具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本申请作进一步详细描述。
如图1和2所示,根据本实用新型的一个方面,提供一种榨汁机存储设备,包括:
提橙架主体1,包括对称设置的P字型材架2,设置于每个P字型材架2上的P字型链条3;与所述P字型链条3连接的传动装置4,其中所述传动装置4如图3和图4所示;与传动装置4连接的电机5,用于所述电机5在通电的情况下带动所述传动装置4转动,所述传动装置4带动与之连接的所述P字型链条3转动;考虑到一般电机在受力过重且不通电的情况下,一般电机会继续转动,在本实用新型的一个方面优选所述电机5为刹车电机,使得在断电的情况下,所述刹车电机立马停止转动,以避免在受力过重时电机5仍继续转动;按预设间隔悬挂于所述P字型链条3上的橙盒6;设置于所述P字型材架2上且位于橙盒6侧的橙盒限位7,其中,所述橙盒限位7设置于所述P字型材架2的中间部位,以达到节省所述P字型材架2的结构空间位置,当所述橙盒6碰到所述橙盒限位7时,向控制器发送限位信号,所述控制器根据接收到的所述限位信号经过内部逻辑处理后,控制电机5停止转动,并向背景抑制光电9发送检测信号,所述背景抑制光电9会根据接收到的所述检测信号检测橙盒6内是否有橙子,若无橙子,则向所述控制器发送加橙信号,以待所述控制器显示接收到的加橙信号或者通过无线通信的方式向操作员发送加橙信号,以实现向所述橙盒6中加橙的目的,另一方面,当检测到橙盒6内有橙子,则电机5带动P字型链条3正常运转;具体操作,与所述电机5连接的P字型链条反向运转按钮10,在需要向所述橙盒6中进行加橙时,所述P字型链条反向运转按钮10受到触发,即通过操作员人为地按 下所述P字型链条反向运转按钮10使得所述电机5带动所述传动装置4,所述传动装置4带动P字型链条3反向运转,所述P字型链条3带动橙盒6运转到加橙侧11,以达到手动操作所述P字型链条反向运转按钮10,来实现所述传动装置4带动P字型链条3反向运转的目的,需要注意的是,在进行加橙子前,需要把提橙架主体1缓慢地从榨汁机中拉出来一点,以方便操作员在加橙侧11往橙盒6中进行加橙子。
优选地,设置于所述P字型材架2的底部且与所述控制器进行电连接的所述防水接线盒33包括电机5的电源线、背景抑制光电9与控制器之间进行信号传输的输入输出线、P字型链条反向运转按钮10与控制器之间进行信号传输的输入输出线及橙盒限位7与控制器之间进行信号传输的输入输出线等。
优选地,与所述控制器连接的背景抑制光电9,用于根据接收到的所述控制器发送的所述检测信号,检测碰到所述橙盒限位的橙盒的下一橙盒内是否有橙子,若无橙子,则向所述控制器发送加橙信号。
例如,当按预设间隔悬挂于所述P字型链条3上的所述橙盒6,碰到设置于所述P字型材架2上且位于橙盒6侧的橙盒限位7时,向控制器发送限位信号,所述控制器根据接收到的所述限位信号,控制电机5停止转动并向背景抑制光电9发送检测信号,所述背景抑制光电9根据接收到的所述检测信号,检测碰到橙盒的下一橙盒内是否有橙子,若无橙子,则向所述控制器发送加橙信号,以待所述控制器显示接收到的加橙信号或者通过无线通信的方式向操作员配备的设备发送加橙信号,以实现向所述碰到橙盒的下面的所有橙盒加橙的目的。
如图1和图5所示,本实用新型的一个方面的所述榨汁机存储设备,还包括:设置于所述P字型材架3的头部的橙盒倾倒挡块12,所述橙盒6的外缘设置有与所述橙盒倾倒挡块12配合的凸起蹶子13,当所述控制器接收到倒橙信号时,所述控制器根据倒橙信号控制所述电机5带动所述传 动装置4,所述传动装置4带动P字型链条3正向运转如图1所示,当所述橙盒6随所述P字型链条3运转到P字型材架2的头部,所述橙盒6的凸起蹶子13卡在所述橙盒倾倒挡块12的阻挡斜面时如图6所示,带动所述橙盒6倾倒其内的橙子至传输盘14;为了避免橙子无法正常倒入所述传输盘14中,本实用新型优选在所述提橙架主体1的两侧对称设置P字型材架2,且在每个P字型材架2上设置所述P字型链条3,使得橙盒6通过所述P字型链条3带动至所述P字型材架2的头部时,能够将所述橙盒6中的橙子倾倒至所述传输盘14,而不是倾倒入所述橙盒6的下方的橙盒中,实现了为传输盘14运输橙子的目的。
