可选地,所述衣物处理装置为波轮洗衣机或滚筒洗衣机,所述获取图像模块包括照相机,当所述衣物处理装置为波轮洗衣机时,所述照相机设置在上盖的内表面上,当所述衣物处理装置为滚筒洗衣机时,所述照相机设置在窗垫或者门窗玻璃处。能够实现对内筒的全面拍照。
可选地,所述报警模块包括报警器,所述控制模块控制所述报警器发出报警信号,所述报警器安装在所述波轮洗衣机、所述滚筒洗衣机或用户携带的移动端上。报警器安装在用户携带的移动端上,能够在用户不在洗衣机附近时,同样能够获得报警信号,得到提示信息。
本公开提出的衣物处理装置清洗控制方法,在执行筒体清洗程序之前,通过对比图像对内筒进行判断是否为空,提前确定内筒中为空,能够避免筒体清洗程序执行前内筒中存有水或者衣物,一方面避免筒体清洗不干净,另一方面防止衣物在清洗程序执行过程中受到高温蒸汽、高温水或高速水流的伤害,或者受到筒体上脏污的污染。对内筒获取图像的方式判断内筒是否为空,不会受到衣物重量和吸水性能等方面的影响,能够提高内筒是否为空的结果的正确性。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一实施例提供的一种衣物处理装置清洗控制方法,包括:
在步骤110中,获取内筒内部实时图像。
在步骤120中,根据所述实时图像判断内筒是否为空。
判断内筒为空时,执行步骤130。
在步骤130中,执行筒体清洗程序。
在执行筒体清洗程序之前,通过对内筒获取实时图像判断内筒是否为空,提前确定内筒中为空,能够避免筒体清洗程序执行前内筒中存有水或者衣物,一方面避免筒体清洗不干净,另一方面防止衣物在清洗程序执行过程中受到高温蒸汽、高温水或高速水流的伤害,或者受到筒体上脏污的污染。对内筒获取图像的方式判断内筒是否为空,不会受到衣物重量和吸水性能等方面的影响,能够提高内筒是否为空的结果的正确性。
如图2所示,一实施例提供的一种衣物处理装置清洗控制方法,包括:
在步骤210中,获取内筒内部实时图像。
在步骤220中,根据所述实时图像判断内筒是否为空。
判断内筒为空时,执行步骤130。判断内筒不为空,执行步骤240。
在步骤230中,执行筒体清洗程序。
在步骤240中,发出报警提示。
在步骤250中,发出是否进行筒体清洗程序的提示。
在步骤260中,接收用户输入的选择指令。
在步骤270中,判断用户输入的选择指令是否为执行筒体清洗程序。
若是,则执行步骤230。若不执行,则执行步骤280。
在步骤280中,终止筒体清洗程序。
与上述实施例不同之处在于,在判断内筒为非空的情况下发出报警信号,并提示用户选择是否执行筒体清洗程序,用户根据具体情形进行选择是否执行筒体清洗程序,保证衣物处理装置在内筒为空时进行清洗,避免水或衣物对清洗程序的影响,或者清洗过程中衣物受到损坏或污染。
如图3所示,一实施例提供的一种具体的筒体清洁方法,包括:
在步骤310中,获取内筒内部实时图像。
在步骤320中,判断实时图像是否是预设空内筒内部的图像。
若是,则执行步骤330。若不是,则执行步骤350。
在步骤330中,判断内筒为空。
在步骤340中,执行非进水式清洗程序。
在步骤350中,判断内筒非空。
在步骤360中,发出报警信号。
在步骤370中,发出是否进行筒体清洗程序的提示。
在步骤380中,接收用户输入的选择指令。
在步骤390中,判断用户输入的选择指令是否为执行筒体清洗程序。
若是,则执行步骤340。若不执行,则执行步骤3100中。
在步骤3100中,终止筒体清洗程序。
本实施例中,通过判断实时图像是否是预设空内筒内部的图像,进行确认内筒是否为空,能够准确判断内筒是否有水或衣物,避免水或衣物对筒体清洗程序造成影响,同时避免清洗过程对衣物造成的损坏或污染等情况。
非进水式清洗程序主要通过风干、高温蒸汽对筒体进行清洗,在清洗之前无需关闭排水阀506。
如图4所示,本实施例的清洁控制方法,包括:
在步骤410中,检测内筒的水位值是否小于预设水位值。
若小于,则执行步骤420。若不小于,则执行步骤430。
在步骤420中,获取内筒内部实时图像。
在步骤430中,开启排水阀506,并返回步骤410。
