下面结合附图对本申请作进一步详细描述。
如图1所示,根据本申请的一个方面,提供传输榨汁设备,包括:
传输装置1,包括上下分别设置的上层传输盘2和下层传输盘3,所述上层传输盘2的底面有一侧开口,所述侧开口与所述下层传输盘3连通,所述下层围栏有一开口,所述开口与翻橙斗4连通;分别与所述上层传输盘2和下层传输盘3连接的上层电机5和下层电机6;
所述上层传输盘2包括上层传输皮带7和与所述上层传输皮带连接的上层围栏8,所述下层传输盘3包括下层传输皮带9和与所述下层传输皮带连接的下层围栏10,所述上层电机5与所述上层传输皮带7连接,所述下层电机6与所述下层传输皮带9连接。
设置于所述上层传输盘一侧的第一反光板光电;
与所述第一反光板光电、上层电机和下层电机连接的控制器与所述第一反光板光电、上层电机和下层电机连接的控制器;
与所述控制器连接且设置于所述下层传输盘一侧的第一背景抑制光电。
与所述控制器连接且设置于所述下层传输盘的开口处的第二反光板光电。在此,通过第一反光板光电检测上层传输盘内橙子的有无,通过第一背景抑制光电检测下层传输盘内橙子的有无,通过第二反光板光电检测下层传输盘的开口处橙子的有无,配合控制器根据检测橙子的有无的结果高效精确将橙子逐层由上层传输盘、下层传输盘传输至翻橙斗内,便于橙子后续进入榨汁装置。
具体的,如图1所示,还包括设置于所述上层传输盘2一侧的第一反光板光电58,设置在上层传输盘2上且与第一反光板光电58配合的反光板59,反光板59用来反射第一反光板光电58发出的光,当所述第一反光板光电58检测到所述上层传输盘2内没有橙子时,向控制器发送加橙信号,所述控制器根据接收到的加橙信号控制加橙装置向所述上层传输盘2加橙子,实现向所述上层传输盘2内进行加橙子,其中,所述控制器与所述反光板光10电连接;与所述控制器连接且设置于所述下层传输盘3一侧的第一背景抑制光11,当所述第一背景抑制光电11检测到的所述下层传输盘3内没有橙子时,向控制器发送下层无橙信号,所述控制器根据接收到的下层无橙信号控制所述上层电机5转动,所述上层电机5带动所述上层传输皮带7转动,所述上层传输皮带7带动其上橙子传输至掉入所述下层传输盘3,实现将所述上层传输盘2内的橙子传输至所述下层传输盘3,另一方面,当有橙子从所述上层传输盘2的开口处掉落进所述下层传输盘3后,所述第一背景抑制光电11检测到所述下层传输盘3内有橙子,则会向控制器发送下层有橙信号,所述控制器根据接收到的下层有橙信号,控制所述上层电机5停止转动,实现对所述下层传输盘2内是否有橙子进行检测。
如图1所示,还包括与所述控制器连接且设置于所述下层传输盘3的开口处的第二反光板光电12,当所述第二反光板光电12检测到所述下层传输盘的通道口有橙信号,向控制器发送通道口有橙信号,所述控制器根据接收到的通道口有橙信号,控制所述下层电机6停止转动。
如图1所示,还包括与所述控制器连接且设置于所述翻橙斗4的一侧的第二背景抑制光电13,当有橙子从所述下层传输盘的开口处掉落进所述翻橙斗中的瞬间,所述第二背景抑制光电13会对掉入翻橙斗中的橙子进行精确计数,实现对掉入翻橙斗中的橙子进行计数。
如图1和图2所示,还包括按预设间隔分别设置于所述上层传输皮带7和/或所述下层传输皮带9上的凸起槽14,以防止橙子在传输的过程中, 从所述下层传输皮带9上往后滚落。
如图1和图2所示,还包括与所述上层电机5连接的第一轴承15;与所述第一轴承15固定连接且套设于所述上层传输皮带7的一侧的第一主轴16;套设于所述上层传输皮带7的另一侧的第一副轴17。当所述上层电机5转动起来后,由于所述上层电机5中的齿轮插在所述第一主轴16上,故所述上层电机5转动带动所述第一主轴16转动,所述第一主轴16和所述第一副轴17把所述上层传输皮带7绷紧,由于摩擦力作用,将所述上层传输皮带7带动并转动起来,以实现所述上层传输皮带7转动的同时达到传输橙子的目的。