需要说明的是,设置于所述橙盒6的外缘且与所述橙盒倾倒挡块12配合的凸起蹶子13既可以是位于所述橙盒6的两侧,亦可以是位于所述橙盒6的一侧,进一步地,所述凸起蹶子13的数量可以是2个,4个或者6个等,在本实用新型的一个优选实施例中,优选所述凸起蹶子13分别位于所述橙盒6的两侧且每侧的所述凸起蹶子13的个数为4个。当然,本领域人员应能理解,所述凸起蹶子13分别位于所述橙盒6的两侧且每侧的所述凸起蹶子13的个数为4个仅为本实用新型的一个优选实施例,其他能够设置于所述橙盒6的外缘且与所述橙盒倾倒挡块12配合的凸起蹶子13如可适应于本实用新型,也应包含在本实用新型保护范围以内,并在此以引用方式包含于此。
优选地,所述控制器还根据接收到的加橙信号控制所述电机5反转带动所述传动装置4,所述传动装置4带动所述P字型链条3反向运转。例如,当所述控制器接收到需要向所述橙盒6加橙的加橙信号时,在榨汁机上的后台操作界面中点击提橙架反转,即可通过所述控制器主动控制所述电机5反转带动所述传动装置4,进而所述传动装置4带动所述P字型链条3反向运转,以实现所述控制器通过自动控制所述电机5反转带动所述传动装置4,来达到自动控制所述传动装置4带动所述P字型链条3反向运转的目的,而 不是手动通过按下所述P字型链条反向运转按钮10,来实现所述传动装置4带动P字型链条3反向运转的,需要说明的是,在对橙盒6进行加橙之前,操作员需要将提橙架主体1缓慢地从榨汁机中拉出来一点,以方面操作员在加橙侧11往橙盒6中进行加橙子。
优选地,如图1和图5所示,本实用新型的一个方面的所述榨汁机存储设备,所述P字型链条3上设置有悬挂凸起轴15,所述橙盒6上设置有与所述悬挂凸起轴15配合的悬挂凸起槽16。例如,所述电机5在通电的情况下带动所述传动装置4转动,所述传动装置4带动与之连接的所述P字型链条3运转起来,由于所述橙盒6的两端的悬挂凸起槽16分别扣在所述P字型材架2的对称两侧的所述P字型链条3上的悬挂凸起轴15,进而使得所述橙盒6随着在所述P字型主体1上对称设置的所述P字型链条3的同步转动而转动起来,实现将所述橙盒6通过同步转动的所述P字型链条3如图1所示的正向运转方向提升起来。
如图3和图4所示,所述传动装置4包括:与所述电机5连接的电机齿轮17;与所述电机齿轮17咬合的小齿轮18;与小齿轮18连接的传动轴19,对称设置于传动轴19两端的下齿轮20;对称设置的中齿轮21,每个中齿轮21与对应侧的一个下齿轮20咬合;对称设置的上齿轮22,每个上齿轮22与对应侧的一个中齿轮21咬合;与P字型链条3的底部咬合的对称设置的大链轮23,每个大链轮23依次通过大转轴24、第一轴承25与对应侧的上齿轮22连接如图7所示;与P字型链条3的头部咬合的对称设置的小链轮26。例如,所述电机5通电启动后,所述电机5转动起来,带动所述电机齿轮17转动起来,由于齿轮咬合作用,带动所述小齿轮18跟着转动起来,所述小齿轮18带动所述传动轴19亦跟着旋转,由于齿轮咬合作用,所述传动轴19带动下齿轮20、中齿轮21及上齿轮22转动起来,转动起来的所述上齿轮22依次通过所述第一轴承25、所述大转轴24带动对应侧的所述大链轮23转动起来,所述大链轮23转动会分别带动位于所述传动轴两侧的所述P字型链条3 一起同步转动起来,实现了所述大连轮23主动转动的作用;为了防止所述上齿轮22左右移动,所述上齿轮22的两端设置有卡簧,用卡簧将所述上齿轮22分隔开,以固定所述上齿轮22;所述P字型链条3转动则会带动与所述P字型链条3的头部咬合的对称设置的小链轮26一起辅助转动起来,由于对称设置的所述P字型材架2上的所述P字型链条3同步转动起来,会将所述橙盒6通过同步转动的所述P字型链条3如图1所示的正向运转方向提升起来。
