Description

钢球冲击试验机 技术领域
本发明属于钢球检测设备技术领域,具体涉及一种钢球冲击试验机。
背景技术
破碎机在矿山之类的行业的应用十分广泛,对于体积相对较大的矿石通常采用锤式破碎机破碎,锤式破碎机的典型的例子如中国专利授权公告号CN103252271B(锤式破碎机)、CN101947478B(终筛机构可移式单段锤式筛分破碎机)、CN101947479B(结构改进的单段锤式筛分破碎机)、CN101972682B(单段锤式筛分破碎机)和CN101972683B(终筛机构可调式单段锤式筛分破碎机),等等。对于体积相对较小的矿石以及对由前述锤式破碎机后的矿石通常采用钢球与矿石相混合的方式击碎并磨细,并且通常情况下,矿料与钢球的体积比为4-5∶1,典型的例子如中国专利授权公告号CN23916857U(立式振动冲击破碎机)、CN201711185U(筒筛式超细破碎机)、CN202191937U(一种笼式滚筒钢球细碎机)和CN203448145U(干式球式破碎机),等等。
通过对上述利用钢球将矿石击碎并磨细的五篇专利说明书的阅读可知:钢球质量的优劣对矿料的击碎和磨细效率产生直接影响,同时对矿产企业以及水泥生产企业的生成成本也产生直接影响。因为,如果钢球在破碎机(也称球磨机)的破碎腔(也称球磨腔)内与矿料频繁撞击过程中易出现龟裂、剥脱,那么钢球耗用量无疑会显著增大。因此钢球的耐冲击强度以及耐磨性是考量其品质优劣的重要指标。
为了了解钢球的抗冲击强度,以利判断钢球生产工艺以及用于制造钢球的钢材的材质是否优选,等等,钢球生产厂商通常需对由每个批次如不同牌号的钢材如钢圆棒制作的钢球进行取样并进行冲击试验。
在公开的中国专利文献中可见诸用于对钢球进行冲击试验的钢球冲击试验机的技术信息,如CN103335808B推荐的“一种具有V形下落钢管的钢球试验装置”和CN103323208B提供的“一种钢球下落与碰撞试验装置”,该两项专利方案虽然能够兑现说明书的技术效果栏中记载的各自的技术效果,但是存在着从下落直管下落的后一钢球不能与前一钢球有效撞击的欠缺。典型的如CN100365137C介绍的“离心抛射式钢球互撞强化机”,其是通过机电一体化控制装置带动主轴,由主轴带动设在主轴上的叶轮以及位于叶轮之间的凸形钢球分配器,由凸形钢球分配器将钢球抛入钢球强化料仓,由钢球强化料仓的底部的斜面导流槽导出,再经钢球输送装置提取并返回至凸形钢球分配器,如 此循环。该专利方案存在以下弊端:其一,由于凸形钢球分配器接连不断地甚至在倾刻间将多个钢球以扎堆状态抛入钢球强化料仓,因而钢球在离开凸形钢球分配器时便产生相互撞击,于是钢球之间的碰撞冲击力是较小的,不利于获取期望的冲击试验效果。然而在测试过程中,只有使后一钢球与前一钢球有效撞击,才能获得理想的冲击试验效果;其二,由于该专利自凸形钢球分配器抛出的钢球会率先与钢球强化料仓的仓体侧壁相撞,因而易损及钢球强化料仓;其三,由于需要使用两套动力机构,一为一体化控制装置的电机,二为钢球输送装置的电机,因而一方面致使结构复杂,另一方面不利于节省电能;其四,由于当钢球碎裂时因形态改变而极易对钢球强化料仓的出料口堵塞,使后续进入的钢球积聚在钢球强化料仓内,必须清堵后才能继续测试,因而会增加在线作业人员(值机人员)的工作量并且影响测试效率,因为清堵必须在停机状态下进行。
针对上述已有技术,有必要加以改进,为此本申请人作了有益的设计,下面将要介绍的技术方案便是在这种背景下产生的。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于提供一种有助于使钢球以逐个状态有序跌落而藉以保障在后跌落的钢球与在先跌落的钢球有效撞击、有利于变封闭式的钢球强化料仓为敞口式的球道构造而藉以简化结构并且能在无需停机状态下方便地将碎裂的钢球取离、有益于减少动力机构而藉以节省电能消耗并且方便日常检护的钢球冲击试验机。
本发明的任务是这样来完成的,一种钢球冲击试验机,包括一机架,该机架的下部支承于地坪上,而上部朝着背离地坪的方向向上伸展;一钢球坠落导管和一钢球排列过渡机构,钢球坠落导管的上端与所述机架的上部固定,而钢球坠落导管的下端伸展至钢球排列过渡机构,该钢球排列过渡机构设置在地坪上;一用于接受来自于所述钢球排列过渡机构的钢球并且将所接受的钢球导出的钢球导出槽,该钢球导出槽支承在地坪上并且与钢球排列过渡机构连接;一动力机构,该动力机构设置在所述机架的上部;一用于提取由所述钢球导出槽导出的钢球并且将提取的钢球向上提喂给所述钢球坠落导管的提球机构,该提球机构与钢球导出槽相对应并且与所述的动力机构传动连接;一用于避免钢球逃逸于所述钢球排列过渡机构的钢球管制机构,该钢球管制机构在对应于钢球排列过渡机构的上方的位置与钢球排列过渡机构连接。
