Abstract
Description
ドライアイ症状は多岐にわたるため、各症状の緩和に対応し、簡便に利用可能な技術が望まれている。
即ち、本発明者らは、下記の〔1〕~〔12〕を提供する。
〔1〕(A)ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース、及び(B)ビタミンE類を含有する眼脂生成防止剤。
〔2〕(A)ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース、及び(B)ビタミンE類を含有する鈍重感抑制剤。
〔3〕(A)ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース、及び(B)ビタミンE類を含有する眼精疲労緩和剤。
〔4〕(A)ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース、及び(B)ビタミンE類を含有する目のかすみ緩和剤。
〔5〕(A)ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース、及び(B)ビタミンE類を含有する充血抑制剤。
〔6〕(A)ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース、及び(B)ビタミンE類を含有する羞明感緩和剤。
〔7〕(A)ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース、及び(B)ビタミンE類を含有する目の痒み抑制剤。
〔8〕(C)ビタミンA類を更に含有する上記〔1〕~〔7〕のいずれかに記載の剤。
〔9〕前記(C)ビタミンA類の量が、剤の容量100mLあたり、5万~50万I.U.である上記〔8〕に記載の剤。
〔10〕ドライアイ症状の治療用及び予防用の少なくともいずれかである上記〔1〕~〔9〕のいずれかに記載の剤。
〔11〕目のかわきの症状の治療用及び予防用の少なくともいずれかである上記〔1〕~〔9〕のいずれかに記載の剤。
〔12〕上記〔1〕~〔11〕のいずれかに記載の剤を用いた眼科用薬。
なお、本明細書中、別途記載がない限り、各成分の濃度(W/V%)は、「g/100mL」と同義である。
眼科用剤は、(A)ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース及び(B)ビタミンE類を含有するものである。また、眼科用剤は、(C)ビタミンA類を更に含有するものであることが好ましい。
これに対して、(A)成分及び(B)成分を組み合わせて含有する眼科用剤は、(A)成分又は(B)成分を単独で含有する場合と比較して、目のかすみの緩和と眼精疲労の緩和という効能を向上するのみならず、眼脂生成の防止、鈍重感の抑制、充血の抑制、羞明感の緩和、目の痒みの抑制という(A)成分又は(B)成分単独では全く効能が奏しなかった症状の緩和を達成するものである。
また、眼科用剤は、(C)成分をさらに含有することにより、上記の症状改善の効能を一層優れたものとし得る。
また、[(B)成分(W/V%)]/[(C)成分((万単位)/100mL)]で表される(B)成分と(C)成分との比率は、0.00005~0.5が好ましく、0.000075~0.4がより好ましく、0.0001~0.25がさらに好ましい。
さらに、[(A)成分(W/V%)]/[(C)成分((万単位)/100mL)]で表される(A)成分と(C)成分との比率は、0.0001~1が好ましく、0.00015~0.75がより好ましく、0.0002~0.5がさらに好ましい。
(A)成分は、従来、医療用点眼剤の製剤設計・製造において、粘調化剤として配合することが知られており、薬物の結膜のう内滞留性を向上させ、薬効の持続性や眼内移行性を高める目的で用いられるものである(一般社団法人 日本眼科用剤協会HP参照)。即ち、他の薬効成分の効能を補助するものである。
一方、(A)成分を含有する眼科用剤は、目のかすみの抑制という従来知られていなかった未知の属性に基づく効能を奏する。