如图1和图2所示,还包括与所述下层电机6连接的第二轴承18;与所述第二轴承18固定连接且套设于所述下层传输皮带9的一侧的第二主轴19;套设于所述下层传输皮带9的另一侧的第二副轴20。当所述下层电机6转动起来后,由于所述下层电机6中的齿轮插在所述第二主轴19上,故所述下层电机6转动带动所述第二主轴19转动,所述第二主轴19和所述第二副轴20把所述下层传输皮带9绷紧,由于摩擦力作用,将所述下层传输皮带9带动转动起来,以实现所述下层传输皮带9转动的同时达到传输橙子的目的。
如图3、4、5所示,本申请的一个方面提供的传输榨汁设备还包括与所述传输装置1连接的榨汁装置,所述榨汁装置包括:上压件21;所述上压件21一端有一个圆孔,装在所述圆孔中的上爪固定杆47;与所述上爪固定杆47固定连接的上爪23,装配在所述上压件21的圆孔前端的铁丝钩22,所述铁丝钩22是用螺丝来固定在上压件21上的,其中,所述上爪固定杆47上有一个凹槽,所述铁丝钩22上有钣金卡槽,可以卡在固定杆47的凹槽中,防止装配在上压件21上的上爪掉落。
如图6和图7所示,所述榨汁装置还包括榨汁机后罩48,用来将榨汁装置与大电机28带动的传动结构给分离开来,防止橙汁以及橙皮进入传 动结构,其中,传动结构包括上压件连杆结构、下压件连杆结构;榨汁机后罩48上设置有钣金滑轨49,该钣金滑轨49包括上压件钣金50和下压件钣金51,上压件钣金50和下压件钣金51在钣金滑轨49上运动,所述上压件钣金50装在上压件21上,与上压件21一起运动,同时防止橙皮橙汁进入传动结构,所述下压件钣金51装在下压件26上,与下压件26一起运动,同时也防止橙汁橙皮进入传动结构;进一步地,还包括榨汁机前罩52,所述榨汁机前罩52上设置有榨汁机前罩锁扣53,用来锁住榨汁机前罩52,设置于榨汁机前罩52上且位于榨汁机前罩锁扣左下方的榨汁机前罩限位54,在操作员实际进行操作的过程中,必须将榨汁机前罩52合上,压住榨汁机前罩限位54,榨汁装置才会运转,防止操作人员失误操作,导致意外事件;更进一步地,所述榨汁机前罩52的一侧还是设置有一合页57,将榨汁机前罩52固定在合页57上,实现榨汁机前罩52的开关榨汁机前罩功能。
如图3和图6所示,设置于所述上爪23的下方且与所述上爪配合的下爪24,与所述下爪24固定连接的榨汁罐25,下爪24上固定设置有固定铁丝55和支撑架56,固定铁丝55用来固定榨汁罐25,支撑架56用来支撑榨汁罐25;与所述上压件21连接的上压件连杆结构;与所述上压件连杆结构连接的电机链条39;与所述电机链条39连接的下压件连杆结构;与所述下压件连杆结构连接的下压件26;装配在在所述下压件26上且与所述榨汁罐25配合的挤汁管27;与所述下压件26连接的下压件连杆结构;分别与所述下压件连杆结构和所述上压件连杆结构连接的电机链条39;与所述电机链条39连接的电机链轮38;与所述电机链轮38电连接的大电机28;设置于所述上压件21上的限位挡块29;所述榨汁装置的一侧内壁上分别设置有与所述限位挡块29配合的上限位30和下限位31,所述上限位和下限位分别与控制器连接。在此,通过所述限位挡块与上限位和下限位的配合,向控制器发送对应限位信号,进而控制器根据所述限位信号进行 对应的控制操作,例如,当所述限位挡块29碰到所述下限位31时,向控制器发送下限位信号,所述控制器根据接收到的所述下限位信号控制所述下层电机6转动,所述电机6转动带动所述下层传输皮带9传动将橙子传输至所述翻橙斗中,同时,所述控制器控制所述大电机28开始转动,以使大电机转动带动榨汁装置进行榨汁,其中,当所述下层电机6转动第一时间间隔300ms后,所述第二反光板光电12检测所述下层围栏的开口处是否有橙子,若有橙子,则说明所述下层电机6转动300ms将下层围栏的开口处的橙子运送掉落到所述翻橙斗4中,同时向控制器发送通道口有橙信号,若无橙子,则所述下层电机6转动第二时间间隔20s后,向控制器发送报警信号,所述报警信号包括以下至少任一种情况:榨汁机的加橙装置中没有橙子、传输榨汁设备出现机器故障及所述第二反光板光电12已坏无法正常检测。进一步地,当操作员需要对榨汁罐25进行回收清洗时,在所述限位挡块29碰到所述上限位30的时候,才会向控制器发送回收清洗信号,以待操作员根据该回收清洗信号对榨汁罐25进行清洗。