在本发明的一个具体的实施例中,所述的钢球排列过渡机构包括底板、前墙板、后墙板和一组过渡球道构建板,底板支承于地坪上,前墙板在垂直于底板的状态下与底板 的前侧固定,并且在前墙板的上沿的中部向下凹陷有一前墙板C字形腔,后墙板同样在垂直于底板的状态下与底板的后侧固定,并且在后墙板的上沿的中部向下凹陷有一后墙板C字形腔,前、后墙板之间的空间构成为球道构建板腔,一组过渡球道构建板设置在球道构建板腔内并且同时与前墙板以及后墙板固定,该组球道构建板构成有一C字形储球道、该C字形储球道对应于前、后墙板朝向上的一侧之间,所述钢球坠落导管的下端伸展至所述C字形储球道的左端上方,所述钢球导向槽的前侧左端在对应于C字形储球道的右端的位置同时与所述前墙板的右端以及后墙板的右端连接,与所述动力机构传动连接的所述提球机构与钢球导出槽的后侧左端相对应;所述机架为框架状的构造并且在该机架的上部构成有一机架平台;所述钢球管制机构在对应于所述C字形储球道的右端上方的位置同时与所述的前墙板以及后墙板连接。
在本发明的另一个具体的实施例中,所述的动力机构包括电机、减速箱座、减速箱和减速箱输出轴联轴器,电机与减速箱传动配合并且由减速箱连同电机固定在减速箱座上,减速箱座固定在所述机架的机架平台上,减速箱输出轴联轴器与减速箱的减速箱输出轴固定;所述钢球坠落导管的上端伸展到机架平台的上方并且配接有一导管钢球导入口,在该导管钢球导入口上搁置有一钢球喂入槽的一端,而该钢球喂入槽的另一端在对应于所述提球机构位置支承于机架平台上,在所述钢球导出槽的后侧左端并且位于左端端口的居中位置构成有一托球指爪,该托球指爪的两侧的空间构成为提球钩让位腔,所述的提球机构与托球指爪的左端相对应;所述钢球喂入槽的一端构成为喂入槽出球口,而所述钢球喂入槽的另一端构成为喂入槽进球口。

本发明提供的技术方案的技术效果在于;其一,由于通过坠落导管能导引钢球跌落至钢球排列过渡机构并与钢球排列过渡机构上的在先跌落的钢球撞击,因而具有理想的撞击效果;其二,由于摒弃了已有技术中的封闭的钢球强化料仓,取而代之采用了钢球导出槽,因而不仅简化了结构,而且在不停机的状态将碎裂的并且位于钢球导出腔内的钢球取离;其三,由于仅需使用一个动力机构,因而既可节省电源消耗,又能减少日常的检护工作量。

具体实施方式
为了能够更加清楚地理解本发明的技术实质和有益效果,申请人在下面以实施例的方式作详细说明,但是对实施例的描述均不是对本发明方案的限制,任何依据本发明构思所作出的仅仅为形式上的而非实质性的等效变换都应视为本发明的技术方案范畴。
在下面的描述中凡是涉及上、下、左、右、前和后的方向性或称方位性的概念都是依据图2所处的位置状态而言的,因而不能将其理解为对本发明提供的技术方案的特别限定。
请参见图1,示出了一机架1(也可称“桁架”),该机架1的下部支承于地坪上,而上部朝着背离地坪的方向向上伸展,向上伸展的程度依实际的测试要求确定,在本实施例中,向上伸展的程度为10米,也就是说机架1的高度为10米;一钢球坠落导管2和一钢球排列过渡机构3,钢球坠落导管2的上端通过导管固定箍22并且借助于导管固定箍螺钉221与前述机架1的上部的机架横梁12(图2示)固定,而钢球坠落导管2的下端伸展至钢球排列过渡机构3,该钢球排列过渡机构3设置在地坪上;示出了一用于接受来自于前述钢球排列过渡机构3的钢球并且将所接受的钢球导出的钢球导出槽4,该钢球导出槽4支承在地坪上并且与钢球排列过渡机构3连接;示出了一动力机构5,该动力机构5设置在前述机架1的上部;示出了一用于提取由前述钢球导出槽4导出的钢球并且将提取的钢球向上提喂给前述钢球坠落导管2的提球机构6,该提球机构6与钢球导出槽4相对应并且与前述的动力机构5传动连接;示出了一用于避免钢球8(图2示)逃逸于前述钢球排列过渡机构3的钢球管制机构7,该钢球管制机构7在对应于钢球排列过渡机构3的上方的位置与钢球排列过渡机构3连接。
