梁17。所述横梁17设置在所述支撑板161上,所述横梁17设有导轨171。所述切换隔板162设有滑块165,所述滑块165与所述导轨171滑动配合。
请再参阅图12与图13,所述瓶子翻转下料装置还包括调速控制装置60。所述调速控制装置60与所述振动机构30或所述输送瓶机构21电性连接,所述调速控制装置60用于调整振动机构30的振动频率或者用于调整所述输送瓶机构21的输瓶速度。本实施例中,所述输送瓶机构21包括驱动电机28,所述驱动电机28的转矩输出轴与所述转动轴211传动相连。本实施例中,驱动电机28与调速控制装置60设置在所述第一侧挡板22或第二侧挡板23或用于装设第一侧挡板22与第二侧挡板23的机架27上。
请参阅图14与图15,其中,所述振动机构30包括基座31、钢弹簧、电磁铁33、铁芯34及用于控制电磁铁33是否通电的控制模块。所述钢弹簧一端与所述基座31相连,所述钢弹簧另一端与所述载板20相连。所述电磁铁33、所述铁芯34分别设置在所述基座31与所述载板20上,且所述电磁铁33 与所述铁芯34相对设置。通过控制模块控制电磁铁33是否通电而产生周期性磁力,电磁铁33在周期性磁力作用下反复吸引铁芯34,从而产生周期性振动现象。所述钢弹簧包括第一钢弹簧321与第二钢弹簧322。所述电磁铁33及所述铁芯34位于所述第一钢弹簧321与所述第二钢弹簧322之间。本实施例中,所述钢弹簧为板状或螺旋状。这样,电磁铁33及铁芯34反复吸合过程中,第一钢弹簧321与第二钢弹簧322同时发生弯曲形变而产生振动现象,能使得载板20整体振动效果较好。在其中一个实施例中,所述振动机构30还包括第一安装座35、第二安装座36、第三安装座37及第四安装座38。所述钢弹簧一端通过所述第一安装座35装设在所述基座31上,所述钢弹簧另一端通过所述第二安装座36装设在所述载板20上。所述电磁铁33通过所述第三安装座37装设在所述基座31上,所述铁芯34通过所述第四安装座38装设在所述载板20上。本实施例中,第一安装座35、第二安装座36、第三安装座37及第四安装座38均为L形板。在其中一个实施例中,所述瓶子翻转下料装置还包括底座39。所述底座39设置于所述基座31下方,所述底座39与所述基座31之间设置有弹性垫块391。增设的弹性垫块391,使得载板20振动效果较为明显。
请参阅图16,所述的瓶子翻转下料装置还包括下料转向轨道40。所述下料转向轨道40进料端与下料口101相连通或与下料滑道的出口端相连通,所述下料转向轨道40出料端连通至空泡罩70或瓶子输送轨道上。下料转向轨道40与瓶子50的形状相应设置,且下料转向轨道40由进料端逐渐扭转至出料端。如此,瓶子50经过下料转向轨道40下落过程中,瓶子50能够随同下料转向轨道40的扭转而逐渐转向。例如下料转向轨道40进料端与出料端的扭转角度为90度,那么瓶子50出料后相应可以在水平方向上90度转向,从 而便能以适合的角度掉入到空泡罩70或瓶子输送轨道上。
本发明还提供一种瓶子翻转下料方法,采用了所述的瓶子翻转下料装置,包括如下步骤:第一驱动机构13驱动开关板12移动至下料口101;驱动平躺瓶子50移动至所述下料口101处,并使得所述瓶子50头部或所述瓶子50尾部抵触限位挡板11;所述第一驱动机构13驱动所述开关板12从所述下料口101移出,以使得平躺瓶子50从所述下料口101处掉落下料。上述瓶子翻转下料方法与瓶子翻转下料装置的技术效果相同,在此不再赘述。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种瓶子翻转下料装置,其特征在于,包括:
    下料板,所述下料板设有用于瓶子穿过的下料口;
    限位挡板,所述限位挡板位于所述下料板的上方,所述限位挡板在所述下料板上投影的一端位于所述下料口的边缘,所述限位挡板与所述下料板之间具有间隔,所述间隔大小大于所述瓶子头部外径大小、且小于所述瓶子尾部外径大小;
    开关板与第一驱动机构,所述开关板与所述下料口相应设置,所述第一驱动机构用于驱动所述开关板移入或移出所述下料口;