如图3和图4所示,所述上压件连杆结构包括:装配在所述上压件21中的上压件导杆32,与所述上压件21连接的大连杆33,分别与所述大连杆33和所述大链轮轴44连接的大甩块34,所述大链轮轴44两端装配有第二重型轴承45;与所述大链轮轴44连接的大链轮41;与所述大链轮41连接的电机链条39;所述下压件连杆结构包括:装配在所述下压件26中的下压件导杆35;与所述下压件26连接的小连杆36;分别与所述小连杆36和小链轮轴43的一端连接的小甩块37;所述小链轮43的两端装配有第一重型轴承42,且所述小链轮轴43的另一端连接小链轮40,小链轮40连接电机链条39;所述电机链条39与所述电机链轮38、大链轮41和小链轮40连接,大电机28通电带动与之连接的电机链轮38转动,所述电机链轮38转动带着电机链条39转动,所述电机链条39转动带着所述大链轮41和小链轮40转动,实现电机链轮38、大链轮41和小链轮40的同步 转动。
当所述限位挡块29碰到所述下限位31时,向控制器发送下限位信号,所述控制器根据接收到的所述下限位信号控制所述下层电机6转动,所述电机6转动带动所述下层传输皮带9传动将橙子传输至所述翻橙斗中,同时,所述控制器控制所述大电机28开始转动,所述大电机28转动带动所述电机链轮38转动,由于链轮链条配合传动,所述电机链条39亦转动起来,进而带动所述小链轮40和所述大链轮41同时转动起来,所述大链轮41依次通过所述大链轮轴44、第二重型轴承45带动所述大甩块34转动起来,所述大甩块34转动会带动所述大连杆33转动,从而带动所述上压件21做往返运动;所述小链轮40依次通过所述第一重型轴承42、小链轮轴43带动所述小甩块37转动,所述小甩块37转动会带动所述小连杆36转动,从而带动所述下压件26做往返运动,当所述上压件21运动到最高点的时候,带动固定在上压件21上的所述铁丝钩22将翻橙斗4提起来呈倾斜状,将橙子从所述翻橙斗4中滑落至所述下爪24中,同时,所述下压件26带动所述挤汁管27将橙汁从所述榨汁罐25中挤出来;当所述上压件21运动到最低点的时候,所述铁丝钩22将所述翻橙斗4平放下来,通过一翻橙斗台阶将平放下来的翻橙斗4托住,以待所述下层电机6会转动起来向所述翻橙斗4进行加橙,同时与所述铁丝钩22固定连接的所述上爪23与所述下爪24配合将橙子榨成汁。
如图4所示,与所述电机链条39连接的链条滑动固定块46,在所述电机链条39运转过程中,所述链条滑动固定块46固定所述电机链条39,使该电机链条39更加不易滑落、松动,进而使电机链条39运转更加顺畅、更加高效顺滑。
综上所述,本申请提供的传输榨汁设备通过上层电机的转动带动传输装置中的上层传输盘,并将橙子传输至所述上层传输盘开口处并掉落至所述下层传输盘中,当与所述控制器连接且设置于所述下层传输盘一侧的第一 背景抑制光电检测到所述下层传输盘有橙子时,向控制器发送下层有橙信号,所述控制器根据接收到的下层有橙信号控制上层电机停止转动;当所述与所述控制器连接且设置于所述下层传输盘一侧的第一背景抑制光电检测到下层传输盘没有橙子时,向控制器发送下层无橙信号,所述控制器根据接收到的下层无橙信号控制所述上层电机转动,所述上层电机带动所述上层传输皮带转动,所述上层传输皮带带动其上橙子传输至掉入所述下层传输盘;与所述控制器连接且设置于所述下层传输盘的开口处的第二反光板光电,当所述第二反光板光电检测到所述开口处有橙子时,向控制器发送通道口有橙信号,所述控制器根据接收到的通道口有橙信号,控制所述下层电机停止转动;进一步地,还包括与所述控制器连接且设置于所述翻橙斗的一侧的第二背景抑制光电,用于对从所述下层传输盘的开口处掉落进所述翻橙斗中的橙子进行计数。
