本公开实施例中的上述一个或多个技术方案,至少具有如下技术效果之一:
本公开结构简单、操作便捷,当用户从货道的出口处拿走一件货品后, 推动件就会推动剩余的货品朝向货道的出口移动,直至此时位于货道最前方的货品抵在挡板上。在推动件移动过程中,位于推动件前方的限位件在其推动下解除限位,使得推动件顺利朝向货道的出口移动。当用户向后推动货道出口处的货品时,位于推动件后方的限位件就会对推动件形成限制,使其无法朝远离货道出口的方向移动,由此就可避免用户将已经从货道拿走的货品重新放回货道。可见,本公开不仅为开放式取货、用户体验好,而且只允许用户从货道拿取货品而不能放回货品,从而避免了被用户使用或损坏过的货品进入货道而影响货品安全。

结合图1至图4所示,本公开实施例提供了一种货品输出装置,该装置包括货道1、推动件2和多个限位件3,货道1的出口设有挡板4;推动件2设于货道1内,用于驱动待输送的货品朝向出口移动;多个限位件3沿货道1的长度方向依次设置;限位件3在相对推动件2的前侧位置与后侧位置之间切换:在前侧位置,限位件3在推动件2的推动下解除限位;在后侧位置,限位件3限制推动件2朝远离出口的方向移动。基于货品的输出方向可知,前侧位置表示限位件3位于推动件2朝向出口的一侧,后侧位置表示限位件3位于推动件2背向出口的一侧。
下面以瓶装水为例,对本公开实施例中的货品输出装置的使用方法进行说明:
工作人员预先沿货道1的长度方向将多瓶瓶装水依次摆放在推动件2与挡板4之间,此时位于货道1最前方的瓶装水抵在挡板4上,推动件2抵在位于货道1最后方的瓶装水上。当用户从货道1的出口处拿走一瓶瓶装水后,推动件2就会推动剩余的瓶装水朝向货道1的出口移动,直至此时位于货道1最前方的瓶装水抵在挡板4上。在推动件2移动过程中,位于推动件2前方的限位件3在其推动下解除限位,使得推动件2顺利朝向货道1的出口移动。当用户向后推动货道1出口处的瓶装水时,位于推动件2后方的限位件3就会对推动件2形成限制,使其无法朝远离货道1出口的方向移动,由此就可避免用户将已经从货道1拿走的瓶装水重新放回货道1。可见,该装置不仅为开放式取货、用户体验好,而且只允许用户从货道1拿取货品而不能放回货品,从而避免了被用户使用或损坏过的货品进入货道1而影响货品安全。
如图3所示,该装置还包括设于推动件2上方的安装板5,安装板5上沿其长度方向开设有与限位件3一一对应的通孔5.1;限位件3包括第一限位部3.1和第二限位部3.2,第一限位部3.1设于对应的通孔5.1,且第一限位部3.1的上部与安装板5转动连接,第一限位部3.1的下部探出 即延伸出对应的通孔5.1;第二限位部3.2的第一端与第一限位部3.1连接,第二限位部3.2的第二端朝向出口延伸并用于与安装板5的顶面抵触配合。
如图3所示,下面对限位件3的工作原理进行说明:
在前侧位置:由于第二限位部3.2的第一端与第一限位部3.1连接,因此在推动件2推动货道1内货品朝向出口移动的过程中,当推动件2与位于其前方的第一限位部3.1的下部接触时,在推动件2的带动下,第二限位部3.2会随第一限位部3.1一起向上转动即逆时针转动。随着第一限位部3.1的下部逐渐转入对应的通孔5.1内,该限位件3对推动件2的限位作用便解除。
在后侧位置:由于第二限位部3.2的第二端朝向出口延伸并搭设在安装板5的顶面上,也就是说,安装板5用于与第二限位部3.2配合的部分恰好位于第二限位部3.2顺时针转动的路径上,因此当用户向后推动货道1出口处的货品时,虽然推动件2不断对位于其后方的第一限位部3.1施加向后的作用力,但是此时第二限位部3.2的第二端与安装板5的顶面抵接配合,受到安装板5顶面的约束,第二限位部3.2是无法向下转动即顺时针转动的,从而与第二限位部3.2连接的第一限位部3.1也无法转动,由此在第一限位部3.1的阻挡下推动件2便无法朝远离出口的方向移动,从而就可避免用户将已经从货道1拿走的瓶装水重新放回货道1。