在本实施例中,前述钢球坠落导管2的高度为10米,但并非限于10米,具体根据对钢球8的冲击试验要求确定,依据专业常识,钢球坠落导管2的管腔自上端贯通至下端,即上下两端是不封闭的,并且由钢管充任。出自钢球坠落导管2的钢球8跌落至钢球排列过渡机构3上,并且同时与跌落至钢球排列过渡机构3上的钢球8撞击。具体地讲,假设抽取14只钢球8进行冲击试验,那么该14只钢球8是以接力形式作反复冲击试验的,而钢球排列过渡机构3上可保持有10只钢球8。基于此理,前述的钢球排列过渡机构3也可以称为接力钢球待出机构或钢球待出机构。
请参见图2并且结合图1,前述的钢球排列过渡机构3包括底板31、前墙板32、后墙板33和一组过渡球道构建板34,底板31支承于地坪上,前墙板32在垂直于底板31的状态下与底板31的前侧焊接固定,并且在前墙板32的上沿的中部向下凹陷有一前墙板C字形腔321,后墙板32同样在垂直于底板31的状态下与底板31的后侧焊接固定,并且在后墙板33的上沿的中部向下凹陷有一后墙板C字形腔331,前、后墙板32、33之间的空间构成为球道构建板腔35,一组过渡球道构建板34设置在球道构建板腔35内并且同时与前墙板32以及后墙板33固定,该组球道构建板34构成有一C字形储球道341,该C字形储球道341对应于前、后墙板32、33朝向上的一侧之间,前述钢球坠落导管2的下端伸展至前述C字形储球道341的左端上方,前述钢球导向槽4的前侧左端在对应于C字形储球道341的右端的位置同时与前述前墙板32的右端以及后墙板33的右端面焊接连接,与前述动力机构5传动连接的前述提球机构6与钢球导出槽4的后侧左端相对应;前述机架1为框架状的构造并且在该机架1的上部构成有一机架平台11;前述钢球管制机构7在对应于前述C字形储球道341的右端上方的位置同时与前述的前墙板32以及后墙板33连接。
在图2中示出了开设于底板31的前后侧的各一组底板固定螺钉孔311,借助于该底板固定螺钉孔311将底板31与地坪或者与设置在地坪上的支架固定。
作为优选的方案,可在前述机架1的机架平台11的四周设置安全防护栏111(图1示),以确保设备检护人员自地坪循着机架1(在机架1上可设置扶梯)攀登至机架平台11并在对前述动力机构5检护时的安全性。由图2的示意可知,前述的C字形储球道341是凭借前墙板32以及后墙板33探出一组过渡球道构建34而形成的,该C字形储球道341的宽度和深度优选与钢球8的直径相适应。在C字形储球道341内以一个挨着一个的状态保持有10只钢球8,形成接力循环。通常情况下,对抽取的钢球8进行冲击试验的次数为2万次左右,即前述的14只钢球8均经受2万次左右的冲击试验,除非在试验过程中出现碎裂为两片或多片的情形(碎裂钢球提前剔除)。
请参见图3并且结合图1和图2,前述的动力机构5包括电机51、减速箱座52、减速箱53和减速箱输出轴联轴器54,电机51优选采用变频调速电机,该电机51与减速箱53传动配合并且由减速箱53连同电机51通过减速箱固定螺钉532固定在减速箱座52上,而减速箱座52通过减速箱座固定螺钉521固定在前述机架1的机架平台11上,减速箱输出轴联轴器54与减速箱53的减速箱输出轴531固定。
由图3所示,前述钢球坠落导管2的上端伸展到机架平台11的上方并且配接有一导管钢球导入口21,在该导管钢球导入口21上搁置有一钢球喂入槽211的一端,而该钢球喂入槽211的另一端在对应于前述提球机构6位置通过钢球喂入槽支架2113支承于机架平台11上。
由图2所示,在前述钢球导出槽4的后侧左端并且位于左端端口的居中位置构成有一托球指爪41,该托球指爪41的两侧的空间构成为提球钩让位腔411,前述的提球机构6与托球指爪41的左端相对应;前述钢球喂入槽211的一端即朝向钢球坠落导管2的一端构成为喂入槽出球口2111,而前述钢球喂入槽211的另一端即朝向提球机构6的一端构成为喂入槽进球口2112。
作为优选的方案,本发明在前述钢球导出槽4的内壁上并且大体上在对应于托球指爪41的位置设置有一光电计数器43。在图2中还示出了用于支承钢球导出槽4的支承脚44。