进一步的,本申请提供的传输榨汁设备还包括与所述传输装置连接的榨汁装置,所述榨汁装置包括:上压件;所述上压件一端有一个圆孔,装在所述圆孔中的上爪固定杆;与所述上爪固定杆固定连接的上爪,装配在所述上压件的圆孔前端的铁丝钩,所述铁丝钩是用螺丝来固定在上压件上的,其中,所述上爪固定杆上有一个凹槽,所述铁丝钩上有钣金卡槽,可以卡在固定杆的凹槽中,防止装配在上压件上的上爪掉落。所述铁丝钩设置于所述翻橙斗的侧面;设置于所述上爪的下方且与所述上爪配合的下爪;与所述下爪固定连接的榨汁罐;与所述上压件连接的上压件连杆结构;与所述上压件连杆结构连接的下压件;装配在所述下压件上且与所述榨汁罐配合的挤汁管;与所述下压件连接的下压件连杆结构;分别与所述下压件连杆结构和所述上压件连杆结构连接的链条;与所述链条连接的电机链轮;与所述电机链轮连接的大电机;设置于所述上压件上的限位挡块;所述榨汁装置的一侧内壁上分别设置有与所述限位挡块配合的上限位和下限位,当所述限位挡块碰到所述下限位时,向控制器发送下限位信号,所 述控制器根据接收到的下限位信号控制所述下层电机转动;所述下层电机转动第一时间间隔后,所述第二反光板光电检测所述下层围栏的开口处是否有橙子,若有橙子,则向控制器发送通道口有橙信号,若无橙子,则所述下层电机转动第二时间间隔后,向控制器发送报警信号,以待所述控制器基于所述报警信号进行维护;当操作员需要对榨汁罐进行回收清洗时,在所述限位挡块碰到所述上限位的时候,会向控制器发送可以回收清洗信号来提示操作员。

Claims (16)

  1. 传输榨汁设备传输榨汁设备,其特征在于,包括:
    传输装置,包括上下分别设置的上层传输盘和下层传输盘,所述上层传输盘的底面有一侧开口,所述侧开口与所述下层传输盘连通,所述下层围栏有一开口,所述开口与翻橙斗连通;
    分别与所述上层传输盘和下层传输盘连接的上层电机和下层电机;
    设置于所述上层传输盘一侧的第一反光板光电,用于当检测到所述上层传输盘内没有橙子时,向控制器发送加橙信号;
    与所述第一反光板光电、上层电机和下层电机连接的控制器与所述第一反光板光电、上层电机和下层电机连接的控制器;
    与所述控制器连接且设置于所述下层传输盘一侧的第一背景抑制光电,用于当检测到的所述下层传输盘内没有橙子时,向控制器发送下层无橙信号;
    与所述控制器连接且设置于所述下层传输盘的开口处的第二反光板光电,用于当检测到所述开口处有橙子时,向控制器发送通道口有橙信号。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的传输榨汁设备,其特征在于,还包括:与所述控制器连接且设置于所述翻橙斗的一侧的第二背景抑制光电,用于对从所述下层传输盘的开口处掉落进所述翻橙斗中的橙子进行计数。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的传输榨汁设备,其特征在于,所述上层传输盘包括上层传输皮带和与所述上层传输皮带连接的上层围栏,所述下层传输盘包括下层传输皮带和与所述下层传输皮带连接的下层围栏,所述上层电机与所述上层传输皮带连接,所述下层电机与所述下层传输皮带连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的榨汁机存储设备,其特征在于,所述控制器还用于根据接收到的下层无橙信号控制所述上层电机转动,所述上层电机带 动所述上层传输皮带转动,所述上层传输皮带带动其上橙子传输至掉入所述下层传输盘。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的榨汁机存储设备,其特征在于,还包括:
    按预设间隔分别设置于所述上层传输皮带和/或所述下层传输皮带上的凸起槽。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的榨汁机存储设备,其特征在于,还包括:
    与所述上层电机连接的第一轴承;
    与所述第一轴承固定连接且套设于所述上层传输皮带的一侧的第一主轴;
    套设于所述上层传输皮带的另一侧的第一副轴。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的榨汁机存储设备,其特征在于,还包括:
    与所述下层电机连接的第二轴承;
    与所述第二轴承固定连接且套设于所述下层传输皮带的一侧的第二主轴;