需要说明的是,在保证限位件3连接强度的情况下,为了避免第一限位部3.1的厚度过大而浪费货道1的储物空间,第一限位部3.1自上而下呈渐缩状。例如,如图3所示,第一限位部3.1的纵向截面形状类似倒三角形,第一限位部3.1顶部朝向出口的一侧与第二限位部3.2连接,第一限位部3.1背向出口的一侧与安装板5转动连接。此外,为了实现用户拿走一个货品时推动件2便向前越过一个限位件3,相邻两个限位件3之间的间隔等于货品沿货道1的长度方向的尺寸。当然相邻两个限位件3之间的间隔略大于或略小于货品沿货道1长度方向的尺寸也是允许的。
由于限位件3的存在,推动件2无法朝远离出口的方向移动,因此为了便于工作人员补货,安装板5可侧向转动地设于推动件的上方。由此,补货时工作人员可首先将安装板5向一侧翻转,此时设于安装板5上的所有限位件3随之发生翻转,限位件3的第一限位部3.1的下部便无法与推 动件2接触,也就是说,此时推动件2不再受限位件3的限制。接下来,工作人员可无阻碍的将推动件2朝远离出口的方向推动;最后,将货品依次摆放在货道1上后,再向相反方向翻转安装板5以使限位件3重新回到推动件2的正上方。当然为了便于补货,除了使安装板5可侧向转动地设置以外,工作人员还可以通过手动转动第二限位部3.2来解除第一限位部3.1对推动件2的限位。为了方便工作人员转动第二限位部3.2,第二限位部3.2上可设置拉环或拉绳等便于手持的部件。
另外,考虑到货品质量较重时,若货道1内装满货品,推动件2推动所有货品朝向出口移动的速度会受一定影响,因此该装置还可采用下述几种方式辅助推动件2推动货品移动:
方式一、纯机械式辅助、无需电器元件:该装置还包括设于货道1内的滑道6,滑道6沿货道1长度方向延伸,推动件2开设有用于滑道6穿过的开口,滑道6自远离出口的一端至临近出口的一端向下倾斜。由此,工作人员摆放货品时就可将货品沿滑道6的长度方向依次摆放在滑道6上。当用户拿走一个货品时,滑道6上剩余的货品会在自身重力的分力与推动件2的双重驱动下朝向出口移动。
方式二、定速运送、安全不易撞坏货品:该装置还包括传送带、主动轮、从动轮和传送电机,传送带设于货道1内并沿货道1的长度方向延伸;推动件2开设有用于传送带穿过的开口;从动轮通过传送带与主动轮传动连接,传送电机与主动轮连接、用于驱动主动轮转动。
需要说明的是,辅助推动件2推动货品移动的方式并不限于上述两种方式,其他能够对商品施加朝向出口方向推力的部件均可。此外,推动件2上也可不设置开口,推动件2可悬置于滑道6或传送带的上方。
其中,如图3和图4所示,推动件2包括导杆2.2和推板2.1,导杆2.2沿货道1的长度方向延伸,推板2.1可滑动地套设于导杆2.2。此时推板2.1既可以借助外力推动货品,也可以借助自身重力推动货品:
当推板2.1借助自身重力推动货品时,导杆2.2自远离出口的一端至临近出口的一端向下倾斜。
当推板2.1借助外力推动货品时可以但不限于采用以下两种方式:方式一、导杆2.2上套设有弹簧2.3,弹簧2.3压缩设置在推板2.1背向出口 的一侧。由于弹簧2.3处于压缩状态,因此弹簧2.3始终会对推板2.1施加朝向出口方向的作用力,进而推板2.1便能抵紧货品对其施加推力。方式二、推动件2还包括驱动电机,导杆2.2为丝杆,丝杆上旋合有螺母,推板2.1与螺母连接;驱动电机与丝杆连接,用于驱动丝杆转动。当驱动电机启动时,随着丝杆的转动与其旋合的螺母就会带动推板2.1朝货道1的出口方向移动,进而便能抵紧货品对其施加推力。