请继续见图1至图3,前述的提球机构6包括上链轮61、上链轮轴第一轴承座支架62、上链轮轴第二轴承座支架63、下链轮64、下链轮轴第一轴承座支架65、下链轮轴第二轴承座支架66和提球链条67,上链轮61在对应于前述喂入槽进球口2112的位置固定在上链轮轴611的中部,该上链轮轴611朝向上链轮轴第一轴承座支架62的一端转动地支承在上链轮轴第一轴承座6111上并且在探出上链轮轴第一轴承座6111后与前述减速箱输出轴联轴器54传动连接,上链轮轴611朝向上链轮轴第二轴承座支架63的一端转动地支承在上链轮轴第二轴承座6112上,上链轮轴第一、第二轴子孙万代座支架62、63以彼此对应的状态各采用螺钉固定在前述机架平台11上,前述的上链轮轴第一轴承座6111通过第一轴承座固定螺钉61111固定在上链轮轴第一轴承座支架62的顶部,前述的上链轮轴第二轴承座6112通过第二轴承座固定螺钉61121固定在上链轮轴第二轴承座支架63的顶部,下链轮64在对应于前述托球指爪41的左端的位置固定在下链轮轴641的中部,该下链轮轴641朝向下链轮轴第一轴承座支架65的一端转动地支承在下链轮轴第一轴承座6411上,而下链轮轴641朝向下链轮轴第二轴承座支架66的一端转动地支承在下链轮轴第二轴承座6412上,下链轮轴第一轴承座支架65支承固定于地坪上,下链轮轴第二轴承座支架66在与下链轮轴第一轴承座支架65保持对应的状态下同样支承固定于地坪上,前述的下链轮轴第一轴承座6411上下调整地设置在下链轮轴第一轴承座支架65上,而前述的下链轮轴第二轴承座6412上下调整地设置在下链轮轴第二轴承座支 架66上,提球链条67的上端套置在上链轮61上,而提球链条67的下端套置在下链轮64上,在该提球链条67上间隔设置有提球钩671,在提球链条67围绕上链轮61以及下链轮62周而复始地运动的过程中,前述的提球钩671途经前述的提球钩让位腔411,以便将由钢球导出槽4导出至托球指爪41的部位的钢球8提取。在图1中还示出了开设在机架平台11上的并且与提球链条67相对应的机架平台链条让位腔112,提球链条67的上端途经该机架平台链条让位腔112套置在上链轮61上。同例在前述钢球喂入槽211的喂入槽进球口2112的部位的底壁上开设有喂入槽链条让位槽21121(图3示)。
请重点见图2,前述的下链轮轴第一轴承座支架65呈龙门架的构造,并且在该下链轮轴第一轴承座支架65的对应纵壁的相向一侧各构成有一下链轮轴第一轴承座滑动导轨651,而在下链轮轴第一轴承座支架65的顶横梁的居中位置配设有一第一轴承座调整螺钉652,该第一轴承座调整螺钉652与下链轮轴第一轴承座6411的顶部相连结,具体是:在下链轮轴第一轴承座6411的顶部构成有一对螺钉连结座64111,在第一轴承座调整螺钉652的下端构成一凸缘,该凸缘探入到一对螺钉连结座64111之间形成的腔内,前述下链轮轴第一轴承座6411与下链轮轴第一轴承座滑动导轨651滑动配合;前述的下链轮轴第二轴承座支架66呈龙门架的构造,并且在该下链轮轴第二轴承座支架66的对应纵壁的相向一侧各构成有一下链轮轴第二轴承座滑动导轨661,而在下链轮轴第二轴承座支架66的顶横梁的居中位置配设有一第二轴承座调整螺钉662,该第二轴承座调整螺钉662与下链轮轴第二轴承座6412的顶部相连结,由于连结方式与前述第一轴承座调整螺钉652相同,因而不再赘述,前述下链轮轴第二轴承座6412与下链轮轴第二轴承座滑动导轨661滑动配合。
依据专业常识,由于提球链条67在使用一段时间或称一个时期后会出现伸长或称松弛情形,因而可通过第一、第二轴承座调整螺钉652、662进行调整。以对第一轴承座调整螺钉652的调整为例,顺时针旋动第一轴承座调整螺钉652,使其向下位移,从而推动下链轮轴第一轴承座6411循着下链轮轴第一轴承座导轨651向下位移,由下链轮轴第一轴承座6411带动下链轮轴641(图1标注)相应下移,从而下链轮64下行,将提球链条67的伸长部分或称伸长程度没收,反之亦然。第二轴承座调整螺钉662的调整同例。
由图2所示,在前述钢球导出槽64上并且位于钢球导出槽64的前侧右端的位置延伸有一随机出球口42,并且在对应该随机出球口42的位置设置有一出球口转换闸门421。在图2中还示出了固定于钢球导出槽4上的第一、第二、第三闸门轴座45a、45b、45c, 当出球口转换闸门421的闸门轴4211的两端分别插置于第一、第二闸门轴45a、45b上时,随机出球口42便处于关闭状态,进入钢球导出槽4内的钢球8便从后侧左端行出;而当闸门轴4211的两端分别插置于第三、第二闸门轴座45c、45b上时,则钢球8从随机出球口42行出,在随机出球口42的末端同样构成有与前述托球指爪41相雷同的随机出球口指爪(图中未示出)。随机出球口42的不言而喻的功用在于:使钢球导出槽4应对另一提球机构,不会因图示的提球机构6的休整而影响试验,例如当要对直径相对小的钢球8进行冲击试验时,那么由相应的即另行配置的动力使提球机构工作。
由图2所示,前述的一组过渡球道构建板34通过间隔分布的固定螺栓342同时与前述前墙板32以及后墙板33固定并且由配设在固定螺栓342的前后端的固定螺栓锁定螺母3421锁定。
