本申请要求于2016年10月20日提交中国专利局、申请号为201610916064.5、发明名称为“烹饪器具”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及厨房用具领域,具体而言,涉及一种烹饪器具。
背景技术
目前,智能化的烹饪器具如自动电饭煲,在送料时大米等食材上的淀粉等细小颗粒物会粘附并沉积在送料管道上,影响管道的洁净度,且时间久了会影响产品的送料效率。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题至少之一,本发明的目的在于提供一种烹饪器具。
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种烹饪器具,包括:烹饪系统,包括清洗装置和与所述清洗装置相连接的烹饪腔体,所述清洗装置上设有第一输入口和第二输入口;和传输控制系统,包括送料管、送水管和烘干装置,所述送料管与所述第一输入口相连通,用于向所述清洗装置输送待清洗的食材,所述送水管与所述第二输入口相连通,用于向所述清洗装置输送清洗所述食材用的水,所述烘干装置与所述送料管相连接,用于烘干所述送料管的内壁面。
本发明提供的烹饪器具,通过设置烘干装置来烘干送料管的内壁面,使得送料管的内壁面能够保持干燥,从而避免了大米等食材表面的淀粉等颗粒物在送料管内壁面的粘附和沉积,保证了送料管的洁净度和畅通性,进而保证了送料管能够长期高效的使用。
具体地,烹饪器具包括烹饪系统和传输控制系统,烹饪系统用于清洗食材 和烹饪食物,传输控制系统用于将待清洗的大米等食材和清洗食材用的水送入清洗装置中,故烹饪系统与传输控制系统相配合,实现了自动送料和自动清洗,保证了产品的全自动化功能;且传输控制系统分别通过送料管和送水管向清洗装置输送待清洗的食材和清洗食材用的水,即食材和水是分开输送的,这样便于实现食材的定量输送和水的定量输送,从而进一步提升烹饪器具的自动化功能;进一步地,传输控制系统还包括烘干装置,烘干装置与送料管相连接,以烘干送料管的内壁面,使送料管的内壁面持久地保持干燥状态,因此相较于现有技术,在实现产品全自动化的同时,避免了淀粉等颗粒物在送料管内壁面上的粘附和沉积,从而保证了送料管的洁净度和畅通性,进而保证了产品能够长期保持高效的使用性能。
另外,本发明提供的上述实施例中的烹饪器具还可以具有如下附加技术特征:
在上述技术方案中,所述烘干装置包括:送风部件,所述送风部件的送风口与所述送料管的入口相连通,用于向所述送料管中送风;和加热部件,设置在所述送风部件与所述送料管的入口之间,用于加热所述送风部件送出的风,以烘干所述送料管的内壁面。
烘干装置包括送风部件和加热部件,送风部件能够向送料管中送风,以加快空气的流速,促进水分的蒸发;加热部件能够加热送风部件送出的风,进一步提高水分的蒸发速度,从而有效地保证了送料管内壁面的干燥;此外,送风部件还能够起到加速送料和使清洗装置内实现空气搅拌的作用。具体地,在送料前,先使送风部件与加热部件同时工作,以烘干送料管的内壁面,然后再开始送料动作,这样即可有效避免食材上的淀粉等颗粒物在送料管内的粘附和沉积;且送料时送风部件仍然保持开启状态,这样食材能够快速进入清洗装置内,且食材上脱落的淀粉等颗粒物在风力的作用下也会被吹入清洗装置而不会停留在送料管内;待送料完毕,送风部件仍然保持开启状态,则送风部件能够向清洗装置中持续送分,以促进食材及水的运动,对二者起到搅拌作用,从而实现了食材的空气搅拌,更加有效地清洁食材。
可以理解的是,也可以单独设置送风部件,利用送风部件送出的风来吹干送料管的内壁面,也能够使送料管的内壁面保持干燥状态;或者单独设置加热 部件,只要加热部件的加热范围能够覆盖到整个送料管,也能够烘干送料管的内壁面,也能够使送料管的内壁面保持干燥状态。由于这些技术方案均能够实现本发明的目的,且均未脱离本发明的设计思想和宗旨,因而均应在本发明的保护范围内。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述加热部件设置在所述送风部件的送风口处。
将加热部件设置在送风部件的送风口处,能够对送风部件吹出的风进行有效的加热,以利用热风来快速均匀地烘干送料管的内壁面。当然,本领域的技术人员应当理解,加热部件也可以设置在其他地方,比如设置在送料管上或者内嵌在加热部件内等位置,均能够实现本发明的目的,且均未脱离本发明的设计思想和宗旨,因而也在本发明的保护范围内。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述送风部件为旋风电机。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述加热部件为电阻发热元件。