优选地,所述传动装置4通过链轮支架8、固定板安装在所述P字型材架2上,使得所述传动装置4更加牢固的安装在所述P字型材架2上。
如图4和图8所示,对称设置的所述P字型材架2的头部内侧面设置有小固定板27,所述小固定板27通过第二轴承28与所述小转轴29连接,所述小链轮26与所述小转轴29固定连接。例如,为了防止所述第二轴承28左右移动,优选地所述第二轴承28的两端设置有卡簧30,用卡簧30将所述第二轴承28分隔开,以固定所述第二轴承28;随着对称设置于所述传动轴19两侧的所述P字型链条3的转动,带动与所述P字型链条3连接的所述小链轮26转动,此时所述小链轮26起辅助转动的作用。
优选地,本实用新型的一个方面的一种榨汁机存储设备中的与所述P字型链条3的头部咬合的对称设置的小链轮26可以是4个、6个、8个等。在本实用新型的一个优选的实施例中,与每一侧的所述P字型链条3的头部咬合的对称设置的小链轮26的个数优选为4个。当然,与每一侧的所述P字型链条3的头部咬合的对称设置的小链轮26为4个仅为本实用新型一个方面的优选实施例,其他能够与每一侧的所述P字型链条3的头部咬合的对称设置的小链轮26的个数如可适应于本实用新型,也应包含在本实用新型保护范围以内,并在此以引用方式包含于此。
优选地,如图1所示,本实用新型一个方面的一种榨汁机存储设备还包括:分别设置于所述提橙架主体的顶部和底部的顶部滑道31和底部滑道32。例如,为了将所述榨汁机存储设备的提橙架主体1方便快捷地从所述榨 汁机存储设备中取出来,故分别在所述提橙架主体1的顶部设置有顶部滑道31,在所述提橙架主体1的底部设置有底部滑道32,以通过底部滑道32和顶部滑道31的配合滚动,实现将所述榨汁机存储设备的提橙架主体1方便快捷地移动或者拆卸下来。
综上所述,本实用新型的一个方面提供的一种榨汁机存储设备,通过提橙架主体1,包括对称设置的P字型材架2,设置于每个P字型材架2上的P字型链条3,及按预设间隔悬挂于所述P字型链条3上的橙盒6,设置于所述P字型材架3上且位于橙盒6侧的橙盒限位7,及与所述橙盒限位连接的控制器,与所述控制器连接的背景抑制光电,用于根据接收到的所述控制器发送的检测信号检测橙盒6内是否有橙子,若无橙子,则向所述控制器发送加橙信号;具体地还通过与电机5连接的P字型链条反向运转按钮10,当所述P字型链条反向运转按钮10受到触发,电机5带动与所述P字型链条3连接的传动装置4,所述传动装置4带动P字型链条3反向运转,所述P字型链条3带动橙盒6运转到加橙侧11,实现了提橙架主体1反向运转,进而可以对所述橙盒6进行加橙操作,方便快捷。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本申请进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本申请的精神和范围。这样,倘若本申请的这些修改和变型属于本申请权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本申请也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种榨汁机存储设备,其特征在于,包括:
    提橙架主体,包括对称设置的P字型材架;
    设置于每个P字型材架上的P字型链条;
    与所述P字型链条连接的传动装置;
    与传动装置连接的电机;