请继续见图2,在前述前墙板32的右端前侧间隔固定有一对钢球缓冲板前限位挡脚322,该对钢球缓冲板前限位挡脚322的上部探出前墙板32的上沿,在前述后墙板33的右端后侧间隔固定有一对钢球缓冲板后限位挡脚332,该对钢球缓冲板后限位挡脚332与一对钢球缓冲板前限位挡脚322相对应并且上部同样探出后墙板33的上沿。
继续见图2并且结合图4,前述钢球管制机构7的优选而非绝对限于的结构如下:包括钢球缓冲板71、螺杆固定板72、弹簧座套73、螺杆74、第一、第二拉簧75、76、挡球圈板77、阻尼弹簧78和缓冲弹簧79,钢球缓冲板71在对应于前述C字形储球道341的右端上方的位置同时搁置在前述前墙板32以及后墙板33的上沿,该钢球缓冲板71的前侧面由前述的一对钢球缓冲板前限位挡脚322挡护,而钢球缓冲板71的后侧面由前述的一对钢球缓冲板后限位挡脚332挡护,螺杆固定板72通过螺杆固定板螺钉721在对应于钢球缓冲板71的上方的位置与钢球缓冲板71叠合固定,螺杆74的下端与螺杆固定板72的中央位置固定,并且与螺杆固定板72垂直,挡球圈板77对应于前述C字形储球道341的上方,并且同时对应于C字形储球道341的宽度方向的中部,该挡球圈板77的左端穿置在挡球圈板轴771上,该挡球圈板轴771的前端支承在挡球圈板轴前轴座7711上,而该挡球圈板轴前轴座7711与前述前墙板32的左端前侧上部焊接固定,挡球圈板轴771的后端支承在挡球圈板轴后轴座7712上,而该挡球圈板轴后轴座7712与前述后墙板33的左端后侧上部焊接固定,挡球圈板77的右端与弹簧座套73焊接连接,该弹簧座套73套置在螺杆74上,并且在该弹簧座套73的右侧焊固有一拉簧挂脚731,而在弹簧座套73的顶部扩设有一弹簧座套法兰盘732,在该弹簧座套法兰盘732上通过阻 尼弹簧支承座固定螺钉73211固定有一阻尼弹簧支承座7321,第一拉簧75的上端挂着在拉簧挂脚731的前端,而第一拉簧75的下端挂着在第一拉簧下挂脚751上,该第一拉簧下挂脚751焊固在前述前墙板32的前侧,第二拉簧76的上端挂着在拉簧挂脚731的后端,而第二拉簧76的下端挂着在第二拉簧下挂脚上(图中未示出),该第二拉簧下挂脚焊固在前述后墙板33的后侧,阻尼弹簧78套置在前述螺杆74的上端,该阻尼弹簧78的上端支承于套置在螺杆74上的螺母垫圈741上并且由对应于螺母垫圈741的上方旋配在螺杆74上的垫圈限定螺母742对螺母垫圈741限定,阻尼弹簧78的下端支承在前述阻尼弹簧座7321上,缓冲弹簧79在对应于弹簧座套73的下方的位置套置在螺杆74上,该缓冲弹簧79的上端支承在弹簧座套73的底壁上,而缓冲弹簧79的下端支承在前述的螺杆固定板72上。
前述挡球圈板77的形状呈与前述C字形储道341的形状相适应的C字形;在前述螺杆固定板72与前述钢球缓冲板71之间设置有一弹性垫722,该弹性垫722为橡胶、尼龙或聚四氟乙烯垫。
作为优选的方案,由图2所示,在前述挡球圈板77的中部的前侧焊固有一挡球圈板前支承翅板772,而后侧并且在对应于挡球圈板前支承翅板772的位置焊接固定有一挡球圈板后支承翅板773,挡球圈板前支承翅板772支承在前述的前墙板32的上沿,而挡球圈板后支承翅板773支承在前述的后墙板33的上沿。
通过对上述钢球管制机构7的说明可知,由第一、第二拉簧75、76对弹簧座套73产生拉力,使挡球圈板77对C字形储球道431内的钢球8进行管制,避免钢球8侧向逃逸,由钢球缓冲板71在对应于C字形储球道341的球道出球口3411的上方对钢球8管制,避免钢球8向上逃逸并保障钢球8进入钢球导出槽4。
当钢球坠落导管2将钢球8坠落至C字形储球道431时,该刚坠落的钢球8会与先前坠落的并且尚处在C字形储球道341内的钢球8撞击,同时使C字形储球道341内的处于球道出球口3411部位的一个钢球8逐出C字形储球道341进入钢球导出槽4。在钢球8途经球道出球口3411的瞬间,该钢球8会对钢球缓冲板771产生向上的作用力,此时缓冲弹簧79压缩,螺杆74随同钢球缓冲板71向上微移,阻尼弹簧78因螺杆74向上微移而伸长,当钢球8离开球道出球口3411时,在缓冲弹簧79的回复力作用下迫使螺杆固定板72连同螺杆74向下回复,由于螺杆固定板72通过螺杆固定板螺钉721钢球缓冲板71固定,因而钢球缓冲板71也向下回复并搁置在前、后墙板32、33的上沿。在缓 冲弹簧79回复的同时,前述的阻尼弹簧78也回复,并由该阻尼弹簧78起到对钢球缓冲板71的回复缓冲阻尼作用,避免钢球缓冲板71与前、后墙板32、33的上沿剧烈撞击。