一方、上限値は、点眼後のぼやけをより防止する点から、好ましくは80万(g/mol)以下、より好ましくは60万(g/mol)以下、さらに好ましくは40万(g/mol)以下である。
なお、ヒプロメロースの重量平均分子量は、GPC-MALLSシステムにて測定し得る。より詳細には、次の条件で測定し得る。

なお、(A)成分は、1種単独で使用してもよく、異なる重量平均分子量を有する(A)成分を2種以上任意の割合で組み合わせて用いてもよい。
一方、上限値は、好ましくは1W/V%以下、より好ましくは0.8W/V%以下、更に好ましくは0.7W/V%以下である。斯かる範囲であることにより、点眼後のぼやけを生じ難くすることができる。
(B)成分は、血行促進作用や抗酸化作用を奏することが知られており、白内障の治療用の点眼剤に使用されている。
一方、(B)成分を含有する眼科用剤は、眼精疲労の抑制という従来知られていなかった未知の属性に基づく効能を奏する。
ビタミンEとしては、例えば、d-α-トコフェロール、dl-α-トコフェロール、β-トコフェロール、γ-トコフェロール、δ-トコフェロールが挙げられる。
ビタミンE塩としては、医薬上、薬理学的に(製薬上)又は生理学的に許容されるものであれば、特に制限されない。例えば、有機塩基との塩(例えば、メチルアミン、トリエチルアミン、トリエタノールアミン、モルホリン、ピペラジン、ピロリジン、トリピリジン、ピコリン等の有機アミンとの塩)、無機塩基との塩(例えば、アンモニウム塩;ナトリウム、カリウム等のアルカリ金属塩;カルシウム、マグネシウム等のアルカリ土類金属塩;アルミニウム等の金属塩)が挙げられる。
ビタミンE誘導体としては、例えば、ビタミンE酢酸エステル(酢酸トコフェロール)、ビタミンEニコチン酸エステル、ビタミンEコハク酸エステル、ビタミンEリノレン酸エステルが挙げられる。これらの中でも、酢酸トコフェロール(酢酸d-α-トコフェロール、酢酸dl-α-トコフェロール等)が好ましい。
なお、(B)成分は、1種単独で使用してもよく、トコフェロール、トコトリエノール、その塩や誘導体等、異なる種類の(B)成分を2種以上任意の割合で組み合わせて用いてもよい。
一方、上限値は、好ましくは0.5W/V%以下、より好ましくは0.2W/V%以下である。斯かる範囲により、(B)成分を可溶化でき、外観安定性を維持することができる。
(C)成分は、ムチン産生を促進する作用、角膜創傷を治癒する作用を奏することが知られている。そのため、(C)成分は、涙液ムチン層の回復及び角結膜障害の治療に効果を発揮する、ドライアイ治療に有用な薬物として使用されている。
一方、眼科用剤において、(C)成分は、鈍重感の抑制や、眼脂生成の原因となり得るムチン産生の促進を作用しつつも、眼脂生成を防止し得るという従来知られていなかった未知の属性に基づく効能を奏する。
ビタミンA誘導体として、詳細には、レチノールパルミチン酸エステル、レチノール酢酸エステル等が挙げられる。
(C)成分としては、レチノールパルミチン酸エステル、レチノール酢酸エステル、レチノイン酸が好ましい。
なお、(C)成分は、1種単独で使用してもよく、レチノール、レチナール、レチノイン酸、レチノールパルミチン酸エステル、レチノール酢酸エステル等異なる種類の(C)成分を2種以上任意の割合で組み合わせて用いてもよい。
(C)成分の量の下限値は、眼科用剤の容量100mLに対し、好ましくは1万I.U.以上、より好ましくは5万I.U.以上である。斯かる範囲であることにより、所望の効能をより一層向上し得る。
一方、(C)成分の量の上限値は、眼科用剤の容量100mLに対し、好ましくは100万I.U.以下、より好ましくは50万I.U.以下である。斯かる範囲であることにより、(C)成分の安定性を維持し得る。
眼科用剤には、本発明の効果を損なわない範囲で、その他の成分を適量配合することができる。その他の成分としては、界面活性剤、防腐剤、糖類、緩衝剤、pH調整剤、等張化剤、安定化剤、多価アルコール、粘稠剤、清涼化剤、薬物等が挙げられる。これらの成分は、1種単独で又は2種以上を適宜組み合わせて配合することができる。