送风部件为旋风电机,风力大,使用可靠性高,当然也可以用其他送风部件,在此不再一一列举;加热部件为电阻发热元件,热效率高,且价格低廉,当然也可以用其他加热部件,在此不再一一列举。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述传输控制系统包括:送料装置,包括送料组件、所述送料管和所述烘干装置,所述送料组件与所述送料管的入口相连通,用于向所述送料管中输送待清洗的所述食材;水路传送装置,包括送水组件和所述送水管,所述送水组件与所述送水管的入口相连通,用于向所述送水管中输送清洗所述食材用的水;和控制装置,与所述送料装置和所述水路传送装置相连接,用于控制所述送料装置和所述水路传送装置的通断。
传输控制系统包括送料装置、水路传送装置和控制装置,送料装置与第一输入口相连通,利用风力或其他动力向清洗装置输送待清洗的食材,实现传输控制系统的送料功能;水路传送装置与第二输入口相连通,向清洗装置输送清洗食材用的水,实现传输控制系统的送水功能;控制装置与送料装置和水路传送装置相连接,通过分别控制二者的通断来分别控制送料动作的启停和送水动作的启停,实现传输控制系统的控制功能;送料装置、水路传送装置和控制装置相配合,实现了烹饪器具的自动送料及自动送水,保证了烹饪器具能够自动清洗食材,实现了烹饪器具的全自动化功能。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述送料组件包括:储料箱,用于储存所述食材,且所述储料箱上设有出料口;出料管,所述出料管的入口与所述出料口相连通,所述出料管的出口与所述送料管的入口相连通;和第一控制部件,设置在所述出料管上,并与所述控制装置相连接,用于控制所述出料管的通断。
送料组件包括储料箱、出料管和第一控制部件,送料时,控制装置控制第一控制部件导通出料管、储料箱中的食材通过出料管进入送料管,在送风部件的吹动下,通过第一输入口进入清洗装置中,实现送料装置的送料功能;当送料完毕时,控制装置控制第一控制部件切断出料管,则送料装置停止送料,但是送风部件仍然可以向送料管中送风,使风进入清洗装置中,促进食材及水的运动,对二者起到搅拌作用,从而能够实现食材的空气搅拌,更加有效地清洁食材。
当然,上述技术方案是利用送风部件的风力来实现送料,即气动送料,送料效率高,且洁净无污染;而且还能够实现食材的空气搅拌,更加有效地清洁食材。但本领域的技术人员应当理解,本申请的送料组件不局限于气动送料,也可以利用其他动力将物料送入清洗装置中,均能够实现本发明的目的,且均没有脱离本发明的设计思想和宗旨,因而均应在本发明的保护范围内。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述送料组件还包括:传感器称重模块,与所述储料箱相连接,并能够称量所述储料箱和所述储料箱内的食材的总重量。
通过设置传感器称重模块,来称量储料箱和储料箱内的食材的总重量,则通过传感器称重模块显示的重量变化即可得到储料箱中输出的食材重量,即向清洗装置输送的食材重量,进而实现送料装置的精确定量送料。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述储料箱呈漏斗状。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述送料管为软管。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述第一控制部件为电磁球阀。
储料箱呈漏斗状,便于食材在重力的作用下自动排出,当然储料箱的形状不局限于漏斗状;送料管为软管,软管柔性较好,对安装空间要求比较低,从而实现了简单有效、柔性的物料传送,使空间布置更加灵活,节省空间;第一控制部件为电磁球阀,控制可靠,灵敏度高,当然也可以为其他控制部件。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述出料管、所述送料管和所述送风部件通过中 转部件相连接,所述中转部件包括三个接口,三个所述接口分别与所述出料管的出口、所述送料管的入口和所述送风部件的送风口相连通。
出料管、送料管和送风部件通过具有三个接口的中转部件相连接,则出料管中的食材先进入中转部件,然后被送风部件吹入送料管中,通过送料管进入清洗装置,这样布局非常合理,保证了食材只能向清洗装置的方向流动,而不能反向流动,进而保证了产品的使用可靠性。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述中转部件为三通管或包括三个所述接口的容器。