请参见图4并且结合图1至图3,申请人描述本发明的工作过程,将抽取的14个钢球8并将其中10个钢球8置于C字形储球道341内,再接通动力机构5工作的电源,由电机51带动减速箱53,经减速箱53减速并由减速箱53的减速箱输出轴531通过减速箱输出轴联轴器54带动上链轮轴611,由上链轮轴611带动上链轮61,由于提球链条67的上端套置在上链轮61上,下端套置在下链轮64上,因而提球链条67运动,将4只钢球8分别引至提球链条67上的四个提球钩671上,当提球钩671对应到前述钢球喂入槽211的喂入槽进球口2112的位置时,随着提球钩671的翻展而将钢球8喂至喂入槽进球口2112,由于钢球喂入槽211是倾斜的,即喂入槽进球口2112的一端高于喂入槽出球口2111的一端,因此钢球8便从喂入槽进球口2112向喂入槽出球口2111滚动,进入钢球坠落导管2。进入钢球坠落导管2内的钢球8倾刻自钢球坠落导管2的下端跌入C字形储道341并与C字形储道内的以图4所示位置状态为例的左起首个钢球8撞击,在撞击下,即在冲击力下使图4所示位置状态的自左向右数起的末尾一个钢球8即处于最右端的一个钢球8也即前述的对应于球道出球口3411处的一个钢球8进入钢球导出槽4,并滚落到托球指爪41,由随提球链条67运动的提球钩671提取。如此循环地对钢球8进行冲击试验所需的次数,如前述的2万次(次数由前述的光电计数器43记录)。
通过对钢球8的冲击试验,可帮助钢球生产厂商依据钢球8损坏的不同形态分析工艺、材质等是否合理。
综上所述,本发明提供的技术方案弥补了已有技术中的缺憾,顺利地完成了发明任务,如实地兑现了申请人在上面的技术效果栏中载述的技术效果。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种钢球冲击试验机,包括一机架(1),该机架(1)的下部支承于地坪上,而上部朝着背离地坪的方向向上伸展;一钢球坠落导管(2)和一钢球排列过渡机构(3),钢球坠落导管(2)的上端与所述机架(1)的上部固定,而钢球坠落导管(2)的下端伸展至钢球排列过渡机构(3),该钢球排列过渡机构(3)设置在地坪上;一用于接受来自于所述钢球排列过渡机构(3)的钢球并且将所接受的钢球导出的钢球导出槽(4),该钢球导出槽(4)支承在地坪上并且与钢球排列过渡机构(3)连接;一动力机构(5),该动力机构(5)设置在所述机架(1)的上部;一用于提取由所述钢球导出槽(4)导出的钢球并且将提取的钢球向上提喂给所述钢球坠落导管(2)的提球机构(6),该提球机构(6)与钢球导出槽(4)相对应并且与所述的动力机构(5)传动连接;一用于避免钢球逃逸于所述钢球排列过渡机构(3)的钢球管制机构(7),该钢球管制机构(7)在对应于钢球排列过渡机构(3)的上方的位置与钢球排列过渡机构(3)连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的钢球冲击试验机,其特征在于所述的钢球排列过渡机构(3)包括底板(31)、前墙板(32)、后墙板(33)和一组过渡球道构建板(34),底板(31)支承于地坪上,前墙板(32)在垂直于底板(31)的状态下与底板(31)的前侧固定,并且在前墙板(32)的上沿的中部向下凹陷有一前墙板C字形腔(321),后墙板(32)同样在垂直于底板(31)的状态下与底板(31)的后侧固定,并且在后墙板(33)的上沿的中部向下凹陷有一后墙板C字形腔(331),前、后墙板(32、33)之间的空间构成为球道构建板腔(35),一组过渡球道构建板(34)设置在球道构建板腔(35)内并且同时与前墙板(32)以及后墙板(33)固定,该组球道构建板(34)构成有一C字形储球道(341)、该C字形储球道(341)对应于前、后墙板(32、33)朝向上的一侧之间,所述钢球坠落导管(2)的下端伸展至所述C字形储球道(341)的左端上方,所述钢球导向槽(4)的前侧左端在对应于C字形储球道(341)的右端的位置同时与所述前墙板(32)的右端以及后墙板(33)的右端连接,与所述动力机构(5)传动连接的所述提球机构(6)与钢球导出槽(4)的后侧左端相对应;所述机架(1)为框架状的构造并且在该机架(1)的上部构成有一机架平台(11);所述钢球管制机构(7)在对应于所述C字形储球道(341)的右端上方的位置同时与所述的前墙板(32)以及后墙板(33)连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的钢球冲击试验机,其特征在于所述的动力机构(5)包括电机(51)、减速箱座(52)、减速箱(53)和减速箱输出轴联轴器(54),电机(51)与减速箱(53)传动配合并且由减速箱(53)连同电机(51)固定在减速箱座(52)上,减速箱座(52)固定在所 