    套设于所述下层传输皮带的另一侧的第二副轴。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的榨汁机存储设备,其特征在于,所述第一背景抑制光电,还用于当检测到有橙子从所述上层传输盘的开口处掉入所述下层传输盘内时,向控制器发送下层有橙信号。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的榨汁机存储设备,其特征在于,所述控制器还用于根据接收到的下层有橙信号,控制所述上层电机停止转动。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的榨汁机存储设备,其特征在于,所述控制器还用于根据接收到的加橙信号控制加橙装置向所述上层传输盘加橙子。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的榨汁机存储设备,其特征在于,所述控制器还用于根据接收到的通道口有橙信号,控制所述下层电机停止转动。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的榨汁机存储设备,其特征在于,还包括与所述传输装置连接的榨汁装置,所述榨汁装置包括:
    上压件;
    所述上压件一端有一个圆孔,装在所述圆孔中的上爪固定杆;
    与所述上爪固定杆固定连接的上爪;
    装配在所述上压件的圆孔前端的铁丝钩,所述铁丝钩通过螺丝与上压件固定连接;
    其中,所述上爪固定杆上有一个凹槽,所述铁丝钩上有钣金卡槽,所述钣金卡槽与所述凹槽配合连接;
    设置于所述上爪的下方且与所述上爪配合的下爪;
    与所述下爪固定连接的榨汁罐;
    与所述上压件连接的上压件连杆结构;
    与所述上压件连杆结构连接的电机链条;
    与所述电机链条连接的下压件连杆结构;
    与所述下压件连杆结构连接的下压件;
    装配在在所述下压件上且与所述榨汁罐配合的挤汁管;
    与所述电机链条连接的电机链轮;
    与所述电机链轮电连接的大电机;
    设置于所述上压件上的限位挡块;
    所述榨汁装置的一侧内壁上分别设置有与所述限位挡块配合的上限 位和下限位,所述上限位和下限位分别与控制器连接,当所述限位挡块碰到所述下限位时,向控制器发送下限位信号,当所述限位挡块碰到所述上限位时,向控制器发送回收清洗信号。
  13. 根据权利要求12述的榨汁机存储设备,其特征在于,所述控制器还用于:
    根据接收到的下限位信号控制所述下层电机转动;
    所述下层电机转动第一时间间隔后,所述第二反光板光电检测所述下层围栏的开口处是否有橙子,
    若有橙子,则向控制器发送通道口有橙信号;
    若无橙子,则所述下层电机转动第二时间间隔后,向控制器发送报警信号,以待所述控制器基于所述报警信号进行报警。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的榨汁机存储设备,其特征在于,所述上压件连杆结构包括:
    装配在所述上压件中的上压件导杆;
    与所述上压件连接的大连杆;
    分别与所述大连杆和大链轮轴连接的大甩块;
    所述大链轮轴两端装配有第二重型轴承;
    与所述大链轮轴连接的大链轮;
    与所述大链轮连接的电机链条。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的榨汁机存储设备,其特征在于,所述下压件连杆结构包括:
    装配在所述下压件中的下压件导杆;
    与所述下压件连接的小连杆;
    分别与所述小连杆和小链轮轴的一端连接的小甩块;
    所述小链轮轴的两端装配有第一重型轴承;
    位于所述大链轮同一水平面的下侧且与所述小链轮轴的另一端连接的小链轮;
    与所述小链轮连接的电机链条。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的榨汁机存储设备,其特征在于,还包括:
    与所述电机链条连接的链条滑动固定块。