中转部件为三通管,三通管连接可靠,价格低廉,且便于安装;中转部件为包括三个接口的容器,如形状类似三口烧瓶的容器,这样中转部件还起到了一定的过渡作用,使得食材可以在中转部件中稍事停留,并在风力的作用下翻滚、摩擦,使食材表面上的一些颗粒物脱落,从而起到了一定的干洗作用,提高了食材的清洁度。当然,中转部件也可以为其他部件,只要具有三个接口,且能够实现出料管、送料管与送风部件三者之间的有效连接即可。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述送水组件包括:供水组件,与所述送水管的入口相连通,用于为所述送水管供水;和第二控制部件,设置在所述送水管上,并与所述控制装置相连接,用于控制所述送水管的通断。
送水组件包括供水组件和第二控制部件,送水时,控制装置控制第二控制部件导通送水管,供水组件将水通过送水管送入清洗装置中,实现水路传送装置的送水功能;当送水完毕时,控制装置控制第二控制部件切断送水管,则清洗装置中的食材和水相互混合,实现对食材的清洗;且在清洗装置完成清洗动作后,可以再次导通送水管,再次向清洗装置送水,使清洗装置本身得到有效清洗。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述送水组件还包括:流量计,设置在所述送水管上,用于检测通过所述送水管的水量。
在送水管上设置流量计,利用流量计来检测通过送水管的流量,即可得出水路传送装置送入清洗装置中的水量,从而实现精确定量送水。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述送水管为软管。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述第二控制部件为电磁阀。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述供水组件包括水管管接头或水箱,所述水管管接头能够与外界水源相连,以将外界的水输送至所述送水管中,所述水箱能够储存清洗所述食材用的水。
送水管为软管,软管柔性较好易于变形,对安装空间要求比较低,从而实现了简单有效、柔性的水传送,使空间布置更加灵活,节省空间;第二控制部件为电磁阀,控制可靠,灵敏度高,当然也可以为其他控制部件。
供水组件包括水管管接头,利用水管管接头直接将外界水源中的水输送至清洗装置中,如直接与自来水管道相接,非常方便,而无需设置单独的储水结构,因而进一步简化了烹饪器具的结构,使得整机结构更加紧凑,对空间的占用更小。进一步地,在水管管接头上设置第三控制部件,来控制水管管接头的通断,能够避免送水管中的水倒流,从而进一步提高了产品的使用可靠性。
供水组件包括水箱,通过水箱储水同样也能够为清洗装置方便地供水。进一步地,通过设置水泵,保证了水箱中的水能够泵入清洗装置中,进而保证产品的使用可靠性。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述传输控制系统设置在所述烹饪系统的一侧,使所述烹饪器具呈卧式结构。
通过把传输控制系统设置在烹饪系统的一侧,使烹饪器具整体呈卧式结构,从而避免了现有技术中的立式结构,在保证产品全自动化的基础上,简化了产品的结构和控制原理,使整机结构紧凑,减小了对空间的占用。优选地,传输控制系统设置在烹饪系统的左侧或右侧;次优选地,传输控制系统设置在烹饪系统的前侧或后侧。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述烹饪器具为电饭煲。
当然,烹饪器具不限于电饭煲,也可以为电压力锅或其他烹饪器具。

具体地,如图1至图3所示,烹饪系统10包括清洗装置11和与清洗装置11相连接的烹饪腔体,清洗装置11上设有第一输入口和第二输入口;传输控制系统20包括送料管213、送水管221和烘干装置,送料管213与第一输入口相连通,用于向清洗装置11输送待清洗的食材,送水管221与第二输入口相连通,用于向清洗装置11输送清洗食材用的水,烘干装置与送料管213相连接,用于烘干送料管213的内壁面。

实施例一

具体地,如图2和图3所示,传输控制系统20包括:送料装置、水路传送装置和控制装置23。其中,送料装置包括送料组件、送料管213和烘干装置,送料组件与送料管213的入口相连通,用于向送料管213中输送待清洗的食材;水路传送装置包括送水组件和送水管221,送水组件与送水管221的入口相连通,用于向送水管221中输送清洗食材用的水;控制装置23与送料装置和水路传送装置相连接,用于控制送料装置和水路传送装置的通断。