    按预设间隔悬挂于所述P字型链条上的橙盒;
    设置于所述P字型材架上且位于橙盒侧的橙盒限位,用于当橙盒碰到所述橙盒限位,向控制器发送限位信号;
    与所述橙盒限位连接的控制器,用于根据接收到的所述限位信号,向背景抑制光电发送检测信号,及显示接收到的加橙信号;
    与所述控制器连接的背景抑制光电,用于根据接收到的所述检测信号检测橙盒内是否有橙子,若无橙子,则向所述控制器发送加橙信号;
    与所述电机连接的P字型链条反向运转按钮,当所述P字型链条反向运转按钮受到触发,所述电机带动所述传动装置,所述传动装置带动P字型链条反向运转,所述P字型链条带动橙盒运转到P字型材架的加橙侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的榨汁机存储设备,其特征在于,还包括:
    设置于所述P字型材架的头部的橙盒倾倒挡块;
    所述橙盒的外缘设置有与所述橙盒倾倒挡块配合的凸起蹶子;
    所述控制器,还用于根据接收到的倒橙信号控制所述电机带动所述传动装置,所述传动装置带动P字型链条正向运转,当所述橙盒随所述P字型链条运转到P字型材架的头部,所述橙盒的凸起蹶子卡在所述橙盒倾倒挡块的阻挡斜面时,带动所述橙盒倾倒其内的橙子至传输盘。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的榨汁机存储设备,其特征在于,所述控制器还用于,根据接收到的加橙信号控制所述电机带动所述传动装置,所述传动装置带动P字型链条反向运转。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的榨汁机存储设备,其特征在于,所述电机为刹车电机。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的榨汁机存储设备,其特征在于,所述传动装置包括:
    与所述电机连接的电机齿轮;
    与所述电机齿轮咬合的小齿轮;
    与小齿轮连接的传动轴,对称设置于传动轴两端的下齿轮;
    对称设置的中齿轮,每个中齿轮与对应侧的一个下齿轮咬合;
    对称设置的上齿轮,每个上齿轮与对应侧的一个中齿轮咬合;
    与P字型链条的底部咬合的对称设置的大链轮,每个大链轮依次通过大转轴、第一轴承与对应侧的上齿轮连接;
    与P字型链条的头部咬合的对称设置的小链轮。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的榨汁机存储设备,其特征在于,所述P字型材架的头部内侧面设置有小固定板,所述小固定板通过第二轴承与所述小转轴连接,所述小链轮与所述小转轴固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的榨汁机存储设备,其特征在于,所述第二轴承的两端设置有卡簧。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的榨汁机存储设备,其特征在于,所述P字型链条上设置有悬挂凸起轴,所述橙盒上设置有与所述悬挂凸起轴配合的悬挂 凸起槽。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的榨汁机存储设备,其特征在于,所述背景抑制光电,用于根据接收到的所述检测信号检测碰到所述橙盒限位的橙盒的下一橙盒内是否有橙子,若无橙子,则向所述控制器发送加橙信号。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9任一项所述的榨汁机存储设备,其特征在于,还包括分别设置于所述提橙架主体的顶部和底部的顶部滑道和底部滑道。