界面活性剤には、例えば、ポリオキシエチレンポリオキシプロピレングリコール、ポリオキシエチレン硬化ヒマシ油、ポリオキシエチレンソルビタンオレイン酸エステルといったポリオキシエチレンソルビタン脂肪酸エステル等の非イオン界面活性剤;アルキルジアミノエチルグリシン等のグリシン型両性界面活性剤が挙げられる。本願の症状改善の点から、ポリオキシエチレンポリオキシプロピレングリコールが好ましい。
界面活性剤の濃度は、好ましくは0.0001~15W/V%、より好ましくは0.005~10W/V%である。但し、眼刺激性の点から、界面活性剤の濃度は薄いほうがよく、5W/V%以下がさらに好ましい。
防腐剤としては、例えば、塩化ベンザルコニウム、塩化ベンゼトニウム、ソルビタン酸カリウム等のソルビン酸又はその塩、パラオキシ安息香酸エステル(メチルパラベン、エチルパラベン、プロピルパラベン等)、グルコン酸クロルヘキシジン、チロメサール、フェニルエチルアルコール、塩酸アルキルジアミノエチルグリシン、塩化ポリドロニウム、塩酸ポリヘキサニドが挙げられる。
防腐剤の濃度は、好ましくは0.00001~5W/V%、より好ましくは0.0001~3W/V%、さらに好ましくは0.001~2W/V%である。
糖類としては、ブドウ糖等のグルコース、シクロデキストリン、キシリトール、ソルビトール、マンニトール等が挙げられる。なお、これらは、d体、l体又はdl体のいずれでもよい。
糖類の濃度は、好ましくは0.001~5.0W/V%である。
緩衝剤としては、例えば、クエン酸、クエン酸ナトリウム、ホウ酸、ホウ砂、リン酸、リン酸水素ナトリウム、リン酸二水素ナトリウム、氷酢酸、トロメタモール、炭酸水素ナトリウム等が挙げられる。
緩衝剤の濃度は、好ましくは0.001~5.0W/V%である。
pH調整剤としては、無機酸又は無機アルカリ剤を使用することが好ましい。無機酸としては、例えば、(希)塩酸が挙げられる。無機アルカリ剤としては、例えば、水酸化ナトリウム、水酸化カリウム、炭酸ナトリウム、炭酸水素ナトリウムが挙げられる。中でも、塩酸、水酸化ナトリウムが好ましい。
pH調整剤の濃度は、好ましくは0.00001~10W/V%、より好ましくは0.0001~5W/V%、さらに好ましくは0.001~3W/V%である。
等張化剤としては、例えば、塩化ナトリウム、塩化カリウムが挙げられる。
等張化剤の濃度は、好ましくは0.001~5W/V%、より好ましくは0.01~3W/V%、さらに好ましくは0.1~2W/V%である。
安定化剤としては、例えば、エデト酸ナトリウム、シクロデキストリン、亜硫酸塩、ジブチルヒドロキシトルエン等が挙げられる。
安定化剤の濃度は、好ましくは0.001~5.0W/V%である。
多価アルコールとしては、グリセリン、プロピレングリコール、ブチレングリコール、ポリエチレングリコール等が挙げられる。
多価アルコールを配合する場合、多価アルコールの濃度は、製剤安定性に影響を及ぼす点から、好ましくは0.001~5.0W/V%、より好ましくは0.001~1W/V%である。
粘稠剤としては、例えば、ポリビニルピロリドン、ヒドロキシエチルセルロース、メチルセルロース、ポリビニルアルコール、ヒアルロン酸ナトリウム、コンドロイチン硫酸ナトリウム、ポリアクリル酸、カルボキシビニルポリマー等が挙げられる。
粘稠剤を配合する場合、粘稠剤の濃度は、好ましくは0.001~5.0W/V%である。
清涼化剤としては、例えば、メントール、カンフル、ボルネオール、ゲラニオール、シネオール、リナロール等が挙げられる。
清涼化剤を配合する場合、清涼化剤の濃度は、好ましくは0.0001~0.1W/V%である。