更具体地,如图2和图3所示,送料组件包括:储料箱211、出料管212和第一控制部件。其中,储料箱211用于储存食材,且储料箱211上设有出料口;出料管212的入口与出料口相连通,出料管212的出口与送料管213的入口相连通;第一控制部件设置在出料管212上,并与控制装置23相连接,用于控制出料管212的通断。
如图2和图3所示,送水组件包括:供水组件和第二控制部件。其中,供水组件与送水管221的入口相连通,用于为送水管221供水;第二控制部件设置在送水管221上,并与控制装置23相连接,用于控制送水管221的通断。 供水组件包括水管管接头222,水管管接头222接家用自来水。
进一步地,如图2和图3所示,送料组件还包括:传感器称重模块216,与储料箱211相连接,并能够称量储料箱211和储料箱211内的食材的总重量。送水组件还包括:流量计224,设置在送水管221上,用于检测通过送水管221的水量。
可选地,如图2和图3所示,储料箱211呈漏斗状,送料管213和送水管221均为软管,第一控制部件为电磁球阀215,第二控制部件为电磁阀223。
其中,如图2和图3所示,烘干装置包括:送风部件和加热部件218。具体地,送风部件的送风口与送料管213的入口相连通,用于向送料管213中送风;加热部件218设置在送风部件与送料管213的入口之间,用于加热送风部件送出的风,以烘干送料管213的内壁面;出料管212、送料管213和送风部件通过三通管217相连接。

该烹饪器具的工作原理如下:送料前,使电阻发热元件与旋风电机214同时工作,烘干送料管213;当送料时,开通电磁球阀215,同时旋风电机214工作,此时水路电磁阀223为关闭状态,则漏斗中的大米或其他食材送入烹饪系统10的清洗装置11中,并结合传感器称重模块216实现定量送料;当送料动作完成后,关闭电磁球阀215及旋风电机214;打开水路电磁阀223,向烹饪系统10的清洗装置11中送水,流量计224同时计量水量,当达到容器的限定量时,关闭水路电磁阀223,实现定量送水。在清洗装置11进行清洗动作时,可以打开旋风电机214,使旋风电机214向清洗装置11中持续吹风,以加速清洗装置11中的食材和水的运动,实现空气搅拌。当清洗装置11完成清洗动作,且将清洗后的食材转移出去后,再次打开水路电磁阀223,来清洁清洗装置11,使清洗装置11保持洁净。
因此,该实施例通过气动送料与水路控制相结合,实现了自动清洗及进料,在实现全自动化的同时,使整机结构紧凑、减小了对空间的占用。具体地,通过送料装置实现了两个功能:简单有效、柔性的物料传送,使空间布置更加灵 活,节省空间;实现了清洗大米等食材时的空气搅拌,有效地清洁食材。通过流量计224与电磁阀223的配合动作,也实现了两个功能:水量的精确控制和清洗装置11的清洁。通过称重传感器模块与电磁球阀215的配合动作,实现了大米的定量精确控制;通过气动送料与水量控制,使清洁装置实现了清洗功能。
其中,烘干装置包括送风部件和加热部件218,送风部件能够向送料管213中送风,以加快空气的流速,促进水分的蒸发;加热部件218能够加热送风部件送出的风,进一步提高水分的蒸发速度,从而有效地保证了送料管213内壁面的干燥;此外,送风部件还能够起到加速送料和使清洗装置11内实现空气搅拌的作用。将加热部件218设置在送风部件的送风口处,能够对送风部件吹出的风进行有效的加热,以利用热风来快速均匀地烘干送料管213的内壁面。
送风部件为旋风电机214,风力大,使用可靠性高,当然也可以用其他送风部件,在此不再一一列举;加热部件218为电阻发热元件,热效率高,且价格低廉,当然也可以用其他加热部件218,在此不再一一列举。
储料箱211呈漏斗状,便于食材在重力的作用下自动排出,当然储料箱211的形状不局限于漏斗状;送料管213为软管,软管柔性较好,对安装空间要求比较低,从而实现了简单有效、柔性的物料传送,使空间布置更加灵活,节省空间;第一控制部件为电磁球阀215,控制可靠,灵敏度高,当然也可以为其他控制部件。
出料管212、送料管213和送风部件通过具有三个接口的中转部件相连接,则出料管212中的食材先进入中转部件,然后被送风部件吹入送料管213中,通过送料管213进入清洗装置11,这样布局非常合理,保证了食材只能向清洗装置11的方向流动,而不能反向流动,进而保证了产品的使用可靠性。
送水管221为软管,软管柔性较好易于变形,对安装空间要求比较低,从而实现了简单有效、柔性的水传送,使空间布置更加灵活,节省空间;第二控制部件为电磁阀223,控制可靠,灵敏度高,当然也可以为其他控制部件。