在步骤440中,判断实时图像是否是预设空内筒内部的图像。
若是,则执行步骤4500,。若不是,则执行步骤480。
在步骤450中,判断内筒为空。
在步骤460中,关闭排水阀506。
在步骤470中,执行进水程序。
在步骤480中,判断内筒为非空。
在步骤490中,发出报警提示。
在步骤4100中,发出是否进行筒体清洗程序的提示。
在步骤4110中,接收用户输入的选择指令。
在步骤4120中,判断用户输入的选择指令是否为执行筒体清洗程序。
若是,则执行步骤460。若不执行,则执行步骤4130。
在步骤4130中,终止筒体清洗程序。
与上述实施例不同之处在于:先对内筒内是否有水进行了判断,若有水则先进行排空,能够避免拍照时由于衣物遮挡无法判断内筒是否有水而影响后续的清洗效果的现象;该实施例中,筒体清洗程序选择为进水式清洗程序,进水 式清洗程序包括控制关闭排水阀506和进水程序,进水程序在控制所述排水阀506关闭之后执行,进水程序为通过60℃以上的水对筒体进行清洗,如选择70℃、80℃、90℃的水进行对筒体进行清洗。首先关闭排水阀506再进行进水清洗,能够避免水直接流出,减少水资源的浪费并能实现较好的清洗效果。
如图5所示,一实施例提供的一种衣物处理装置,包括:
获取图像模块501,设置为获取内筒内部实时图像。
清洗模块502,设置为对筒体进行清洗。
控制模块504,设置为接收获取图像模块501获取的实时图像,以判断内筒是否为空,若是,控制所述清洗模块502执行清洗程序。
报警模块503,设置为判断内筒为非空时发出报警信号。
提示模块507,设置为发出是否进行筒体清洗程序的提示。
通过获取图像模块501实现对内筒获取实时图像,用以为判断内筒是否为空,能够避免清洗模块502执行清洗程序之前内筒中存在水或衣物,由于一方面水或衣物影响内筒的清洗效果,另一方面清洗程序的高温蒸汽、高温水或高速水流还会对衣物造成伤害,因此通过该控制装置能够避免上述两种情况的发生。
该衣物处理装置还包括水位检测模块505和排水阀506,水位检测模块505设置为检测内筒的水位并得到水位值;排水阀506能够控制内筒中的水的排出与否;控制模块504还设置为接收水位检测模块505获得的水位值信号,并判断内筒的水位值是否小于预设水位值,若小于,控制获取图像模块501对内筒内部获取图像,若不小于,控制排水阀506开启。通过水位检测模块505能够先检测内筒中的水位,能够在控制模块504的控制下将水排出,之后判断内筒是否为空即是只对内筒中是否有衣物进行判断,能够避免水对后续清洗的影响。
本实施例中,衣物处理装置为波轮洗衣机或滚筒洗衣机。
获取图像模块501包括照相机,当衣物处理装置为波轮洗衣机时,照相机设置在上盖的内表面上,当衣物处理装置为滚筒洗衣机时,照相机设置在窗垫或者门窗玻璃处。照相机的具体设置位置可以根据对内筒的拍照效果进行选择。可选地,获取图像模块501还可以为摄像机等,获取图像模块401获取图像的方法有拍照、摄像或者红外检测等。
报警模块503包括报警器,控制模块504控制报警器发出报警信号,报警器安装在波轮洗衣机、滚筒洗衣机或用户携带的移动端上。报警器安装在用户 携带的移动端上,能够在用户不在洗衣机附近时,同样能够获得报警信号,得到提示信息。
采用上述装置清洗筒体时,包括:
通过水位检测模块505检测内筒的水位并得到水位值,通过控制模块504判断水位值否小于预设水位值,若小于,控制获取图像模块501对内筒内部获取实时图像,若不小于,控制开启排水阀506直到水位值否小于预设水位值。水位值否小于预设水位值时,将实时图像信号传送给控制模块504,控制模块504接收到实时图像信号后,判断实时图像是否是预设空内筒内部的图像,若是,则判断内筒为空,控制模块504控制清洗模块502对筒体进行清洗,若不是,则判断内筒非空,控制报警模块503发出报警提示,通过选择模块507使用户选择是否进行筒体清洗程序。
其中,清洗模块502对筒体进行清洗时,包括两种非进水式清洗程序和进水式清洗程序,采用非进水式清洗程序时,清洗模块502直接执行该程序即可,当采用进水时清洗程序时,需要先通过控制模块504控制关闭排水阀506,然后执行进水程序,对筒体进行清洗。
