- LiNbO3からなる圧電基板と、
前記圧電基板上に設けられているIDT電極と、
前記IDT電極を覆うように、前記圧電基板上に設けられており、かつ酸化ケイ素からなる第1の誘電体膜と、
を備え、
前記IDT電極が、Pt、Cu、Mo、Au、W及びTaのうち1種の金属からなる第1の金属膜を有し、
前記圧電基板のオイラー角(φ,θ,ψ)が、オイラー角(0°±5°,-90°≦θ≦-70°,0°±5°)であり、
前記IDT電極の電極指ピッチにより規定される波長をλとし、前記波長λにより規格化された前記第1の金属膜の膜厚をhm/λ(%)としたときに、前記第1の金属膜の金属及び前記膜厚hm/λ(%)が下記の表1に示すいずれかの組み合わせである、弾性波装置。
- LiNbO3からなる圧電基板と、
前記圧電基板上に設けられているIDT電極と、
前記IDT電極を覆うように、前記圧電基板上に設けられており、かつ酸化ケイ素からなる第1の誘電体膜と、
を備え、
前記IDT電極が、Pt、Cu及びMoのうち1種の金属からなる第1の金属膜を有し、
前記圧電基板のオイラー角(φ,θ,ψ)が、オイラー角(0°±5°,-90°≦θ≦-27.5°,0°±5°)であり、
前記IDT電極の電極指ピッチにより規定される波長をλとし、前記波長λにより規格化された前記第1の金属膜の膜厚をhm/λ(%)とし、前記波長λにより規格化された前記第1の誘電体膜の膜厚をhs/λ(%)したときに、前記第1の金属膜の金属、前記膜厚hm/λ(%)、前記膜厚hs/λ(%)及び前記圧電基板のオイラー角(φ,θ,ψ)におけるθが下記の表2~表9に示すいずれかの組み合わせである、弾性波装置。
- 前記圧電基板と前記IDT電極との間に、誘電体からなる中間膜が設けられている、請求項1に記載の弾性波装置。
- 前記IDT電極が、前記第1の金属膜より導電率が高い第2の金属膜を有し、
前記IDT電極において、前記圧電基板側を下層とし、前記圧電基板側とは反対側を上層としたときに、前記第1の金属膜が前記第2の金属膜より上層に積層されている、請求項1または3に記載の弾性波装置。 - 前記第1の誘電体膜上に、第2の誘電体膜が設けられている、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の弾性波装置。
- SH波を利用している、請求項1~5に記載の弾性波装置。