出料管212、送料管213和送风部件通过三通管217相连,三通管217连接可靠,价格低廉,且便于安装。当然,也可以通过其他具有三个接口的中转部件连接。
供水组件包括水管管接头222,利用水管管接头222直接将外界水源中的水输送至清洗装置11中,如直接与自来水管道相接,非常方便,而无需设置单独的储水结构,因而进一步简化了烹饪器具的结构,使得整机结构更加紧凑,对空间的占用更小。进一步地,在水管管接头222上设置第三控制部件,来控制水管管接头222的通断,能够避免送水管221中的水倒流,从而进一步提高了产品的使用可靠性。
当然,供水组件也可以包括水箱,通过水箱储水同样也能够为清洗装置11方便地供水。进一步地,通过设置水泵,保证了水箱中的水能够泵入清洗装置11中,进而保证产品的使用可靠性。
实施例二(图中未示出)
与实施例一的区别在于:烘干装置只包括加热部件218,加热部件218的加热范围能够覆盖到整个送料管213,故而也能够烘干送料管213的内壁面,也能够使送料管213的内壁面保持干燥装置。
该实施例的基本工作原理与实施例一基本相同,在此不再赘述。
当然,本领域的技术人员应当理解,也可以只设置送风部件,利用送风部件送出的风来吹干送料管213的内壁面,同样能够使送料管213的内壁面保持干燥状态。
实施例三(图中未示出)
与实施例一的区别在于:加热部件218设置在送料管213上。
该实施例的具体工作原理与实施例一相同,在此不再赘述,且将加热部件218设置在送料管213上,同样能够实现本发明的目的,且未脱离本发明的设计思想和宗旨。
实施例四(图中未示出)
与实施例一的区别在于:加热部件218内嵌在送风部件中。
该实施例的具体工作原理与实施例一相同,在此不再赘述,且将加热部件218内嵌在送风部件中,同样能够实现本发明的目的,且未脱离本发明的设计思想和宗旨。
在上述任一实施例中,如图1所示,传输控制系统20设置在烹饪系统10的一侧,使烹饪器具呈卧式结构。
通过把传输控制系统20设置在烹饪系统10的一侧,使烹饪器具整体呈卧式结构,从而避免了现有技术中的立式结构,在保证产品全自动化的基础上,简化了产品的结构和控制原理,使整机结构紧凑,减小了对空间的占用。优选地,传输控制系统20设置在烹饪系统10的左侧或右侧,如图1所示;次优选地,传输控制系统20设置在烹饪系统10的前侧或后侧。
当然,烹饪器具不限于电饭煲1,也可以为电压力锅或其他烹饪器具,也可以进一步推广到豆浆机、食品加工行业、化工行业、石油冶炼行业、畜牧业、农业自动喷淋、医药业等领域。
综上所述,本发明提供的烹饪器具,通过设置烘干装置来烘干送料管的内壁面,使得送料管的内壁面能够保持干燥,从而避免了大米等食材表面的淀粉等颗粒物在送料管内壁面的粘附和沉积,保证了送料管的洁净度和畅通性,进而保证了送料管能够长期高效的使用。具体地,烹饪器具包括烹饪系统和传输控制系统,烹饪系统用于清洗食材和烹饪食物,传输控制系统用于将待清洗的大米等食材和清洗食材用的水送入清洗装置中,故烹饪系统与传输控制系统相配合,实现了自动送料和自动清洗,保证了产品的全自动化功能;且传输控制系统分别通过送料管和送水管向清洗装置输送待清洗的食材和清洗食材用的水,即食材和水是分开输送的,这样便于实现食材的定量输送和水的定量输送,从而进一步提升烹饪器具的自动化功能;进一步地,传输控制系统还包括烘干装置,烘干装置与送料管相连接,以烘干送料管的内壁面,使送料管的内壁面持久地保持干燥状态,因此相较于现有技术,在实现产品全自动化的同时,避免了淀粉等颗粒物在送料管内壁面上的粘附和沉积,从而保证了送料管的洁净度和畅通性,进而保证了产品能够长期保持高效的使用性能。
在本发明中,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”仅用于描述的目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性;术语“多个”则指两个或两个以上,除非另有明确的限定。术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语均应做广义理解,例如,“连接”可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;“相连”可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“前”、“后” 等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或单元必须具有特定的方向、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此,不能理解为对本发明的限制。