述机架(1)的机架平台(11)上,减速箱输出轴联轴器(54)与减速箱(53)的减速箱输出轴(531)固定;所述钢球坠落导管(2)的上端伸展到机架平台(11)的上方并且配接有一导管钢球导入口(21),在该导管钢球导入口(21)上搁置有一钢球喂入槽(211)的一端,而该钢球喂入槽(211)的另一端在对应于所述提球机构(6)位置支承于机架平台(11)上,在所述钢球导出槽(4)的后侧左端并且位于左端端口的居中位置构成有一托球指爪(41),该托球指爪(41)的两侧的空间构成为提球钩让位腔(411),所述的提球机构(6)与托球指爪(41)的左端相对应;所述钢球喂入槽(211)的一端构成为喂入槽出球口(2111),而所述钢球喂入槽(211)的另一端构成为喂入槽进球口(2112)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的钢球冲击试验机,其特征在于所述的提球机构(6)包括上链轮(61)、上链轮轴第一轴承座支架(62)、上链轮轴第二轴承座支架(63)、下链轮(64)、下链轮轴第一轴承座支架(65)、下链轮轴第二轴承座支架(66)和提球链条(67),上链轮(61)在对应于所述喂入槽进球口(2112)的位置固定在上链轮轴(611)的中部,该上链轮轴(611)朝向上链轮轴第一轴承座支架(62)的一端转动地支承在上链轮轴第一轴承座(6111)上并且在探出上链轮轴第一轴承座(6111)后与所述减速箱输出轴联轴器(54)传动连接,上链轮轴(611)朝向上链轮轴第二轴承座支架(63)的一端转动地支承在上链轮轴第二轴承座(6112)上,上链轮轴第一、第二轴承座支架(62、63)以彼此对应的状态固定在所述机架平台(11)上,所述的上链轮轴第一轴承座(6111)固定在上链轮轴第一轴承座支架(62)的顶部,所述的上链轮轴第二轴承座(6112)固定在上链轮轴第二轴承座支架(63)的顶部,下链轮(64)在对应于所述托球指爪(41)的左端的位置固定在下链轮轴(641)的中部,该下链轮轴(641)朝向下链轮轴第一轴承座支架(65)的一端转动地支承在下链轮轴第一轴承座(6411)上,而下链轮轴(641)朝向下链轮轴第二轴承座支架(66)的一端转动地支承在下链轮轴第二轴承座(6412)上,下链轮轴第一轴承座支架(65)支承于地坪上,下链轮轴第二轴承座支架(66)在与下链轮轴第一轴承座支架(65)保持对应的状态下同样支承于地坪上,所述的下链轮轴第一轴承座(6411)上下调整地设置在下链轮轴第一轴承座支架(65)上,而所述的下链轮轴第二轴承座(6412)上下调整地设置在下链轮轴第二轴承座支架(66)上,提球链条(67)的上端套置在上链轮(61)上,而提球链条(67)的下端套置在下链轮(64)上,在该提球链条(67)上间隔设置有提球钩(671),在提球链条(67)围绕上链轮(61)以及下链轮(62)周而复始地运动的过程中,所述的提球钩(671)途经所述的提球钩让位腔(411)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的钢球冲击试验机,其特征在于所述的下链轮轴第一轴承座 支架(65)呈龙门架的构造,并且在该下链轮轴第一轴承座支架(65)的对应纵壁的相向一侧各构成有一下链轮轴第一轴承座滑动导轨(651),而在下链轮轴第一轴承座支架(65)的顶横梁的居中位置配设有一第一轴承座调整螺钉(652),该第一轴承座调整螺钉(652)与下链轮轴第一轴承座(6411)的顶部相连结,而该下链轮轴第一轴承座(6411)与下链轮轴第一轴承座滑动导轨(651)滑动配合;所述的下链轮轴第二轴承座支架(66)呈龙门架的构造,并且在该下链轮轴第二轴承座支架(66)的对应纵壁的相向一侧各构成有一下链轮轴第二轴承座滑动导轨(661),而在下链轮轴第二轴承座支架(66)的顶横梁的居中位置配设有一第二轴承座调整螺钉(662),该第二轴承座调整螺钉(662)与下链轮轴第二轴承座(6412)的顶部相连结,而该下链轮轴第二轴承座(6412)与下链轮轴第二轴承座滑动导轨(661)滑动配合。