    当所述限位挡板抵触所述瓶子头部时,所述瓶子尾部完全位于所述开关板的上方;当所述限位挡板抵触所述瓶子尾部时,所述瓶子头部的一部分凸出于所述下料口外、并位于所述下料板上方。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的瓶子翻转下料装置,其特征在于,还包括分隔机构,所述分隔机构设置在所述下料板的上方,且所述分隔机构与所述下料板滑动配合,所述分隔机构包括并列间隔设置的多个第一分隔档块,相邻所述第一分隔挡块之间的间隔能够用于所述瓶子穿过;所述下料板设有开口区,所述开关板为多个,所述开关板、所述限位挡板均与相邻所述第一分隔挡块之间的间隔一一相应,所述开关板并列间隔设置于所述开口区,所述开关板与所述下料板相连,所述下料口位于相邻所述开关板之间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的瓶子翻转下料装置,其特征在于,还包括下料分隔板,所述下料分隔板设置在所述下料板的下方,所述下料分隔板包括并列间隔设置的多个下料滑道,所述下料滑道与相邻所述第一分隔挡块之间的间隔一一相应。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的瓶子翻转下料装置,其特征在于,还包括载板与输送瓶机构,所述载板上并列开设有用于瓶子滑过的多个滑槽,所述滑槽与所述第一分隔挡块之间的间隔一一相应,所述输送瓶机构用于将所述滑槽中的瓶子驱动至所述下料板。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的瓶子翻转下料装置,其特征在于,还包括振动机构,所述振动机构与所述载板传动相连。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的瓶子翻转下料装置,其特征在于,还包括第一侧挡板与第二侧挡板,所述第一侧挡板与所述第二侧挡板分别设置于所述载板的两侧。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的瓶子翻转下料装置,其特征在于,还包括第一端挡板与第二端挡板,所述第一端挡板设置在所述载板的瓶子输出端,所述第一端挡板底面与所述滑槽底壁之间的距离小于所述瓶子的高度;所述第二端挡板设置在所述载板上,且所述第二端挡板与所述第一端挡板对立设置,所述第一端挡板、所述第二端挡板、所述第一侧挡板与所述第二侧挡板围成料仓。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的瓶子翻转下料装置,其特征在于,还包括瓶子位置控制机构,所述瓶子位置控制机构包括支撑板、切换隔板与第二驱动机构,所述支撑板设置在所述载板与所述分隔机构之间,所述切换隔板与所述支撑板滑动配合,所述切换隔板并列设有多个通道,所述通道与滑槽一一相应设置;所述第二驱动机构用于驱动所述切换隔板移动至第一位置或第二位置,当所述第二驱动机构驱动所述切换隔板移动至第一位置时,所述通道与所述滑槽相连通、且所述通道与相邻所述第一分隔挡块之间的间隔相断开;当所述第二驱动机构驱动所述切换隔板移动至第二位置时,所述通道与所述 滑槽相断开、且所述通道与相邻所述第一分隔挡块之间的间隔相连通。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的瓶子翻转下料装置,其特征在于,还包括横梁,所述横梁设置在所述支撑板上,所述横梁设有导轨,所述切换隔板设有滑块,所述滑块与所述导轨滑动配合。
  10. 一种瓶子翻转下料方法,其特征在于,采用了如权利要求1至9任一项所述的瓶子翻转下料装置,包括如下步骤:
    第一驱动机构驱动开关板移动至下料口;
    驱动平躺瓶子移动至所述下料口处,并使得所述瓶子头部或所述瓶子尾部抵触限位挡板;
    所述第一驱动机构驱动所述开关板从所述下料口移出,以使得平躺瓶子从所述下料口处掉落下料。