此外,考虑到当推板2.1尺寸较大、货品质量较重时,若仅设置一个导杆2.2则容易导致推板2.1发生歪斜,因此为了避免上述情况发生,推动件2包括多个导杆2.2,多个导杆2.2沿推板2.1的高度方向依次设置。
进一步地,货道1的出口处设有计数组件,计数组件用于统计从出口处离开货道1的货品数量。如图2所示,计数组件包括压板7.1和微动开关传感器7.2,压板7.1的第一端向下延伸并与货道1的底面连接、第二端朝向出口所在的方向倾斜向上延伸;微动开关传感器7.2设于压板7.1的转动行程上,也就是说,微动开关传感器7.2的驱动杆7.2.1位于压板7.1的第二端的下方。当货道1内放有货品时,位于货道1最前方的货品正好压在压板7.1的第二端上,压板7.1的第二端向下转动进而触动微动开关传感器7.2的驱动杆7.2.1。而当用户将该货品拿走的瞬间,压板7.1受到的压力消失,压板7.1的第二端朝远离微动开关传感器7.2的一侧弹起,压板7.1的第二端与微动开关传感器7.2的驱动杆7.2.1分离。由此,根据微动开关传感器7.2输出信号的变化次数便可确定用户拿走货品的数量。其中,压板7.1可以但不限于是金属薄片。当然,为了提高压板7.1触发微动开关传感器7.2的可靠性,增大压板7.1的第二端的转动幅度,压板7.1的第一端可通过合页与货道1的底面转动连接,合页的转轴上设有扭转弹簧。
需要说明的是,除了采用压板7.1与微动开关传感器7.2来统计从出口处离开货道1的货品数量,还可以采用红外设备,红外设备包括分别设于货道1两侧的红外发射器和红外接收器,红外接收器与红外发射器相对设置。当货道1内放有货品时,位于货道1最前方的货品正好将红外发射器发射的红外光遮住,此时红外接收器接收不到红外发射器发射的红外光。而当用户将该货品拿走的瞬间,红外接收器就可接收到红外发射器发射的 红外光。
另外,如图5至图8所示,本公开实施例还提供了一种货品输出机构,该机构包括框架、翻转连杆8以及多个货品输出装置,货道1设于框架内;翻转连杆8设于框架的顶面,多个安装板5沿翻转连杆8的长度方向依次设置,安装板5的端部与翻转连杆8转动连接,所有安装板5的同一侧的侧壁与框架转动连接。
下面以所有安装板5的右侧的侧壁与框架转动连接为例,对本公开实施例中货品输出机构的补货方法进行说明:
补货时,工作人员可沿翻转连杆8的长度方向向右推动翻转连杆8。由于安装板5的端部与翻转连杆8转动连接,因此安装板5会受到翻转连杆8对其施加的向右的作用力。而由于所有安装板5的右侧的侧壁与框架转动连接,因此安装板5无法水平移动,而是在该作用力的驱动下顺时针转动。此时,所有限位件3的第一限位部3.1的下部便无法与推动件2接触,也就是说,此时推动件2不再受限位件3的限制。接下来,工作人员可无阻碍的将各个货道1内的推动件2朝远离出口的方向推动。最后,工作人员将货品依次摆放在货道1上后,再沿翻转连杆8的长度方向向左推动翻转连杆8,此时所有的安装板5在翻转连杆8的驱动下就会逆时针转动,进而重新回到对应推动件2的正上方。
可见,该货品输出机构通过将安装板5的端部与翻转连杆8转动连接,将所有安装板5同一侧的侧壁与框架转动连接,就可将翻转连杆8的水平移动转换为安装板5的翻转运动,快速解除所有限位件3的限位作用。
此外,如图9所示。本公开实施例还提供了一种货柜,包括柜体9、柜门10和货品输出装置,柜门10与柜体9转动连接,货品输出装置设于柜体9内。其中,该货柜可以但不限于是零售柜。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。
Claims (17)