上述实施例中提到的衣物处理装置可以为波轮洗衣机、滚筒洗衣机、洗干一体机、干衣机或者其他衣物处理装置。
工业实用性
本公开的衣物处理装置清洗控制方法,能够避免清洁筒体时对衣物造成伤害或污染。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种衣物处理装置清洗控制方法,包括
    获取内筒内部的实时图像,
    根据所述实时图像判断内筒是否为空,
    判断内筒为空时,执行筒体清洗程序。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理装置清洗控制方法,还包括:
    判断内筒不为空时,发出报警信号,发出是否进行筒体清洗程序的提示。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的衣物处理装置清洗控制方法,其中,根据所述实时图像判断内筒是否为空,包括:判断所述实时图像是否为预设空内筒内部的图像,若是,则判断内筒为空,若不是,则判断内筒非空。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的衣物处理装置清洗控制方法,其中,获取内筒内部实时图像前,检测内筒的水位值是否小于预设水位值,若小于,则对内筒内部获取实时图像并判断内筒是否为空,若不小于,则开启排水阀(506)直到内筒的水位值小于预设水位值。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的衣物处理装置清洗控制方法,其中,所述筒体清洗程序包括非进水式清洗程序和进水式清洗程序至少之一,所述非进水式清洗程序为通过风干、高温蒸汽对筒体进行清洗,所述进水式清洗程序包括控制关闭排水阀(506)和进水程序,所述进水程序在控制关闭所述排水阀(506)之后执行。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的衣物处理装置清洗控制方法,其中,所述进水程序为通过60℃以上的水对筒体进行清洗。
  7. 一种衣物处理装置,其中,包括:
    获取图像模块(501),设置为获取内筒内部实时图像;
    清洗模块(502),设置为对筒体进行清洗;
    控制模块(504),设置为接收获取图像模块(501)获得的实时图像,根据所述实时图像判断内筒是否为空,判断内筒为空时,控制所述清洗模块(502)执行清洗程序。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的衣物处理装置,还包括,
    报警模块(503),设置为判断内筒为非空时发出报警信号;
    提示模块(507),设置为发出是否进行筒体清洗程序的提示。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的衣物处理装置,其中,还包括水位检测模块(505)和排水阀(506),所述水位检测模块(505)设置为检测内筒的水位并 得到水位值;所述排水阀(506)能够控制内筒中的水的排出与否;所述控制模块(504)还设置为接收水位检测模块(505)获得的水位值信号,并判断内筒的水位值是否小于预设水位值,若小于,控制获取图像模块(501)获取内筒内部实时图像,若不小于,控制开启排水阀(506)排水。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的衣物处理装置,其中,所述衣物处理装置为波轮洗衣机或滚筒洗衣机,所述获取图像模块(501)包括照相机,当所述衣物处理装置为波轮洗衣机时,所述照相机设置在上盖的内表面上,当所述衣物处理装置为滚筒洗衣机时,所述照相机设置在窗垫或者门窗玻璃处。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的衣物处理装置,其中,所述报警模块(503)包括报警器,所述报警器安装在所述波轮洗衣机、所述滚筒洗衣机或用户携带的移动端上。