薬物(薬学的有効成分)としては、例えば、充血除去成分(例えば、エピネフリン、塩酸エピネフリン、エフェドリン塩酸塩、塩酸テトラヒドロゾリン、ナファゾリン塩酸塩、ナファゾリン硝酸塩、フェニレフリン塩酸塩、dl-メチルエフェドリン塩酸塩等)、消炎・収斂剤(例えば、ネオスチグミンメチル硫酸塩、イプシロン-アミノカプロン酸、アラントイン、ベルベリン塩化物水和物、ベルベリン硫酸塩水和物、アズレンスルホン酸ナトリウム、グリチルリチン酸二カリウム、硫酸亜鉛、乳酸亜鉛、リゾチーム塩酸塩等)、抗ヒスタミン剤(例えば、ジフェンヒドラミン塩酸塩、クロルフェニラミンマレイン酸塩等)、水溶性ビタミン類(フラビンアデニンジヌクレオチドナトリウム、シアノコバラミン、ピリドキシン塩酸塩、パンテノール、パントテン酸カルシウム、パントテン酸ナトリウム等)、アミノ酸類(例えば、L-アスパラギン酸カリウム、L-アスパラギン酸マグネシウム、L-アスパラギン酸カリウム・マグネシウム(等量混合物)、アミノエチルスルホン酸等)、サルファ剤などが挙げられる。
薬物を配合する場合、薬物の濃度は、各薬物の有効な適性量を選択することができるが、眼への刺激性、製剤の安定性等の点から、好ましくは0.001~5.0W/V%である。
眼科用剤の調製方法については特に制限されるものではない。例えば、水に難溶なビタミンAとビタミンEをポリオキシエチレンポリオキシプロピレングリコールにより滅菌精製水に溶解させ、次いで、ヒプロメロース、各配合成分を加えた後、pHを調整して得ることができる。その後、適当な容器、例えばポリエチレンテレフタレート製の容器等に無菌充填することができる。
なお、pHはpH浸透圧計(「HOSM-1」;東亜ディーケーケー社製)を用いて、20℃で測定した値である。
なお、「酸素吸着ピロー包装」とは、ピロー内に残存している酸素及び外部から侵入してくる酸素を積極的に除去することが可能な、酸素吸収剤練り込みフィルムを用いたピローをいう。
眼科用剤は、眼脂生成防止剤、鈍重感抑制剤、眼精疲労緩和剤、目のかすみ緩和剤、充血抑制剤、羞明感緩和剤及び目の痒み抑制剤からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの効能を有する用途製剤である。
眼脂の原因は、結膜炎症、眼表面粘液物質(ムチン)の分泌亢進である。眼脂のもととなる滲出液は、拡張した結膜血管から出て、結膜上皮を通って眼表面に到達する。これに粘液物質(ムチン)や上皮細胞が混じり合ったものが眼脂である。ムチンは、結膜杯細胞より分泌され、その主な機能は、涙液が眼表面にとどまることを助けるとともに、外界からの異物や細菌を包み込んで賦活化する防御機構にある。杯細胞からのムチンの分泌は、副交感神経によって制御されており、眼表面への刺激によって分泌が盛んとなる。通常でも眼表面に眼脂が出ることはある。とりわけ、高温の環境や起床時に眼脂が分泌されるのは正常でもよく見られる。
鈍重とは、目が重く感じることをいう。鈍重感の原因には、器質的疾患によるものと、心因性要素によるものがある。器質的疾患としては、眼科疾患(調節性眼精疲労、筋性眼精疲労、緑内障、ドライアイ等の外眼部疾患、視神経疾患)と頭蓋内腫瘍等の頭蓋内疾患がある。対処法としては、原因となる疾患の治療を行うことが挙げられるが、鈍重感に対する効果的な対症療法はこれまでに知られていなかった。
眼精疲労の原因は、近視、乱視、老眼、ドライアイ、緑内障等の目の病気;虫歯や歯周病、糖尿病等の体の病気;パソコンやスマートフォンの利用等の生活環境;精神的ストレス等の種々の要因が挙げられ、目の疲れ等の症状を生じる。従来の対処方法としては、眼鏡の調整、ビタミンB12点眼、調節賦活剤の点眼や、温冷を繰り返すことで、血液の循環を促進する方法等が挙げられる。しかしながら、従来の点眼では効果が十分ではなく、温冷を繰り返す方法では、簡便ではないという課題があった。
目のかすみの原因には、器質的疾患によるものと、心因性要素によるものがある。器質的疾患としては、涙液の異常、結膜炎、角膜炎、白内障、眼精疲労等が挙げられる。対処法としては、原因となる疾患の治療を行うことが挙げられるが、目のかすみに対する効果的な対症療法はこれまでに知られていなかった。
充血の原因は、感染性のものからアレルギー性、外傷性のものまで範囲が広い。対処法として、抗アレルギー剤の投与や、洗眼、眼周辺部の冷却等が挙げられるが、これらの他に充血に対する効果的な対症療法はこれまでに知られていなかった。