- 一种货品输出装置,其特征在于,包括:货道,其出口处设有挡板;推动件,设于所述货道内,用于驱动待输送的货品朝向所述出口移动;多个限位件,沿所述货道的长度方向依次设置;所述限位件在相对所述推动件的前侧位置与后侧位置之间切换:在前侧位置,所述限位件在所述推动件的推动下解除限位;在后侧位置,所述限位件限制所述推动件朝远离所述出口的方向移动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的货品输出装置,其特征在于,还包括设于所述推动件上方的安装板,所述安装板上沿其长度方向开设有与所述限位件一一对应的通孔;所述限位件包括第一限位部和第二限位部,所述第一限位部设于对应的所述通孔,且所述第一限位部的上部与所述安装板转动连接,所述第一限位部的下部探出对应的所述通孔;所述第二限位部的第一端与所述第一限位部连接,所述第二限位部的第二端朝向所述出口延伸并用于与所述安装板的顶面抵触配合。
- 根据权利要求2所述的货品输出装置,其特征在于,所述安装板可侧向转动地设于所述推动件的上方。
- 根据权利要求2所述的货品输出装置,其特征在于,所述第一限位部自上而下呈渐缩状。
- 根据权利要求1所述的货品输出装置,其特征在于,相邻两个所述限位件之间的间隔等于所述货品沿所述货道的长度方向的尺寸。
- 根据权利要求1所述的货品输出装置,其特征在于,还包括设于所述货道内的滑道,所述滑道沿所述货道的长度方向延伸,所述推动件开设有用于所述滑道穿过的开口,所述滑道自远离所述出口的一端至临近所述出口的一端向下倾斜。
- 根据权利要求1所述的货品输出装置,其特征在于,还包括:传送带,设于所述货道内并沿所述货道的长度方向延伸;所述推动件开设有用于所述传送带穿过的开口;传送电机,用于驱动所述传送带;主动轮,与所述传送电机连接;从动轮,通过所述主动轮与所述传送带传动连接。
- 根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的货品输出装置,其特征在于,所述推动件包括:导杆,其沿所述货道的长度方向延伸;推板,可滑动地套设于所述导杆。
- 根据权利要求8所述的货品输出装置,其特征在于,所述推动件还包括套设于所述导杆的弹簧,所述弹簧压缩设置在所述推板背向所述出口的一侧。
- 根据权利要求8所述的货品输出装置,其特征在于,所述导杆自远离所述出口的一端至临近所述出口的一端向下倾斜。
- 根据权利要求8所述的货品输出装置,其特征在于,所述推动件还包括驱动电机,所述导杆为丝杆,所述丝杆上旋合有螺母,所述推板与所述螺母连接;所述驱动电机与所述丝杆连接,用于驱动所述丝杆转动。
- 根据权利要求8所述的货品输出装置,其特征在于,所述导杆的数量为多个,多个所述导杆沿所述推板的高度方向依次设置。
- 根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的货品输出装置,其特征在于,所述货道的出口处设有计数组件,所述计数组件用于统计从所述出口处离开所述货道的货品数量。
- 根据权利要求13所述的货品输出装置,其特征在于,所述计数组件包括:压板,其第一端向下延伸并与所述货道的底面连接、第二端朝向所述出口所在的方向倾斜向上延伸;微动开关传感器,设于所述压板的转动行程上。
- 根据权利要求13所述的货品输出装置,其特征在于,所述计数组件包括分别设于所述货道两侧的红外发射器和红外接收器,所述红外接收器与所述红外发射器相对设置。
- 一种货品输出机构,其特征在于,包括框架、翻转连杆以及多个如权利要求2所述的货品输出装置,所述货道设于所述框架内;所述翻转连杆设于所述框架的顶面,多个所述安装板沿所述翻转连杆的长度方向依次设置,所述安装板的端部与所述翻转连杆转动连接,所有所述安装板的 同一侧的侧壁与所述框架转动连接。
- 一种货柜,包括柜体和柜门,其特征在于,还包括如权利要求1至15任一项所述的货品输出装置,所述货品输出装置设于所述柜体内。