在本说明书的描述中,术语“一个实施例”、“一些实施例”、“具体实施例”等的描述意指结合该实施例或示例描述的具体特征、结构、材料或特点包含于本发明的至少一个实施例或示例中。在本说明书中,对上述术语的示意性表述不一定指的是相同的实施例或实例。而且,描述的具体特征、结构、材料或特点可以在任何的一个或多个实施例或示例中以合适的方式结合。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种烹饪器具,其特征在于,包括:
    烹饪系统,包括清洗装置和与所述清洗装置相连接的烹饪腔体,所述清洗装置上设有第一输入口和第二输入口;和
    传输控制系统,包括送料管、送水管和烘干装置,所述送料管与所述第一输入口相连通,用于向所述清洗装置输送待清洗的食材,所述送水管与所述第二输入口相连通,用于向所述清洗装置输送清洗所述食材用的水,所述烘干装置与所述送料管相连接,用于烘干所述送料管的内壁面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述烘干装置包括:
    送风部件,所述送风部件的送风口与所述送料管的入口相连通,用于向所述送料管中送风;和
    加热部件,设置在所述送风部件与所述送料管的入口之间,用于加热所述送风部件送出的风,以烘干所述送料管的内壁面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,
    所述加热部件设置在所述送风部件的送风口处。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,
    所述送风部件为旋风电机;和/或
    所述加热部件为电阻发热元件。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述传输控制系统包括:
    送料装置,包括送料组件、所述送料管和所述烘干装置,所述送料组件与所述送料管的入口相连通,用于向所述送料管中输送待清洗的所述食材;
    水路传送装置,包括送水组件和所述送水管,所述送水组件与所述送水管的入口相连通,用于向所述送水管中输送清洗所述食材用的水;和
    控制装置,与所述送料装置和所述水路传送装置相连接,用于控制所述送料装置和所述水路传送装置的通断。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述送料组件包括:
    储料箱,用于储存所述食材,且所述储料箱上设有出料口;
    出料管,所述出料管的入口与所述出料口相连通,所述出料管的出口与所述送料管的入口相连通;和
    第一控制部件,设置在所述出料管上,并与所述控制装置相连接,用于控制所述出料管的通断。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述送料组件还包括:
    传感器称重模块,与所述储料箱相连接,并能够称量所述储料箱和所述储料箱内的食材的总重量。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,
    所述储料箱呈漏斗状;和/或
    所述送料管为软管;和/或
    所述第一控制部件为电磁球阀。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述送水组件包括:
    供水组件,与所述送水管的入口相连通,用于为所述送水管供水;和
    第二控制部件,设置在所述送水管上,并与所述控制装置相连接,用于控制所述送水管的通断。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述送水组件还包括:
    流量计,设置在所述送水管上,用于检测通过所述送水管的水量。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,
    所述送水管为软管;和/或
    所述第二控制部件为电磁阀;和/或
    所述供水组件包括水管管接头或水箱,所述水管管接头能够与外界水源相连,以将外界的水输送至所述送水管中,所述水箱能够储存清洗所述食材用的水。
  12. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,
    所述烹饪器具为电饭煲。