羞明とは、光を眩しいと感じることをいう。羞明感の原因の1つとして、角膜の異常が挙げられ、ドライアイ等により角膜に傷がついた際に生じ易い症状である。そのため、傷がつく前の症状緩和に点眼剤は有効であるが、傷がついた後の症状緩和には、傷を考慮した点眼剤を使用する必要があった。
目の痒みの主要な原因は、アレルギー性結膜炎である。ドライアイにおいては、涙液が減少しているため、眼表面のムチンによる防御機構が十分ではないことから生じやすい症状となる。そのため、点眼剤で対処する場合、アレルギー症状の緩和をもたらす成分を添加することが望ましいが、上記の通り、ドライアイにより角膜に傷がついている場合、当該成分の使用が望ましくない場合があった。
眼科用剤は、眼脂生成、鈍重感、眼精疲労、目のかすみ、充血、羞明感、目の痒みといった症状に対し、優れた改善効果を奏するので、特に、目のかわきの症状やドライアイの、治療用及び予防用の少なくともいずれかとして好適に使用し得る。
本発明の眼科用薬は、上記の眼科用剤を用いたものである。
本発明の眼科用薬としては、例えば、点眼剤、洗眼剤、注射剤、貼布剤、ゲル、挿入剤が挙げられる。中でも、点眼剤が好ましい。なお、これらは当該分野で汎用されている通常の技術を用いて調製することができる。さらに、本発明の眼科用薬は、上記の他、眼内インプラント用製剤やマイクロスフェアー等のDDS(ドラッグデリバリーシステム)化された製剤にすることもできる。
また、ソフトコンタクトレンズ、ハードコンタクトレンズ装用者は、角膜が傷つきやすい状態にあり、防腐剤による影響を受けやすい。この点からも、本発明の眼科用薬は防腐剤を含有せず、防腐剤無配合とすることが好ましい。
ソフトコンタクトレンズ、ハードコンタクトレンズ装用者は、コンタクトレンズ装着時に目を傷つけたり、コンタクトレンズが引き金となって、細菌あるいはウイルス性の結膜炎に罹ったりして、眼脂を生じやすくなる場合がある。また、コンタクトレンズを装着することで、目の表面の水分が減少し、目のかわきの症状及びドライアイの発症や鈍重感を感じ易くなる。そのため、本発明の眼科用薬は、ソフトコンタクトレンズ又はハードコンタクトレンズ装用者用に適用することが好ましい。
実施例及び比較例で調製した眼科用剤について、E型粘度計(「VISCONIC ELD-R」、東京計器社製)を用いて20℃で粘度測定を行った。
目のかわきの症状があり、ドライアイ診断基準(あたらしい眼科24(2):181~184、2007年)に該当する者のうち、「眼脂」、「鈍重感」、「眼精疲労(目の疲れ)」、「目のかすみ」、「充血」、「羞明感」、「目の痒み」の自覚症状のあるパネラー7名で試験した。事前観察期間として2週間を設定し、事前観察期間中は、1回1滴・1日6回、事前観察期用点眼薬(人工涙液「マイティア点眼液(千寿製薬製)」)を点眼した。事前観察期間に自覚症状が改善しなかったパネラー5名について、被験薬を1回1滴(約50μL)・1日6回、4週間点眼し、自覚症状の改善効果について調査した。
被験薬投与開始時及び被験薬投与後4週時に自覚症状(7項目)を評価した。
優:被験薬投与後4週時において自覚症状のスコアの変化量が被験薬投与開始時より0.5ポイント以上改善
良:被験薬投与後4週時において自覚症状のスコアの変化量が被験薬投与開始時より0.3ポイント以上~0.5ポイント未満改善
可:被験薬投与後4週時において自覚症状のスコアの変化量が被験薬投与開始時より0ポイント超~0.3ポイント未満改善
不良:改善効果なし
ポリオキシエチレン(200)ポリオキシプロピレン(70)グリコール1.0gと塩化ナトリウム0.9gを精製水に溶解し、眼科用剤(被験薬)100mLを調製した。調製した眼科用剤を用いて、自覚症状の評価を行った。結果を表2に記載する。
ヒプロメロース0.15g(信越化学工業社製、「メトローズ 60SH-4000」)とポリオキシエチレン(200)ポリオキシプロピレン(70)グリコール1.0gと塩化ナトリウム0.9gを精製水に溶解し、眼科用剤(被験薬)100mLを調製した。調製した眼科用剤を用いて、自覚症状の評価を行った。結果を表2に記載する。