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的钢球冲击试验机,其特征在于在所述钢球导出槽(64)上并且位于钢球导出槽(64)的前侧右端的位置延伸有一随机出球口(42),并且在对应该随机出球口(42)的位置设置有一出球口转换闸门(421)。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的钢球冲击试验机,其特征在于所述的一组过渡球道构建板(34)通过间隔分布的固定螺栓(342)同时与所述前墙板(32)以及后墙板(33)固定并且由配设在固定螺栓(342)的前后端的固定螺栓锁定螺母(3421)锁定;所述的电机(51)为变频调速电机。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的钢球冲击试验机,其特征在于在所述前墙板(32)的右端前侧间隔固定有一对钢球缓冲板前限位挡脚(322),该对钢球缓冲板前限位挡脚(322)的上部探出前墙板(32)的上沿,在所述后墙板(33)的右端后侧间隔固定有一对钢球缓冲板后限位挡脚(332),该对钢球缓冲板后限位挡脚(332)与一对钢球缓冲板前限位挡脚(322)相对应并且上部同样探出后墙板(33)的上沿;所述钢球管制机构(7)包括钢球缓冲板(71)、螺杆固定板(72)、弹簧座套(73)、螺杆(74)、第一、第二拉簧(75、76)、挡球圈板(77)、阻尼弹簧(78)和缓冲弹簧(79),钢球缓冲板(71)在对应于所述C字形储球道(341)的右端上方的位置同时搁置在所述前墙板(32)以及后墙板(33)的上沿,该钢球缓冲板(71)的前侧面由所述的一对钢球缓冲板前限位挡脚(322)挡护,而钢球缓冲板(71)的后侧面由所述的一对钢球缓冲板后限位挡脚(332)挡护,螺杆固定板(72)通过螺杆固定板螺钉(721)在对应于钢球缓冲板(71)的上方的位置与钢球缓冲板(71)叠合固定,螺杆(74)的下端与螺杆固定板(72)的中央位置固定,并且与螺杆固定板(72)垂直,挡球圈板(77)对应于所述C字形储球 道(341)的上方,该挡球圈板(77)的左端穿置在挡球圈板轴(771)上,该挡球圈板轴(771)的前端支承在挡球圈板轴前轴座(7711)上,而该挡球圈板轴前轴座(7711)与所述前墙板(32)的左端前侧上部固定,挡球圈板轴(771)的后端支承在挡球圈板轴后轴座(7712)上,而该挡球圈板轴后轴座(7712)与所述后墙板(33)的左端后侧上部固定,挡球圈板(77)的右端与弹簧座套(73)连接,该弹簧座套(73)套置在螺杆(74)上,并且在该弹簧座套(73)的右侧焊固有一拉簧挂脚(731),而在弹簧座套(73)的顶部扩设有一弹簧座套法兰盘(732),在该弹簧座套法兰盘(732)上固定有一阻尼弹簧支承座(7321),第一拉簧(75)的上端挂着在拉簧挂脚(731)的前端,而第一拉簧(75)的下端挂着在第一拉簧下挂脚(751)上,该第一拉簧下挂脚(751)焊固在所述前墙板(32)的前侧,第二拉簧(76)的上端挂着在拉簧挂脚(731)的后端,而第二拉簧(76)的下端挂着在第二拉簧下挂脚上,该第二拉簧下挂脚焊固在所述后墙板(33)的后侧,阻尼弹簧(78)套置在所述螺杆(74)的上端,该阻尼弹簧(78)的上端支承于套置在螺杆(74)上的螺母垫圈(741)上并且由对应于螺母垫圈(741)的上方旋配在螺杆(74)上的垫圈限定螺母(742)对螺母垫圈(741)限定,阻尼弹簧(78)的下端支承在所述阻尼弹簧座(7321)上,缓冲弹簧(79)在对应于弹簧座套(73)的下方的位置套置在螺杆(74)上,该缓冲弹簧(79)的上端支承在弹簧座套(73)的底壁上,而缓冲弹簧(79)的下端支承在所述的螺杆固定板(72)上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的钢球冲击试验机,其特征在于所述挡球圈板(77)的形状呈与所述C字形储球道(341)的形状相适应的C字形;在所述螺杆固定板(72)与所述钢球缓冲板(71)之间设置有一弹性垫(722)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的钢球冲击试验机,其特征在于所述的弹性垫(722)为橡胶、尼龙或聚四氟乙烯垫。