酢酸d-α-トコフェロール0.05g(理研ビタミン社製、「理研アセテートα」)をポリオキシエチレン(200)ポリオキシプロピレン(70)グリコール1.0gを精製水に溶解した後、塩化ナトリウム0.9gを精製水に溶解し、眼科用剤(被験薬)100mLを調製した。調製した眼科用剤を用いて、自覚症状の評価を行った。結果を表2に記載する。
酢酸d-α-トコフェロール0.05g(理研ビタミン社製、「理研アセテートα」)をポリオキシエチレン(200)ポリオキシプロピレン(70)グリコール1.0gで精製水に溶解した後、ヒプロメロース0.15g(信越化学工業社製、「メトローズ 60SH-4000」;重量平均分子量 約30万)と塩化ナトリウム0.9gを精製水に溶解し、眼科用剤(被験薬)100mLを調製した。調製した眼科用剤の20℃における粘度は、7mPa・sであり、20℃におけるpHは、7.1であった。調製した眼科用剤を用いて、自覚症状の評価を行った。結果を表2、4に記載する。
酢酸d-α-トコフェロール0.05g(理研ビタミン社製、「理研アセテートα」)とレチノールパルミチン酸エステル5万I.U.(ロッシュ・ビタミン・ジャパン社製、「パルミチン酸レチノール」)をポリオキシエチレン(200)ポリオキシプロピレン(70)グリコール1.0gで精製水に溶解した後、ヒプロメロース0.15g(信越化学工業社製、「メトローズ 60SH-4000」)と塩化ナトリウム0.9gを精製水に溶解し、眼科用剤(被験薬)100mLを調製した。調製した眼科用剤の20℃における粘度は、7mPa・sであり、20℃におけるpHは、7.1であった。調製した眼科用剤を用いて、自覚症状の評価を行った。結果を表2~5に記載する。
一方、実施例1の結果から、(A)成分及び(B)成分を含有する本発明の眼科用剤は、それぞれ単独で含有する場合と比較して、眼精疲労の緩和や目のかすみの緩和の効能が向上するばかりでなく、自覚症状の改善が全く見られなかった所望の鈍重感抑制、眼脂生成防止、充血抑制、羞明感緩和、目の痒みの抑制といった効能を発揮するものであり、特に眼精疲労(目の疲れ)の効能に優れるものであった。また、実施例2の結果から、(C)成分をさらに含有する場合、眼精疲労緩和の効果を維持したまま、目のかすみ緩和、鈍重感抑制、眼脂生成防止、充血抑制、羞明感緩和、目の痒みの抑制といった効能全てが一層優れるものであった。
これらの結果から、(A)成分と(B)成分を組み合わせて含有する眼科用剤は、目のかすみ緩和剤、鈍重感抑制剤、眼脂生成防止剤、充血抑制剤、羞明感緩和剤、目の痒み抑制剤とした用途製剤として利用し得ることがわかる。

能全てが優れるものであった。
これらの結果から、(A)成分と(B)成分に加えて、(C)成分をさらに含有する眼科用剤を、目のかすみ緩和剤、鈍重感抑制剤、眼脂生成防止剤、充血抑制剤、羞明感緩和剤、目の痒み抑制剤とした用途製剤として利用する場合、(C)成分の量は5万I.U.以上であることが好ましいことがわかる。
酢酸d-α-トコフェロール0.05g(理研ビタミン社製、「理研アセテートα」)とレチノールパルミチン酸エステル5万I.U.(ロッシュ・ビタミン・ジャパン社製、「パルミチン酸レチノール」)をポリオキシエチレン(200)ポリオキシプロピレン(70)グリコール0.2gで精製水に溶解した後、ヒプロメロース0.15g(信越化学工業社製、「メトローズ 60SH-4000」)と塩化ナトリウム0.9gを精製水に溶解し、眼科用剤(被験薬)100mLを調製した。調製した眼科用剤を用いて、自覚症状の評価を行った。結果を表5に記載する。

(B)ビタミンE類を含有する目のかすみ緩和剤。 - (A)ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース、及び
(B)ビタミンE類を含有する充血抑制剤。 - (A)ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース、及び
